Attention. You're listening to the Todd Huff Radio Show, America's home for conservative not bitter talk radio. Be advised. The content of this program has been documented to prevent and even cure liberalism, and listening may cause you to lean to the right. Here's your conservative but not Bitter host, Todd Huff. Well, my friends, the battle for the heart and soul of this country continues. Another indictment of President Donald J. Trump, this time from the

state of Georgian. Boy, are there some interesting developments as far as that is concerned. If you want to be part of today's discussion, I invite you to email me at todhufshow dot com. Some view reach out through the website. Those messages make their way to me as well. You can certainly do that, or you can text us directly three one seven two one zero twenty eight thirty three one seven two one zero twenty eight thirty. Be sure

to know that text and messaging and data rates whatever may apply. So, my friends, today I want to talk about the real war on democracy now. Of course, as you know as a student listening to this program, as a student of American history, as someone who understands the differences in the types of government that exist on planet Earth. Today, we are not a democracy. We are a constitutional republic. Now they keep pushing the term democracy.

This is a actually a topic we could discuss all day for the entire program. We won't do that, but suffice it to say, at this moment, the reason they push democracy democracy is at odds with the rights it can be. Let me say that democracy can be at odds with the rights of the minority. So, in other words, a pure democracy says whatever the majority says goes. And of course we want people to be self governed. That is necessary, but it cannot be weaponized against the rights of individuals

or groups that are not in the established majority. We don't want the majority telling the minority they cannot exercise certain God given rights. And so that's why we have a constitutional republic. The republic lays out a series of rules in the constitution as to what the government will do. It's a limited government. It's a government that's supposed to empower the individual states and the individual citizens of

this country. By the way, that's why, that's why this song Richmond north of Richmond has skyrocketed, has had a meteoric rise to the top. That's why Oliver Anthony, the song's writer and performer, is all over the place, even though the media ignores this. I've got some more thoughts. We did a program about that. I think it was Monday of this week. But these things it resonates with people. We know that there is a war on the rights of American citizens. We know that there are people in

our nation's capital, and not just there. They're in state houses, They're in local city halls and so forth, county commissioners, you name it. There are individuals who are at war with the rights of the individual They like, many of these jokers and clowns like to have authority and candidly, candidly, people who we would define as individuals who want authority would be properly defined people who want say over you, people who want control over you. We

would properly call those individuals tyrants. If they have, of course, the power to carry it out, or the desire or the plans to do that, we would call them tyrannical. That's what the founders would call them, tyrants. Because we are made, my friends, to be free, not free. If the majority says we have the right to exercise a certain God

given right. No, no, no, Free to live in accordance with our conscience, Free to pursue our own passions, desires, dreams, set our own priorities, what career to work, how to run our lives, Where to go to church, church or where not to go to church, Whom to worship or whom not to worship, all sorts of things. The

right to protect ourselves using dare I say a firearm? Gasp? And so the real war on democracy though, if you want to frame it that right that way, And I use that term because that's how the left, that's how the media, that's how the Democrat party. Dare I say, that's even how some of the Republicans who are pseudo republicans rhinos, if you will. And for those of you that are new to politics, rhino is what

do you call? That's it just stands for Republican and name only R I N O. And yes, I think they know the people who came up with that term, that there's an H in the word rhinoceros, but there's

no H in me. Was it a crosstic or whatever that is? So the Rhinos echoed these points as as well, saying things like the war on democracy, but the war on our republic, the war against how about this, The war on the American people, The war on the individualists, the war on the person, the people who are not seeking a handout from government, The war on the people who are taking responsibility for their lives, The war on the people who are producing in this country, the war on the

people who make this country work, who actually produce, produce enough so that the government can take exorbitant amounts of taxes and still leave the individual that actually created the wealth something, something that he or she can digging a hole and bury in the backyard, only to have that, of course worthless through inflation. That, of course, is the fault of the government as well. They are at all out war with you today, my friends. They are

one hundred percent at war with the American people. They are one hundred percent at war with anyone who dares to step in front of, or towards, or even looks at the corruption, the evil that exists within our government, in the deep state, in the bureaucratic state, and the swamp, whatever you want to call it. They are at war with you. This time. They've indicted Trump in Georgia and Trump, of course has something to say about that. In fact, I'm going to read his response, which is

on truth Social. Again, you can always go to our Stack of Stuff page. Todd huff showed dot com stack of Stuff hat tip to the late, great, highly influential, highly revered Rush Limbaugh on this program. So stack of Stuff is attributed to him. That's where that came from, and we will keep that as it honors his memory. But you can go to the stack of stuff and you can see some of the things that we have.

