Now, Letitia James, she's in more trouble than she could have ever possibly have known she'd be in, in part because of, well, a new development that the president actually tweeted out. Apparently she's guilty of doing the exact same thing. That she accused him of doing, of course we don't really think that what he did was in any way, shape or form a crime, but you know, so long as we're settling scores here we're gonna talk all about
Letitia James. Plus Donald Trump's got a new approval rating and I gotta tell you guys this must just kill CBS News to have to report this. It's their poll and hey, how do you like this for sweet justice if you would? They're reporting that his approval rating is through the roof. We're gonna get into the actual numbers and on top of that he's coming back doubling the lawsuit again 60 minutes he's doubling it. He's totally gonna put him out to out of business like bye bye bye CBS if
this thing all comes to being. We're gonna talk a little bit about the Super Bowl. Taylor Swift got booed boy to Donald Trump really, really, really like that. And big news, Doge is going after FEMA. Yeah, FEMA. Because apparently they're sending billions of dollars to big hotels in New York City while not really bothering with the poor people. That have been left destitute because of the storms down in North Carolina. All important information to get to today.
Welcome to the program. Make sure that you subscribe, share, like, all that good stuff. We are independent, proudly, fiercely independent here on the Trish Regan show, and I appreciate your support. So make sure you subscribe, hit the bell so you know when I'm here. Letitia James is in a whole lot of trouble, more than you could have ever imagined. I know, I know, you know, this is a woman who campaigned on one
thing and one thing only. He's called me venomous. We will fight back to your attempt to bring Trumpism to New York City. He's called me disgraceful. the Supreme Court. Illegitimate president. Illegitimate member Supreme Court. OK, I'm not gonna torture you. I know you know how bad she is. I just want to remind you a little sampling there. Well anyway, it's just come out now that apparently she might have done something
rather fraudulent with her own real estate holdings. This is Roger Stone who sent this out now it's Roger Stone. Who likes to disturb a bit, shall we say, what do you call him and you know what's disturb her anyway, Donald Trump sending it out, retweeting this. A careful examination of New York attorney General Letitia James financial disclosures Roger Wrights shows she. Inflated the value of her assets in order to get
mortgages on various commercial properties. Exactly what she accused President Trump of doing, falsely accused, he adds. President Trump of doing so, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a second. Remember how this all went down? Donald Trump went to Deutsche Bank, said, Hey, I want a loan. Deutsche Bank said, Sure, what do you got is collateral? He said, I got these commercial properties including one Mar a Lago, and it's valued at whatever he valued at.
Letitia James then goes back after the fact and says, oh no, no, I don't think Mar a Lago was actually worth what you think it's worth. I think it's only worth $18 million despite the fact that it makes $57 a year. Anyway, she's coming in. As the attorney general of the state of New York saying, no, I don't think you can do this deal with Deutsche Bank because I think you inflated the value of Mar a Lago, of course, values in the eye of the beholder,
shall we say? I mean, I'd buy it for $18 million. We can get a few people together, do a deal and buy that buy that puppy for $18 million. I mean it's bonkers. The whole thing is bonkers, and then he winds up with a $500 million nearly $500 million fine. It is absolutely the most insane thing I've ever seen, and to me this is the most egregious one, you know that, and maybe it's because I've been a business reporter my entire career, but I really, and, and I'm a capitalist, red blooded.
American capitalists are hard. I don't like the idea of Letitia James coming in between me and my bank, but you know, don't forget this is the woman that wanted to seize his assets. She was trying to seize his assets if he couldn't come up with the $500 million. She's like, why doesn't he have it? Like anybody has that laying around, chump change, yeah, let me go up to the bedroom and get it. It's under my mattress. I don't think so, Leticia, not even Elon, wealthiest guy
in the world, has that. Here she is saying she's gonna go after every asset. Four days after a judge ordered Donald Trump to pay $355 million for a decade of fraud, New York Attorney General Letitia James says she's prepared to do everything she can to make sure the former president pays his fine, including, she told us, seizing the buildings that bear his name. If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court.
And we will ask the judge to seize his assets. Yeah, you see, that's what she wanted to do. That's what she wanted to do all along, spirit filled thank you so much for your generosity. I'll get to your comment in just a second, but that's the problem here, OK? You get these uber political people that are trying to go after Donald Trump that have no business going after him for lawful transactions, and now what do you know? Turns out she might have done something quite similar.
Indeed, quite similar. Leave it to Roger to uncover this. So she's, she's kind of, you know, in, in, in a bit of a pickle here. She's trying to act all victorious because, you know, Doge, they've been moving full force ahead with USA. They're closing down building things that I'm gonna show you some of this video because it's really, really remarkable. It's just great. You got Maxine Waters outside
the Department of Education screaming at the security guard. I mean it is amazing all the things that are happening. And will continue to happen. So Leticia's kind of angry about that. Very angry about that. I mean, maybe she's angry. Maybe she's getting some kind of kickback. I don't know, $57 million that do just figured out was going from FEMA to the hotels in New York City to cover the migrants when we can't even pay for people in Florida
or North Carolina. Like that makes sense. Leticia James was trying to. Seize his assets. Leticia James thinks that she can still go after this president. Leticia James is trying to go after Elon Musk and Doge under the pretense that somehow Elon's getting access to your Social Security number. Sorry, he's not interested in those. He's interested in what you are spending your money on one.
In the past week, Elon Musk and his so-called Department of government Efficiency have accessed the personal private information of tens of millions of Americans. And sensitive data about public and private entities. Social Security numbers, addresses, tax returns, and more. This unelected group led by the world's richest man is not authorized to have this information. And they explicitly sought this unauthorized access to illegally block payments that millions of Americans rely on.
Payments for health care payments like um. The 57 million going to the fancy hotels or how about the 200 million that's going to the Pakistani group that runs that one Roosevelt hotel? No, no, no, no, no, look, you got this all wrong and Leticia, you know, you better get with the program because if you don't, Mike Davis, the attorney for Donald Trump had a rather interesting, I love the sound but I know some of you guys have seen it before, but you know what? I need
a good laugh. I just had to watch Leticia try and say all that, you know what. So let's watch Mike, who says, you know where you're heading, honey. Uh, let me just say this to Big Tish James, the New York attorney General, I, I, I dare you. I dare you to try to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term because listen here, sweetheart, we're not messing around this time, and we will put your fat ass in prison for conspiracy against rights, and I promise you that.
So, so think long and hard, he says, way to go, you know what we're gonna put your fat ass and you know where. So Leticia's already running up against it because Leticia's losing her credentials, you see, that's kind of important, I guess, sort of at least symbolically for one Leticia James, if you're so full of yourself as she is, you need to have all those federal clearances. Well, they're gone poof, gonzo. Donald Trump stripping Leticia James also.
