Welcome to You Should Know Better with Mike C. Nelson, the guy who won't shut up about winning three times on Jeopardy. Greetings and salutations, Welcome to another episode of You Should Know Better, the trivia podcast that tests your knowledge and a little bit of your patience. Our goal here is to always have a good time, give to some great charities, and celebrate the theme of continuing education. We should always be learning and always be on the prow

to know better. Now, before we move on, I have a little bit of housekeeping to take care of. We have our very first correction. A friend of mine and listener of the show, Nancy Skinner, who's a former Jeopardy contestant, caught my mistake in last week's show that dealt with Grant Wood's famous painting American Gothic. I mistakenly said it was a painting depicting a

farmer with a pitchfork and his wife. That is not the case. The portrait depicts a farmer and his daughter, so it's the farmer's daughter, not his wife, in that very famous painting at the Art Institute of Chicago. So thank you Nancy Skinner for catching that flub by me. It won't be the last. And now back to the show. Now we will meet our

guests and hear all about what good causes they are playing for shortly. But as for right now, let's jump right into some questions and answers with our first of four rounds around one general knowledge thinking caps on pens or pencils. Ready and away we go. Question number one in the general knowledge round, what Dutch graphic artist made mathematically inspired pieces like relativity, drawing hands and House of Stairs? You've all seen these this guy's works. What Dutch graphic artist

made mathematically inspired pieces like relativity, drawing hands and House of Stairs? Little art question for number one, Yes, Josh, no, no questions. You're right. My face did seem like I had a question. We're not saying the answers right now, we're just writing them down exactly. You're just right. Yeah, No, I knew that. I was just saying that to tell a question. We can talk strategy to throw us off. Yeah,

he's already trying to get in your head, Rubby. And again we'll we'll introduce you guys later, but we're right now we're going to say already it doesn't matter. They all know who's playing anyways? Sure? That was question number one. There are eight questions in this first round, so that was question number one. Question number two, we're moving on. What term is used for food, usually pasta that is cooked so that it is still firm when bitten. What do you call that? I'll have this. I

like my spaghetti this way. So again question number two, what term is used for food, usually pasta that is cooked so that it is still firm when bitten. That is your numeral dos question in round one, the general knowledge round. Okay, I don't particularly like my pasta this way. While we're on the top, I do I do like it this way? And I may a homemade pasta. Yeah, already a difference of opinions. I

already like this. There's a lot of intention right off the back. I don't get it feels hardier to me that way, and I don't like it. I'm getting more for my thang for my buck. Yeah, I like a more peaceful entry. Yeah, just like a real loose noodle. You barely even notice, you've barely noticed that you've swallowed anything. Noodle that just kind of just falls down your throat, no chewing required. It's almost like you're just breathing the noodle in. What's the word for that bad pasta?

Yeah, mush I like my pasta mushy. Yeah. Oh that's fantastic. Keep it going, keep it up. Oquay, okay, okay. Question number three, Question number three, a little US history question. What bilingual Shoshone woman accompanied Lewis and Clark on their big expedition? Did you say, yes? What bilingual? Good question? Sh that's shoshone? What bilingual Shoshone woman accompanied Meriwether Lewis and whatever Clark's first name was, Or maybe I strewed

that up Lewis and Clark, even Stephen Clark on their expedition. Our producer will find out. Our producer is always Annie is always helping us out with with questions. That is question number three. Oh it's not as spelling me. Okay, good little US history question for number three. We're moving on to number four. This one, I think is both in your wheelhouse.

I'll be very upset if you don't get this one. It is. It is William Clark and Merriwether Lewis. So I was right on, mister Lewis, it's will Merriweather went by Steven just yes, with close friends close. It was his confirmation name that he picked because he was Catholic. I think that's not true. All of that is bogus. That is none of that is true. Number four, here's your question. What Nintendo game for the

name? I like the start that's a Golden Axe, Golden Axe. Oh wait, we shouldn't be saying yeah, okay, sorry, Oh wait, Golden Axe was Genesis? Anyway? All right? Back to the question that was Genesis. The answers excite bike. You just gave it away. Okay, we'll stop. You can build your own course with excite to make it really hard. That was a big Ninja guide in head. By the way, that's a great game. Each other Ninja Guidan was a good game,

