Speaker 1

We got a lot going down right now. Caroline Levitt bringing receipts. The media was like, where, where's the proof? Where's the proof? She's got the proof. Doge is serious. Caroline is serious, and this president is serious, so you know, don't mess with him. Here he is speaking moments ago on Terrace and a CNN reporter kind of got in the way. Mr. President, you won the White House in part because of high inflation. If your tariffs make prices go up, we haven't asked you to speak, please.

That's good, right? We're gonna get to what he's saying on tariffs in a moment, but first we got to talk about Caroline. Welcome to the show, everyone. Good to have you here. What a news cycle, right? I mean, have you ever seen anything like it? The Wall Street Journal saying that Donald Trump and Elon Musk's team there at those, they have done more in the last 3 weeks. Than Ronald Reagan did in an entire 8 years to cut government spending. It's absolutely, positively remarkable. I mean really

and truly, this is history in the making. Caroline Levitt. She's bringing receipts, OK? She comes into the press conference now and you know she had been dealing with reporters saying, Well, how do we know? How do we know? How do we know after she said, oh, you know, you've got $2 million going to sex change operations in Guatemala and you've got tens of thousands of dollars going to trans

comic books in Peru. You get a DEI musical in Ireland, a trans opera in Colombia, and they're like, well how do we know? How do we know, how do we really. Really, really, really know, and she, uh, she came forward with something, shall we say? She came forward with actual proof and I have a feeling there's gonna be a whole lot more of this. You know why? Doge is coming out with a brand new website. You can go and check it out right now at doge.gov. They're coming

out with a brand new website. You know what that website's gonna have in it? All of the receipts, OK? So they're not messing around. They're very, very serious about getting all of this stuff in and you combine somebody like Donald Trump with the ability if you would from a technological perspective of one Elon Musk and I'm telling you we are in for it we are in for it they're talking about blowing open Medicare for example.

They're talking about blowing open the IRS. That's another biggie, for example, Pete Hegsath ordering an audit there at the Pentagon. This is stuff that Democrats and Republicans, both parties have talked about forever. Nobody's actually done it. And then you get this team doing this. Here's Caroline with the prep. Well, I want to say that actually tariffs are good. Tariffs are great actually, and uh the problem is we didn't

charge them and everyone else did. They charged us, but we didn't charge them because we were. Generous or foolish or stupid. All of the above. So this is one of the biggest, I think economic bills ever. I think it's probably the biggest in terms of what it represents. Now this doesn't include what we did a few days ago with steel and aluminum that's over and above this. Uh, cars will be over and above this. Look at what's coming shortly.

If you take a look at the chips and the various things in that world, that universe that will be over and above it, also pharmaceuticals will be over and above.

OK, again, just from the press conference moments ago just wrapping up there and he's talking about the importance of tariffs and having reciprocal tariffs because you know what, if you go around the world, everybody else is charging us tariffs, but we never charge anybody else tariffs we're gonna talk about that a little bit later, but first, as I said, you know what, this woman, this young woman, this young mother Caroline Levitt, she's coming to the party and you

know what, she's got receipts, OK? She is serious like they're like, well how is it that you really know that there's $2 million going to. Sex change operations in Guatemala. How do you know that tens of thousands of dollars went to the Trans opera in Colombia or the DEI musical in Ireland? And she's like, oh yeah, yeah. Here's how I know. I've got it all. I've got copies for all of you. Here we go, Caroline Le. Before it was Elon Musk

making our government efficient and accountable. It was some unnamed bureaucrat that none of you knew. Elon Musk is the richest man in the world. He's also now one of the most highly scrutinized men in the world alongside President Trump because of what he's doing and the access that he is allowing. So there's great transparency. As for the actual receipts, we are happy to provide them, and I actually brought some today because all of you

know I love to bring the receipts. We have contracts upon contracts that we can send and provide this information to you. Let me be very clear, we are not trying to hide anything. We have been incredibly transparent and we will continue to be. These are screenshots of contracts that Doge found across. Our government. This is a DEI contract $36,000 for US citizenship and immigration services. That is against the president's policies

and his America first agenda. This is a $3.4 million contract, a council for inclusive innovation at the US Patent and Trademark Office, Department of Commerce, another DEI contract that Doge identified. I can continue to go through these. Oh, I love this 1. $57,000 for climate change in Sri Lanka. What is this doing to continue the interests of the American people? Absolutely nothing. These are the line items across the federal

government that Doge is identifying daily. They're moving very fast. There's a lot of paper that we can show you, but we're happy to do it. This administration has been more than transparent about what Doge is doing, and here's one of their tweets that they posted about the. I believe this is in Pennsylvania where the federal employee retirement system is being processed. Did anybody know this was even happening in our country before Elon Musk talked about

it in the Oval Office yesterday? A lot of Americans didn't, so we are providing transparency and accessibility on a daily basis when it comes to Doge. And I also have a Doge daily report, if anybody would like it, on all of the things that they are identifying and finding. We're happy to provide this information to you. We're talking about it every single day.

Amazing, right? Amazing. And now they're coming out with a brand new website, Doge Gov, and it, it's all gonna be there like we're getting real transparency, amazing, amazing, amazing like this is what they've talked about for years. I was looking at some old tape, old old tape earlier today of Al Gore. And Bill Clinton talking about oh they're gonna do all this good stuff. I looked at some with Obama too they're gonna get rid of all the fat and waste

in the government, but you know what, nobody ever did it. Instead, we've just been ballooning bigger and bigger and bigger. Over the years, and I gotta tell you over the last 4 years, holy moly, my gosh, some of the things that are coming up $52 million going to Associated Press. What? I mean over $50 million going to the New York Times.