The DA Alvin brag of their clearances because, well, he doesn't really trust them. Would you? I mean, the woman's starting to bankrupt you, she's made that abundantly clear. Alvin Bragg is so proud he's got these uh. Criminal counts against you, that whole thing, by the way, is gonna get tossed out in court, as is Leticia's case, for goodness sakes. I wish these guys would get moving, you know what? They don't move like Trump moves. Trump's
moving at lightning speed, getting everything exposed with Doge. You get Leticia losing her access, um, also Andrew Weissman, remember he was the lead prosecutor in the special counsel Robert Mueller case. Then you have, and he, he hates Trump. I mean, he's always on MSNBC telling us how. Trump and then you have uh the guy who represented the CIA analyst identified as the whistleblower in Trump's impeachment in 2019 over that phone call with Zelensky that would
be Mark Zade. You also have one Antony Blinken, who's no longer got his security clearance. That's a big deal. He revoked Biden's as well, as well as Jake Sullivan. I mean Lisa Monaco, who was the attorney General Biden's attorney deputy. I should say, who was involved in overseeing those lawfare investigations. Listen, they're all losing it. They're all losing their credentials, and this is part of cleaning house like cleaning house needs to happen right now, and I'm telling you, Pam Bondi's
coming for Leticia. That's what's next. You won't believe what Pam said just last night ahead of the Super Bowl. I'm gonna get to that, but first, quick shout out from one of our wonderful sponsors here on the Trish Regan show. We love our friends over at American Heart for Gold. You can get up to $15,000 worth of free silver right now. How about that? At American Heart for Gold if you text Trish to 65532 or you go to this URL Trishloves Gold.com. Trishloves
Gold.com can't forget that. I do, I do. So anyway, 18444951115 is there. Phone number if you want to call him, use my name to get that $15,000 worth of free silver if that's what you're interested in because hey, why not? You know what, silver tends to ride along with gold. You know the gold has been climbing, climbing, climbing, even in this atmosphere when Donald Trump is trying to. Find some kind of resolution to the insane debt loads
we have. We still have people really worried, me being one of them, about inflation that's coming from just the sheer printing of money. So check this out. Trishloves gold.com. Pam is coming for Leticia. You better believe it. Pam Bondi's not messing around. The new attorney General of the United States of America said that she's looking at all of this. First of all, for starters, what is she doing?
She's stopping the funding to places like New York City, sanctuary cities that are going up against the law and order of this administration. She's like, no, no, no, we're not gonna fund you. You wanna actually you wanna fight back against us and think you're your own little country so be it, but you're not gonna get federal funding, so this is a big deal. The other thing that she's doing is she's looking at arresting individuals like one Leticia James if they're
standing in the way of ICE doing its job. In other words, you have a federal agency that is charged with controlling our border and charged with controlling who's in this country when they go around the country. And they try and round people up, known criminals, by the way, we get 650,000 known criminals that are here
illegally in the United States. Well, they need to be able to go in and arrest them, but it makes it really hard when you have some people in some particular places of power trying to tip off. Those in those communities right? so Pam's like no I'm not having it listen to her here saying she's going after any and all leakers if you say that an ICE raid is coming in and if you screw it up that's actually gonna come with a serious penalty you listening, Leticia?
There may be a leak inside the house as it relates to DHS and some of the operations that they are attempting to carry out. What's your reaction to hearing about that and what if anything can be done to mitigate that? Well you know if anyone leaks anything, people don't understand that jeopardizes the lives of our great men and women in law enforcement, and if you leaked it, we will find out who you are and we will come after you,
and it's not going to stop our mission. It's not going to stop the president's mission to make America safe again. We were very clear with the lawsuit that we filed in Chicago that if you don't follow the law, you will be prosecuted by the Department of Justice. Boom. OK, so she's coming after you. Leticia again, I'd
recommend you listen up. I'd recommend you stop tipping off anybody that you're tipping off here if you're tipping off, here's Pam Bondi again saying she's stopping all federal funding. Leticia James on the other hand, says, well, New York has laws that protect immigrants and limit cooperation with federal immigration enforcement efforts. Those laws should be followed by law enforcement and officials in our state. I'll always uphold our laws and protect
immigrant New Yorkers. No, no, no, no, no, let me be very clear on this. I'm not a legal scholar, OK, like I'm not a legal scholar, but I know enough about the law to know in this case if there's one thing, if there's one thing the federal government has. It's the ability to control its borders. That's why Governor Abbott ran up against it when Biden kept tearing down the walls he was trying to put up to keep the illegals out.
The Biden administration went back to what we're in charge because we're the feds and we control the borders. And so yeah it kind of sucked for Texas but the federal government's in charge and this is one Letitia James where you just don't have a leg to stand on. And they're gonna keep coming for you. Tom Holman saying he's working closely with Pam Bondi to make sure they can put you in cuffs should you do such things.
When they cross the line of impediment, and that's why I'm working very closely starting this morning with the Department of Justice, and where do they cross that line of impediment. So they may find themselves in a pair of handcuffs very soon. So working with DOJ on that gets some legal guidance on that. I'm not an attorney. I know what that cops is about. I know what crossing that line is, but getting DOJ back up on that. So it's something we're looking at right now, Harris, we're not
going to tolerate it anymore. This is not a game when we. These sites. This is a dangerous job for the men and women of ICE and Border Patrol and all the DOJ agencies to have that type of interference puts our offices at great risk. Not only the officers, it puts the aliens at great risk because anything can happen when we take our eyes off the goal here. So we're addressing that immediately today. I'm addressing offsets today, operational security,
how these leaks are happening. We've already identified how this operator got leaked. I'll deal with that today.
Yeah, he's not messing around. He's angry he's referring to an operation in Colorado that got leaked apparently one just got leaked in LA. Listen, they are not messing around because to Pam Bondi's point, you're putting officers of the lot in a tremendous amount of jeopardy when you're leaking these things and so they gotta get rid of them, all of the leakers, and they've got to prosecute right now. In the meantime they gotta move forward with people like.
Letitia James, who think that somehow they are little islands unto themselves. I get that Manhattan is an island, right? Like it's not it's own country, that's the thing. OK, so you don't have a leg to stand on, honey, and let's go back to what my. Uh, let me just say this to Big Tish James, the New York attorney General.
I dare you. I dare you to try to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term because listen here, sweetheart, we're not messing around this time, and we will put your fat ass in prison for conspiracy against rights, and I promise you that. So think. Think twice. Think hard, Leticia. Meanwhile, FEMA ought to start thinking about just exactly what
they've been doing over the years. Donald Trump ordering an investigation into FEMA we're finding out where all the money went there, and it didn't go to the people who needed it. I mean you can go all the way back, go all the way back to Hurricane Katrina. I remember reporting on that back when I worked in mainstream media for CBS News. I was stuck down there for what?
