So the trick is put your phone on the charger away from you , just close your eyes and just blank out your mind or just think of sleep .

And do it early . Yeah , I went to bed at like 9 , 10 , maybe I don't know , Seems like if you stay up late , then you get another burst of energy and it may be your last burst but , you still get one , and then you can't go back to sleep .

Yeah . So what happens is you have the energy from . So if you take a nap all day , you'll have the energy that you were supposed to have when you slept at night .

Instead of going like back to bed and just sleeping , I get up and I actually like get ready , so like we're not late .
