Attention. You're listening to the Todd hf Radio show, America's home for conservative not bitter Talk radio. Be advised. The content of this program has been documented to prevent and even cure liberalism, and listening may cause you to lean to the right. Here's your conservative but not bitter host, Todd Huff. Well, welcome, my friends. You have tuned in, as you well should, to America's home for conservative not bitter talk. It's a pleasure to

be here. You know, the drill email Todd at toddhoff show dot com, the text line three one two zero twenty eight thirty questions and all that sort of stuff if you want to be part of the conversation, and you can always or should always, I should say, include the appropriate out of adoration and praise when writing yours truly and do our best to either talk about it respond those sorts of things. And again, it's my pleasure to be

here today. Yesterday we did something a little bit different. I guess we spent some time, some time going through when I think has become quickly overnight, almost become the anthem for this country, for this country, for this country's people, against this country's government, because my friends, the government is standing in direct opposition to the will of the American people and rich men north of Richmond. Is that well, that anthem, that anthem of this cold

Civil war. If you miss that program, I encourage you to check it out. I think that there's a lot of reason for hope now. I still we had a lot of work on our hands. We are up against some dark and powerful forces, forces that candidly we collectively the American people,

have allowed to gain in gain strength, to become more tyrannical. Over the course of many, many years, in decade, there's been a gradual erosion of liberty, a gradual building of governmental power, the central centralizing of that power, and so forth, and so we are kind of reaping the consequences of that today. And some of that goes back long before we were even on planet Earth. This has been happening for some time, but it's really

gotten kicked into full gear here in recent years. But my friends, my entire life, there's been a gradual movement towards big government, and there have been times throughout the history of this country that this has happened. And again it's it's all part of where we've it's all part of where we are.

And so I think the good news is that Americans have been awakened. And I think perhaps the second step is that in that is that Americans are angry about it, angry about what has happened to the value of the hard work that they've put in, the value of the dollar, the corruption of our government. People are angry. So I suppose that that's the second step. Step one is you have to be I suppose aware of what's going on. And step two has to be I have to have you have to have we

have to have a fire that's lit within us. We have to understand what it is these jokers and clowns have done, what it is these jokers and clowns want to continue to do, and we have to be prepared to stop them. We have to be prepared to stand up for liberty. Now we've gotten the awareness part, I think down for a lot of folks, we've got it, gotten the anger part down at the lot of with a lot

of folks. Now, so my job, really, I think for the people who have and most of you have gone through those first two stages. Some of you have gone through those first two stages decades and eons ago. But some of you may be new to the scene, and that's okay,

whether by age, whether by interests. You know, I've got people in my life that I think, you know, they spent their working years kind of nose to the grindstone, busy with kids and sports and activities and work and all this sort of thing, and then they look up, they retire, or things begin to slow down, the kids grow up and move out of the house, and suddenly they look and they what in the world happened to this country that I have been living in. This is not what I

thought was going on. And that can be a time and we all have our different phases when we maybe when we become aware and angered about this. But I don't want the anger to be where we where we stop. In fact, you'll know that the slogan, if you will the position of this

program is conservative not bitter. If you if you allow that anger just to fester, and then if you allow yourself, if we allow ourselves to feel helpless about it matter, then that bitterness can begin to creep in and take root and cause us to not actually take the action needed at the time that we are aware that we should be taking it, and so we all can do something right where we are today. We cannot let bittern us in for

a variety of reasons. One it's not healthy and helpful. Two, it's not attractive to people who aren't yet aware and ticked off at what's going on. So you can be angry without being bitter. So there's a healthy anger in fact that biblically, biblically that the Bible tells us, in your anger, do not sin. It doesn't say your anger is the sin. In

your anger, don't sin. There is a righteous kind of anger, And my friends, is what has been sung about in that in the song Richmond North of Richmond is precisely the sort of thing that should make us angry. In fact, if you look at what the government has done, I would argue intentionally it's at least the best case scenario. It's through ineptitude, which is not good. But because they have too much value in their own worth, because they have too much arrogance, pride, conceit and so forth,