You know, a couple of months, I mean it was really horrible the aftermath and what was so heartbreaking was that they had all these trailers and they couldn't get them to the people. It was so messed up, remember that? Well, it's continued to be messed up and why you ask why? Well, Donald Trump has some thoughts. Oh, before we get to that, guess what's happening to FEMA. Exactly what you're looking at on the screen. Do you see that bye bye bye? That's the US aid building.
They had their signage taken right off of them on Friday. The Democrats are losing it, and that's what's going to happen to FEMA as well. Executive order to begin the process of fundamentally reforming and overhauling FEMA or maybe getting rid of FEMA. I think frankly FEMA is not good. I think when you have a problem like this, I think you want to go and whether it's a Democrat or Republican governor, you want to use your state to fix it and not waste time calling FEMA, and then
FEMA gets here and they don't know the area. They've never been to the area and they want to give you rules that you've never heard about. They want to bring people that aren't as good as the people you already have, and FEMA's turned out to be a disaster and you could go back a long way. You could go back to. Louisiana, you could go back to some of the things that took place in Texas. It turns out to be the state that ends up doing the work. It just
complicates it. I think we're going to recommend that FEMA go away. And we pay directly, we pay a percentage to the state, but the state should fix this. If the state did this from the beginning, it would have been a lot better situation. I think you guys agree with that. In other words, FEMA, good luck. Steve Fishman, thank you for your generosity and other super chat. That's great to see, uh,
from both of you guys. I wanna get to these comments in a moment because he's wondering again about why we don't have John Radcliffe coming in to deal with Leticia we can discuss, but I will just say this there's a lot of fraud that needs to get uncovered, whether it be from USA, whether it be from FEMA. Take a look at this. Elon tweeting out earlier today. The Doge team just discovered that FEMA sent $59 million last week to luxury hotels in New York City to
house illegal migrants. This is like just last week. Oh my gosh, sending this money violated the law and is in gross insubordination to the president's executive order. That money is meant for American disaster relief and instead is being spent on high-end hotels for illegals. A clawback demand will be made today to recoup those funds. Think of this waste that they are uncovering and exposing in real time, and Americans are with them. They're.
With those they're with the president we're seeing it in the latest approval polls. I've got more on that, but it's gross when New York City hotels are converted into migrant shelters, I guess this tells us why you can't get a hotel room in New York anymore. thousands of dollars it costs. Why? Because reduced supply. They're all going to the migrants and they get these fancy contracts with FEMA.
Probably USA is in there too, but FEMA, they raked in over a billion dollars in taxpayer funds according to these internal documents. This is disgusting. This needs to stop. Elon Trump demanding a clawback. I mean, it's all happening as you look at this headline from a couple of weeks ago. FEMA had to kick out hurricane survivors out of temporary housing. Into snowstorms and freezing temperatures, my gosh, Craig's Ellsworth, thank you, Craig Ellsworth. I will get to your comment as well.
FEMA is kicking out the people, the Americans that need the housing, and they're sending billions of dollars to luxury hotels in New York City to house illegal migrants. What is this? Honestly, what is this? This guy's furious. I want to introduce you to Cameron Hilton. He's the interim head of FEMA right now. Trump put him in the spot. Gary Hammers, thank you as well. I'm gonna get to everybody's super chat. I promise you, Gary Hammers, thank you
for your generosity. So Cameron's like, OK, what the heck? What the heck indeed, I want to thank the Doge team, he writes for making me aware of this. Effective yesterday these payments have been suspended from FEMA personnel will be held accountable. He's telling Elon Musk, so. You better believe it. They got to be held accountable. I mean they know they're not supposed to do this, and yet they sent $59 million last week. Last week, Donald Trump's in office. This is happening while he's there.
Imagine then, imagine how much they were sending during the Biden time, and we know $200 million 200 million dollars went to a Pakistani hotel group or a hotel, I should say that would be the. Roosevelt Hotel in midtown Manhattan wants a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful hotel it's been taken over by migrants and well you know it's like a payday for the Pakistani government. Because they're getting $200 million of taxpayer money for this.
I mean this is unbelievable, you guys, it's unbelievable. It's disgusting, it's wrong, and this has to change and it's going to change. I'm gonna tell you how it's gonna change. Quick shout out here to 76 research, 76 research spirits filled. Thank you again. I'm gonna get to this, um, code word dollar. You should use code word dollar. It's my financial research company that I started with a dear friend. Spent decades on Wall Street running billions of dollars. We,
we share a similar sensibility. I'll leave it at that in terms of the political situation. Rob Horton, you've seen him on the show before, and I just wanted to shout this out. If you go to 76research.com, you can use code word dollar and get the 76 report, tons of information in there for just $1 a month for the first two months, and it goes to 995. But anyway, let me go over to some of these comments here.
This is wonderful. Um thank you again for uh real truth thank you at RealTruth who who's just saying, God bless me. Thank you. I appreciate that. It's very, very kind of you. And then, um, over to Craig Ellsworth. I'm keeping up the fight, you know it, Craig, thank you so much for your generosity as well. I really, really, really do appreciate it. And then, um, let me see, you know, we were talking about whether or not Radcliffe and the CIA should be going after. I think the
FBI is gonna be able to do the job. I really do. Um, Steve, and I think also that it, it's gonna be good to have this exposure from Doge like I wanna see the money, you know, like again I go back to my business reporting and I really think it's critical to understand where all the money is flowing, where it's going. I mean one of the things that I was so perplexed by over the course of the last 8 years is all the money that, well, I didn't know this at the time.
I did not know that at the time. Oh, spirit filled, thank you so much. He's trying to push for the independent creators. We're not all gonna be independent. Did you see the story? I'll get to that later. We'll do a big thing on it tomorrow, but I guess, uh, the company that sells Megyn Kelly, Bill O'Reilly, and Tucker show. It just got bought by Fox, so they're coming full circle.
The whole gangs going back to Fox, and it's kind of disappointing, right, because then you think to yourself, hey, who's really independent if Fox is realizing, gee, we really, really messed up. We let these folks go and then what do you know? Trump's back in power so we don't have the same kind of advertising pressure that we used to maybe, maybe we got to rethink this and so they're bringing them back into the fold. They still own their shows.
But Fox is going to sell their shows and let me just say those that control the purse have an awful lot of control over everything else. Steve Fishman, thank you so much. Um, it, it, it's really, it's great to have such a supportive bunch. We can talk about that a little bit later, but I'll tell you this, you know what? US aid. US aid is.