all right? This one? What Nintendo game had the famous cheat code? Up? Up, down, down, left, right, left right, be a start, or be a select start if you want to select start two players? If you're doing two players, it was a who was ever playing that? One player? What a sad existence there is. If anyone can win that game without the cheat code, you're the greatest. You're the greatest video game of all time. All right, we're halfway home. In

the general knowledge round, Let's get back. Question number five, Billy D Williams portrayed what Chicago bears legend in the film Brian's song. Remember that movie Brian's song It's Before Our Time. But Billy D Williams portrayed this Chicago Bears legend. I mean, this seems really like favoring Revi. I just want to point that out right now, right, yeah, okay, yeah, I actually don't know the answer to this though. Don't worry, because the

second round is awards won by USC film students. I'm giving it away. Who are players are? Left and right? So again, Question number five, Billy D. Williams from the Cult forty five commercials. And Lando Calrissian portrayed what Chicago bears legend in the film Brian's song That tear jerker. That is question number five. Question number six a little world geography. It's our only capital's question of the day in the General Knowledge round, what is the

capital of the Middle Eastern country of Syria? What is the capital of Syria? We've probably heard it a bunch, but can you pull it out of that nogin of yours? What is the capital of Syria? The war torn country that is your question number six? How do we not know this? So make a note. We'll give you some time to think this through, think it over, and we'll move on to question number seven. We're almost done with the first round. Question number seven. The late great Fife Dog

was a part of what hip hop group? Fife Dog spelled p h I F E d A w G Fife Dog was. He passed away I think within the last couple of years, but he was a big part of what incredible hip hop group Fife Dog? Why do I know this? Name the group? For question number seven? Group, I'm feeling really good so far, Mike, other than that terrible Chicago question you asked for revey, I'm feeling horrible. I think maybe zero correct. Oh, no, I got

the possible one. We'll see, we'll see if you got that one right. Mushy, mushy, lu mush No, I'm kind of with you. I don't like it, super whatever, the answer is number two. I don't want to say it and blow it. Question number eight final question. This is your final question for round one, general knowledge. Who was the forty first president of these here United States? Who was forty one? We all know? If you know forty or forty five. That should help you.

But who is the forty first president of the United States of America within our lifetimes? You should know this, even if you're a youngster, know your President's Okay, we're good, so pencils down, no more thinking. We'll get to our answers in just a second. But it's time to introduce our guests that we've already been introducing for the first ten minutes of the show. First, let's start off with this gentleman, a good friend of mine

and fellow Chicago in and Chicago Bears fan. Unfortunately we have to deal with that franchise. God, what a headache. You've seen him in the documentary Meet the Patels in his current project, Rubbi Patel's Pursuit of Happiness that you can stream right now on HBO Max. My good friend Rubby Patel is here. Thank you very much. That is the sound of my father, also the star of Meet the Patels. Yeah, introduce your introduce your special guest,

your second special guest, especial weapon. If you're if you saw Meet the Patels and you're wondering, is this guy always with his parents? Then you might be surprised or not surprised at all that my father is standing sitting next to me right now. They're visiting us in our new house in Nashville. So Dad's gonna, I guess, comment here and there. He's also star of potentially a future show which he just he just pitched me an hour ago, which you know, maybe it takes off, maybe it doesn't,

but that's deep in entertainment, is the point of my story. Congratulations, yeah, congratulations on the new Digs in Tennesse. Thank you, Robbie. What charity are you playing for today? Blame for a charity called Action Against Hunger, which helps alleviate severe cute malnutrition, which is you know, affects over ten million kids under the age of six every year. A child dies every ten seconds. And Action against Hunger, especially now after the pandemic which

has hit Africa really hard. It's an organization which a company I co founded, a snack company called This Saves Lives, also donates to and you can find This Saves Lives in every Starbucks nationwide. That's why I came Hereby yep, I've had the bars. No plug it away. If you're at a Starbucks and you see a little bar that says this bar saves lives. If you buy one of those, they send a nutrition packet to someone in need

around the globe. Every time you purchase one of those items. They're fantastic, they taste great, and they do good for the world. So Action against Hunger is Rubbi's charity. Thanks for being here, buddy, Thanks for having me. Thanks for having your dad with us too. A very special on a very special blossom. We have Rubby's dad here, our other russo there balloons for a party anyway. Yes, what a good intro. Our other guests. A great friend of mine. Uh An incredible writer director.