Come on, $8.2 million going to Politico for all those political pros subscriptions, so all those bureaucrats could pay $10,000 a year, your taxpayer money to go to those things and then this DEI nonsense. Or I could just call it crap, right? All over the world, all over the world like what is that about? Like why are they pushing this agenda? I mean, it's bad enough here at home. Why were they doing it all over the world? Why was it so important to have DEI initiatives in Serbia or transgender

operations that we're paying for as taxpayers in Guatemala? Like why is that important? I ask you because you know what I really still don't know the answers to that. We've talked about maybe it's because you know they're gonna employ all their transgender PhD students that they're graduating from these mills, right, these factories of academia, and they're gonna find some place for them to work, but I still,

I'm really troubled by this. I don't understand the point of trying to re-engineer society in such a really heinous way and let's face it, it's heinous when you're saying, OK, it's perfectly fine that a boy who was born a boy gets to run or swim. In the same race with someone who's never had, let's face it, the testosterone, you can't take the drugs, right? You can't take testosterone and compete in these in these races, so why would you allow somebody who obviously.

Had had most of their life with a whole lot more testosterone than the young woman. I mean it's bonkers and more and more and more of this is coming out. It's why Trump wants to get rid of the Department of Education. What good is it doing us? What good is any of this doing us? I mean they have no explanation. She's got the receipts now they can't sit there and say, oh it's not really happening and when this comes up, what do they got?

Yeah. Factually accurate. He's talking about luxury hotels. There you can I'm I'm not a big look, I was in a hurricane FEMA does I believe I think the issue too is these are congressionally appropriate funds. I think you and I as conservatives could look for a lot of things in the federal budget. We would be more than happy to see done away with, but I think that there have been things that have been presented as one thing and then turn out to be.

Thinks that very different. The condoms to Gaza. The first time I heard that stated, I knew that wasn't true. It doesn't take an expert to know that we're not doing that. And then we've got this example of Politico allegedly spending $8 million that just simply wasn't true. So I think what people want is, yes, it's fine to tweet it out, but explain why we're cutting it, what it is, and if it's taking away a good or a service from the public, what is backfilling.

I just got to jump in because the 8.2 million, she's wrong on that, that actually is true and we have the receipts on that. I've been showing you the receipts on this one. They were paying, they're saying, oh, it was no big deal because you know they were paying for political pro subscriptions. Well, it's fascinating how the 8.2 million all happened for those political pro subscriptions.

What are you doing in 2024, man, oh man, I mean they, they jumped up their spending in 2020 if you look at that yellow line, and by 2024, wow boy they sure had an agenda, did they not? You know what this was, these were like zombie subscriptions basically you pay 10 grand, ladies and gentlemen. And you get a subscription to political pro and no nobody can complain about it because, oh, it's political pro

and maybe you need that to do your job. Let me tell you, you don't, and everybody's come forward now well many people have come forward and said, you know, I never even knew that I had this subscription. I never even knew about it. So before the woman on CNN who actually happens to also be on The View starts telling you that. Garbage. I want you to remember that actually it really and truly is true, but let's pick up where we

left off, shall we? We're going to pick up where we left off because when I tell you this is all they got, really and truly this is all they got, Anderson Cooper has to get down in the gutter. People aren't going to be losing something they need, and I'll just add, I give him credit for this. He said, Look, we're going to make mistakes. He said, we're going to make them he said we're not going to bet 1000 here. We're going to make mistakes and we Oh, OK. We gotta get the, we gotta get the

best part. We gotta get the best part, right? Let's get the very, very best part because, uh, like I said that Americans and it gives them some. OK. It's, it's not transparency to say things that have no factual background. I mean to say we're cutting, you know, we've found a billion dollars or $1 trillion in waste with no specifics, that's just talk. That's not transparent. It's 23 days in here guys. 23 days. You're, you're, you're talking about $2.3 billion that was saved last year.

These guys are saving $2.3 billion a day, but it's incredible. That's what they're saying. But where's the you're you're not going to be satisfied until he shows up with 10,000 pages. He's giving very specific things, but he's not actually giving any evidence of that. It's all going to come because what they also said was if we have to go to Congress, we'll go to Congress, show some of the details that have come out like the, you know, $59 million spent on luxury hotels, it's actually.

Not about the FEMA money that was abused for migrants that was FEMA money for migrants, that's OK now? No, I'm not saying it's OK. I'm not saying it's OK. Don't you stop that? Would you stop that process? Don't be a dick. The portray what I'm saying is the portrayal. Like that's where he goes, Don't be a, I'm sorry.

Like this is, this is what it has basically evolved into because they got nothing and they're so scared for some reason of everybody finding out just exactly where all this money went, they're so scared. That that's what they have to do, the name calling, the name calling. I mean there's tons of it. We've been watching all over the air for the last 48 hours or even longer. They are flipping out, you guys, because it's all getting exposed.

Isn't it great? I mean, like it's really, really, really great. The IRS is about to get exposed. Donald Trump just talking about this moments ago in a press conference. Yikes. Workers arrived today, Gavin Kleer and others arrived today at the IRS. Do you expect. Close the IRS or what? No, I don't expect it, but, but I think, I think that the Internal Revenue Service will be looked at like everybody else. Just about everybody's going to be looked at, so it's, uh, they're doing

a hell of a job. It's an amazing job they're doing. And you know that force is building these I call it the force of super geniuses, but it's building and you know they go up and they talk to some of the people about certain deals and the people get all tongue tied, they can't talk because these people get it. They're very smart people. We need smart people, yes. So it's pretty good. Everybody's gonna get looked at. You know, the IRS has um some stuff that maybe should be

looked at. I'm thinking about, you know, we can go back to the Lois Lerner days. And the fact that Conservative Tea Party groups were being targeted by Obama's IRS. We can go back to that. We can go back to, oh, just recently, right? Matt Taibbi, when he was going to testify as a reporter who sort of I used to

work for Rolling Stone. I always assumed he was pretty left, but he's, he's, he's gotten increasingly right too, like everybody, right, because, uh, if you're just a normal person, I guess you're, you're on the right now. So Matt Taibbi. Had the IRS show up at his doorstep the day

he was supposed to testify about the Twitter files. The Twitter files basically were exposing he got his hands on I guess Elon gave it to him all of the State Department's information, uh, vis a vis how they were trying to manipulate what was going on on Twitter, right? So they had their agenda and there was all this back and forth between the State Department and the Twitter employees now ex.

