And let's get rolling here today. So what I want to talk about today? A couple of things are on my radar in this particular, in this particular
episode, I want to focus on something that the left. I know, we've got all this stuff with Trump. We've gone through that the past couple of days, several hours of the program actually, so I've got some things
in the stack of stuff. But I want to talk instead about the way that the economy is being defended by the left, by the media, the seven pillars of propaganda, circling the wagons to do everything they can to prevent Trump from winning the twenty twenty four election, and promoting, as they normally do, a narrative of insanity that has no basis in truth and reality.
So we'll talk about that. Also, there's a poll out there that shows that a growing number of small businesses are now worrying that the economy is going to force them to actually close their doors, which is of course part and parcel of really what's happening here in the economy, and this stuff can be The good news is it can be fixed. It can be fixed. It cannot be fixed by the people who are currently running the show. They don't
want to ultimately fix it. And even if they did want to ultimately fix it, the ideas that they have are doing nothing but harming the economy. percent. So you may have heard a term out there. You may have heard a term out there in the media. I have an article here from Axios, so but you can find you can find this term bantered about in lots of places now and the term that. And you may have heard this if you've read or listened to the news lately. You may not have heard it yet because it's not been used very long. It's one of these terms
that that's made up. And I'm not against making up words. We from time to time will do that here on the program too, you know, to help make a point or to make something more memorable. And that's what's being done here, is just making the wrong point as usual in the mainstream media. Vibe session vibe session. Now, for some some of you who I don't know, maybe grew up in the disco era, vibe session might mean something different. This is spelled differently. This isn't a vibe session with
an secssion two different words. This is one word vibe session, like recession, but not like recession, in fact, the opposite of recession. I'm just saying. The structure of the word is more like recession. It's vibe session. The headline of this particular article at Axios is vibe session quote now more than ever. The vibe session is so back the big picture. I think we are in one that we're in one now, meaning a vibe session, more than ever, and I think it will get worse in the election,
says Kyla Scanlon. She is the person who coined the term for this. I read this in my preparation on today's are for today's program, and you can find a lot of that preparation, not all of it. A couple of things I didn't put in there, but in the stack of stuff you can always do that A ton of show come anyway. She is the one that coined this term, this term vibe session in the I think she did that in an email newsletter or some such thing, an email something that
went out in June. I think it was the summer of twenty two, two years ago. But now she's authored a book called In This Economy, and so basically the idea of a vibe session, I just it's too much for me to handle. This is what the left does, and this is why I wanted to talk about this, because they do this for everything. I was telling as this before the show. They do this for everything, and I gotta give them credit. They are masters of the art of deception.
They are. They are masterful at deceiving you, my friends. They are not you specifically, the American people. We're onto other game, right, but they are masterful deceivers of the American people or wherever they're allowed to, you know, air their propaganda. It's it is effective for at least for some people. And so the argument is, look, a vibe session is really something that's a psychological thing. It's not a real thing. Now, if you'll remember, you'll go back in history with me for just a
moment. Biden actually presided over a recession, but we were told that there wasn't a recession. They redefined the term of what the well, the details of what made something a recession. A recession historically has always been two consecutive quarters. Now, in case I've got a Bernie Sanders supporter tuned in here this morning, let me tell you. A quarter is three months, a three month segment of the year. So for example, January February March,
that's the first quarter. Now, why do we call it a quarter Because we have twelve months, twelve months in the calendar year. A quarter of those months are three So the first three months January February March are the first quarter April, May, June, which we're now at the end of the second quarter. Then comes the third quarter July, Augus, September, and of course October, November, December fall in the final and fourth quarter of
the year. So two consecutive quarters of negative GDP. Let's pause for a second to talk about that. What is GDP. GDP is gross domestic product. It is the measure of total output of the economy. And so if the economy is growing, which would be technically, anything that's in uh, you know, zero point one percent, I suppose or higher. Now that's abysmal growth, but technically that is growth. So so long as you are above zero, you are not that the the economy is not shrinking, economy
is not receding. So anything that's in the negative, that would be a number with a Again, I'm just helping any Bernie Sanders or Democratic socialist that's tuned in to take it easy. Though I love you. I'm just having a little fun here. I just know that you're not good at math and with numbers. There might be a little dash which we would call a negative sign in front of the number, or sometimes they make that number red to
indicate it is below zero, it's in the red. And so if there's a negative growth, which is a shrinking economy, and that happens the measure of that for two consecutive quarters, if that is negative for whatever two quarters one and two, two and three, three and four, four of one year. Oh boy, this will again challenge the Democratic Socialist tuned in here
because now we're flipping the calendar. So the fourth quarter of say twenty twenty four, the next quarter would be the first quarter of twenty twenty five, and so that could be to those two quarters back to back. If they are negative GDP growth would constitute a recession. We have been in such an era. We're not currently in a recession, but enomy is not good, the economy is not good. But we've been through a recession already with Biden.