they believe that they can solve all of our problems. And all they really do, all they really do is create new ones. They rarely solve anything if they do. Incidentally, it is the responsibilities the problems they solve fall under the purview of the powers that they have been given through by us by the way through the Constitution. That's the areas that they can be successful, those outlined in the Constitution. They're not going to control the level of the

seas. They're not going to make sure that every person is paid exactly what they think is fair and so forth. There's no way to do these things. They're not going to be able to tell people if you are born in a male's body, we can make you a woman. Like These things are impossible. These are logical impossibilities, and this is what they seek to do each and every day. And of course it different promises attract attract different people.

But at the same time, their methods, the tyranny, the trampling upon the rights of individuals along the way. If you want to disagree with one of those things, watch out. They are prepared to do anything they can to stop you, to silence you, to harm you, to intimidate you. And so that's what we're dealing with. And that's why I don't want to get into yesterday's conversation again. I just wanted to for those who didn't hear that, I think that I think that there's a lot of things

that we should be encouraged about. And so so we're does conservative not bitter fit in So I want to help people who say, look, all right, I know what's going on and I'm ticked off about it. Now what do we do? Well, we have to continue to stay informed, we have to continue to stay in form. But we also, my friends, have to figure out a a couple of things, A or one if you prefer, If you prefer, I got my number one in my sticking up here on my finger if you By the way, we video the program too,

and you can watch it on our website. But A or number one. We need to find our place. What does that mean? I mean for me, it's here behind the microphone. For you, maybe maybe some of you will write blog posts, Maybe some of you will have podcasts, maybe some of you will have a radio show. Whatever. Right, there's different paths for all of us. Maybe some of you will volunteer at the Republican Party. Maybe some of you will become a columnist, Maybe some of

you will become I mean speakers. I mean, there's all sorts of things. It doesn't and it doesn't have to be. You know, maybe you develop a line of conservative clothing or merchandise, or maybe you develop curriculum for students. Maybe you just are more intentional in speaking with your children and your grandchildren about the greatness of this country and the values and the truth upon which

it was built, and you just communicate those things more clearly. Maybe you're more intentional and you figure out, how do I talk about this with people who are just absolutely not on board with conservatism? How do I do that. I've had some success with some and some you never will and that's okay. But whatever it is, we have to commit to that. And I would I would say that we all need to find ways to A do those

two things. Learn stay informed. So I guess there's three things. A stay informed, B find our place, and see become better if the choice is to become better at communicating, better at articulating, better at listening, better at responding to critics instead of just there's nothing wrong with the memes.

I get it, they're funny. But a lot of times you're you're going to get applause from the echo chamber, from the people that agree, and you're going to get condemnation from the other side and they're gonna be offended and everything else, and that's that's okay. There's a time for that. People are too serious about about stuff. But the bottom line is the bottom lines.

We have to become effective. So the choices do we become better at those things or do we allow that bitterness to sink in, because that's where I think the bitterness can come in when we begin to fill. I don't know what that was about. My computer here decided to make a noise. I thought I hadn't muted. There we go. So the bottom line is we have to find ways to be better because if we if we don't know

how to feel somewhat empowered. Now I know none of us are empowered enough to move the mountain of deception, deceit, the mountain of leftist, cancerous ideas that are in our in our country today. That's an insurmountable task for

any of us alone. But instead, if we look at maybe the local school, making sure that we have good school board members, making sure that we have active parent groups, making sure that our kids are not being taught taught things that are deceitful about America's history, about America's founding, about America's principles behind closed doors. Wink wink, don't tell mom and Dad. They get all the verbiage figured out so that they can trick you, right,

trick me. They do this. They're on camera admitting this. So if we can find ways to do those things, and we can focus on becoming better and empowered instead of bitter and unattractive and defeated, because there's no way we should be there, folks, there's no way we should be at the door set doorstep of defeat. I understand, we've got a mountain to climb. But if we all start picking the rocks off that we have something, some sort of influence over that we can do something about. Brick by brick,

