She celebrates her identity as a blind woman who is also a polyromantic gynossexual. She works to highlight issues faced by people in multiply marginalized communities. Tiffany is a member of Blind LGBT Pride International and enjoys conversations surrounding the ablism in queer spaces and society at large especially regarding sexuality and orientation. She frequently speaks about the invisibility she feels in the queer community as a disabled person and the invalidation of her same sex relationship because of her disability.
