Episode description

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson says the border is a catastrophe and so is the supposed immigration bill. Only 1/6 of the money is allocated for our border. The rest is for Ukraine and Israel. I am not a fan of executive orders, but in some cases, they are needed to enforce the law. President Biden rescinded executive orders from the Trump administration that made things worse at the southern border, so why can’t he reverse them now to solve this crisis? He can but won’t. Everything that President Biden and the Democrats have touched has been made worse.

Attention. You're listening to the Top Huff radio show, America's home for conservative not bitter talk radio. The advised the content of this program has been documented to prevent and even cure liberalism, and listening may cause you to lean to

the right. Here's your conservative but not bitter host Top Huff. It is really starting to get interesting out there in the political landscape, as though it hasn't been for the past I don't know, several years now, but this is the kind of this Some of the things that we're going to talk about on the stack of stuff today, these are the things that just illustrate the well, what's about to unfold before our eyes here in twenty twenty four.

We've got a big bill that's trying to get rammed through by the left, by the lovers of big government, by the media, by the Democrat Party. We've got Republicans looking like they're fighting back. We've got Texas appearing to have secured its border. Who would have thought? Who would have thought? This is crazy to think about, but who would have thought that by trying to secure your border you can actually secure your border. It's a marvelous thing.

And that's, of course, according to reports from Governor Abbott. We'll talk about that today. Super Bowl interviews, all sorts of things, Taylor Swift endorsements. We'll get to these things in due course. My friends, should you want to be part of the conversation, I invite you. I invite you to join us. Email Todd at totepshow dot com, or you can text us. That's right, textus three one seven at two one zero twenty eight third. Make it count, though, my friends, most of

you do. Every once in a while, someone doesn't missing up. It should be missing this once in a lifetime opportunity. Make it count. Be sure to include the appropriate amounts of adoration and praise, which I have to tell you are at least ten to fifteen percent more than you believe should be required. Speaker Mike Johnson's tweeted out on no boy, it looks like it would have been what late Sunday nights. As he was combing through the bill

here he says, I've seen enough. The bill is even worse than we expected. He's right. By the way we talked about this yesterday. I said this bill was garbage. Trump's out there saying it's the stupidest bill is the stupidest bill he's ever seen. Mike Johnson tweet tweet tweeted that the bill is even worse than we expected and won't come close to ending the border catastrophe. First time I think I've seen catastrophe use which it is a catastrophe the

president has created. As the lead Democrat negotiator proclaimed, under this legislation, the border never closes. That's exactly right. If this bill reaches the House, it will be dead on arrival. Let us hope. So this again we're being manipulated here, my friends. By the way, the border bill was what I'm close to one hundred and twenty billion dollars, but only twenty billion, only about one sixth of the roughly one hundred and twenty billion dollars

actually went towards securing our southern border. It is a joke. It is a disaster. It is a piece of garbage, and it should be treated as such. I am glad to see Republicans standing up for this thing. And by the way, let me say this, the Republican Party had better start holding their representatives and senators accountable. And Senator Langford, Republican from Oklahoma, I mean these folks my friends are by definition part of the problem.

This is not personal to me. But we have to get Oklahoma. You have to find and I know, we've got six year terms. We've got people that have been in the Senate for a lifetime. I understand, I understand the incumbency. I understand that. But we have absolutely got to find better candidates than this. This is the Republican out there defending this bill. It is a remarkable thing, an absolutely remarkable thing to behold as we watch

this thing unfold. But it appears that Republicans are going to fight this, and again good good for doing so. Reports here from the daya Texas, State of Texas. This is from a Twitter account, an ex account called leading Report gave me this prior to jumping on here today, I had not

seen this. This was from Monday afternoon. It says breaking since Texas gained control of the park in Eagle Pass, that's of course where a lot of people, not just eagles apparently passed through, but illegal crossings, it is reported, have this decreased from thousands a day, from thousands a day to just three a day. Now, look, that's according to govern Rabbit, that's according to this You know this Twitter account. There's no link to a

story. That's just the that's just the report. If this is true, I mean, just think about this. They send the National Guard down, or they they physically secure the border and lo and behold, it drops from thousand illegal crossings a day to three. So that means I don't have the well, the calculator in front of me, but it's ninety nine point ninety nine something percent decrease in regarding what's happening there at at Eagle Pass, Texas.

