🎙️ On this episode we are joined with and Caroline and Tabbytha oday the trans narrative co-hosts sit with Tabbytha Bridged as they explore this weeks anti trans legislation, from Virgina, to Florida, exploring The Norway Study, discussing the study and its implications for understanding transgender experiences, and the harm these type of studies cause to the trans community, explore what's being taught in schools and address the "two sides" argument in the science debate, and dive into the perception of trans people as “militant group” and discuss ways to address fears and concerns of parents. We’ll highlight the experiences of an advocate and discuss the importance of activism, while discussing recent anti-trans bills and how the alt-right uses fear tactics, particularly involving children. I’d like to address common misconceptions and debunk the "trans ideology" often used against trans individuals, and explore the power of education in fostering acceptance and understanding of transgender experiences. Near the end we’re gonna spend some time addressing Biden's electability, and the Reaction to Gaza and its impact on voting choices in 2024. It’ll be important to explore the choice between Biden, Trump, or an independent candidate, understanding the importance of making an informed voting decision, and the potential consequences of not voting or choosing a lesser evil. We will end on a lighter note by highlighting some notable moments in queer history.