It was a short lived one. I think it was just two quarters, but we were in one. They told us we weren't. They lied about the definition of a recession. It was a short blip, but it wasn't like there was some robust rebound in as far as the economy is concerned. For those of you that are students of politics, and students of the
economy. You will remember when Obama was president back in what two thousand and eight to two thousand and sixteen, technically two thousand and nine to twenty seventeen, since that was just a couple weeks into those those years anyway, So those particular that period of time, the economy again, go imagine the economy
is being run by leftist GDP shrunk. In fact, we were told that the new there would be a new normal, and that would be two percent kind of as the ceiling of GDP growth, and that we should be okay with that. That's just the new normal, the way it's going to be whatever whatever. Of course, then Trump comes along and that and blows that theory out of the water. Then that's that's when Obama started taking credit for
Trump's economy. And I said, it's a remarkable thing. It's a remarkable thing that you know, you're president for eight years, you're implementing your policies. Then somebody else comes along who does exactly the opposite of everything that you did. And now from that moment on, we begin to see an increase in GDP growth. So instead of assuming or giving credit to the guy, which of course, is never going to happen. I understand that that's never
going to happen. The presidents whose GDP growth was abysmal. It's not going to credit the next guy and say, you know what, he was right and I was wrong. That's just not going to happen. But in a sane world, we would all recognize that, hey, maybe maybe eight years of doing things that put the boot on the throat of the American taxpayer.
You remember, remember Joe the Plumber, Remember that Joe the Plumber. Well, anyway, Joe the Plumber said something he had an encounter with Obama back on the campaign trail, I think, and I think it was twenty two thousand and eight, it could have been twenty twelve. Obama told him, you didn't build that, Joe. The reason you have a plumbing business is because the government came in and built roads. That's the reason you have a
plumbing business. Of course, Obama was completely one hundred percent wrong. The reason the government has roads suited money to pay for roads is because the economy has produced profits, so the government could take taxes and then use the money to create these these roads and bridges, which apparently Obama thinks is necessary. The only reason that Joe the Plumber had any success was because of the government's role in creating roads and bridges, which of course is patently absurd. But
this is what I mean, we get into this nonsensical drivel. This is this is the fights we have about the economy. So the current one is over this, and by the way, it shouldn't be a fight because one side, one side, our side, my friends, abliterates the arguments and the policies of the left repeatedly, I mean, just demolishes them. It's not even close, not even remotely close. You like Caitlin Clark playing Angel recent a game of one on one. I'm kidding. We'll get to that.
I want to talk about that at some point as well. But anyway, so we have this latest thing of vibe session, which is, you know what, people are just stupid. That's what they want us to believe you everybody out there stupid. You don't realize how brilliant this economy is. It's just that we've got a negative vibe from the economy. The economy is
great. We're in a vibe session, meaning everything's so wonderful, but people just don't get it through their thick heads, how wonderful Bidenomics and Biden's economy are. That's the bottom line position of what a vibe session or what they want you to believe it is. And so they come up with these terms. And if it's a term, it's got to be a real thing, right, because after all, on January sixth, twenty twenty one, there
were insurrectionists, they say, at the Capitol Building. Trump led an insurrection. Trump tried to overthrow our democracy. Right. People who did not want to wear masks were anti anti masters. If you didn't want to get a vaccine, you're anti vaxxer. On and on it goes. There's these terms that they use, and they're masterful at this. They are. They're masterful at this. I remember again, I've shared this story on here before.