so to speak, rock by rock. This is this is not this is manageable in a sense, right. I mean, there has to be enough people moving in the right direction. But this has been the case about many things throughout the history, throughout the history of the world. I mean, you look at you look at how the Gospel left the well, left

the city of Jerusalem. I mean they went from the disciples went from being completely terrified and running for their lives, to all of them giving their lives minus one who was tortured, the apostle John and the message spread the rest. Some of them were killed far far away. Some of the original disciples were killed far outside of Jerusalem, right and so, But there's other things

the American Revolution as well. I mean, these men when they signed that declaration, signed their death certificate, they realized that they were giving up a lot, they were risking a lot. That's why they pinned the words we mutually pledged to one another our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor. They pledged those things. They wrote those things down and they meant them. We need more of that. That's something else that we can do instead

of clinging to the material things that we have. We have to understand that if we're not willing to put everything, but I mean really put put our jobs at risk, if it means, if it means the only way to stop the things that are happening in this country, the things that are happening in the business world and the governmental world, and all these different aspects of our lives, if we're not prepared to fight it at all costs, without any regard for what it could cost us. Then, folks, I mean,

that's how you that's how we lose this battle. I know it's not popular or easy to say or whatever, but we have to get to that, to that mindset because your children's future is candidly. I mean, it's it's not the same America that I grew up in the nineteen eighties. It's not what's it going to be for your grandchildren. We've got digital currency going on. We've got corruption, I mean corruption just oozing out of the government

at every level. We've got Epstein Island and all that garbage, all of that evil. We've got the consolidation of power. We've got higher taxes, We've got COVID tyrants, We've got all these things. By the way, you see, I don't know if you saw this. Fauci and the other so called COVID experts. It's being reported made three hundred million dollars off of COVID during COVID three hundred and this should infuriate. Look, folks, I don't care how people make their money. If it's legal, ethical, moral,

that's their business whatever. But if you're out there peddling the nonsense and you're getting your pockets stuffed. You're getting your pockets stuffed by the people who are supposedly looking, you know, involved in helping save humanity from this dress to disease. And there's stocking and stashing cash in your pocket while you're out there lying doctor Fauci and others. That's unconscionable to me. That should never happen. This sort of stuff is happening in bigger ways, and it's arguably

more prevalent than ever in American history. What we're watching, you get the Biden scandals and Hunter, which I want to get to as the program unfolds today. But I want to say that there is hope, but we can't just sit there and hope on our high knees. We've got to get involved. We have to take responsibility and understand that we are, in fact, the only thing standing between the end of liberty as we know it and tyranny being fully established in this country. We are the only and last line of

defense. That's us. That's us, and the American people have risen to the challenge before, and I have hope that the American people will raise to the challenge again. And that song that we talked about yesterday. Rich Men North of Richmond certainly gives me hope, especially when I see the energy behind that song. So time out is in order, my friends, A little bitlong this segment. As I've gotten into the habit, Oz has been telling me, She's tried to tell me a couple of times. I'm going to

listen. Now, take a quick time out. We'll get back. I want to shift gears just a bit. You're listening here to conservative not better talk. I am your host, Todd Huff back in just a minute. Come back, my friends. So I want to get to this interview that Jake Tapper did. I mentioned this yesterday. It was something happened over over the weekend. Jake Tapper interviewing representative Comer, who of course is involved with

the Hunter Biden scandal. So we'll get to that. I want to play a decent amount of audio from this because it's it's it's actually unbelievable some of these things, which of course is Jake Tapper at CNN, but I think Comber also does a good job of framing a couple of things. Or regarding the Hunter Biden debates, I guess or the I guess the the framing of what really is going on here and how far we've come from the eve of the twenty election. But before I get to that, I want to say

one other thing to tie up what we were talking about last segment. One of the things that I get asked a decent amount is what what can I do right? And I listed some of the things. A lot of this is personal. When we talk about the battle for advancing conservative ideas and principles, communicating, trying to persuade and friends, it is amount suasion, by the way, because America was founded upon ideas, and those ideas are what

made America great. So if we deviate too much from those ideas, and by the way, we've deviated quite a bit from those ideas, but there's a breaking point, right, There's a point if you say that it's the ideas that made America great. If we deviate from those ideas, that it only stands to reason that America's greatness will no longer be able to stand. Because, my friends, our greatness is not in our dna. We are no better of people than anybody else. We're all the same in that regard.