Well that will be referencing things that I've read, things that I have kind of in I don't know the lineup of things that I want to get to, and we bob and weave between different things from time to time. But here's what Trump says after the latest, the latest indictment, which did not include just him, by the way, nineteen people. So here it is. This is his response on truth Social yesterday. Well it was actually it was technically yesterday, but it was right after midnight one twenty eight am.

Here's what he writes, So the witch hunt continues. Nineteen people indicated. I'm supposed to be indicted, but indicted tonight, including the former president of the United States, me by an out of control and very corrupt district attorney who campaigned and raised money on quote I will get Trump. Well, that's a lot of people, by the way, but she's out there. I mean that she one of many. But to his point, this is what they're campaigning on, this is what they're fundraising on. This is what

they've stirred people into a frenzy over in this country today. By the way, I did see that there are are you ready for this? Thirty We'll get to this. I'll get more to this in a minute. But there I think there were thirty million people who are prepared, or say that political I shouldn't say prepared, because we've seen what the radical left does when they take over places like Chaz and Chop, those great empires that lasted about one

hundred and fifty hours or whatever it was. But thirty million people, apparently that's ten percent of the country essentially, that are prepared, or at least I don't think they're prepared. I think that they're willing to justify how about that, willing to justify the use of violence to keep Trump from becoming president. Thirty million, that's according to some study that I'm gonna we'll talk briefly

about here is the program unfolds. But anyway, Trump's response continues here, And what about those indictment documents put out today long before the grand jury even voted, and then quickly withdrawn sounds rigged to me? Why didn't they indict me two and a half years ago because they wanted to do it right middle of my political campaign? Witch hunt? Exclamation point, I can't again, I can't. Where can you disagree with this? Where is the Where is

the point at which people would disagree with us? So you've got a district attorney who's out there effectively doing what Trump's saying here, which is I'm going to get Trump. This is this is the argument that they make to get elected or reelected, as is the case that she's facing and raising money on I'm going to get Trump. So not only that, but Trump references this in that post I just read to you. But they legitimately, my friends

posted to the website. This would have been on top I guess it would have been Monday. It would have been Monday. They posted on their website the indictments against Trump and the other eighteen individuals before the grand jury even voted on those charges on whether or not to indict. So again they posted the court the court posted on the website. People have grabbed screenshots. I think of this. This is not debated, this is not disputed, this is

not no one's denying this. In fact, ABC newsgo dot com again and the stack of stuff. If you want to look at this hours before, this is what their article. Let me read the headline, Georgia Court's apparent error apparent error in apparent error? What do you mean apparent error? How can you post charges that have been voted on by a grand jury prior to their being voted on? I'm is it an apparent error if a jury's decision is published before the jury votes on it. Come on, ABC news.

The court's apparent error, apparent error and early publishing of charges gives Trump opening to attack case. You don't think, you don't say, ABC news, dot go whatever the stupid website is dot dot com. You think that maybe there's something there, but instead of actually it's remarkable here, instead of focusing, instead of saying, hey, this is problematic, how did this happen? Why did this happen? Instead it's a quote unquote apparent error. Apparent

error. Before they voted, they admitted in this article, and instead of saying, hey, this is a problem now, they say it gives Trump an opening to attack the case. The reason it gives Trump an opening to attack the case is because it's a massive problem that the George Accords release or posted charges that had not yet. They didn't exist yet, they were under consideration by the grand jury. So here's the subheadline. I'll read a sentence

here and then I gonna take a break during excuse me. Donald Trump and his allies are already seizing on a document briefly briefly posted don't you love the little adjectives and adverbs that are used here to try to soften the blow when necessary by the media and really make it sound like it's serious whenever they want to amplify the message. They briefly posted on the Georgia Courts website suggesting the former president was charged at suggesting it stated it it was the list of charges.