Having a debate with the classmate circa nineteen ninety nine American University, Washington, d C. I'm the lone conservative Christian voice in the class. A bunch of liberals and even some leftists in there were arguing about abortion. And some girl in my class says I'm anti choice, to which I tell her, I tell you what, I'll let you call me anti choice when you allow
me to call you anti life. It turns out, my friends, at the person who sets the terms of the debate and the rules of the debate and how we talk about the particular issue that side, the one that can determine the language, the one that can determine the rules, the one that can say you can't say this, you can't say that, I'm going to
censor this. I'm not going to allow that. The people who do that are the ones that, nine times out of ten will win the argument because they are in control of setting the rules in the way that the fight is going to be fought. So more to say on this in a second here. But my friends, we know that we're in tough economic times, just what we're talking about. We know that inflation is a real thing. Thank you to lovers of big government, lovers a big government who want to spend
and spend and spend, but not actually tax to pay for it. I'm not arguing for taxes, of course, I think we should cut spending. But people want to spend, spend, spend, and then in order to pay for it, they create wealth out of thin air. That's what's happening. That's what inflation is Inflation is hitting everything, and it's hitting health insurance premiums as well. In fact, the numbers I've read show that the expected increase in premiums in twenty twenty four is five to eight percent. So so
probably a good time to take a look at your policy. So if you have an individual health plan which can include coverage for your family as well, if you have group health plan. Maybe you're a business owner, maybe you're someone in charge of managing insurance plans at your place of business, or if you're someone on Medicare and you just want to see them, I do I have the right plans in place? Are there better values? Are the things I can cut? I'm trying to, you know, manage my budget here

The left is again masterful at this as the theatrical part of this, at the performance part of this, at the at the part of it that where they they craft some narrative. Now they craft some narrative to
explain what absolute disaster that they've created. Right, this is what they do, and they demonize the people that stand in opposition of whatever crazy thing they want to do next. This is why back in I remember, back in Nancy Pelosi's days, she said, look, our agenda is very popular. People love what we're trying to do. They just don't understand it. It's
never that the ideas are bad. No, no, no. If the ideas are met with some degree of resistance by the American voter, by the American taxpayer, it's because the Democrats will tell you, well, we just didn't communicate it because it's clearly what you want. It's what you want, right, we have what you want. We have what you want. We have what you want. Vote for us, we'll give you what you want,
what you want, democracy, pro democracy, what you want. On and on this goes, never telling you what it is they're going to do, or not explaining it clearly, certainly not giving you the full context. Because if you understand the full context and understood that every step towards them giving you anything requires that we give up a degree of our liberty and that we
give up a certain amount of our money. That's why this nation is in this unmitigated disaster that we're in right now, because we've taken steps towards this for decades, for decades. But the truth is, this is nonsense, this argument that the economy is wonderful, and the reason that we're you know, we're consumer confidence is dropping and so forth. It's at I think I saw a four month low. Is out what I saw? Let me see, I just saw this article. This is not a consumer confidence whether this
was earlier, this was later last year, but she's that. They've linked another article where consumer confidence hits a four month low in September of twenty twenty three. We just don't understand the brilliance of the economy. Now, I'll tell you what it is. That's a bunch of bonk and garbage and deception
and lies. We have lived this, you know. I think the job of the left, the way that they see it, is to take whatever experience you have in living in this world and in living your life, and then trying to convince you that everything that you have learned, all of the wisdom you have accumulated, all of that is gibberish, all of that is
nonsense. They are here to tell you that in order for you to you know, improve your lot in life, you must stop thinking and using your own judgment, and you must pass the baton off to these wizards of smart to steal a line from the great late, the late great Rush Limbaugh. But these wizards are smart who believe that they have the answers to every problem. If you just give them a little bit more of your liberty, a little bit more power over your life, and a lot more of your tax