Getting exposed and though they, you know, they got in order to like slow down for 7 days, it's getting exposed in a way that the American public really really appreciates. This is what resonates right now. Do you see they're taking down the letters there at the US aid building. This happened on Friday and Democrats are losing it. Oh my gosh, they're losing it and I'm like, but why are you guys losing it? Like what is it that's really at stake? I wanna show you what David Sachs had to say.
David Sachs is the crypto czar. He's really smart. He started, you know, he's part of that PayPal Mafia with Peter Thiel and with Elon. He's conservative and he's, he's like, my gosh, you look at where this money was going and it, well, let's just say it explains a lot. OK, so we knew the US government runs a $2 trillion deficit every year. We're in debt almost $40 trillion and we also knew that anytime anyone tries to cut anything in Washington, the whole city screams bloody murder. OK,
so the question is just why? Well, now we know the money is all going to them. It's like round tripping to them. New York Times getting paid. Politico getting paid. Bill Kristol, perennial warmonger, getting paid. Ukraine getting paid like 11 out of 12 publications in Ukraine getting paid. Incredible. Viktor Orban, who's the Prime Minister of Hungary, was saying that he's very popular in Hungary. His political opposition funded by USAID.
In Poland, the left-wing political opposition funded by USAID and on and on and on it goes. BBC BBC, you wonder why everyone in the UK is so, yeah, yeah, like the BBC is getting paid. Every left-wing organization in the world seems to be getting paid by this slush fund at USAID which disburses about $50 billion a year. That's a billion dollars a week. That's actually a lot of money. And so it just, it makes you wonder, you know, the left in general tries to portray itself as a
movement of the people that it's grassroots. This is the exact opposite. This is astroturf. This is basically money coming from the top down out of Washington to fund all these groups, maybe not even in the United States, like all over the world, so. It makes you wonder what is the real level of local support for these left wing policies all over the world. Well, I think we just learned the lesson there the answer
to that, right? There's not a lot of support. There's not a lot of support, certainly not here in the United States of America, because otherwise, guess who would have been president would've been Kamala Harrison, boy. That would have been bad, but she seemed he said.
I mean, he even mentioned Bill Kristol. Bill Kristol, who's the like, you know, conservative never Trumper, that one kind of surprised me, so I was like, wait a second, Bill Kristol was getting money too, apparently he has an organization that was funded in part through the Rockefeller philanthropy advisors which was funded by. US Global Aid. The BBC, my gosh, the BBC getting 8% of its income. 8% of its income. I'm like from us, so we're pushing this and then
it gets worse. Politico, you guys, I, I, I know I've showed you this before, but you gotta see it again because this is just amazing to me. $8.2 million in subscriptions. What kind of subscriptions were these political pro subscriptions? They cost $10,000 a piece and you look at those numbers. When did they start raking it in? 0, 2020. That's when the yellow line goes up. And then it goes up, up and away until you get to 2024 and wow, they're really, really rigging it
in 2024. Hey, they were still paying them up until a couple of weeks ago. Take a look at the numbers from January. So thank goodness somebody figured this out. These people have been all on the take and why do you think the New York Times and Politico and everybody else has been so worked up? Other than, oh they stood to lose a ton of cash if US Global Aid and who knows what else because I'm gonna get into some more numbers. You get The New York Times raking in some $50 million.04 million
dollars in the month of August alone. They got a lot of that money from HHS. They got the money from the health department that you no wonder, no wonder everybody loved Fauci, for goodness sakes, that was bought and paid for journalism. That's what you call that bought and paid for journalism, right? I'll tell you where you're not gonna pay $10,000 a month for a subscription and you will actually get very good information and my financial research company, 76 Research. Go check out
the model portfolios over there. We have a resilience portfolio and inflation protection portfolio and. We have an income builder portfolio because you know you want to retire one day, right? Check all that out right now. Join this MAGA movement, right? Invest in America, invest in yourself. Go to 76research.com. So there will be no more Department of Education if Donald Trump has anything
to say about it. This is kind of upsetting to one Maxine Waters who got the news on Friday somehow and tried to demand a meeting. With Linda McMahon, who's now our new head of Department of Education, of course her job if she does it successfully is to unwind the Department of Education, which has been there all since the 1970s with none other than Jimmy Carter. So Maxine heard about this and she lost it and I just say, you know what? This guy deserves an award. This is the security guard
putting up with Maxine Waters. I can watch. Look them in the eye. Come on, hold your face up. Look at him. Let him see you. This is him. Look at it. What's your name? Tell us your name. Give me that ID again. So what I showed you the ID. You do what? I showed you. Could you let me see the ID again, huh? No. Will someone else ask him for the ID? Will you ask him for it? He won't let me see it again. You see it. I didn't see it. What a good guy, right? He's just like, no, no,
you can't come in. I've locked the building. You don't have an appointment. You can't come in. And Maxine's losing it. You see a lot of people are losing it right now. They don't like the idea of the Department of Education going away, but Donald Trump once again here he is trying to pare this down and say, you know what, maybe the states do a better job at this, just like with FEMA, maybe the states do a better job at allocating capital because they have a better sense of
where it's needed. Well, immediately. They're going with this is somehow that this is a racist thing that you know black students are gonna be at a disadvantage if the education department is shuttered and let me give you their explanation for it here. They say educators warned that the loss of the federal agency will exasperate racial disparities in schools across the nation, including in universities and colleges quote since 2020 there have been some.
True coordination and attacks on public education as we know it, and I think the current administration is challenging what it means for us to provide a public education for all students, says this one Julissa Evans, founder and CEO of the Black Educator Advocates Network, to the hill. But you know, Trump's saying, wait a second, like we're
not doing a very good job with this. Clearly, the Department of Education doesn't seem to know what it's doing because we rank really poorly every year, like we get worse and worse and worse. It's gotten worse since COVID. And so maybe there's a better way to think about this. Maybe it shouldn't be all top down maybe you shouldn't have a big blow to government maybe you find a way for the states to take more responsibility in terms of educating their kids wouldn't that make sense to you?
Makes sense to me. Well, they're furious they're furious and they're saying, you know what, we're gonna shut down the government over this, which I find kind of ironic because. I think Donald Trump and Elon Musk by the way, and Doge would be just delighted if they shut down the government for a little bit and save some money.
My next question because your colleague Jeff Merkley basically said he's prepared to try to shut down the government over some of these uh sledgehammer actions that he's seen by Elon Musk. Are you prepared to shut down the government to join Democratic colleagues who want to stand in the way of keeping the government open? Well, you have to look at what the Trump administration is doing right now.