Think about that, like it's amazing if we didn't have X. I don't think all this stuff would be coming out. I really don't because it was like a game of whack a mole they were shutting everything down over and over and over and over again and people were losing all trust and all faith in the government and I gotta tell you, when you lose that, you've lost it all.

Elon articulating that this week so well. If there's not a good feedback loop from the people to to the government, and if, if you have rule of the, the bureaucrat. If the bureaucracy is in charge, and then what meaning does democracy actually have? If the people cannot vote, and they will be decided by their elected representatives in in the form of the president and, and the Senate and the House, then we don't live in a democracy, we

live in a bureaucracy. So it's incredibly important that we close that feedback loop, we fix that feedback loop, and that the public, uh, the public's elected representatives, the president, the House and the Senate. Decide what happened. Yeah. I mean, for the people by the people, right? Like the people should have some say. Oh, they, they don't like that over there in Democrat land. I, I'm kind of wondering what is it that they're so

afraid of that's gonna get exposed? You gotta wonder, right? Hey, you know what, if you're watching the markets, markets went up today. Markets actually really like Donald Trump, really, really like Donald Trump, so it's a good time to be investing in the markets if you would. Go check out our model portfolios at 76research.com. Model portfolios, we get 3 of them. If you wanna just sort of, you know, go in lightly, you can use code word dollar. And get the $76 report. It's just $1 a month

for the first two months. Code word dollar deal LLAR. This is my research company that I started with a very dear friend who spent decades on Wall Street running billions of dollars and listen, uh, you know, there's a lot of opportunity out there right now because this president

is doing things that you just haven't seen before. I mean you just look at our portfolio, for example, all of these numbers showing that, you know, all of them American resilience, income builder and inflation protection, all. Doing extraordinarily well, um, and better of course than the S&;P because that's the goal, right? You want to be beating the S&;P, so go check those out, go look

at those model portfolios on 76 Research. I would just say that you know what he's, he's talking about exposing a lot, a lot like there's a little bit of a threat here when he said he's gonna expose the billionaires that are like stealing money from the government. I want you to listen. That you can have that kind of fraud you're talking about like. Are you talking about what? Wait, wait, which are you talking? You're talking about with regard to all of the investigations

that are going on about the stupidity. What we're gonna do is tomorrow I'm having a news conference. I'm gonna read to you some of the names that hundreds of millions and even billions of dollars have been given to. And if you tell me that we should be giving money to those things, those entities, uh, I think you'll probably have to leave as a reporter because you're not very talented. When you look at the kind of money, billions and billions of dollars being thrown away illegally and

there's no, there's no chance. I mean I say it in front of our. Our attorney general, there's no chance that there's not kickbacks or something going on when you give millions and millions of dollars to somebody that stands to look at something for 15 minutes and walks away with millions of dollars, that money's coming back in some form. And that's only one form of corruption. The biggest thing is what they do to our country. They're taking massive

amounts of money and spending it on items. I went through a list of 200 expenditures that were made, and I found 3 that looked like they were reasonable. OK, 3, and uh we'll be talking about that tomorrow. We have a lot of stuff, and I want to commend Elon because he's done a fan. He doesn't need this, you know, he's abused by you people every day. Uh, he's found more things than anybody could find. I

think he's got the credibility to do it. I know he does, and, uh, it's his group of people, you know, they started off with 12. I call them 12 geniuses. They started off with 12 and they went to 20 and 25, and now they're up to almost 100 people are joining to help them because there's a massive fraud that's taken place. And he's going to uncover all of it. They're talking about $2.7 trillion in Medicaid and Medicare fraud. I mean improper payments. This is unbelievable going overseas, you guys.

I want you to hear it. I mean, it's like one thing after another. This is what you call a big news cycle. to do just for a second. Earlier, the subcommittee headed by Chairman Margha Taylor Greene, her and her staff discovered $2.7 trillion in improper. Payments to Medicare, Medicaid overseas, the people who should not have gotten it. Some of this room might have missed that press conference. Can you elaborate on what the president is thinking at this point? Well, again, that's another example.

There's a very long list of the fraud, waste, and abuse that Doge is identifying on a daily basis. Elon Musk also talked about yesterday about Social Security payments that are going out the door for people who are no longer with us unfortunately I would say that is certainly fraud. There's also a lot of contracts they've identified that just as a hypothetical example are a million bucks but only 500,000 went out the door. So where's

the rest of that cash? And so that's the thing, those are the things that Doge is working on every single day and I would just remind everybody in this room this is what President Trump campaigned on doing. He's delivering on a promise that 17. Imagine that the president's actually doing what he said he would do. I said to a few people for the last couple of weeks I'm like, you know they campaign on this, that and the other. But do they ever actually do it? No, OK, let,

let's be like perfectly frank. I mean, I think he came closest to it. It's just that he was always on defense because Russia, Russia, Russia was how we began the last administration in 2016, whole bunch of lies, by the way, and now he's coming in and he's like, yeah, been there, done that. I'm getting what I want done.