What who is this? Elena Durkin Richer Associated Press. What on earth? This is not journalism, Elena? And if I'm maybe it's a lana a la nna, You're not being a journalists. What is this? They were briefly posted. It's an apparent error. It gives Trump an opening to attack the case. How about it's very it's complete, completely outside the bounds of what a court should be doing. What on earth is Elina or Alanna

here talking about? So they were posted, she said, charged hours before the grand jury handed down his indictment over efforts to overturn his twenty twenty election loss. One sentence here for I'm to take a break. Hours before a Georgia grand jury, hours hours plural hours before a Georgia grand jury handed down an indictment charging Donald Trump and eighteen allies over efforts to overturn his twenty twenty election loss late Monday, I'm gonna say his alleged election loss because we don't

know yet. Well, I mean, we know from the sense of who the electors were. I'm just saying we don't know what the evidence now maybe presented in this case that you see how they do this. I mean, they never even reported on any of the things that were found in two thousand mules. And my friends, look, I know some of you wish I would be harder on this, but I'm gonna be as fair minded as I know how to be and say, hey, there's a lot of troubling things

that are out there regarding our elections. They pretend like there's not. They pretend like they have all the answers that they've you know, completely satisfied and in curiosity as to why there might be some unfounded, as they would say, claims of election interference and so forth. We'll tell us discuss it. Don't tell us to be quiet. Don't tell us we can't question Hillary Clinton's still out there questioning the results of the twenty sixteen campaign. It is so

blatantly obvious. We are folks. We are in the midst of the Cold Civil War. I mean, they are at war with you. They are at war with the will of the American people. They do not care. They see that they are metaphorical inches away from a lifetime of power and control and abuses that we have never before witnessed in this country experienced, and we've

witnessed them, I guess elsewhere, but we've never personally experienced them. We are on that precipice of giving these clowns and these tyrants and these jokers and these losers dare I say political power to assert that authority. Folks, that should send chills down the spines and down your arms. Every person, every American citizen, whether you're pro Biden, pro Trump, pro anything, if

you're pro America, if you're pro liberty, this should terrify anybody. She says, here, I'm gonna finish this sentence and then take a break. But she said a mysterious document, a mysterious document posted on the court's website erroneously suggested the former president had already been charged before the file was quickly deleted. No, it didn't suggest that, it stated it. What is she talking about? The mysterious document? What folks, remember this is these are

the governments is these are the officials. These are the experts that can lower the sea levels in a hundred years. These are the people that can ensure complete equality between all people. These are the people that can make sure if you're born a biological male or vice versa biological female, you can become the other sex. The other agendas. They would say, they think that they can control all of that. They can't keep from posting a quote unquote erroneous

document. No, it's it would be it shouldn't even have existed at that point. It shouldn't have been anywhere near the intern or whoever. Probably you know what it might have been. It might have been the stinking district attorney orself. Who knows. These people are so corrupt and so wicked and vile and evil. I put nothing past them. It wasn't mysterious. It was. It was at least folks, at least there's surely we can agree that this shouldn't have happened. But it did, and it wasn't mysterious. It

was erroneous. It didn't suggest that outright stated that President Trump had faced faced certain charges that are listed in that indictment along with the other people. I mean, I don't know if there's actual if you can see the whole thing, but from what I see, it's the same. It looked like the same thing that they ended up posting as it posted now, which is fair game once it's actually handed down. But how are they doing this? Why

are they doing this they? I mean, it begs a lot of questions, a little antsy there for what they are forcing to happen in the state of Georgia. The witch hunt continues. This is absolute war on reason, logic, and the true threat to quote unquote American democracy, though you certainly know it as the constitutional republic and the liberty upon which this nation was built. I've got to take a time out of my friends sit tight listening to

conservative not bitter talk. I'm your host, the one, the only Todd huff back here in a minute, my friends, one may smile and smile and be a villain. Shake spirit was right. We have that in no shortage of supply. In the halls of Congress, in the nation's capital, in our state houses, in our city halls, you name it. These folks are at war with your freedom. They are at war with liberty. They do not want to be confined. They do not want to be well

restrained. How about that restraint. They don't want to have any well. They don't want to be confined either. I mean, maybe some of them should be confined, based upon what we're seeing from the Hunter Biden investigation. But they don't want to be constrained. They do not want to be limited into what they can tell you to do, how they can tell you to live, how much they will take from your paycheck, from your property taxes.

I mean, it's it's remarkable. And then on top of all that, they'll drive down the value of what you have left after they have rated the coffers and then say to you, well, you know it's better. They're applauding themselves for the fact that they're making your money worth less, not completely worthless, but worth less than it was two years ago. I don't

know if I referenced this. I sometimes I have conversations and they get mixed up in my head as to whether I had that conversation or said that sittence on the show, or if it was a private conversation. So I actually remember a lot of the things, a lot of the you know, the topics that we cover. It's just I don't know sometimes if it was here, or if it was something I had a conversation after the program or what have you. So the reality here is that inflation is bad. It's terrible.