They are simply trying to they are simply trying to they are simply trying to dismantle the government. So yes, look, if we have to take steps to be able to hold them accountable, we use the leverage that we have to force it, I cannot support efforts that will continue this lawlessness that we're seeing when it comes to this administration's actions and for us to be able to support government funding in that way only for them to turn it around to dismantle the government, that
is not something that should be allowed. So just to be clear, Senator, you are open to voting yes to shut down the government, to make this point. This is on them. This is about. Whether or not they can get the votes, they are the majority and if they cannot govern, then then you know that's for the American people to see but I've
worked in government. I've worked through multiple government shutdowns. I would be the last person to want to get to that stage, but we are at a point where we are basically on the cusp of a constitutional crisis, seeing this administration taking steps that are so clearly illegal, and until we see a change in that behavior we should not allow and condone that, nor should we assist in that.
Senator, I hate to break it to you, senator, and that's the junior senator from New Jersey that replaced the super corrupt one remember Menendez? I hate to break it to you, but you know what people appreciate this right now. I'm gonna get to his approval ratings in a second, but that they appreciate this because you know what they're sick and tired and they're hard earned money going nowhere. We got a mess of a society right now. We got nothing to show for all those taxpayer dollars that
are being spent. Just look at. You go back to the Department of Education where we stand in the world and the lousy rankings. Listen, it's got to change. And the media has to change. I mean, I cannot believe I'm still like I'm just stunned by this, OK guys, because look, I worked in mainstream media my whole career.
They definitely keep the sales department separate from the editorial department so you don't know right what they're selling, how they're selling, or where the money comes in, you just collect a paycheck every week. And I, I'm learning this now thanks to Doge how much money these organizations were collecting and it's really, really, really disgusting. I mean, uh, the whole, the whole kitten caboodle, right? They were all in on it. Again, going back to
what David Sachs, crypto Chief said. OK, so we knew the US government runs a $2 trillion deficit every year. We're in debt almost $40 trillion. And we also knew that anytime anyone tries to cut anything in Washington, the whole city screams bloody murder. OK, so the question is just why? Well, now we know the money is all going to them. It's like round tripping to them. New York Times getting paid. Politico getting paid. Bill Kristol,
perennial warmonger getting paid. Ukraine getting paid like a I mean that's the crazy thing, right? All this money, whether it be the Politico subscriptions at $10,000 a year for a total of $8.2 million across 236 subscriptions, you know, this was like robo stuff. Nobody even asked for these subscriptions. Apparently nobody even used them. Here's the guy, uh, Sam Lyman who used to work in the Senate.
He's like, OK, when I worked in the Senate, we had Politico by default, never signed up for it, so I can only assume it was a blanket deal. Politico had worked out with the federal government. I never used it, not even once, got zero value at it, and yet it was costing you and me and everybody else in this country $10,000 for that one terminal.
Or that one subscription, it wasn't even a terminal. I'm thinking about Bloomberg for goodness sakes, which at least has a little value with it, but so why were they doing this? Could it be that they want to have somebody in their back pocket, you know, so when 51X spooks wanna come out and lie. And say something that's totally not true and manipulate the conversation they have a place to go and do it. Spirit filled, thank you so much. Oh my gosh, you're,
you're so, so generous. Thank you, everyone. I'm gonna get to all your comments and make sure that we read them, but I appreciate it. Yes, independent media here, definitely independent. I'll, you know, I'm not getting anything from the New York Times. Forgive me, I'm not getting anything from. Uh, let's see, health and human services $26.9 million.27 million dollars from these guys. The National Science Foundation, $19 million.
This is the New York Times. How is the New York Times even going to exist because nobody wants to read it. The subscriptions are down. How are they going to function without all this crazy, crazy money coming in from. The US government and USAid Associated Press, well they got nearly 20 million. You get Politico all in they're talking about 34 million and Reuters getting $9,220,000 from the State Department.
I am sorry, there is something messed up when the BBC has to account for 8% of its income humming directly from the United States of America's global aid, our taxpayer dollar. And when you got this kind of uptick happening in political, this is the biggest story and nobody's talking about this. Nobody's talking about this. You know why? Because they're all in on it. You don't see it anywhere and instead it's somehow wrong of Elon to be exposing it and
Chuck Schumer says we're gonna fight this fight. I am going to stand with you in this fight and we will win. We will win what? No, I'm sorry. You know what's gonna win? Being on the side of the people, not wasting our money with all the stupid stuff. Oh, don't get me started. $2 million for. Operations down in Guatemala, a trans comic book in Peru. DEI plays and musicals in Ireland, a trans opera in Colombia. Oh my gosh, I mean like what kind of agenda
these people have? People don't even like this agenda here in the states and you guys are trying to push it all over the world. Why? This is getting exposed and America loves it. America loves it and they're with Trump on this 1000%. CNN even admits it. Describing what is currently the dumbest strategy in politics, which is Democrats taking the 20% side of every 80/20 issue in America. USAID people want this pared down. They want to streamlined.
They want to know where the money is going. Democrats have a meltdown today. Donald Trump signs an executive order on keeping boys out of girls sports. Democrats take the 20 side of that issue as well. All these issues, this is like Trump's superpower, finding a bunch of 80/20 issues, getting on the 80, and everybody who's sort of reflexively against him gets on the 20 and Now the Democratic Party has like a 31% approval rating.
This is why. Yeah, this is why, quick shout for friends over bounce of nature before we get to this amazing news on CBS. I mean, he's gonna take down CBS News. Mark my words. I mean it is bad. Anyway, you know it's not bad. My, my health, my disposition, my fortunately. The ability to not get a cold this year like I, I do almost inevitably every single winter and I actually credit Balance of Nature, one of our sponsors here on the show with some of this because now I'm taking

I will say this, you know what? Donald Trump. He has exposed an Elon Musk credit to him and his whiz kids, you know, that they, they hate and they've said all kinds of things about and I love it because Elon and Com they're like doubling down. They're like, bring it on, bring it on, um, they just, they like race straight into the fire. They're not afraid. Well, Donald Trump is doubling his lawsuit against CBS News, you know how he was uh suing them for $10 billion.
Donald Trump has just upped his lawsuit to $20 billion against CBS News. He's amending it in different ways as well. He's amending the 60 Minutes lawsuit. He's demanding $20 billion. I mean they don't have it, let's be honest, Paramount, the parent company, it's worth some $8 billion in its trading today and so you know I'm telling you.
Uh, it, it, this, this company's sort of gonzo if he's successful in this, what he ultimately settles for, I don't know, like employees are furious that they're even entertaining the idea of settlement, but he's amended it and he's amended in kind of an interesting way. So he's no longer using the First Amendment right now with CBS. He's actually arguing that CBS stood to benefit financially should Harris have been elected, so that makes me wonder.
That makes me wonder he's steering the case, by the way, away from the First Amendment grounds he's putting it on the fact that quote, it does not hinge on free speech arguments because CBS allegedly had business motivations to make Harris appear stronger CBS is not commenting, but this amended complaint, which actually includes his doctor as well out of Texas, is extremely interesting.