And I'm gonna blow it all wide open because you guys are wasting money and it's one big just system of graft so you got the IRS he wants to look at you've got the Pentagon that he wants to look at. You've got Medicare Medicaid that he wants to look at. Josh Hawley saying, hey, you know what? Just think about what we spent on Ukraine. I gotta tell you, if you think all this other stuff is bad,

you ain't seen nothing yet. You know what else needs to happen is we need an accounting of every single tax dollar that's been spent over there because remember right now we have $0 because Congress never would vote for an audit of the money and the White House, the Biden White House never would do one. We need to know exactly how this money has been spent all these years and if you think USAID. is a corrupt thing. Just wait till we see how

our money has been spent. We need to know it and I'm glad the president is going to bring this to a close. Um, OK, like, isn't this great? Don't you want to know where the money was spent? Well, most of us do. I mean, Chuck Schumer, Chucky boy, he's a whole lot. I am going to stand with you in this fight, and we will win. We will win. We will win. I'm sorry, what are you winning? The American people voted for him and the

American people don't like waste, OK? They really don't, and this is pretty, pretty consistent, shall we say, across both parties. They really don't like it when you waste our money. So people are looking at this and they're going, this is good, this is healthy, we like it. Well, most people.

I mean you look at 53% approval ratings and 70% of Americans saying, you know what he's doing what he promised he would do and then you go over to some publications like that little shop called CNN which I tell, you know what I think we're beating them on our live shows guys like we get better ratings over here on YouTube and it's like just me and you, right? Like we're beating CNN.

On most given days. Here's Kaitlin Collins, who's been ridiculed for this, this very dramatic, oh my gosh, constitutional crisis comment. We are 3 weeks into the second Trump presidency, 3 weeks, and tonight there are warnings that the US is dangerously close to a constitutional crisis. You scared yet? We are dangerously dangerously close to a constitutional crisis. It

sounds like she was watching Letitia James's speech. Not only does this administration's new policy put people at risk, but it is plainly unconstitutional. The president does not get to decide which laws to enforce and for whom. When Congress. Yeah. OK, or maybe, or maybe she just read the New York Times editorial that said everybody, come on, we're gonna round them up. If Trump triggers a constitutional crisis which Kaitlin Collins and CNN say we are very, very near, well then no

part of society can remain silent. What exactly do they think is happening right now? Because he's going through and he's exposing the graft like that is somehow not constitutional. The Wall Street Journal had a good take on this one writing in an op ed, Is this a constitutional crisis? Trump's actions? Yeah, sure, they're aggressive, but they aren't an executive coup, OK, not the way the mainstream media, I mean. Maybe it's a coup to the mainstream media because they're

gonna lose their millions of dollars. What was it? $52 million that Associated Press was getting. That's the latest and greatest that has just been discovered by none other than Doge. I wonder how much CNN was getting. Maybe they're, maybe they're paying for Caitlin's salary. Well, the Wall Street Journal writes, look. The same people who predicted Donald Trump would be a dictator now say a constitutional crisis has already arrived barely

3 weeks into his presidency. They're over as usual, and readers may appreciate a less a breakdown about Mr. Trump's. Actions of whether they do or not breach the normal checks and balances. The conclusion from the Wall Street Journal is no. They absolutely don't. This is not one of

those moments where you need to panic. And you know, after a while, if you keep telling everyone it's time to panic, it's time to panic, it's time to panic, don't you become The, the little boy who cried wolf spirit filled, thank you for your generosity, appreciate it, and I'm always here to report the truth. Listen, they wear out their welcome. I mean, it's what happened with all of the lawfare, for example, at some point we couldn't even keep them

all straight, right? It was like, oh, they're going after Trump again for this, that and the other nonsense and nothing was sticking. Well, the Wall Street Journal. Rights the first category if you think about it in terms of spending includes the administration's decision to pause discretionary spending. Well, guess what? The president absolutely has every bit of authority to pause discretionary spending and in fact, many presidents have done it before. It's exactly what Biden did. Did everybody

freak out like this? No, no, but you know, I guess Biden wasn't pausing the USAID spending that was going to the likes of AP. The BBC Politico, and the New York Times. So this article goes on and they sort of explain that this is just absolutely over the top. It is totally ridiculous to think that this is some kind of coup or constitutional crisis, but you know what, this is

what the media does, right? Like we've been there, done that, and I think everybody is pretty darn sick and tired of it, frankly it's why you're over. Here reminder of course make sure that you subscribe, share, like, make a comment, all that stuff because I'll tell you every bit helps and it it's because of outlets like this because of say my podcast and other podcasts where you're seeking out the truth you're actually hearing it and you're able to make informed decisions.

Again I go back to the the importance of leadership in terms of X allowing all this information to get out there and here, you know, I, I'm on YouTube and fortunately I'm able to connect with all of you guys. You see a lot of transition happening for example over at Meta because they're realizing this wasn't the really the way to do it they shouldn't do it like that because if you don't have free speech, what do you have? right? well.

Constitutional crisis, this is the concern, OK? Letitia James says we're going towards a constitutional crisis in the New York Times and CNN they all agree with her, a constitutional crisis because what the federal government's actually gonna control its borders? I'm sorry, Tishhi you know what? New York. Has to get with the program. She tweets out that it has laws that protect immigrants

and limit cooperation with federal immigration enforcement officials. Those laws should be followed by law enforcement and officials in our state, but you see the federal government has a little bit of a problem with that.

Because these green light laws that allow for people who are here illegally in the country to go and get driver's license from the DMV, well, that kind of stands in the face or sort of flaunts the sort of uh challenge of what the federal government needing to actually know who's in the country and control its borders and by the way they have total jurisdiction over that you can take that way went all the way to the Supreme Court and by the way, I think they will.

That's one where I'm sorry, but the federal government all day long trumps New York and Letitia James and Pam Bondi, our new AG under Donald Trump, she knows it. And if you don't comply with federal law, we will hold you accountable. We did it to an Illinois, strike one, strike 2 is New York. And if you are a state not complying with federal law, you're next, get ready. And the great men and women of law enforcement are standing behind me today. We have FBI, DEF DEA, ATF agents.

