016 Michael Dann: Leading by Example

Michael Dann is the founder of Fusion Professional Solutions, an I.T. professional services firm working with credit unions, insurance companies and small businesses to develop successful web solutions. He is also a Senior Consultant and Technical Manager at RealDecoy and Tutor at the UWI Open Campus.

With over 15 years as a Technology Professional, Michael is driven and passionate about technology development, technical training and project management; he’s a solutions finder and problem-solver. He is also a teacher and trainer and facilitates learning experiences in leadership, core management and coaching skills.