Extremely interesting because I'm sort of wondering well did did CBS, were they like in on the deal too were they like were they like the New York Times? Were they like Politico? Were they getting some kind of handout from these big groups? Was all of network media, all of legacy media on the payroll? I mean at that point they're state media and they're not even telling you, at least NPR. PBS had the decency to say, you know, we get some of our money taxpayer funds. These guys don't tell
you that. I don't know with 60 60 Minutes and I don't know with CBS, but clearly they had some sort of agenda, which is what he keeps pointing to, you know, you know the, the clip. I'm gonna show you the original clip that was played on Face the Nation and then the, the not so swift producers I guess. They allowed that to air unedited on Face the Nation and then it showed up looking kind of different on 60 Minutes. But it seems that uh Prime Minister Netanyahu
is not listening. Well, Bill, The work that we have done has resulted in a number of Movements in that region by Israel that were very much prompted by or a result of many things including our advocacy for what needs to happen in the region. But it seems that Prime Minister Netanyahu is not listening. We are not going to stop pursuing what is necessary for the United States to be clear about where we stand on the need for this war to end. Can you imagine if we had to sit through the
unedited versions of Kamala Harris for 4 years? I mean, that would have been just disastrous. And of course, then there's this biggie, maybe I don't play the whole thing, but remember Leslie Stahl insisting that somehow that that. You know, this is 60 Minutes. And we can't put on things we can't verify it
on because it's bad for Biden. We can't put on things we can't verify what you told me when I asked why you keep saying you said to me, I say that because I need to discredit you so that when you say negative things about me, I don't have to discreditcredited yourself. You told me you've discredited yourself when you say that. You're not gonna cover Biden. You're gonna ask him what
flavor ice cream he has, OK? Instead of why did Hunter get $3.5 million from Moscow, instead of why is an energy company paying your son $183,000 a month or whatever they're paying him, and he has no experience in energy, you know, you discredit yourself. I don't have to discredit. So this story about Hunter and his laptop. Some repair shop found it. The source is Steve Bannon and Rudy Giuliani. I don't know anything about that. I just know it's a laptop and you're making this.
One of the hottest, most important issues in the It's a very important issue to find out whether or not a man's corrupt who's running for president, who's accepted money from China and from Ukraine and from Russia. I think it's incredible the way you can try and say this and sit there and look me in the eye and say. He accepted his family from Russia, from Ukraine, from China, and from other places. His brother, who didn't have experience,
became a big builder in Iraq without that experience. Take a look at what's going on, Leslie. And then you say that shouldn't be discussed. I'm saying it's the biggest scandal out there, Leslie, and you don't cover it because it can't be verified insignificant things. I'm telling you, of course it can be verified. Excuse me, they found the laptop, Leslie Leslie. What can't be verified the laptop you said.
Amazing, right? So you wonder why he's doubling the lawsuit to 20 billion against 60 minutes and possibly putting them out of business. We'll see. I mean, ABC came to a settlement. Remember that one some $16 million.15 dollars for the presidential library, and another $1 million to cover the legal funds. Mark Zuckerberg came to a $25 million settlement with Donald Trump. So what does CBS do here? Don't forget the FCC has a lot.
Out of sway over CBS's future, Paramount being the parent company of CBS, like I said, where some $8 billion is trying to do a merger with Sky Dance. Sky Dance is owned by Larry Ellison. Oh, Larry Ellison, who's actually Trump's buddy. So like they want that deal to go through. And yet the FCC may actually get in the way of that because they'll say no, no, we have the power over the affiliation, the CBS affiliates and whether or
not that affiliation continues so it's very convoluted. Donald Trump definitely has the upper hand and let's face it, CBS may have been. That's what we're gonna find out like many other news organizations on the take, and that's why you're not hearing about it. I mean, I cannot believe how no one is covering this story, no one's covering it, but there's a reason for that, as they say. CBS was forced to admit this is amazing, forced to admit that Donald Trump's doing a little bit better than
anyone had previously thought. More on that starting in a second, but first, quick shout out to our excellent, excellent research at 76 Research. You can get this at 76research.com just to look at some of our top holdings there and all the success they have had. You can see some of these companies up 32%. 9% right on down the list. This is in our three portfolios American resilience inflection inflation protection and income builder. You can find out more today. Look at these companies.
10 to 15 stocks in each one of these model portfolios at 76 research today, but I will say this, I will say this, by the way, Paramount is not one of them. Heads up. CBS is kind of having to eat its. Lunch a little bit here um they're in the middle of this lawsuit with Donald Trump. He's suing them, doubling it to $20 billion which would put them out of business. They would have been out of business at $10 billion and it's all happening as they conduct a new poll
and are forced to admit this on television. You can just imagine this must have killed them, really. Our CBS poll finds that a majority of Americans, 53%, approve of the job he's doing. That's a better approval number than he ever reached during his first term in the White House. Joining us with more is our executive director of elections and surveys, Anthony Salvoto. Good to see you, Anthony. What's driving this? I will
keep it simple, Margaret. He's doing in the eyes of the public what he said he would do in the campaign. There's political value in that. In fact, 70% of people say he's doing what he promised. That's whether they approve of him or not. Now. There's another part of this that continues over from the campaign. There were words that he was described as being tough, being energetic, and he still is today in big majority numbers. So as people take a look in these first few weeks,
there's been a lot of activity. They're getting that general sense of governance and that's being reflected in these early numbers. So that's perception. What about the actual policies? Well, let's start with the ones that are Popular and again these echo a lot of what we saw in the campaign. The idea of deporting those in the country illegally continues to be popular. We saw that in the campaign, sending troops to the US-Mexico border again,
majority in favor. We've seen that in the campaign. For his supporters in particular, the focus on ending DEI is popular. We had seen in the campaign a lot of them thought those processes had gone too far. Mm, but guess what, he's doing everything that he promised. Imagine that. Think about this. I mean how many election cycles have you been in and somebody comes in and they say I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna do that,
hope and change Obama, right? And nothing changes. In fact, all that hope and change has created greater and greater division. So instead of bringing the country together as he promised, what did he do? He divided the country. He leaned into all the race baiting, etc. and we wound up worse off for it. Well, Donald Trump is like, OK, I'm gonna fix this.
I'm the CEO I'm gonna put this into like real shape like a business and he's doing it in real time and even CNN has to admit now it's going pretty well as far as the American public is concerned. Check it out. I think one of the things that's so important for politicians is for folks to believe what they're saying and that they're keeping their campaign promises. So I think this gives you a pretty gosh darn good idea of what may be going on.