What makes America unique is the ideas and principles upon which she was built. That is something that is profoundly different than what the world had seen throughout its history. And the Founders did a great job of articulating those principles that we've enshrined in the Declaration and the Constitution of the United States of America. By the way, in case there's some snarky individual out there that doesn't that's

too obtuse to understand what I'm saying. I'm not talking about slavery. That's a clear example of where the Founders did not live up to their own their own description of how America should be. The Founders fell short. That's an atrocious part of America's history. But they were right and acknowledging that freedom comes from our creator. They just they they did not see that part through the

completion. And I don't want to get into the details of that now because there's lots of course that goes along with that, but we can agree that the other the truth that they did recognize is still there. They were not perfect. They factivated atrocious mistakes as it pertained to the evils of slavery,

but that doesn't change the other things that were good. With what they identified and what they found in fact, in fact, because of the foundation that they built, the truth that they accepted, they actually laid the foundation that allowed the end of the horrors of slavery. It should not have happened that way. It was bad, evil, wicked, unacceptable. That's never there's nothing good about that. America, however, has foundational principles that we have

to embrace, have to embrace because they're good and true. Again, namely, that rights come from God and not government. That we are free to live in accordance with our conscience, that we're citizens, not subjects, That all men, all people, are created equal. That we all should be able, every one of us, every one of us, regardless of gender, regardless of regardless of how we identify, regardless of any of those things,

we should be able to live our lives freely. Now, of course, don't try to force me to agree with you by law telling me I can't disagree if you have some delusional perspective of reality. But still we are free to do those things. That's a good thing. And if we don't defend these principles and ideas, they will not stand. We've already seen what will happen the void is filled by the people who are going to promote ideas that are antithetical to the truth, to the founding of this nation, to

the way that we should live this side of heaven. And so one of the things that we're working on, and I'm it's very very close. There's a program that we're developing that we've developed called the Inner the Inner Circle,

and we are going to do a lot of things. There's gonna be some a lot of bonus content, but there's also going to be some regular team video what you call those like webinars video conferences with me where we go through some of these things, some of the things that we have developed over the

years for Conservative not Bitter University. I want to teach some things. I want to teach just explain and help to work out some of these conservative principles in more detail, but also to teach people to be more persuasive and to help people pindidly find their place some of those things we talked about earlier in the program. What is my role right finding that as critical and I'm looking especially as we launch it, for the people who want to shape this like

there's gonna be an opportunity for the early people. And this is not everybody. I'm talking to a percentage of the people who want to be the movers and shakers, the one who see the opportunity and the need and want to step up and help to shape it. I mean, this can go. There could be you know, the early founding members of this group can actually have a lot of say and how it's developed and shaped over time. And that's what we're looking for because I think that's what America needs. So that's

coming. In fact, there's gonna be a lot of bonuses that we're gonna put along with with our program as well. So I'm excited to do that. So that being said, I wanted to wanted to share that, And of course we got our column coming out, Conservative not Bitter column, weekly column that you can check out. You can get that for free. It'll be released here in the very very near future days sort of thing. You can go to Toddhufshow dot com com and you can sign up for the column

there to receive that by email. So we're trying to give more content, more content that's directed towards a specific purpose, which is to is to help people here and receive truth. And you all can help be ambassadors for that. That's the way that I see this. We're on the same team, pushing in the same direction, is trying to find our role in place in this cold civil war. So we need people to help join the movement.