They put their lives on the line every single day to protect us. And what New York has, they have green light laws, meaning they're giving a green light to any illegal alien in New York where law enforcement officers cannot check their identity if they pull them over. Law enforcement officers do not have access to their background, and if these great men and women pull over someone and don't have access to their background, they have. No idea who they're dealing with, and it puts their

lives on the line every single day. Violent criminals, gang members, drug traffickers, human smugglers will no longer terrorize the American people, and that is why we are here today. You will be held accountable if you do not follow federal law. It's over, it ends, and we're coming after you. Mm. Did you hear that, Tish? She's coming after you. She's going after the governor of New York. She's going after the head of the DMV and she has every right to do so. Article 1,

Section 8, clause 4. This is what enables the federal government. Well, you could argue that the commerce clause also. Gives them this ability but it's spelled right out. They control borders they control immigration that is all the federal government no matter what these idiots are trying to tell you. I mean the same idiots they want to spend billions of dollars all around the world for DEI and trans efforts.

I'm like why? Like why? You got people in North Carolina, you got people in California with the fires and now the earthquakes and you got people in Florida right? that they lost everything. You don't think it's smart to maybe direct some of those resources to back here at home in the good

old US of A? No, they, they don't. The real constitutional crisis is taking place within our judicial branch where district court judges and liberal districts across the country are abusing their power to unilaterally block President Trump's basic executive authority. We believe these judges are acting as judicial activists rather than honest arbiters of the law. And they have issued at least 12 injunctions against this administration in the past 14 days, often without citing any

evidence or grounds for their lawsuits. This is part of a larger concerted effort by Democrat activists and nothing more than the continuation of the weaponization of justice against President Trump. Quick news flash to these liberal judges who are supporting their obstructionist efforts. 77 million Americans voted to elect this president, and each injunction is an abuse of the rule of law and an attempt to thwart the will of the people.

As the president clearly stated in the Oval Office yesterday, we will comply with the law in the courts, but we will also continue to seek every legal remedy to ultimately overturn these radical injunctions and ensure President Trump's policies can be enacted. Gosh, she's good.

Like how refreshing after having to deal with KJP for the last 4 years, nearly I mean it was peppermint Patty before her, but wow, I mean she's really, really good and she's on her game and she's not messing around and so she's like, you wanna find a real constitutional crisis? I can show you a real constitutional crisis.

I can show you a real constitutional crisis and that would be coming from the left right now who somehow has totally forgotten about some rather critical important things including the need. To protect our First Amendment, it's like the first one, OK? You're not gonna believe what this woman said. I'm like, does, does she not know what she's saying? Does she not understand English? This is Ayanna Presley who's out of Massachusetts. Listen to this representative.

Look, let me tell you something. I'll take a bit of umbrage here. I'll speak on behalf of my colleagues. I think I can say we are all willing to work with anyone who's serious about doing the work of censoring the American people and advancing progress, but they are not serious. You heard her? She's willing to work with anybody who's serious about censoring. Censoring the American people. They want to censor you. You don't have a right to complain about all this

money being spent here, there and everywhere. I mean if you do, Anderson Cooper's gonna say you're just a. Well, let's let him say it. Yeah, FEMA money for migrants, that's OK now. No, I'm not saying it's OK. I'm not saying it's OK. Don't put words you stop that? Would you stop that process? Don't be a dick. The portrayal, what I'm saying is the portrayal by him is just not factually accurate. You

heard it. You heard it, and this is their new go to move like a bunch of name callings, so they want to get rid of your First Amendment. They do. I mean, should, should I put the First Amendment up? Let me, let me see if I have that because, you know, I, I think that Ayanna Presley needs to remember and maybe the CNN reporter one Anderson Cooper needs to remember just exactly what the First Amendment is. OK, here we go. Congress shall make no law respecting.

And establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press or of the right of the people to peacefully assembly and to petition the government for redress of its grievances. This is the. First Amendment, Lady Presley. Look, let me tell you something. I'll take a bit of umbrage here. I'll speak on behalf of my colleagues. I think I can say, we are all willing to work with anyone who's serious about

doing the work of censoring the American people and advancing progress. Yeah, but they are not. So she's trying to say oh we'll work with you we'll work with you, Elon if you would just censor the American people. Again, is this like just somebody who's a total idiot and doesn't actually understand, I mean, I remember Kama like using total word salads and inappropriate words at odd times. I mean, is that this woman or or does she

actually know what she's saying? I'm gonna go with it, she knows what she's saying. Knows what she's saying and she doesn't care because she wants to shut down your right to speak. She's the only one that can speak and anybody else is gonna get called the D word by CNN or oh maybe

this representative, this is one representative Robert Garcia. Today you harken here, but I want to hear why, but do you think that calling Elon Musk a dick is effective messaging for confronting what is a potentially irreversible transformation of the US government? Well, he is a dick, and I think he's also harming the American public in an enormous way, and what I think is really important. OK, like, I'm sorry. This is all they got, guys.

All they have, so they've well, completely, completely lost the plot, so to speak, what are they doing? I mean, one Dean Phillips who actually tried to run against Biden, they spit him up and threw him out. Dean Phillips brought this up. He's like, my party, I'm sorry, like they, they really, really don't get it. They just don't get it.

Speaker 2

Unfortunately, Democrats are only focused on one thing right now, Mr. Musk. The fact of the matter, he's quite popular. He has the largest platform in human history, which is of course Twitter slash X, and I think we're missing the boat as Democrats, and all I'm saying is that sometimes it's better to join them. And actually play a role in how the strategy works rather than so pathetically, frankly try to combat something that clearly is a steamroller and Democrats are being steamrolled.

