Visual artist, Artistic Director at Free Space Project, and lecturer Antonia Attwood talks about growing up with a mother with Bipolar Disorder and how their emotionally open relationship has given her the permission to be open and vulnerable with her emotions and mental health. She talks about how making art has supported her mental health and allowed her to explore it, including her upcoming work ‘Broken, Not Broken’.