No matter what they want. They want praise for bionomics, they do. They literally want praise for Bidenomics. Anybody who praises biden for bionomics has no idea what's going on, or they have every idea as to what's going on, and they just want to participate in the deceit, in the deception of the American people. But there is a study that's been done and it's

in the stack of stuff. Seven hundred and nine dollars a month the average family is paying, is spending seven hundred and nine dollars per month more right now than they were two years ago. Now. I don't want to blow the minds of any Bernie Sanders supporter that's tuned in here today, but listen, I love that you're here. Take it easy. I'm having fun.

But you know what I'm saying is true. You're not the best with math, or you wouldn't be a quote unquote democratic social But seven hundred and nine dollars a month, there's twelve months in a year. If you do the math, you get if you've had an iPhone or any smartphone. I think there's a calculator app or whatever you call that, and you can put in

seven oh nine, which is I'm doing right now, times twelve. That's eight thousand, five hundred and eight dollars eight thousand, five hundred eight dollars per year that they have basically taxed, you, taxed me, tax the average family without any legislation, raising your taxes, and it's an indirect tax, it's a hidden tax. But what it is is they have completely gone

bonkers. Government gone wild, spending money, devaluing the currency that's out there because they flooded the market with two money, too many dollars, which drives down the value of the real dollars that were actually out there in the market, money that was in your bank accounts, in your wallets and your purses, and your five twenty nine plans for your children and your retirement accounts.

They have rated that without actually leaving any fingerprints. They've rated it by taking it indirectly, and they've taken eight thousand, five hundred and eight dollars from an average family per research, per science. Dare I say, eight thousand, five hundred and eight dollars out of what you have earned. They didn't do a deadly darn thing to create one iota, one red cent of that money, and they took it. They took it without your permission, They

took it without your acknowledgement, They took it without passing legislation. I mean, you could make the case that they did take it by you know, just these extravagant spending programs, because that's what causes that. Government spending is what drives inflation. If you don't pay for government spending through taxation, you have to cover the cost through the creation of money. And they created more money to make it work on the balance sheet than what the economy produced.

That's I mean, that's one on one, that's what happened. And so because they did that little slide of hand maneuver. Because of the smoke and mirrors that these professional deceivers engage in each and every day, it is their full time job. They view you as the enemy. They view me as the enemy. They view Trump as the enemy. It is one hundred percent why they are afraid. They are afraid. Isn't even close to the terrified.

Is there a word that's stronger than terrified, because that's the one that we should use to describe their feelings of Trump running and winning in twenty twenty four. And I'm gonna tell you something else. Don't have time to get into this segment, but I'm gonna say this after the segment. In the next segment, they are setting the stage and I long for this to be the reality. I say, keep on going, lovers of government, keep

on going. Tyrants. Keep on going, those who are prepared to weaponize the government against Trump, those that want to get his mug shot or get him in handcuffs in an orange jumpsuit, not to be confused with Hillary's orange pants sued back from two fifteen twenty sixteen. Keep it up, Keep it up, because people are onto the onto what's going on here? The jig is up. It's just people have seen it. People understand it. More

and more people by the day. Did you see too? The GOP has done research and they have found that turnout is going to be dangerously low if Trump is not the nominee. It's clear what needs to happen here, my friends, it is one hundred percent clear what needs to happen, and your vote for Trump is what needs to happen. We need to We need to make Trump the nominee, and that vote for Trump is not a vote against There's some good things that are coming from some of the other folks on that

stage. I like vvak Rhanmaswamy a lot. I'm still hopeful onto Santas. Some of you are not. I understand that there's some concerning things, but I'm still hopeful onto Santas. He's certainly stood up to some of these radicals. There's Tim Scott. I like Tim Scott. There's some things about even Nicki Haley, right, I want to go deep down that list here on the spot. But it's not even a vote against any of those things. And it's not a vote for every tweet that Trump has a sent. It's

not a vote for everything that Trump has ever done in his life. I wish the Biden supporters would feel like that, that they had to support every decision Biden ever made, and by extension, his business partner, an associate, Hunter Biden. But that's not how it works. They get they get grace, they get an opportunity to explain why they cast their ballot, even though they don't know in many cases why he's just Biden's not Trump. But the vote is not for any of those things. The vote is to fight