You've seen his documentaries all over Hulu with Becoming Bond and Behind the Mask and his current ventures. You just saw him direct Barb and Star Go to Vista del Mar with Anni Mumolo and Christ great movie for sure, the movie we all needed, the silly, awesome comedy we all needed during the pandemic. My good friend Josh Greenbaum is here. He's the best. I love him. He's awesome. Wow, that was crazy. Who were all those people? Oh my god, is that was that rich little that just showed up?

That was great? Thanks for being here. Buddy, what charity are playing for today? I am playing for Young Storytellers, which is an art education nonprofit. It operates primarily in LA and serves a lot of elementary, middle and high school students in southern California. Very cool program that improves writing

and literacy and of course sort of self confidence. And they basically partner with kids in schools around the area, you know, areas with highest concentrations with poverty, in schools where academic performance tends to be low, and you know, and the obstacles to raising performance are the greatest. We started years ago, I think, I don't know, many years ago, twenty something years ago, by three screenwriters who upon learning are you a Wikipedia? Yeah,

I am. I'm reading it because I was going to name them, but I don't actually know any of them. No, Brad Falchek, I think I've heard of. But they're you know, when they learned that there was cutbacks and funding for creative arts programs, they founded this program. So they help young kids basically create screenplays, and then towards the end of the program,

they're like the thing they call the Scripts Script to Stage program. They bring in professional actors who then perform these kids scripts in front of a live studio audience, live audience, nine hundred scripts per year. I've been lucky enough to be called in one of these final performances, and it's one of the greatest, most gratifying things ever with like a packed auditorium or cafetorium. But how do you get in to the finals? No, it's just they

bring in actors like Rubbie. You can do it if you know. I'm aware, Mike, I've never been to the finals. The finals. It's just like the final show. It's like, you know, the final show they work on their scripts for like you know, I don't even know because I think I've only been to some sort of in But Robbie, this this is about the kids. It's not This is not an opportunity for actors who are looking for something to perform it. It's just such a tough town,

isn't it. I mean, evened by young storytellers. Rubbi is texting his agent right now saying, how have you not got me involved in young storytellers? It's great to have both of you guys here, both great charities. We'll talk a little bit more about you guys and your charities. A little bit later on, but let's get to the answers for this incredible round one,

the general knowledge round. Let's go with question one. What Dutch graphic artist made mathematically inspired pieces like relativity, drawing Hands and house of Stairs? Rubbi Patel? And then he also wrote the word Ikea after Albert Einstein's name, Albert Einstein Ikea. Is he related to Albert

Einstein or is this a different person? No? I believe Albert Einstein is his namesake, but obviously he comes from the Ikea family, hence the need to, you know, do stuff in design. Really, he felt a lot of pressure just based on his name to do the things that he ended up doing. Albert Einstein. We have, Josh, what did you put for number one? I put M c Escher. We all bought those posters at a Spencer Gifts at one time or another. The answer is mc Escher.

It one. It's one to nothing, so you might want to bring in more of your family to uh help. It's about time you admitted that. I can just record. You gave me a drink. We're all having a good time.

We're all having what we're all here for. We're having some huge familial breakthroughs too. All right, here we go. Question number two. This we got this one. What term is used for food usually pasta that has cooked that is still firm, wind bitten? Josh, what did you put? A little fellow named al Dente? You guys know him, Robbie, what did you put? She's on the one dollar gold coin for a while. Second, I believe she's in that movie with Ben Stiller. Uh oh, that was a

great line. That was we probably should hear. What did you say again? I say to you? I said, he's killing you. This is the kind of confidence getting emotional support anymore from his father, come back from behind. That's true. That's exactly the way I know one thing about Robbie Patel. It's that well, it's that he's always behind. That's that's the real that's the that's the real data that came out of that statement. Does

your father doesn't? Your father doesn't help at all, and you're always coming from behind. Okay, great, fantastic the Patel family, everybody welcome. All right, we got this. We got this. Williams portrayed what Chicago Bears legend in the film Brian's song Rouvey No. I think uh you might be tempted to ride Brian Piccolo. But the answer is Gail Sayers, Josh Greenbaum, what did you