What if this was done elsewhere. Don't tell me that the border cannot be made secure. Don't tell me that walls don't work. Don't tell me that we cannot make this country a sovereign nation with borders. Don't tell me that, because that is not true. That is not true at all. This bill, as with almost any bill right now that's passing through Congress. Oh boy, let me just let me alert the sensors at TikTok, the

sensors at YouTube. Good bad guy. This clip. We can't probably make a clip of this and put it on social media because it will get censored. It will get censored for what I'm a about to say. But that does not mean it's any less true. It means that they don't want you to hear it. It means that they don't want you to contemplate whether or not what I'm about to say is at least accurate in some way shape, manner of form, or maybe it is absolutely one hundred percent correct. They

don't want you thinking about that. They don't want you thinking about this at all. But it seems to me that every bill that's been passing Congress lately is some sort of bill that ends up passing money over to Ukraine, which, by the way, which by the way, again, this is gonna be something else. There's gonna be people accuse me of, Oh, you're part of Russia's disinformation campaign, your Russian bot folks. The Ukrainian government is

not something that is commended. It doesn't mean that in our best it's in the It doesn't mean that it's not in the United States's best interest to defend or to be on the side I guess of Ukraine. I'm not endorsing entering a war, but I'm saying it doesn't mean that both of these things can't be true, because they can be. We can be on the side of Ukraine defending herself from Russia from what may be the latest attempt at the post

Soviet communism expansionism. I mean, that's a whole nother discussion for another day. But you can be you can be in favor of the autonomy and the and just supporting the people of Ukraine, the country of Ukraine, the borders of Ukraine, while also at the same time understanding understanding that that nation has not been run, has not been run by people who are above board most times. I mean, there's a lot there's a lot of corruption in Ukraine.

There's a lot of corruption here in the United States as well, and one could at least ask the question, one could at least ask the question, who ends up with this money that goes to Ukraine? Where does it end up? Where does it ultimately end up. You see the names of the people and their connections to politicians in Washington, DC, often being offspring or relatives or directly related to somebody who is in a position of power and

elected office. What have you in the United States, And they've got kids and nieces or whatever else friends that are over there doing things much like Hunter Biden was doing whatever he was doing we're supposed to believe that this artist, this Vincent, whether this van Go was out there. And he's also not only to see a masterful artist who hadn't picked up a paintbrush or any artistic tools since he was fingerpainting in the first grade suddenly became an overnight sensation.

He's also someone who's worthy of sitting on a board of directors at Barisma, who turns out to be to have some a little bit of a checkered past, who turns out also was part of a shakedown, was involved in the shakedown that Joseph Robbin at Biden referenced when he was on a stage at some conference or something when he said he threatened, he threatened the sitting prosecutors. They don't back off of Bearisma. We're going to basically withhold money from you

back when he was Vice president of the United States. All this stuff right before our eyes. We're not allowed to ask it. All this stuff will get cut from I don't even care because what I care about. What I care about is being able to say what is on my mind. And I'm just simply asking where does the money end up? Why does a bill that is supposedly about the border, have any funding for anything besides that. Now

I understand the art of negotiations. I remember, I remember going through I was I was selected for what they called here in my state, Who's your Boys States? I remember this back in nineteen whatever it was before my senior year nineteen ninety five, it would have been the summer, went to Indiana State University and we did I don't know, was it a week long or a couple of days. We stayed there at Indiana State University and we went

through like mock Congress, right. We had different people who, you know, we were just learning. We were learning about the process of passing legislation and how government worked, you know, more than just a regular high school class. It was from boys all over the state of Indiana. They had hoo's your girls state as well. I'm guessing they still do this. I

don't even know. And I understand that there is negotiation. Understand that people want to get spending crammed into one bill because of pork barrel spending or to make some constituents happy. This is where politics gets really really I think disgusting, because there's no way. There is absolutely no way, and I'm going to play a SoundBite from Senator Chuck Schumer here in a moment making the ridiculous

case for the Border bill. Think about this. In his statement, he effectively argues that if we don't pass the border Bill, our sons are going to be fighting in against Russia. I mean, how make that make sense? My friends? I know that there's a lot of people this reminds me. I'm not going to say the name of the individual, but I had a buddy who was he played college football. I'm not even going to say the school. And a group of the guys we're going to go to Cedar