Speaker 1

It is pathetic, isn't it? I mean, it's totally, utterly pathetic watching them try and tackle this. I mean, here's this representative from Texas, Jasmine Crockett. Who I was wondering why you have a tech guy doing this. She doesn't understand like why is it a tech guy? Oh, I don't know, Jasmine, maybe because that tech guy, Elon Musk is like probably one of the most brilliant entrepreneurs we've ever had and you. I understand that we want everything to be perfect and if we could get all ways,

fraud and abuse out, that would be fantastic. But let me talk about the big numbers. The big numbers are on that side. When we look at, say, our entire workforce, our federal workforce, as we're trying to somehow Fire all of them, they don't even make up a total of 5%. It's even less than that when we look at our budget. But let's talk about defense. That just happens to be the same side of the ledger that Mr. Musk gets the vast majority of his money from.

In fact, at the same time that they were unlawfully and we will stay in court because on this side, we believe in law and order. We believe in, I mean, a number of us are actually lawyers, but nevertheless, we understand the Constitution, we believe in that as well. And so there's things such as, um, you know, empowerment, right? Because as Mr. Whitson said, he said, we need to return the power of the purse to Congress. It never left. According to the Constitution, that's where it's at.

Now I know that people are confused right now. because for whatever reason, we had a guy that went in and you talk about people invading our data. Listen, people said that they were upset about TikTok, but I'm upset about the guy that runs Twitter, who for sure is doing nefarious things because I don't understand if you are trying to conduct audits and figure out where the waste, fraud and abuse is, I don't know why you would go to some tech guy.

Because you know, maybe that tech guy is actually gonna have the right algorithm to figure out all those funny things you've been spending money on, Ms. Crockett. Maybe that tech guy is gonna be able to go in there and just determine exactly how it is that some people in Congress, I'm looking at you, Elizabeth Warren. Making what a couple $10,000 a year somehow have millions of dollars in the bank.

Maybe that tech guy in Congress is gonna go into Congress and actually be able to discover where all that money went and you see it scares the heck out of them because something's amiss. USAID spending who did that go up? I mean like way, way up Donald Trump talking about whether or not that played a role in 2020 in the election because you think about all the media that was getting paid off so were they refusing to actually look at things succinctly?

Were they refusing to think about policy or when they just going on these character attacks because they were paid to? We knew NPR, we knew. We knew NPR and PBS were funded by taxpayers, but who knew that the New York Times, Politico, the BBC, the Associated Press, who knew that they were all getting paid off by USAID HHS who wonder why they didn't like RFK Junior, by the way, he just got confirmed we're gonna show you that video coming up, but this

is the reality of the moment. These people got nothing. They're gonna name call or they're gonna sing. Badly which side are you on? On which side are you on? Tell me which side are you on? On which side are you on? We'll fight against Jo. We'll find Elon Musk. No. Oh, listen, you just play that song for him. He might actually call it a day. Unbelievable, really, really, really, really unbelievable. But you know what good stuff is happening. You look at the USAID, which is giving out billions

of dollars every year, $70 billion.01 year. I mean this is a lot of money, right? Uh we're talking a whole, I mean, Caroline Levitt saying earlier that 2.7 billion trillion trillion trillion trillion. It was, was in, in, in Medicaid and Medicare going overseas fraudulently. I mean, guys, like that's a lot of money. What is the, the, the entire debt is somewhere around $36 trillion so you're talking about 10% of our entire national debt that they're just sending over and we don't

even know what we do know. See, that's the thing we do know now Doge knows and this is what scares everyone. Donald Trump blocking the Associated Press from the White House press room after, well, a little bit of a scuffle, a little bit of a scuffle, um, apparently Associated Press doesn't want to recognize Gulf of America, Gulf of America, formerly known as the Gulf of Mexico it's a big deal, right? He came in and he's like, why are we calling it the Gulf of Mexico? No, I don't think.

So this is the Gulf of America. We're kind of the most important player here. Let's actually remember that. Let's actually do something about that. And so he very proudly one of his first declarations said, OK, we're gonna be the Gulf of America. And guess what? Everybody understood it. In fact, you know, when you look at uh the, the Google, for example, Google Maps, what did they do? They immediately changed it and it's his right to do so. I mean, think about.

Obama and changing Mount McKinley to uh another name in Alaska. Well, here, this was on my shorts feed the other day. I, I actually wanna show you this because it's sort of great. He basically, he basically just totally, totally, totally reveled in all of this, um, because he has signed a proclamation making. It's Gulf of America and he heard the words for the very first time. Let's take a listen.

Air Force One is currently in international waters, for the first time in history flying over the recently renamed Gulf of America. Please enjoy the flight, and we are now about to head westbound to Super Bowl 59. Wow, he did that well. Get a good voice. Make America great again, right? That's what we care about, OK. So he loved that. Well, the Association Associated Press didn't love it. Associated Press, who, by the way, look at this, can you guys see this? I want you to see this.

This is what Doge has discovered. They took $52 million.52 million dollars from the US government, the majority coming from USAID, but this is just unbelievable. I it really is state media we didn't know that they never tell you they're taking all that money from. Federal taxpayers and so Donald Trump's like OK you know what you guys don't wanna recognize Gulf of America really

you don't wanna Google does, right? It's now Gulf of America so if you don't wanna recognize it then maybe we shouldn't have you always here in the front of the room at the press conferences. This came up with a CNN reporter who's running to their defense. I don't think um which White House. Official made the decision to bar the AP reporter from the Oval Office and the diplomatic reception room last night. Well, first of all, let me just set the record straight.

It is a privilege to cover this White House. It's a privilege to be the White House press secretary, and nobody has the right to go into the Oval Office and ask the President of the United States questions. That's an invitation that is given and there are hundreds of outlets on this campus. Many of you in this room who don't have the privilege.