The correct answer the road to Damascuscus. Yes, is the capital. That's what if you live there. That's what I mean. Foreigners call that, the people who live there call it Syria City. I would ask the producers to double check this. I've just been to Albert Einstein Ikea in Syria. Here. You

would think it's the capital almost there. Question number seven, the late Great Fife Dog was a part of what hip hop group Rubbi Patel the Dog Pound? No, that's not what I put. What did you? I put n w A, which I don't think is how did you get this wrong? Tea? The correct answer, along with Q tip is a tribe called Quest Quest. Literally, I literally crossed out tribe. But we have Rubbi Patel with four and Josh Greenbaum with six? Am I wrong? Wow, you're correct? And I and I honestly, I'm yeah, that's correct. It's six to four. It's anyone's game. There's toned quest. You had that so stupid. But I think it's important for the listeners to understand that Josh went

to Cornell and I went to a public school. What college did you go to? Right? And I haven't learned anything. Did you go to DeVry in Chicago? I also, yeah, I think that is I rate movie because it was it was Johnny five thousand, I think was twenty five, Still Alive twenty five. You can see how close that is. The hell al nine thousand and Johnny five. One of them definitely ripped off the other. I don't think they're related. That's why I had to say who was there first? And that's why you're getting a half point. It is two thousand and one a space odyssey. But if you did short circuit, gave yourself half a

point. Hey, before you give the answer number two, do you want to give another clue to Josh for that one? Or maybe or maybe you know what? She was the same clue and it was the same clue. I have an idea, Mike, why don't we watch the movie together real quick before we go through the answer number two? Can we just can someone do it? Put this on presentation? Yep, we can share our screen

screen watch two thousand and one. Let's watch even though we gave the answer, Let's watch two thousand that's a quick part our next one, They love some mosaz Yes the most suzz Yes. No, that's not right. That is right. I'm totally had it wrong. I put mad, mad, mad mad world.

That answer deserves a splosh. Correct answer is it's not a mad mad mad mad world? Is slum dog who wants to be a millenaire? Really threw me off with police inspector you were thinking, all, we're tied one to one. No, you're no one to half one, half to one unless the answer to number three is Varsity blues, which is not Yeah. Question number three we had Noah Cross, Evelyn Mulray and JJ Gittis green Baum. What did you get Chinatown? Robbie Pateel, what did you put Varsity?

Which is a great answer. You don't get a point for that one, but it is. It's Chinatown, Jake, It's Chinatown. Great movie Chinatown. They don't know movies. Hey, look, I'm only I'm sixty six percent. I've had plenty of conversations with you in which you've referenced movies. Sure, no movies, okay. Question number four Okay. Mortimer and Randolph Duke, Lewis Winthorpe the Third and Billy Ray Valentine Rvey. I put Duke's of Hazard a great did that thought crossed my mind when I first heard the

Question number five based on a well read literature book, a novel Joe meg Amy and Beth March, the March Sisters who do we have? Josh Greenbaum, what did you put for this? Didn't know it until you gave the literature reference, and I went with little Women. Rubby, what did you put? I'm hoping that's right, but I don't know. I originally just assumed it was like mean Girls

because it sounded like those kinds of names. And then you gave the clue and I put little women. The correct answer is little women. He helped us all women. I helped you out. Thank you. Did the thought cross your mind that you don't recall four sisters being the central plot of Mean Girls? Just to ask it? No, okay, I didn't think that far ahead, actually, friend. Question number six? Question number six Sally st Up on the stairs, Sally Franklin and Leatherface Rubby. I put ellipses.