But a timeouts in order. When we get back, I want to get into Jake Tapper's interview with James Comber talking about Hunter Biden and some of the crazy things Tapper said. But Comber does a great job as well of explaining some things. So take a break. We'll pick that up on the other side of the time out, my friends back in just a minute. Welcome back to my friends. So mentioned that I want to share with you a little bit about an interview that Jake Tapper of CNN had with James Comer,

who's a representative from the state of Kentucky. He is leading the House Oversight Committee. He's the chairman of that committee, and so he was invited on to talk with Jake Tapper. Now, Jake Tapper is an individual who is of course, he's a member of the media, he's a member of the You know, I don't want to call Jake Tapper a radical leftist because I don't think that he's a radical leftists, he's a liberal and he's part of

the Democrats pr machine and so forth. I mean, that's his job is to help carry the water for the l And so he has James Comber on to talk about just the status of the Hunter Biden investigation, and it's just too much for me, my friends. Basically what he told Comber and a manner of speaking was, Hey, give us the goods on Biden Hunter, not Hunter, President Biden, or just shut He didn't say shut down the investigation. But this is where the pressure is. The pressure is, well,

you've you've not given us anything. I don't see any evidence he says that Biden Hunter or excuse me, that Joe Biden was involved in this, the president bribery had anything to do with this, mister Coomber. So either put up or shut up. That's kind of the message that's being communicated here.

Now. I will point out because I think it's important to point out at this point in time that Trump remember January sixth, twenty one, which is where a lot of this stuff that he's facing stems back to goes back to he is actually what is that that's two and a half years ago. Two and a half years ago is how long that stuff took. But the amount of time that Hunter Biden's been under actual investigation in Congress or by this

committee has been since January, so seven months. Republicans had no subpoena power since that. Prior to that point in time, there was nothing. The only thing that was happening prior to that was the make believe show trial with Adam Kinsinger in his fake tears and Liz Cheney make believe Republicans on a committee that was Democrats trying to politicize the investigation into January sixth to hurt Republicans in the mid terms and to hurt Trump overall anyway. So, but I want

to listen. I wanted to listen to this exchange because Tapper says some pretty remarkably stud yupid things. But listen, this is a couple of minutes here, and Comber does a good job at replying. But listen to how Tapper frames this, and then listen to Comber's reply. Here it is so let's pause it for the sake of argument that Hunter Biden is sleazy and the President's relatives tried to profit off the Biden family brand, something CNN has reported on.

What's new in this memo? Okay, stop it. I have to stop it there. So his starting point is, Okay, look, let's just assume that Hunter Biden's a sleeves bag, and let's let's accept for a matter, just for to get to the cusp of your argument. Let's just let's just assume that Joe Biden was trying to benefit financially from this big deal. I mean, we have the president at the time, Vice president President Joe Bribery potentially personally benefiting. Tapper's is fine, Okay, Hunter is a

sleezbag, Biden's accepting bribes. What's the big deal? What's the big deal? What kind of a question is this? Combat response? Well, before we release the memo, we interviewed Devon Archer, who was one of the associates who was partial owner of one of the shell companies that the Bidens were

receiving money from foreign nationals and then laundering it into Biden bank accounts. So the associate, Devon Archer, testified that Joe Biden had in fact spoken to over twenty of the people who had wired the money to the Biden family members. Now, the reason that's important, Jake, is because the President said repeatedly he had never spoken to his son or anyone affiliated with his son and their business deals. Now there is no business. So what the business was?

According to Devon arch caause that there was no business? If you remember, I postulated the question on this program recently, can they just tell me what the business was? What legitimate purpose are we supposed to believe that these foreign individuals, what what were they giving Hunter Biden all this money for? Just tell me what it was supposed to be for. But to his point, to mister Comer's point, here, there's not even a business. There's

it's it's all a shell game. It's it is like the whitewashed tomb. It looks like something on the outside, but on the inside there's nothing there. It's it's dead. There's nothing there. This is this is one big, fancy game, and they've gotten caught as they were taking money from foreign nationals and they were marketing Joe Biden. Joe Biden was the brand. So that is the first associate that came in implicated Joe Biden as being the reason

they were getting this money. And the money is from bad people. The money is from people who are either incarcerated in the countries where they wired the money, or they are on the flee from being incarcerated. So we're concerned that the president is compromised because of the millions of dollars at his family's receipts. And remember, Jake, the President hasn't been truthful with the American people.

