Episode description

Episode One Series One: a Covid-19 special

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Trauma Talks recording studio in North London closed and the project was put on hold. However, the team set up a low-fi video call and invited three guests from previously recorded episodes back to investigate whether a history of trauma can actually help us survive lockdown?

The series does not go into details about traumatic events. It is designed to share experiences, look at what helps and share coping strategies.
Content warning: contains references to prison, eating disorders, cancer treatment, various mental health issues, adult and childhood sexual abuse.