It's it's really gritty and grindy seven horror and it's awesome. Number seven David Justice, Art Howe and Billy Bean. Who's up? Who went last? Time. First, I'll go I put fever pitch, Fever pitch. Great guest, Josh Greenbaumb, what did you oh? That might be right? I put angels in

the outfield, which is probably wrong. Those are both great guesses. Those are both baseball films. But this was based on reality. This was based on a book by Michael Lewis, Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill in Money Moneyball. Billy Bean is the GM that does moneyball, you know, small ball, does the looks at all the stats and gets these journeyman guys that get

paid two dollars to play baseball really well. And finally, question number eight, speaking of great films, Russell Hammond, Lester Bangs and Penny Lane, Josh Greenbaum one of my favorites, almost famous Rubbi Patel almost wait, late, late, late, Wait, let's just double check he's got it. Oh no, no, the way he I thought that was a bit he was doing. It's Albert Einstein's almost famous ikea, he's got it, He's got it, everyone had it. I apologize. I thought he was doing

a winky bit. Totally fair, totally fair, twelve eight, twelve to seven and a half, twelve to seven and a half, but it looks twelve to eight on our our great scoreboard. Josh greenbaumb in the lead. We're at our midway point round three, the Lightning round. So again, going into the round three, which is our lightning round, Robbie Mattel trails Josh Greenbaum twelve to eight. But Rubbi gets first pick of the Lightning round.

Categories and again you can pick from We're gonna go a little big Lebowski for your category headings. You can pick either the dude. You can pick Walter Subchak, or you can pick Theodore Donald Donnie in quotes Kara Bots played by us. I guess I'll pick the dude. You're gonna pick the dude, all right, that's a great pick for you, Rubby. This is a great pick for you. I'm gonna read the question twice and then I'm gonna say go, and you're gonna have twenty seconds to come up with as

many right answers. So wrong answers don't count against you. You can just stream of consciousness, just say as many words as you can in twenty seconds. Is Albert Einstein. I give the answer to any of these just so I know whether or not to I'm gonna say probably yeah for that one. So you picked the dude as your category. So here we go, and Josh, pay attention because I'm gonna come to you with your five second rebuttal after this. All right, you picked a sports category, Rubby, so

I'm thinking you're going to do well. Here we go. Okay, Hello, I need the last ten different Super Bowl winners. Now, there's one team that's won multiple one. Okay, Patriots, Yeah, it hasn't started yet. Last ten different super Bowl winners. Twenty seconds on the clock and go ten different Holy Ship Bucks, Patriots. Oh my god, Ravens. Did the Ravens win in that last ten years? Oh my god? Going dead? Uh? Patriots, we need we need more. Stop stop?

You got three? You got the Buccaneers, Patriots, and the Ravens. You got three of them. A right, Josh greenbaumb your now do I how does it work for me? You get to guess in five seconds? Right now? Last ten different Super Bowl winners, Josh Greenbaum, you can steal from Rebbie right now? Go Uh, Chiefs, Packers, Giants, Bills, Seahawks, Stop, Saints. There's all but one. You got Chiefs. Did you say Broncos. No, no, I said, I said, Chiefs, Packers, Seahawks, Giants, Bill, Saints. But

I don't think Saints got in the time limit. The Bills didn't get it. You got Chiefs, got you got Seahawks and Packers, so you got three. No, the Saints Saints was after the five seconds. I looked at the clock when he said, it was already at six seconds. So the rebuttals very quick. But that's Embarren. That's excite, that's exciting. Well again, this is really good. Josh. By the way, that's not easy. I realized as you were going the you just rattle off every

sports team, every NFL team. You think, yeah, it was just like same name. That would have been better, that would have been better. What I mean, it was like, oh, but you were first up, so got you three right away. And then you're like, oh shit. The Super Bowl champs that you guys didn't guess were the Philadelphia Eagles, the Denver Broncos, the Seattle Seahawks, and the New Orleans Saints. Now, this episode was recorded in twenty twenty one, so these two gents

did not have a chance to guess the most recent Super Bowl champs. The Los Angeles Rams. So if you're playing at home, give yourselves a point if you guessed any of those answers. And now back to the show. All right, it's three to three after the first part of the lightning round. Josh, it's your turn to pick a category. You could pick Walter or Donnie for your categories. They're completely different than what we just did, So choose wisely. What are you gonna I'm gonna go with shut the fuck

