In this episode I’m sharing my biggest takeaways from the event, Unlease The Power Within with Tony Robins, with the hopes that some of it will get you thinking, reflecting and reframing and possibly even attend the event yourself to get your own takeaways.
“People who succeed have momentum…” At minute 6:15, when he said this, my ears went up… because my husband always tells me you aren’t happy if you’re not progressing. I’m sharing a few questions for you to reflect on.
“Make a decision to be Happy or find happiness…” At 8:50, hear my second takeaway and what I do to break my patterns of frustration or anxiety.
“Take time to celebrate and more importantly hold on to it...” At minute 13:45 is my last few takeaways including taking time to celebrate, leadership and how my health is a result of my decisions.
I want to remind you that there is greatness within you so use it wisely. All you need is already within you. Courage is necessary to do the things you want to do.