Point. It's a theme park in Sandusky, Ohio, has some very fast and big roller coasters and all this. It's a it's not a theme it's a thrill park, is really what it is. I mean, massive roller coasters, you know, record setting sort of stuff. And a group of the guys got together and they were going to go. They planned to go to Sandusky, Ohio, and from the top of one of the roller coasters, you can look over the lake there and actually see into Canada. You

can see into Canada. And one of the guys was talking with another one of the players about going and he made this comment, you know, you can see Canada from the top, and what's so big? It's so fast? This this is a you know, an amazing sort of ride. It's it's bigger and faster and taller and everything else than all these others. You can see Canada from the top of this roller coaster. And my buddy told me this teammate of his looked at the guys and said, you can see

Europe from Ohio, question mark thinking that Canada was Europe. So I know, I know that we have people who don't understand basic geography and basic logic. I understand that. But let me be the first to tell anyone who

may be confused. Anybody who's tuned in today who's thinking about voting for Biden, someone who is impressed by Obama's jump shot in two thousand and eight, someone who may have voted for the nutty professor Bernie Sanders in the primaries before well, as they were as they were rigging that election in favor of Hillary

Clinton against Bernie Sanders, much like they were they did. I mean, they did the same thing in a way in twenty twenty when they basically pressured Pete boot Edge edge Amy Klobuchar Pocahontas Elizabeth Warren, which, by the way, I can say that I'm the official spokesperson of the Pocahontas family, being proven to be her thirteenth grade grandchi by a genealogist, I'm the official spokesperson

self appointed. By the way, we're totally cool with calling Elizabeth Warren Pocahontas because she's the one that's using some sort of well crazy way of thinking to engage in identity politics instead of actually talking about the quality of her ideas. So I understand if you were one of those, if you were voting for those folks, And I'm just playful fun, take it easy for just a moment. I'm just having fun. But I understand that some people might think

Russia is to the south of our border. Russia has nothing to do with our southern border, and candidly, Russia should have nothing to do with the border bill. Again, why are we having a one hundred and eighteen billion dollar bill that includes only twenty billion for border security? How is one? How is five out of every six dollars that set aside for the quote unquote border bill actually for anything besides the border. It's a crazy mess that makes

no sense. It is politics as usual, It is disgusting, it is garbage. And Mike Johnson, Speaker of the House from Louisiana, the Republican there is absolutely right saying that this bill needs to be d a should it try to reach the House of Representatives. Even Chuck excuse me, even Senator McConnell's out there urging Republicans now to oppose this immigration bill. Timeouts in order.

Timeout is an order. I'm gonna take a break. When I get back, I am going to play a SoundBite from Chuck Schumer which is his ridiculous attempt to try to make the case for this so called border bill that eighty plus percent of it doesn't even involve anything related whatsoever to our border. But I will play that in due course on the other side of the break. Sit tight, my friends back here in just a minute. Welcome back

to my friends. Imagine, by the way, if you were given the task of defending this piece of garbage so called border security bill, Imagine if that was your job for the day. I mean, you wouldn't be able to do a very good job, because it's insanity that what we're dealing with here. There's nothing, there's nothing to defend, you know, like in debate classes. If you have a debate class in school, you actually might be assigned a particular side of the issue to support or whatever, and you

know, you have to do your best with what you've been given. Imagine being given a bill that's supposedly all about border security, by the way, security that are a border mess, border chaos, border catastrophe. As Mike Johnson, Speaker of the House said, imagine if that bill, which was only about one sixth one sixth about what they tell you it's about. And imagine also if the all that needed to be done at this point in the process was to undo the sixty four things. And I've got those again in

another article in today's stack of stuff, sixty five. I think it is sixty five things that the Biden administration has specifically done to make the border situation worse. Now, my friends, I'm not a fan of executive action, but there is a time that there is you know, context, context is

king. Executive action is not supposed to be used so for creating legislation, right, So, executive action is designed to give discretion or to give direction I should say to the people in the administrative brand so that they are able to carry out the intention of Congress when they pass the law. So, when a law is passed, the president might issue an executive order to specifically lay out the steps on how to enforce that particular law. Now, some

people simply look at the number of executive orders that are issued. It's not the number that's the problem. It can be the problem. The problem is what is in the executive order. So if someone comes along and issues twenty executive orders a day or whatever it is, and we say, wow, look at the volume of that, that's a problem. Well, it depends. It depends on the context. If the executive order is truly an attempt to enforce law that was duly passed by Congress, then that is legitimate.

The number doesn't become really a factor, except for at some point you might say, why are we doing this? You know, at every turn, why are we doing all this? It's making it more complicated or whatever.

Right, However, if you are using, if the president is using executive orders to create new laws, so instead of saying here's what the law says, this is how I'm going to instruct workers in my branch of government, in the executive branch, this is how we're going to enforce that law, and you give them rules and steps in a clearly defined sort of approach.