Up, Donnie, which is a quote by Walter. So you're gonna go with Walter. Yes, you're going with Walter saw the check fantastic. All right, here is your category. Rvey. Try to write some answers down for this steal. Because this one's a little US geography question. I'm gonna read it twice and they go. Let's see how you do, mister Greenbaum,

the ten longest rivers in the United States. I need you to name the ten longest rivers in these here United States, and go shit longest Mississippi, Alleghany, Missouri, Uh Santa San Colorado, Green River, Uh River, New Timbers Missouri. I said, oh my god, Hudson, Yes, that's good. Stop Erie, stop stop, that's great. You got

three. You got the Missouri, the Mississippi, and the Colorado. Now, Rebbie, I'm gonna come to you for your five second rebuttal and the Walter sub check round the ten longest rivers in the United States, and go Ohio Cumberland. Uh stop, you got the Ohio. The Ohio was one of them. Wow. So Josh got three in that, Rubby got one in the rebuttal. The ones we didn't get to, the Yukon, the Rio Grande, yeah, Mexico and Texas obvious one, Arkansas River, which

I didn't know was big. The Columbia Okay, the Red Red River shootout between Oklahoma and Texas. Had no idea. I never heard of it. And the Snake River. Oh. I like the Snake River. Yeah, that's like in Utah and the West. I think. Just just to inform our listeners, I recently planned a bachelor party and we were starting. The original goal was a whitewater, like a trip down the So I wanted to just be clear that I've actually recently these rivers and I still failed. I

just wanted to go ahead. So after the crazy Lightning round, Josh Greenbaum is up to eighteen points, he's still in the lead with eighteen rove last twelve. That's with the rebuttals and whatnot. It's just stupid. So it's pretty much eighteen to twelve going into the final round. Round four the double duty after the lightning round. But again, the good thing about the final round is that points are doubled. Round four is our Theodore double Duty Radcliffe

round. Points are doubled. There's nine questions instead of eight in the final round, so there's eighteen points possible. So Rubby, you're down by six. But if you get some of these right over, mister Greenbaum, it's your chance to come back and pull victory from the jaws of defeat. Are you guys ready for round four, your final round head to head? Yeah, I'm ready. No, not at all. That lightning round just took the life up of unprepared Yes, all right, this is a category where

I need you to name the world city. I'm going to give you some things that those cities are famous for. You have to name the world city. You guys have done some traveling around the globe, so I think you should get some of these or most of these. I think you'll do well. So again I'm gonna give you a few like things that you would see in your your guide to what to check out in these cities. Just name the city. That's all. So question number one in your final round Fishermen's

Wharf and the Castro. Fishermen's Wharf and the Castro. I need for you to name that famous city. The second one might be tough because I'm only going to give you one thing. Name the city that's known for this one thing. I'm gonna give you for number two, the Berge Khalifa, the Burge Khalifa. That's all I'm gonna give you for number two. Name that world city. Question number three, the Acropolis and the Parthenon. The Acropolis

and the Parthenon. Name that city. Laugh aut you okay? Question number four. A lot of the rebby's looking over at his father once again. They've covered their microphones and the fathers. The answer is in question number four, the Trevy Fountain and the Pantheon, Not the Parthenon, but the Trevy Fountain and the Pantheon. Named that city for number four, the Pantheon, not the is it. Don't give out the answers, don't yell it into

the microphones. The Pantheon, question number five. Question number five in your final round, Preservation Hall and the Superdome Hall and the super If I've been to all these places, Mike can feel very fortunate, except for one, which I've never heard of. But you're going there soon because of expense paid trip to the Burst. I'm guessing that's what I'm guessing. Question number six, Question number six, name this city that has these places, the Imperial

Palace and the Ginza, The Ginza and the Imperial Palace. Name that city. Oh, it's coming all down to these final few questions in round four, your double duty Radcliffe round where points are doubled. Question number seven, Copa Cabana and Christ the Redeemer, Copa Cabana and Christ the Redeemer. Name Matt famous city for number seven. Only two left after this one again question

number seven, Copa Cabana and Christ the Redeemer. Question number eight, like question number two, only has one clue, but I think you got this one. Question number eight the Apartheid Museum. The Apartheid Museum, name the city and finally, your final question in this round, final question of the game between Reve Patel and Josh Greenbaum, chapultapec Park and the Freeda Collo Museum,