Trump's doing what he promised to do. You go back to April of 2017, it was just 46% of all Americans who said that Trump was doing what he promised to do. Compare that now to February of 2025. You know, there was a good show that was on during the 1990s called A Different World. That is what's going on right now. We're living in a different world. 70% of Americans say Trump is doing what he promised to do again, compare that.
April of 2017, when it's just 46%, when Americans are 24 points more likely to say that you're doing what you promised to do, it's no wonder that your net approval rating is much more likely to be on the positive side of the ledger than on the negative side. And so far what we're seeing again is Americans 21 days so far versus just 11 days during his entire first term that Trump has a positive net approval rating, quite a different world, quite a different world. I love it.
Different world. Barefoot Garner, thank you for your generosity. So, so appreciate it. A different world and as I said, it's a world that people respond to. They're like, you know what, at least he's doing what he promised and he's doing it at lightning speed and now we know, we know what was going on. We know. I mean, it's the 80/20 thing describing what is currently the dumbest strategy in politics, which is Democrats taking the 20% side of every 80/20 issue in America.
USAID people want this pared down. They want to streamlined. They want to know where the money is going. Democrats have a meltdown today. Donald Trump signs executive order on keeping boys out of girls sports. Democrats take the 20 side of that issue as well. All these issues, this is like Trump's superpower, finding a bunch of 80/20 issues, getting on the 80, and everybody who's sort of reflexively against him gets on the 20. And now the Democratic
Party has like a 31% approval rating. This is why I don't. This, this is why, exactly why, and it's why if you look at what happened at Super Bowl 59, Donald Trump just lit up the house, lit up the house while interestingly Taylor Swift got booed, yeah, booed. No She's like, what's going on? What, what's going on? I mean, are they talking about me? Are they talking about me? You can see the expression
on her face. She's looking over. She realizes that they are booing her, you know, I'll tell you there's something to be said about Taylor Swift and all that we've put up with from Taylor Swift with how she effectively looked down on Trump supporters. One of her famous videos. You need to come down depicted Trump supporters like this. OK, so like somehow they're just a bunch of rural, you know, no goods in Taylor Swift's eyes and then she had this to say in one of her documentaries. Taylor Swift
comes out against Trump. I don't care if they write that. I'm sad that I didn't 2 years ago, but I can't change that. I'm saying right now that this is something that I know is right and you guys, I need to be on the right side of history. And if he doesn't win, then at least I, at least I tried. I just want to read you what I wrote and I'm gonna try to start. I just really want you to know that this is important to me. So you wonder why this happened. You wonder why this happens.
But Donald Trump kind of enjoyed it. 00 yeah, you know, she's apparently not a very nice person either because she didn't invite her best friend to the Super Bowl this year. Um, that's neither here nor there. I suspect the other friend is not a very nice person either, but what I would say is this Donald Trump is out there. Speaking for the people, and he got this huge reception. Unfortunately I can't show you because it has music in it, you know, they got rules about all this music. Someone
was singing the national anthem. I did not like the rendition of the national anthem. I'm just gonna get that out there. I'm a traditionalist. We need a traditional national anthem. Mhm. Anyway, Donald Trump seemed to enjoy that he got this. Flaws and she got all the boos and he said this on social media, the only one that had a tougher night than the Kansas City Chiefs was Taylor Swift. She got booed out of the stadium. MAGA is very
unforgiving indeed. The MAGA movement is about Americans putting America first and. I'm kind of wondering if Taylor Swift would get a little of that US Global aid as well, right? I mean, everybody was in on the take and thus they all said the same thing over and over and over again. Big news coming out of Elon Musk. It looks like he is putting in an offer, a bid for OpenAI, also known as Chat GPT. This news just coming to us from the Wall Street Journal. Elon Musk-led group
makes $97.4 billion bid for control of open AI. Don't forget he started this company right with Sam Altman. It was supposed to have just sort of a. A nonprofit mode to it and um Altman has taken it for profit. A lot of people have criticized Altman not moving quickly enough, especially against the competition which would be China. Sam Altman is responding to Elon's offer here on X writing, no thank you, but we will buy Twitter.
Using the name Twitter instead of X for 9.74 billion if you want, so that was kind of a a jab, you know, he is offering again 97.4 billion. Sam Altman's like, OK, OK, you know what, we'll do it for 9.74 billion, we'll get that company that you bought Twitter, now known as X. Don't forget. Yet they co-founded OpenAI in 2015. It was seen as a charitable project, and in 2019, Musk left the company.
Altman became the chief executive. OpenAI went on to create this for-profit subsidiary that served as a vehicle for the Wall Street Journal here for it to raise money from Microsoft as well. Other investors and so there's this race right? like AI is, is like moving, moving, moving and it's amazing how much they're doing and I'm just blown away by it in, in any way that I've interacted with it. I'm just, I continue to be impressed and yeah, a little bit scared, right?
So we're all kind of scared like is AI gonna replace everyone and everything? Perhaps it's one of the reasons why I guess I want to be invested and I want the US to get there first and it's hard when China is out there. You know, knocking on our heels. Here is the CTO, the chief technology officer of Planetteer talking about how this really is an arms race if you will. I think one of the obvious lessons of Deep Sea car one is something that we've been saying for the last 2 years,
which is that the models are commoditizing. Yes, they're getting better across both closed and open, but they're also getting more similar and. The Price of inference is dropping like a rock, but I think the real lesson, the more more profound one
is that we are at war with China. We are in an AI arms race, and I got into a disagreement with Sam Altman about this at the Senate AI summit over a year ago where I was arguing that we are in an AI arms race and there's an opposing view that we can all get along and we can cooperate on these things and I'm sure the other side feels quite different realizing that their IP has been stolen in this process here.
But this war started long ago. It was an economic war with the ascension of China to the World Trade Organization, the greatest IP theft in history, the greatest wealth transfer in history. It is an opium war. The number one cause of deaths of 18 to 45 year olds in this country is fentanyl. That is coming from China. It is a diplomatic war. The Belt and Road Initiative is, is basically indentured servitude for other countries to the CCP here.
Um, and the unprecedented phase zero gray zone operations of the CCP, how many times are we gonna believe that anchors are dragged across the sea that cut undersea cables here? But I think one of the things, you know, China knows they're at war. The question is we kind of equivocate on it as a peace loving nation, but one of the things I wanna make sure we all do realize is that.
The engineering in R1 is exquisite. The optimizations that they've done are really impressive, and I don't think you can get away with the facile explanation that the Chinese just copy and we're the only innovators. We have to wake up with the respect for our adversary and realize that we are competing, but they absolutely did steal a lot of that through distillation of the models and perhaps they stole even more. And then you can look at the
GPU sales growth in Singapore. It's a tiny island nation. I'm pretty sure there's some sanctioned invasion going on there. And we have to realize that the AI race is winner take all, and it's gonna be a whole of nation effort that extends well beyond the DOD in order for us as a nation to win, uh, and, and that day was yesterday, the time to mobilize has come. Um, so that was kind of an interesting, an interesting viewpoint, right?