Instead of that, sometimes executive action is used where presidents just say I don't like this particular issue, I don't like how Congress has handled it, or has refused to handle it, or whatever, and then they just make something up. See, now we're talking about something that's outscope, outside the scope of the president of the United States. The president of the United States is head of the executive branch. His or her job is not to create law.

His or her job is to enforce the law. Right, and so we have a president think about this, No, he rescinded or made. He issued dozens of executive orders that made things worse along the southern border. So to say the president cannot reissue an order canceling his previous order, heck, I think it could be one. I'm not a legal expert. I'm not an executive order expert, but it seems to me that someone could get a pen to President Biden or someone there that can write. Maybe it needs

to be a crayon. I don't know. But you give him something to write, and you say these executive orders sequentially listed from whatever da da da da da dash this to whatever da da da da da da dah dash that I hereby rescind immediately and we are going to return to the way it was before I stumbled into the White House here and created an absolute havoc along the southern border that my friends, would solve a huge, huge portion of this.

Again, if these reports are right, and if Texas has Mosy on down to Egle Pass, and if they have stopped reduced the number of illegal crossings from thousands a day to three, I think it's as though, you know, I hear people sometimes and I don't understand it. It's like the ability to be a free and independent thinker has been completely lost some people. Some people need to see the data for everything. They need to see the data. They need to see the data on spouses that have cheated on their

spouse. Is that a good thing or a bad thing. Let's look at the data as though they have no idea, and I just want to metaphorically slap them across the face metaphorically. Just thought, seriously, but it is so maddening to me to think, why do you need to study some of these things? And I'm not against research. Look, sometimes we learn things that we didn't know. But I do not need any data. I do not need any research to tell me that God created us to live freely.

I don't need that. I don't need any research to tell me that infidelity harms relationships. I don't need any research to see that infidelity harms families. I don't need What are we doing? Why can't we see that there are people coming across if you make it harder for them to cross, whether with a barrier, with additional troops, with additional technology to monitor it. Why do we act like we have no idea if that is going to have any impact. Why do we act like that It defies logic. We act like

that. Well, my dad has a term over educated idiots. We have there are there is a real thing about over educated idiots. Right. Theoretical physics, it was said in the movie JFK. Great movie, by the way, In the movie JFK, theoretical physics can prove that an elephant can hang off the side of a cliff with us tail tied to a daisy, Jim Garrison said Kevin Costner, of course playing that role. But we have something better. We have common sense. We know better. The magic bullet

in JFK or the magic loogie in Seinfeld. Both of these things defy common sense. We don't need we don't need research for some of this. We don't need to hold out to see if the nature of government is to grow and to expand and to oppress. Of course it is. Our founders knew this. We don't need to continually beat ourselves in the head to try to understand some of these things. We need to start with what we know. Defend these truths, build upon these truths. Send troops to the border,

send personnel to the border, build walls along the border. Not only that, but actually try to export the things that happen here in this country to the places that people are fleeing, so that they can actually have an increase in prosperity, so people won't have the need to leave their own countries. We don't do that. It's hard to do that, as I've said on this program numerous times. It's hard to do that when you hate this country

as today's radical left does. They hate it as founded They hate what I have said that our liberties come not from government but from God. They hate that. Oh, don't tell them that. They will tell you otherwise they will pass a law and saying see, I told you so. And if they do, if they do pass a law that violates your freedom and liberty, you have an obligation, my friends, to oppose that law. This is not it's simple to understand, but people don't have oftentimes the guts to

do the work it's necessary. And it's sad because sometimes is just refusing to comply. Sometimes it's calling out these lunatics for being lunatics. Sometimes it's maybe getting called names on social media. Right, sometimes it is all these things. Who cares, for Pete's sake, It's not my opinion what someone else thinks of me, or, as I should say, it's none of my business what someone thinks of me. Couldn't care less. I know what I think, you know what you think. We ought to be in the business

of persuading people to accept truth and to build upon it. When we don't do that, we have what we're dealing with today lunacy, insanity. And so after the break, I'm going to play this sound bite from Chuck Schumer don't have time here, got a little bit long winded. In this segment sits my friends back here in just a minute. Welcome back, my friends. We use my family and I, my wife and I. We use the my Pillow products, and in particular we use the my Pillow Giza Dream

sheets. These are sheets made with the world's best cotton. It's called Giza. It's grown only in a region of the world between the Sahara Desert, the Mediterranean Sea and the Nile River. This is very close to my friends, to the part of the world that Biden has lit a match and thrown out the window and poured some gasoline on. This cotton, though, my friends, is ultrasoft, it's breathable, it gives it has a luxurious finish.