First of all, he said he never communicated with these people. Devin Archer testified that he has twenty times, in fact at least, and then he said that none of this money ever happened while he was vice president. We didn't know this at the beginning of the investigation, but what we know now is the overwhelming majority of the wire transfers happened while Joe Biden was vice president, and they happened days after he left those countries with foreign ah checks

or talking about fourign eight. So there is a pattern here that should concern every American with respect and it should concern every American. And I just said the good time, I have to cut that off short. They're my friends, but there's more that time permitting. I want to get to you here today. Tapper's got this look of just confusion on his face if you can see the video here, but timeouts in order sit tight back in just a minute. Welcome back, my friends. So there's one other part of this

that I want to play. Jake Tapper. He actually played a clip from Devin Archer's interview with Tucker Carlson, and he comes back from that clip and he's still again interviewing Representative James Comer from Kentucky. He is the House Oversight Committee chairman. He's the one leading the investigation into the Hunter Biden debacle and scandal and corruption nonsense that very well could end up implicating. I would say

there's already evidence to suggest that it's implicated his father president bribery. But here we are in the interview with Jake Tapper. I want you to listen. I just want you to listen to how Tapperts blows this off, all of this corruption, How just blows this off as though it's no big deal. Listen to this. So it's assumptions. It's how the world works. But again, just looking for evidence, because we're talking about an artachment here.

I don't see any evidence, none of any crime. And frankly, that is how the world works. In Washington, DC, and if you guys are gonna launch an effort to try to reform Washington so people who are powerful can't have their wives and children and husbands and others traffic on that relationship, you know, I'll be first in line to help you out. But it doesn't seem like you're trying to do that. It seems like you're trying to just go after President Biden. So he's okay, Hey, this is just

the way Washington DC works. It's no big deal. I mean, it sounds like you're just trying to make Biden pay for doing the wrong thing. What about everybody else? Now? I have a problem with a lot of this, obviously, I think we all do. I don't like the idea of someone using their power to become wealthy. It is a little bit different if you built a relationship and then you leave Washington, DC, and through those relationships, I mean, you're able to secure other business dealings. It

is different. I don't like it. I wish it wasn't that way. But there's something altogether different when you are in the position of power and you are potentially, by I mean ostensibly selling political favors. I just I mean, how is it does Tapper not see this, but listen to Comer's response, which she identify some things that I think are worth noting. No, we're trying to do that. That's been the goal from day one, is to have a legislative fix. A lot of the president's defenders, especially in

the media, say that, well, there's influence. Feeling is a cottage industry in Washington. Will it need needs to change. It does, But let's just go back to not having any evidence of wrong doing with with Joe Biden's right. Look, six banks, not like it's certainly there's sleeves, but there's sleeves there. I'm saying, what did the president do wrong? Though? Well, remember when we started this investigation at the end of January. That's when I got some peanut. The last week in January, the

narrative was the laptop of Russian disinformation. Joe Biden's family never received money from China, Joe Biden's family never received any of this money while he was president, and Joe Biden never communicated with any of the people that send his family this money. All four of those things have been proven false. So our investigations already turned up a lot of information. Now think even though there may not be any curiosity by my friends that see it in I think there's curiosity

by majority of Americans. Wait a minute, you're telling me I'm very curious about it. Whatever, Jake. Okay, so I'm just out of time here, but commerce right, there is no curiosity at CNN. Jake Tapper says he's very curious. Give me a break. He's given him seven months. Tell me what Joe Biden did, or it looks like a political witch

hunt. Meanwhile, the previous president had a slew of things. I mean, investigation after investigation, after impeachment, before impeachment January sixth, now indictments. He has no problem with any of that stuff. Absolutely remarkable. I get a good time out through my friends. Sit tight back in just a minute. Welcome back to my friends. I wanted to say something here at the close too. We've we've been expanding and a lot of things are changing