dollars low and behold, your problems will be solved. But the problem, my friends, is that that is the exact opposite of reality. That is how that is how oppression is created, that is how loss of opportunity is created. That is how a bankrupt nation, both fiscally and morally are created. They have created this. It's not a vibe session. It is a
crappy economy. And it is a crappy economy because we are doing things in this country fiscally that make no sense that we could not do as individual citizens living our private lives, because we can't create money out of thin air. And the truth is they really can't either. There has to be something real somewhere along the line, or my friends or my friends. It's eventually just an It can't continue. We can't continue at this rate. Inflation is hitting
and hurting the average American. You know, when you go to the gas pump, when you go to buy more so when you go to buy things like groceries, gas prices can fluctuate a lot which, by the way, a lot of that has nothing to do with inflation. A lot of it has to do attack, A lot of it has to do with taxes. I've said on this program long long ago, government profits much more off of a gallon of gas than the gas companies do. I'm not here to defend
those folks, That's not my point. My point is, let's understand who the real villain is here, and the real villain are the lovers of big government, make no mistake about it, and they will lie to you and tell you that even though what you're experiencing is absolutely difficult, that you're just in the wrong. Your perception is not rooted in reality. You need to
give credit where credit is due. You need to think Biden, probably fall down on your face and say, oh, great one, thank you for all the wonderful things that you've done for us that we've simply never taken the time to stop and recognize you. bad vibes out there. I have been misled by just the vibes that say the economy is tough. I've been convinced, I've been lied to. I've been tricked into believing that that inflation actually hurts families. No, no, no, they want me to believe. They want you to believe that inflation is being kept up with by wages, which is not the case. By the way, We're having real pain, real pain at the grocery store. I mean, food is a big deal. Food. Housing is another big
deal. Try to buy a house. Try I mean, I look, I understand everybody has their own individual financial circumstances, and that's that's the way it's always going to be. But it is a much different world to try to buy a house, to rent a house, to buy groceries, to buy anything. Have to go to a fast food restaurant. and now, there are people who are deceived into not following truth. There are people who, for reasons of wanting to, you know, continue certain behavior, they don't want to look at the truth of how bad or disgusting, reprehensible certain things are. They don't want to travel down that. They want to continue traveling down the path, but they don't want to carry the burden of thinking, man, I'm really, I'm really in violation of the
moral law here. They don't want to think that. And so that that urge, that belief, that realization that there is a moral law is hardwired into humanity, my friends. It's in the Bible, by the way, the Book of Romans, if you want to, Chapter one you can read that says that all no man is without excuse. We all know. We can all know that we are created by a creator. That is self evidence
when we look around at creation around us. Now, I'm not saying that no one has questions, you know that they struggle with, But I am saying that deep down that we know humanity knows. The Bible says that we know that that there is a creator. And if there's a creator, my friend, there's a moral law. But see that, here's a thing.
Some people desire not to live in relationship with that creator. They don't like the creators rules, they don't like the creators sense of you know, what the creator says is good and what the creator says is not good or evil. And so they come up they can coct a series of things where they say, I will, at all costs reject truth, create this world where no one knows up and down. Well, this is what the lgbt QI A plus community partially. I mean, it is at the core of it
is what we're talking about. There's so much confusion. There is so much confusion there by design. They don't want any of this to make sense, because if it makes sense, we can then use logic to say, well, that's not right. We can't do it. That's not in accordance with
truth and the moral law. But if they confuse everyone, if they force this morally bankrupt ideology on everyone, if they don't teach people how to think and instead tell them what to think, which is what they try to do at every turn, my friend, this is why propaganda is so important. This is what why they need the media on their side, This is why they need academia on their side. This is why they need people in science.