Chapultapec Park and the Freda Museum. Name that city? All right, pencils down, here we go. We're gonna go over our answers for final the final round, the double duty round where points are doubled. Question number one, name that world city, Fisherman's Wharf and the Castro Rubbi, What did you put? Dad? What did you put for this one? Dad? That's your microphone up here? What do you What did you put for number one? San Francisco? Josh? What did you put? I also

said San Francisco. The correct answer is San fantastic San Francisco. Question number two, this was maybe the tougher one, the burge Khalifa. Josh, what did you put? I just took a crazy guests and went with Dubai Hotel. What did you put? I wrote Cairo and then I crossed it out and oh, I like Cairo. Tel Aviv all is. The bers Khalifa is the tallest building in the world and has been I think since around two thousand and nine. That is located in the new desert city of Dubai.

Josh green Bomb pulling it out of his butthole. That answer deserves a huzza. The mission impossible movie that they show is that what that is? That's that building hanging outside of that window. That is the Burj Khalifa. Very cool, impossible seventeen on whichever one that was? That was lucky? Question number three? Question number three the Acropolis and the Parthenon, the Patels. I'm just going to call you the Patels. Now, would you put?

For number three? What'd you put that? Number three? Athens Grease? Josh Greenbaum Athens Grease, Athens Grease is correct for number three? Number four, Trevy Fountain and the Pantheon, Josh, what did you put? I've been fortunate enough to be at the Trevy Fountain and throw a coin over my shoulder to return back to Rome Roma as they call it. Yes, Patel's well, we put we put, we put Romo, which is the kind of By the way, Mike, do you know question number Preservation Hall

and the Mercedes Benz Super Dome RVE. What did you put? I put New Orleans JOm. Also New Orleans and greatest place to ever go to see a jazz show is Preservation Hall. Very cool. One of the places on Earth. Microphones was like what forty people in there they let in or fifty people and live jazz? Awesome? It is the big easy. New Orleans, Louisiana is number five. Question number six the Imperial Palace and the Ginza, josh I do. I wasn't sure on either base or Tokyo. I

went with Tokyo because Genza sounds much more Japanese than Chinese to me. The patel's I wrote the same answer. The correct answer is Tokyo, Japan. Correct. See, you guys are doing great. You guys are doing well. Number seven Copa Cabana Beach and that huge statue on the mountain Christ the Redeemer named that city the patels I wrote Buenos Aires, and then I crossed it out and I put in Rio. And now I'm wishing I'd stuck with Buenos Aires. Josh Greenbaum, what did you put? I think it's Rio.

That's where that isn't that that? That's the beach with the Christ thing on the cliff. I think also Sugar Loaf Mountain. The correct answer is Rio de Janeiro. He did it. You did great. You guessed right. Question number eight the Apartheid Museum. Josh I luckily was able to go there making my little films. The Short Game took a kid in South Africa to Johannesburg to the Apartheid Museum. Yeah, I put cap Oh. That is a great guest. Cape is a great guest. But the correct is

also one of my favorite movies is The Short Game. That's a great another documentary that Josh Greenbaum directed, The Short Game. It's about Kid. Yeah. Finally, question number nine, the final question for our trivia game head to head Rubbi Ptel, Josh Greenbaum Chapultepec Park and the Frieda Colo Museum. Rubby, what did you put? H I put Mexico City or Buenos Airis. Then I called and then I crossed out Buenos Airis and I went with Mexico City. Okay, Josh, what did you put? I got making

my last movie, I lived blocks away from the Freedo Cala Museum. You've really helped me out with these choices. I was not in its Mexico City. I know, answer is Mexico City City. You guys both did incredibly well in the double duty Radcliffe round where points were double. But when we're taleling up the scores, there is a winner of this game with thirty six points it is, mister Josh green Bomb. Wow, great, great, great competition, rev. I mean that was that was a nail bier that

last round. Yeah and again ja yep, great game, great players. What what charities again? Mention the charities that you guys are playing for again? Uh, my charity, I'm switching it. I'm playing it for Josh Greenbaum's confidence. Ah, a great deal donated in his honor. No, mine was for Action against Hunger. Action against Hunger. Great charity and Josh green Bomb, who are you playing for again? Young storytellers? Awesome youngster.