Of being part of that pool every single day and getting to ask the president questions, we reserve the right to decide who gets to go into the Oval Office, and you all have credentials to be here, including the Associated Press who is in this briefing room today. But in nature is the argument because the reason that the AP was barred, which they said was because they're not using the phrase Gulf of America, they're using Gulf of

Mexico in line with their standards. And so the question here is The setting a precedent that this White House will retaliate against reporters who don't use the language that you guys believe reporters should use and how does that align with the First Amendment commitment that you were just talking about?

I was very up front in my briefing on day one that if we feel that there are lies being pushed by outlets in this room, we are going to hold those lies accountable, and it is a fact that the body of water off the coast of Louisiana is called the Gulf of America. I'm not sure why news outlets don't want to call it that, but that is what it is. The Secretary of the Interior has made that the official designation in the geographical identification name server, and Apple has recognized that.

Google has recognized that. Pretty much every other outlet in this room has recognized that body of water as the Gulf of America, and it's very important to this administration that we get that right, not just for people here at home, but also for the rest of the world. Sure. Simple, right?

Well, it's still not over so moments ago the same reporter Kaitlin Collins, um, during the Gulf of America signing, you know, tried to commandeer the the conversation and take it to tariffs and, and we can talk about this because you know I have a lot to say on tariffs, but notice he's signing there he's got the Gulf of America behind him. Mr. President, you won the White House in part because of high inflation. If your tariffs make prices go up, to speak, please.

You know, I will give her credit for this. If that had been Jim Acosta. Jim Acosta would have been like, right? He would have been firing off over and over, and then he would have like turned into near fist to cuffs. We've seen that. So at least she has a little bit more decorum. She did speak out of turn. She did just jump in with the question that, you know, had nothing to do with the Gulf of America like fine, she wanted to get straight to tariffs, but.

At least when he said, you know what, you weren't asked to speak, she stopped. So, you know what, we, we, you know, she, she may not be all that, but at least she's not Jim Acosta. They got rid of him. They got rid of him over at CNN, yeah. I think he's got like a newsletter now, um, certainly not a newsletter like my newsletter because my newsletter will actually make you money. My newsletter will actually provide you with information that you need in order to be in

these markets. My newsletter is 76 Research code word dollar use. Rode dollar 76search.com really just fantastic wealth of information there. We published regularly on that and you know if you look at our portfolios, the proof is in the pudding here because we understand Rob and I who started this with me, we understand markets. I've covered them.

On the front lines as a news reporter he's invested billions of dollars in in markets and and I want you to have the opportunity to benefit from that knowledge. I really mean that and so it's the reason I created it so I encourage you to go over to 76 Research and take a look at that. Today, um, the other thing I'd encourage you to do, and I'm gonna give a little plug for one of our sponsors here on the show, and that's Balance of Nature.

Balance of Nature.com, use code word 35% off, 35% off plus free shipping, plus money back guarantees, so no harm no foul if if it doesn't work for you, if you don't like it. No big deal. You can get your money back. Um, I take this every day. I take fruits and veggies. I take a couple of gummies. They're gluten-free for, for those of you that care, and it's actually the first time in my adult life that I've taken my vitamins.

Really, um, and I actually am noticing for the first time in my adult life that I have made it all the way through mid February without having a cold, so I think there may be some kind of link to this. I do drink a lot of water. I do get exercise, but for the first time I'm taking my fruits and veggies every day, and I think it's a big deal. So I encourage you to take a look at this. You can call them as well, um, balance of nature.

Dotcom. Go to the website if you would balance of Nature.com and use my code word you help the show, you're helping yourself. It's all good stuff. I know some of you guys already take it. Leslie, who's usually in the conversation here is like, oh yeah, I've been taking that for years. My kid's music teacher was like, oh yeah, I've been taking that for years. I love it. So if you haven't been taking it for years, this is your chance. 35% offal of Nature.com.

Come with code word Trish, so you know you think about what's going on with AP and how they've been really raking it in. I mean, wow, maybe this is why they don't wanna talk about Gulf of Mexico because you know they're still beholden to all those people in the deep state that were giving them all kinds of money. I don't know. I'll tell you who else is in trouble right now NBC NBC's in.

A whole lot of trouble in so much trouble and of course they have to spin off their MSNBC network because having MSNBC while being an FCC controlled property that would be NBC itself, the network, it's a little bit of a problem, just a little bit of a problem by the way, this is becoming indeed more and more of an issue. I wanna show you this is one Brandon Carr and he's like.

He he's out for blood. I mean he's not messing around either it's a whole different kind of administration and if you saw, oh you know he's gonna be great with media companies and he's all about business, yeah, he's all about business, but he's also all about truth because he's seen the power of the media he knows what they can do and have done. And so he's putting everyone on notice.

Tomorrow we're gonna have more about what he's doing with ABC, but take a look at what he's doing right now with NBC this week he told Comcast, that's the parent company right of NBC that he had asked the FCC's enforcement bureau to investigate the company and NBC Universal specifically for what? Promoting DEI quote in a manner that does not comply with FCC regulations, they got rid of it. OK, so you can't just have a job on TV. Oops, you see,

I'm getting excited right now hitting my microphone. You can't just have a job on TV just because you check a certain box. Those days are over now maybe you can get away with a little more over on MSNBC, which is why in part they're spinning out MSNBC.

You know that network that Joy Reid is so angry, you know, she's telling, she's telling everybody not to see their family over the holidays because if they voted for Trump, then they can't be trusted, etc. yeah, that network, the one with Rachel Maddow that comes up with these really elaborate schemes, all kinds of rabbit holes she'll take you down with all those lies when you wanna talk about conspiracy.

theory thank you very much. That would be one Rachel anyway, Comcast is responding saying, well, for decades our company has been built on the foundation of integrity and respect for all our employees and our customers and that it will cooperate with the investigation. Good luck. Really? Good luck. You know, comes on the heels of Disney saying we're getting rid of our DEI units. And they're even apparently gonna take off the trigger warnings on some of those. Wonderful storied movies like um.