I'm not talking about people doing real science. I'm talking about the messengers of science who are committed to this broken worldview and ideology. I'm talking about people who are committed only to communicating that narrative, in spite of what science really is teaching us, in spite of that, using it as a as an instrument to get people to accept things that they normally wouldn't accept, just
like this vibe session crap. You know that when you live your life and things are more expensive, and you having a hard time making ends meet, and you've cut things and you've sacrificed and you've taken on a second job, or you're trying to find other ways to make money, you know, you
know that something else is going on. It doesn't mean that you don't have or I don't have any personal responsibility to try to fix the situation, but you recognize that there is something else going on in a larger sense, in the overall account me, when you hear other people talking about the same things, when you go to grocery stores no matter where they are in this country. And you see that things are massively more expensive than they were than just
a couple of years ago. You know that something is broken, and so their job, as they see it, is to come along and to lie to you, to come along and use these seven pillars of propaganda, the media to come up with terms and stupid things like vibe session. They turn to the government to come up with explanations or promises to fix it. But of course, what's the cost of fixing it. Well, you've got to
give them more money. You've got to elect them four more years. You've got to support their campaign, you've got to empower them, you've got to give more of your liberty away. That's the cost. But just trust them. They'll fix it this time. This time, they'll fix it. Right, that's what government does. All these folks are working towards the same agenda, towards the same ends, which is a radically different country than was founded
than was established by our founders. This is the game. This is why they use the seven pillars of propaganda because a lot of people are none the wiser that this is being done to them. You are some of You might be newer, and you might not. You might be aware of it a little bit that you're being manipulated or attempted to being manipulated by these radical leftists. Some of you may be brand new to this and this is all news to you. I don't say this is some great conspiracy theorists. I say
this based upon plenty of levels of evidence. These folks lie to us about every conceivable thing, imaginable, every even to the point where they're telling you when you experience personal pain in this economy, that you're the one being fooled. You're the one who's wrong. You're just because they're your experiences. Don't mean that that applies to the greater economy. You've been tricked. You've been listening to too much talk radio. We've been leading you astray about the economy.
Bet me, that's utterly insane to be arguing such ridiculous things. But people get away with it. And by the way, when a Republican is in office. I remember this back in two thousand and probably two thousand and three, or I don't know, maybe I think it was two thousand and three. Before the two thousand and four election, we were not whenever it was. I just know we weren't in a recession the economy. Excuse me, the media kept talking about, Man, things have been so well for
so long. When are we going to have a recession? And see people don't stop and think, well, why is the messaging different when they're not in power than when they are in power. When they're in power, there's all sorts of excuses. There's terms that are created to tell you that it's not as bad as you've experienced when they are not in power. When Republicans are in control of the government, so to speak, then then the narrative turns to, well, things have been good, but it's going to be
bad here in a minute. You better get someone in here that's going to fix this, and it's going to have to be the Democrats. That's how it works. We are subjected to this nonsense on the regular I have to take a time out. Sit tight, my friends back here in just a minute. Welcome back, my friends. We are facing We are in the midst of what I've called a cold civil war. Cold civil war. This
is a battle for supremacy in this country. Two diametrically opposed worldviews, one that is based upon reason and logic and liberty, one that is rooted in Western values, Judeo Christian principles, one that is rooted in truth. The other that is based upon the sinking sand. Built upon the sinking sand, it is morally bankrupt. They are completely subjective in their understanding of morality when
they even want to talk about morality. In fact, the only time they want to talk about morality is when you and I should accept some behavior, some lifestyle, embrace it, consider it to be the moral equivalent of that which is good. And when we don't do it, we get chastised for that. Even when we're not personally trying to destroy anybody. We're just saying, do not make me comply, do not make me participate in this, in this sort of game in Shenani and I will not call that which is
not good good. I definitely won't call that which is evil good. Do not ask me to do so. But this is what they want, this is what they desire, this is what they need. And I'm telling you the reason for this. The reason for this is because they so are convicted that there is right a wrong. They are convicted, just as the Book
of Romans tells us. They're without excuse. They are so convicted in the reality that there is a creator, and that that creator is the moral lawgiver, and that he has certain expectations that he has established firmly that which is right and just and true, and that we must adhere to that standard or face the consequences. The Bible would call it of our sin, face the consequences for that, and they believe that so strongly. I'm telling you,
I really don't believe there's a single atheist. I think that there are wishful atheists, people who wish there was not a God. I think that there are certainly agnostics they don't know, they're confused, But there's no there's no atheists. There's no true atheist. I know people, ah, yes, domin atheist. Yes, yes, yes, okay, that's fine. I mean that's a I've not met one. I've met plenty of people who said
they are. But then when I just ask a couple of just very general sincere questions, they quickly turn into, well, I don't know people, I can't answer that, So then you're really just an agnostic. Yes, ultimately that's the case. But I think that these people, these radict these radical leftists, they are so just convicted of what's going on internally that they do not want to hear externally the same message that they believe inside, and
so they want to live a certain way. They demand that those of us who believe that they're right and wrong, just shut up, don't say anything about it, don't talk about God, don't talk about truth.