Read the Wikipedia page again, Josh, Yeah, let me pull it up, really bring it up. Founded in nineteen let me think it an Yeah, I did actually look up the three screenwriters MIKEL. Bondenson, Brad Feulcheck and Andrew Barrett. Anyway, the info we love on you should know better. So again, Young Storytellers and Action against Hunger are going to get a donation from us in your good names for being good sports and playing. But the game's not over, Josh. Now it's time to go against me

in the final throwdown, the final throwdown? Can I can I have and his dad on my team? As well. Can I host? Can Daddy see you asked the questions? Yes, we'll see. We'll see how this works out the whole time. Can we interrupt the entire dime? Get ready to talk? All right, go ahead. My producer comes up with He's Annie, who's sitting right next to me? The question is in here. I have never seen this. I swear on a stack of Douglas Adams books

that's my holy book that I've never seen this before. So I'm gonna read the question. Josh, you get first DIBs on an answer. I can either agree with that if I think you nailed it, or I can come up with my own answer. Whether we get it right or not, we'll find out what the answer is, and then we'll learn a little bit about the correct answer. So we're all gonna learn a little something if we haven't learned something already. So are you ready for the final throwdown? Josh Greenbaum?

Yes, all right, here we go. I tried to make that dramatic. What color mostly stimulates appetite? What most stimulates appetite? That is your final throwdown question, Joshua, I'll let you guess first. I mean, that's a great question, and Here's what I like about it is there's only so many colors I can say, so I can't look like an idiot.

You know a lot of your other questions. Yeah, I mean I know all the colors, so no matter what I say, I don't look like I've totally that's nice, burnt umber or all right, No, that seems too specific. Okay, I'm gonna just talk through it. Do I have a time limit here, because I've got about thirty or forty minutes of processing I'm gonna do right now. Please please take it. We're gonna start. We're gonna start watching two thousand and one of Space out of Sea Wall.

Okay, the answer, okay, great, No, I'm my gut tells me that is in the yellow, red, orange space. I do not think it's blue. I do not think it's green or any of that space. And I feel like, you know, okay, McDonald's uses yellow, orange, red. I think like a lot of food places use that, so I'm just I'm trying to go with the right one. I think yellow is too far off because that's like the sun. I think red might be a bit more like anger. I know that's simp stimulus kind of anger,

So I'm gonna I'm settling into orange. Was it was it the Manila folder that's actually orange that got you to think that maybe that was Maybe it might be I don't know, I feel like, but I love that's I love deductive reasoning. I love your thought process because that's a big part of trivia and about this game. I'm going to disagree with you on my as.

I'm just gonna pick something else. But I do remember reading something either in Fast Food Nation, that book that Eric Schlosser wrote about sharing fast food and how we eat or supersize me Morgan Spurlock documentary. So you're going yellow or red? It seems like I'm going to go with red. I remember hearing something maybe that red was the one that got people to like salivate,

so they put red in their logo. I mean that is what all the like packaging of McDonald's actually is, Like they have a yellow m yeah, but they're red. Yeah, you're right. I think you're right. You said orange, I said red. The answer is in this green folder. We're gonna find out who knows best in the final throw down, we got orange versus Red. Here is your answer. The correct answer is red red chorus like, we're gonna learn a little bit about this right now. This

is why it's red. Red activates your appetite so much that it's used in most fast food restaurant chain logos and decore. So you you just said that, Josh, you knew this. Red raises heart rate and blood pressure. The anger thing comes in there too. The color red also makes us want to eat faster, so they're like, eat your food and get out of here. Turn and burn baby, like fast food, we want more people to sit down. Ketchup and mustard theory is used by marketers because red makes

us hungry and yellow makes us happy. In and out Burger, Donald's, Wendy's, Burger King, Wells Fargo. Oh that is your final throwdown question. But you remain by beating Rubby this go around.
