How can I empower tween and teen girls?
Tedi Serge is my guest today. Tedi started Girl Powerful® which is a youth empowerment 501(c)3 organization with her sister Sonya. Started in 2014, Girl Powerful is designed to give tween and teen girls the social and emotional learning tools to build a strong sense of self.
She took the opportunity of the lockdown to expand their reach to virtual nationwide programs in addition to their in person teachings. The sisters and their guest mentors are enjoying speaking with tweens and teens about social media and peer pressures and how to protect themselves.