These sheets are available multiple colors, multiple styles, multiple sizes of the machine washable. They're durable. They come with a ten year warranty and a sixty day money back guarantee. So you can shop for these sheets by visiting my pillow dot com slash Todd That's My pill slash Todd. Use promo code Todd when checking out to save up to eighty percent on items there. In the MyPillow store, They include things like slippers and of course pillows and we

have dog beds, sheets, towels, you name it. MyPillow dot com slash Todd promo code Todd can save you up to eighty percent on select items there in the store. So, as I promised, I want to play a sound by here. Chuck Schumer's job, apparently is to defend this piece of garbage bill, this so called border security bill that has seventeen percent to do with the border and eighty three percent to do with anything anything besides the

southern border. So I just want you to listen to how he's defending this and you might think, why are these things tied together? Well, they're tied together because the bill just basically is a schmorgasboard of things that politicians want to see thrown in there and have money spent. One hundred eighteen billion I think was the cost I saw. Who know who knows what the real cost is. It's always more than they tell us though, so it's minimally one

hundred and eighteen billion, probably much much greater than that. But regardless, here's Chuck Schumer trying to defend this stupid bill. We're to turning point in America, this bill is crucial and history will look back on it and say, did America fail itself? Why is it crucial? Well, if we don't aid Ukraine, Kuton will be walk all over Ukraine. We will lose the war and we could be fighting in Eastern Europe in a NATO ally in

a few years. Americans won't like that. If we don't help Israel defend itself, advanced Thomas, that perpetual war will go on and on and on. By the way, Congress has said that they will pass a clean bill for support for Israel, which, again, whatever your thoughts about that, this does not None of this has to do with the border, my friends. This has he mentioned the threats of terrorism across them? I will let him continue here. Has he mentioned Fenton. No, he's talking about Ukraine.

He's talking about Israel in defense of the border bill. This is nonsense. And help humanitarian aid to the starving Palestinians in Gaza, hundreds of thousands could starve. And the border. Everyone has said it's chaos. Fine a speaker you just saw speaker Johnson, he said it's chaos. We have to do something legislative. A few months ago, but what has happened? And answer your to your question. So this is crucial for America. It's a

turning point. History is going to look over our shoulders the story and say, did we rise to the occasion. To his credit, Mitch McConnell did. But too many Republicans, including Speaker Johnson, are just scared to death of Donald Trump. Donald Trump has said he wants chaos. Donald Trump has said, well, wait till I become president. That'll take at least a year. Ukraine could be gone the book. Are you campaigning for President Trump? That could be at least a year? I mean, I don't know

what does that mean. We have the date on the calendar should Trump win, we know when he would be sworn in. It's what, no, January twentieth, right, almost a year. That's not we're actually past that. It's not quite a year. What's he saying that they're going to prevent that from happening. I don't know. I mean, I if Trump said this, that would be the first thing they said. I election interference. Are trying to overthrow the government? Ah, Chuck Schumer's out here talking about

the border bill. He doesn't even get to why we need the border bill for the purposes of defending the border until he's ninety percent way through his diet tribe here, but he continues get much worse. War in the Middle East will get worse, maybe bringing us into it. He's doing it all for political reasons. And let me just say, will senators the crucial question, the sixty four thousand dollars question. The majority of Republican Senators know this bill

is the right thing to do. It's a compromise. I don't like everything in it, need it does, McConnell, but it's a compromise. That's the only way you get things important done. Two years ago I went on bipartisan legislation, and will the Senators draft out to political noise from Trump and his minions and do the right thing for americaial question. History is looking down on every one of us right now? Okay, yeah, History is looking

down on you. History is looking down on the people that voted for Biden last time. Because the truth is we're in these messes. These messes did not exist. It actually was a little bit refreshing to listen to that well maniacal little speech there, monologue by Chuck Schumer speaking with Mika Berzhinski on Morning Joe or whatever that show is. He's out there admitting. He's admitting that these things have gotten to a cataclysmic level. This did not exist when Trump

was president, my friends, this did not exist three years ago. These problems we were. I mean, look again, I am not blaming everything that happens in the world on Biden, but I will say this, I don't know of anything he's done in these instances that has actually made them not get worse. What is it? I mean, these sixty five things that he has, sixty four to sixty five steps he has taken to make the