The Aristocrats? I didn't even know they had one on the Aristocrats. Remember the Aristocrats? I guess they have one on Lady and the Tramps. They've got one on Dumbo. They've got one on Peter Pan. They've got one on Swiss Family Robinson. Like what is so triggering about the Swiss Family Robinson? I mean.

Come on. So anyway, like enough, OK, like it's over, it's done, we're moving forward and yet there are some, there are some like some of the people I've just showed you that just can't get with the program. But the trains left the station. I mean, for goodness sakes, RFK just got sworn in. Yeah, that would be RFK Junior coming in. He is, ladies and gentlemen, the new HHS secretary and I'm guessing that means that the New York Times isn't gonna get their $30 million this year.

You wonder why Fox you got so many positive stories. Here is RFK Junior being sworn in. I'm Robert F. Kennedy Jr. I'm Robert F. Kennedy Jr. who solemnly swear, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend, that I will support and defend the Constitution. the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, against all enemies, foreign and domestic, foreign and domestic. That I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same,

that I take this obligation freely. I take this obligation freely without any, without any mental reservation, without any mental resignation or purpose of evasion or purpose evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge and I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office, the duties of the office. It's pretty great, right? He sure went through HLL and back. To get that gig they're really scared of him too. I mean, look, Trump is making massive strides here. RFK

Junior is going to make massive strides. Think of all that's happened just in the last 3 weeks. It's really kind of amazing, but you know what, you still got problems out there whether it be the Democrats or big pharma. Don't forget the role that big pharma plays in all of this. I mean, I was looking at some information here.

They've raised prices on over 575 brand name drugs in January, in the month of January alone, and this is despite Trump being there and the threat of RFK, maybe the threat of RFK had them run to raise prices every, every chance they could. They've blocked all kinds of competition.

They've spent millions of dollars pushing overpriced medicines on hardworking Americans, and now they're pressuring Congress as we speak to implement mandates that will undermine the one real check that we have against these drug companies.

And ban the very market-based incentives that help employers and families save on prescriptions, right, because you need those and help save them on their health care costs even worse, you know what you get big pharma out there right now wanting to strip American employers of their freedom to choose health benefits that work the best for them. The proposals could hand. Believe it or not, Big Pharma, $32 million.32 million billion for I'm getting my M's and my B's and my

T's mixed up here today, $32 billion. I mean this is a lot of money we're talking about at the expense of American employers, American families. They fought against solutions to lower drug prices during Trump's first term, of course they did, and they opposed, they. that guy that you just saw his nomination, did they not? So that they could get more and more and more control over the private healthcare market. They want to interfere with Donald Trump's promise to slash those prices. So this

is wrong. I'm telling you guys, you know what Big Pharma is not your friend. They are no friend to the American people. They are no friend to Donald Trump. You can find out. More information about this because you know you need to go to Congress to your individual Congress rep and demand just demand that this become a priority so you can

make a difference today. I'm gonna put this up. They've, uh, this is just a wonderful group and they've they've organized an effort here to really try and pressure, if you would, pharma windfall. Dot com. Go there today, check that out. I'm gonna put it up there and what they're doing is it's just not OK and Congress can stop it. But they need the, the will of the people, if you would behind them, so it's a big deal.harmainfall.com.

We got all kinds of stuff going on I think about war in Ukraine looking like that's gonna come to an end, my gosh, I mean, did you see what the diplomat from Russia actually had to say about this today? This is amazing. Like he actually said it's pretty amazing what's been going down.

It's so sad. I, I keep looking back on everything that's happened there and I'm not sure why we had to engage that way um because let's not forget these are lives that were lost and it just seems wrong and it seems like it was a real. Failure of diplomacy in every which way and form. Well, you know what, Pete Hegseth, my former colleague at Fox

had to say about this. He said, Listen, you know, Ukraine's gonna have to deal with the reality that it's probably not gonna become part of NATO because that's kind of a sticking point if you would from Russia for Russia. Anyway, here is, um, here is the ambassador. I want to show you the Russian Foreign Minister I should say saying that the entire world is in a state of shock over the phone conversation that Putin and Trump had because it looks like this thing might actually get resolved.

Yesterday after the phone call between President Trump and um and the Russian President Vladimir Putin. Are you more hopeful now that there can be real and fundamental change and improvement in US-Russian relations?

Speaker 2

What struck me was that now the entire world is in a state of shock, viewing the phone conversation and the news about it is something extraordinary. This shows to what extent the staff of the The Biden administration led by their presidents and their European satellites have abandoned dialogue and diplomacy as a method of communication with the outside world, opting instead for threats, sanctions, and the arming of the regime in Kiev to wage war against the Russian Federation.

Speaker 1

I think it's interesting that he said that they're all in shock. Because maybe they just saw this thing going and going and going and going, but you know Donald Trump doesn't like those kind of conflicts and if he doesn't feel that those conflicts are advantageous for the United States, then he doesn't want to be in them no he'd much rather be talking about how he uses economic tools to

help our country and to influence other countries, right? Well, I wanna say that actually tariffs are good tariffs are great actually. And uh the problem is we didn't charge them and everyone else did they charged us but we didn't charge them because we just didn't because somehow we're all about helping companies as opposed to helping American workers and listen this is all changing in real time. It is so good to have you here. Thank you for joining me today.

Thank you for all your generosity. I'm seeing in some of the super chats there. I really do appreciate it. It is important. That we do have this independent media and that we uphold our First Amendment and you know I am so committed to doing that. I don't care what they think for goodness sakes, right? Nothing to lose. I am out here for you and I'll continue to do this live on the front lines of history every day. I will see you back here live on the show tomorrow. Make sure you subscribe.