this. This This is the battle of our times, this cold civil war. It is coming to a climax, and it will climax on election day in twenty twenty four. Of course between now and then, because heaven only knows what's going to happen next, but anyway, they're setting Trump up for something here and I want to get to that in the latter part of the program, but timeouts in order. Really along this segment, sit tight my

friends back in a minute. Welcome back to my friends. So, if Trump is able, Trump is able to survive all of this, become the Republican nominee, which again he absolutely and my estimation should be. I never thought I shared this recently. I never thought I would during the primary make such a strong stance. But then again, I never envisioned what we're actually facing. I shouldn't say I didn't envision it. It's just the degree to which this has gotten. It is an all out war. It is an

all out war on you and me, the American people, liberty. And they can't have Trump as the opponent because they don't think they can beat him. And so if he wins in spite of all of these circumstances, in spite of all of the indictments, in spite of all of the allegations and charges and demonization, all of them aligning and hatred and faux outrage from both

Democrats and dare I even say some Republicans. By the way, I meant to say this earlier, off the top, any Republican who is not prepared, not willing to state what I just did is I think one hundred percent unfit for office, one hundred percent. You don't even have to support Trump.

That part. I'm not saying they have to say. I am saying if they are not prepared to say that we are in the fight of our lives, for the survival of our constitutional republic, that there are forces that are grabbing power and eroding freedom and threatening the individual that are at they're in at dangerous in dangerous positions of power. They're in groups now, they're bold

now. If they are not prepared to identify and state clearly that this is who we're up against, they are never They are never fit for the vote of someone who cares about the constitution, someone who cares about liberty, someone who understands who the threats are. They are not worthy of our votes. I would say ever. I would say ever, Chris Christie, I would say ever, Mike Pence, I would say ever. Now, vvak Ramaswami does this the right way. He's running against Trump. That is great.

I mean, I don't think it's a good idea that he's doing it, but more power to him. In that sense. But the way he's campaigning is he's simultaneously saying how atrocious and unex sceptible this behavior is from government, while simultaneously saying saying that he is the person that should be chosen as the nominee. And that is fine, but to pretend like anything else is the

number one issue here is patently ridiculous to me. And so so I think what they are doing, And I don't know if they've thought this far ahead. Maybe they're just they don't have any options in their minds. I don't know. But if Trump wins in spite of all this, you're gonna hear me, and I think you're gonna hear others come to this conclusion as well, I hope. But he is going to have a mandate. He is

going to have a mandate to go scorched earth on Washington, DC. Now I don't mean that in some way that's damaging to individuals and our society. I mean to blow torch metaphorically, take it easy, to use a blowtorch and eradicate the problems within our government. He is going to have a mandate to do that. If you want to keep throwing all this stuff at him, and he wins this election and somehow gets through this gauntlet that has been

placed before him. If he does it, he will one hundred percent have a mandate. And Mitch McConnell, you better be on notice because these weak manby panby positions that you take, Todd Young, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins,

Mitt Romney, plenty of others as well. May you be duly notified here that the time for weak, need, ineffective, pansy Republicans is over and Trump will have a mandate to eradicate the problems, maybe hopefully even the elimination of certain departments, maybe the I don't know, the rebuilding of the

FBI, the Intelligence. I mean, there's so many things to do here, but I would maintain he has a mandate if he wins, and elected officials had better be prepared to start promptly the very second they're sworn into office.

I actually have a plan before that, but to begin that process as they take the oath of office, which my friends, could be Republican Senate, Republican House, Republican presidency with a mandate to go after the deep state, not for personal vengeance, but for justice, so that we no longer have the weaponization of our government, or at least to begin the process.

I don't know that that can be done, and we'll actually I'm almost certain it cannot be done in one term, but to make to make this a much lesser problem, to eradicate as much as we can the rats hiding in the darkness. Timeout is in order, my friends. They better be careful. They're giving him a mandate if he pulls this off. Quick time out, my friends, back in just a minute. Welcome back, my friends. By the way, this program is brought to you in part by our

of Trump anything. They don't want to have to answer questions. They don't want to have to be held accountable. They'll post charges before they exist. As we talked about on today's program, these jokers and clowns are unbelievable. They will stop at nothing. They are, in fact tyrants. They are the biggest threat to our quote unquote democracy, which, of course, as we know, is actually a constitutional republic. So but there's plenty of good

news. Republicans know that Trump, if he's not on the ticket, turnout it's going to be down. So hang in there, my friends, we have hope. I've got to go STG