border a mess. I mean, if you were tasked with deliberately making decisions that would make the border an unmitigated disaster, you would do what Biden did. I've said on this program before four years. I've actually seen versions of this echoed in other places now. But American weakness is provocative TM. I'm gonna start trademarking everything like Taylor Swift. By the way, Taylor Swift, we talked about that what last week, and it's not surprising the left would

love her to endorse them. This is not this should not be surprising the strategy of the left is to try to throw Trump in prison or engage in superficial politics. But the dirty little truth remains the same. Everything Biden has touched everything, the Democrat Party has touched everything, Chuck Schumer has touched. Chuck Schumer has been in Washington, d C. For eons. These problems have gotten worse on his watch. The responsible people are the ones that want

to secure the border. We can talk about Ukraine, and we can talk about Israel, and we can talk about all these other things. They have literally nothing to do with securing our border. He didn't mention terrorists coming across the border, an increase in terrorist encounters along the border. He didn't mention fentanyl and the dangers that comes from that drug being trafficked across the border. He didn't mention human trafficking and the untold number of lives that are just absolutely

just destroyed in some instances because of the evils of human trafficking. This is being allowed to happen. You want to talk about someone who's making this political Look in the mirror Biden administration, Look in the mirror Democrat Party. The adults in the room have said enough, And as I've said before, we have won this argument. People have finally come to the realization that it is an unmitigated disaster along the southern border. It is a absolute, just disaster,

and they want it to stop. And everybody knows this, and so they think, look, we'll throw a little bit of money at the border. You know, if nothing improves between now and the election, we can just say, hey, we got we got we're working on it. Oh buddy, we're working on it. Just give it more time, probably a little bit more money, and candidly, you'll probably have to give up some of your freedoms if we stay in control. But just we dealt with that,

we signed a piece of paper. Let's move on, right, That's what they want to do. And they want to put all this other cash in for Ukraine and everything else. No, it is garbage, my friends, absolute disastrous garbage. We talked about it yesterday. What was it, eighty five daily encounters along the border before they even will allow there to be an emergency declared, and an emergency by the way that Biden can ignore. He can say it's not in our national interest, or he can stop counting

certain people that factor into the eighty five hundred. This is a total shell game. It's a smoking mirrors act, the Dog and Pony show. It needs to be stopped. It sounds like it will be, but who knows. These guys have let me down many times before. But it appears that will It will not pass at least the House, maybe not the Senate even I don't know. We'll see where that, We'll see where that turns out. But regardless, I've got to take a break with my friends. Sit

tight back here in just a minute. Welcome Mack, my friends. We've got Biden. A couple of other things I mentioned off the top that I want to get to in addition to this mess along the border with this bill, the left trying to I mean, cram more money into packages, into bills, and I mean it's a mess. But in addition to that, we've got let's see, Biden has declined to sit for an interview during the super Bowl. This would be the second straight year that he skipped out on

this opportunity. I'm not a fan of these. I remember back when Obama was president and I used to roll my eyes so hard when I saw he was going to be interviewed for these things. Now I was entertained when Trump did it, But I don't know. I'm just not a huge fan. I understand the appeal, I understand the thinking, but Biden has rejected that for the second straight year, and I can't say I blame him, by the way, given given reality, Trump's out there saying, hey, I'll

take the opportunity. He also is out there saying he wants to debate Biden now, which should be fantastic. Democrats are seeking actively the support of Taylor Swift her endorsement, which again should not be a super and it has nothing to do with whether or not the Chiefs are going to win the Super Bowl. That's what she's going to They're gonna seek that no matter what, anything they can get, especially from a superficial level, and uh so much more.

But time, I'm just looking at the clock here, it's time to take a break. My friends, Sit tight. We'll come back and wrap up on the other side of the break when we return. See in a minute, Welcome back to my friends. Waitning moments of the program here. Oz just reminded me too, and I saw this in the news. It's

actually in the stack as well. Toby Keith Country music singer has passed away at the age of sixty two, I believe, and I'm when I remember Toby Keith, and I've listened to country music pretty much my whole life, and I'm reminded especially of the song The Angry American that came out in the wake of the nine to eleven attack and all of the pushback and blowback he got for that song that basically became America's anthem of sorts to go after those

that inflicted the hell that was inflicted upon this country. And of course the left today will tell you it's our fault. They were doing the same thing when he released the song back in whatever it was, probably two thousand and two. But he passed away, and folks, I've got to go. I hope you have a great day. We will talk with you tomorrow. STG.