Like it is time to mobilize and we see the government putting $500 billion into this China coming out with its deep seek thing and everybody's like, OK, is that really scary? Our conclusion over at 76 Research anyway, again, shout out for the model portfolios is that no, it's actually not as scary as some people think. And if you look at where, for example, Nvidia is trading right now, it's. Almost back to where it was, so the market overreacted
in that case. We do have a big piece if you want to go over and use code word do so you get the 76 report because we wrote extensively about this and do have quite a view, but you know, look, this is happening and it's scary, but again, like I go back to I like the idea of Elon there. I, I look, I like the idea of Elon there at Doge. I like the idea of Elon there. Leading the charge in AI, I, I, I have some concerns, shall we say about Sam and, and some of the stuff, but anyway, um.
You know we talk a lot about independent media and I, I wanna thank you for your generosity um I can see, uh, spirit filled really leading the way and encouraging everybody to do that, you know, independent media is so important at this moment in time because it is independent media that actually was calling out all the bogus stuff you had a chorus of people saying the exact.
Same thing over and over and over and over again on network TV and in the newspapers and in these you know popular online sites whether it be Huffington Post or whether it be um Politico or or any of these places right and and it was a narrative that was dictated perhaps because of financial reasons because we are now learning that everybody was somehow.
Out there with their hands getting something from the Biden administration and so as much as I would say to myself like why is everybody freaking out so much listen Donald Trump's already been there for 4 years and it's not like there were concentration camps and yet they would threaten that there would be these, you know, they're gonna round you up listen to Debbie Dingell. I played you the sound back on CNN right before the election.
Out of Michigan she's like, oh they're gonna round you up if you're Middle Eastern this that and the other so there was this level of hysteria that you know we haven't seen before and I felt like it was just independence people like me over here which we've grown and grown and grown thanks to you guys, right? We're
up over 575,000 subs. I've been doing the show for almost 2 years every day now live and it's because of, I think just this organic growth, the stickiness of all of you that we've been able to grow.
And it's not through some handout from the federal government, so it's important that we have this independent media it's important that we have individuals that are willing to risk things um with that in mind we're gonna have to tackle this story that is just breaking right now perhaps we get into this a little bit more tomorrow, ladies and gentlemen, but there's a story that just came.
Out moments ago that uh I I'm sort of blown away with yet not entirely because I've spoken a lot about the need, shall we say the need for mainstream media to have a seat in this digital space. So this is what broke. Fox, you know, Fox, that company I used to work for is actually buying the company that sells the advertising for some key podcasts including Megyn Kelly's podcast, Tucker Carlson's podcast, and actually Bill O'Reilly's podcast, so Red Seat Ventures. Sells the ads for their shows.
And Fox is coming in and saying, OK, uh, you, they're making a lot of money. Maybe we can sell those ads instead, so they're buying Red Sea Ventures. Tucker still owns his show. Megan still owns her show, Bill O'Reilly still owns his show.
But as I always say, you know, the purse string is gonna have a lot of control, and Fox is thinking, hey, we can sell Jessie Waters and Fox News, I guess, and then, hey, might as well get a little action over here on the side with these podcasters that are rather similar shall we say to our Jessie Waters and so there's a symbiotic relationship there. The only problem with that I guess is that at what point does Fox say, oh, you know what?
We really don't like that you're covering J6 so much, Tucker Carlson, you know, we're getting all kinds of threats from advertisers. They're gonna pull the Fox funding. So, um, can you, can you tone that down now to his credit, Tucker would probably tell him to go to HLL and back, right? Game over. He's not gonna participate in that. He'll say no I'm gonna do this because I own my show and I'm gonna continue to cover what I want to cover, but can't you just see that?
Because Fox has a pool of money and they're gonna tell Tucker, OK, well, we've sold 3 commercials into your show this week and we can pull those 3 commercials. I mean, Tucker hopefully has it in his contract that he can walk away from Red Seat Ventures now owned by Fox at any given point should he not like how they're selling or not selling his show.
But it shows you something and I think this is fascinating and important to keep in mind that the networks know the networks know they missed out the networks know that digital is the future and if you really think about it and we can get into this in greater depth tomorrow, you wonder how much Lachlan Murdoch, whose siblings don't agree with him politically speaking. He's saying to himself, hey, hang on, maybe I need a little digital action over here on the side with some conservatives.
And you know that's great maybe or maybe it just puts us right back where we started, where corporate media has way too much sway too much say they'll say oh we own our programs. OK, great, but you know what, you can't stay in business if you don't have the ads and if the people controlling the ads are saying we don't like this content this week, well then maybe you'll just have to find another ad provider.
So my recommendation to them is make sure you have um we call it a 90 day out, make sure you have a 90 day out just in case, just in case, because it is important right now that all of those shows succeed. With independent. Viewpoints that are not subjected to the likes of big corporate media. This is what makes it exciting, right? This is what
makes it special. This is what makes this particular medium really, really great, and we love having you here and I have someone that sells my ads too and I better give one of these ads or I'm gonna get I'm gonna hear about it. Anyway, I love these guys. I'm good friends with them over at American Heart for Gold. I think Bill O'Reilly does something with them too. Anyway, you can go to Trishlovesgold.com today. Trishloves Gold.com you get up to $15,000 in
free silver. Text my name Trish to $65532 for that special offer up to $15,000 in free silver with American Heart for Gold. It is, uh, it is, it's it's important to diversify your portfolio, you're. Hear that from me all day long, of course. I wanted to give another shout out to uh Damian Daylo. Thank you so much. I appreciate that. He writes, great show,
class act. I so appreciate that. I so appreciate all of you guys and all your enthusiasm here, but I think we got to cover this story just a little bit more. I'm gonna get into it in greater depth tomorrow because I am curious about how these podcasters stay independent. I mean you look at Joe Rogan, right? He works for a big corporation.
Spotify, but he still has that independent streak, and Spotify probably sells the ads, but he keeps his core uniquely him and I think that that's gonna be the challenge in this new environment, right? In this new environment where you have the foxes of the world coming back in and saying, oh yeah, we like that, we like that, we like that, we'll sell them, we'll profit off of them and then at what point does that profit turn into control?
I for one do not appreciate any control. There's no control but that of Trish Regan right here on this show. It is good to have all of you guys. Thank you for being here. Make sure you subscribe, share, like, make a comment. Let me know what you think of the future of independent media right about now, and I'll be back here live again tomorrow.
