K.K. Downing and Tim 'Ripper' Owens

We celebrate Episode 50 of the podcast by welcoming in Judas Priest co-founder and guitarist K.K. Downing and his longtime collaborator Tim "Ripper" Owens. In separate conversations, the pair talk about the new version of "Never Satisfied" they recorded to honor the recent 50th anniversary of Judas Priest's 1974 debut album, Rocka Rolla. Downing looks back at the band's early days (and even prior to that time) as the songs were being written and eventually recorded. He and Tim also discuss how they ended up doing a fresh version of "Never Satisfied" and share a bit of insight as far as what might be ahead when it comes to further recordings and touring.
