get into. I want to talk a little bit about this Supreme Court case, the ruling that says that Trump can be on the federal well beyond all states ballots when running for federal office. I want to talk about the subsequent meltdown of the radical left. I want to talk about the strategy of the left to try to stop Trump from still being on the ballot in spite of all that. I got a lot of stuff in the stack of stuff, a lot of good stuff in there, and I'm not going to be able
to get to all of it, obviously in today's program. So we will do that and due course, but before we do that, I want to tell you a little bit about my friend Eric Wilson and I saw Health. Now, this is remarkable. It's a nine zero ruling, which is fantastic, fantastic that it's night nine to zero ruling. In fact, oz I may read, Oz's a knock knock joke with this. But she gave me a knock knock joke here in the studio today about this. But this, Remember we have radical leftists on this court,
Sonya Sodamayor, Katanji Brown Jackson, incredible, Atlanta Kagen. I'm talking, folks. These individuals are completely off the charts, almost off the continuum when looking at right versus left, just radical leftists. Remember Katanji Brown Jackson, who herself identifies as a woman, if that even makes sense in today's today's world. She is a woman. But when asked by I can't remember was it Marsha Blackburn who asked her the question when she said, can you define
what a woman is? And she said, no, I can't. I can't define what a woman is because I'm not a biologist. Do you remember this? All this malarkey, whenever she was having her confirmation hearing, I can't tell you what a woman is. I just know that we need women on the Supreme Court. I can't tell you what those are. Don't ask me any questions. I'm not a biologist, was her basic retort to the question. Yet, even the person who cannot identify define what a woman is
knows that Trump should be on the ballot. This is a major victory not just for Trump. This is a major victory for common sense. This is a may your victory for the Constitution. This is a major victory for the American people. Folks, even if you do not ever even want to entertain the idea of voting for Trump. And I know, I am well aware that the people who do not want to vote for Trump are never going to look at it that way. I am completely aware of that. But if
they had the ability. You know, I've read before. I don't know who said this, it's a pretty good a pretty good quote, I guess, But basically that the sign of maturity, one of the signs of maturity is to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it, right, And so the left can't do this. The left is incapable of entertaining a thought that they don't want to. They don't even want to hear it. It's not even that they don't want to entertain it. They don't want the words
communicating the idea behind the thought, even entering their precious little ears. They can't deal with that. They don't want that they will object to that. They will whine and scream and put their fingers in their ears and la la, la, la la kind of stuff. This is how I'm talking about
the radical, unhinged leftists. And these are the folks, by the way, that are pushing every which way they can to get Donald Trump, either off the ballot, into prison, just anything besides in the United States White House. Anything outside of the White House they're okay with. If it sends him back tomorrow lago, that's great. If they can get him, If they can get him in the hole in a maximum security or super max prison, they would be very happy with that. If they can get the guy
on death row. I know it sounds crazy, but I'm telling you right now, these people are so vicious and out of control that they are completely
content. They are completely content with pushing things in that direction. But the same people, the same people who have these insanely radical ideas, this intense hatred of Donald J. Trump, absolute deranged hatred of Donald Trump, the same people who share the ideology to share a worldview with at least a couple of the Supreme Court justices, The people that would even though the Supreme Court is not meant it is not representative of the Supreme Court. Well, it's
representative of the Constitution. That's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to be people who are there to interpret the Constitution as was intended to be interpreted by the founders, so that the Constitution has a voice. I suppose, as we are discussing these critical issues, right, you've got the people through the House, you've got the executive branch, You've got different facets at play
here. But the Supreme Court, it should be, should be trying to apply and stand up for the Supreme Care, excuse me, the Constitution of the United States of America. And that's what's happened here, even with radical leftists on that court nine to zero ruling. My friends, this is massive. Now. The left is quite upset about this. The radical left is very upset about this. In fact, I'm looking here Townhall dot com.
This is in the stack of stuff today, Todd Huffshow dot com. Just go to the homepage there, check out today's stack of stuff, which is what March sixth. So here's a this this piece written by Matt Vespas. Some of the lib he used the word lib. These are leftists. Some of the leftist reactions to the Skotis ruling in the Trump ballot case were gold And he's got some of these. He's got some of these listed, some of these tweets, some of these I don't know what mostly tweets. It
looks like maybe some of these are Keith Olberman. Yeah, that was a tweet. I didn't know if that was a poll quote. Does he even have a show anymore? Keith Olberman, you talk about someone who is deranged and incredibly angry. I mean this guy, I tell you on this show. Folks, I have been looking for the version of left but not bitter talk, and I can't find it. I've in fact, I don't know if you can be actually a leftist without being filled with bitterness, hatred,
rage, anger, just off the charts sort of anger. But anyway, Olberman, Olberman either tweeted out or said on his program. I see the tweet here, so maybe he just tweeted this. Here's what it says. The Supreme Court has betrayed democracy its members, including Jackson, Kagan and Soda Mayor. Now, these were again the three leftists that I've referred to here that voted alongside of Samuel Alito, alongside Brett Kavanaugh, alongside Amy Coney Barrett,
along side Clarence Thomas. These are the folks that vote alongside Neil Gorsich in this particular case. So he's upset. The Supreme Court, he says, has betrade democracy. Now, the irony of that is incredible, because he thinks, in order to stand up for democracy, you have to take away the primary choice of voters in the upcoming election. How backwards thinking is
this, But he says, the Supreme Court has be trade democracy. Its members, including Jackson Kagan and Sodamayo Ra have proved themselves inept at reading comprehension. Actually, sir, they have proven that they understand the Constitution of the United States. They have proven that they understand that the words in that document mean things, and they have stood up for those words when writing their decision on whether or not Trump can be arbitrarily removed from ballots in this election.
He continues, here and collectively, the Court has shown itself to be corrupt and illegitimate. It must be dissolved. He's calling, he's calling for the Supreme Court to be completely dissolved over there. This is incredible I mean, these folks are full of rage, they can't see straight. It's comical to watch, don't misunderstand me. But it's also, in another sense, a little bit concerning at least and perhaps massively terrifying at worst, when that there
are people that listen to this garbage. There are people who you know, think these things. There are people who believe that this is a betrayal of democracy. And they get a vote, they're going to be going to the polling places. I just hope they only go once. But who knows. They get to go to the same polling places or mailing the same ballots that other folks around the country get to do. And I'm not saying they should
be stopped. I'm just saying it's crazy that someone with this mentality is making decisions that that affects the rest of us, that affect the survival of this constitutional republic. He's calling for the dissolution of the United States Supreme Courty once it completely dissolved. Crazy crazy, crazy stuff. Left is in meltdown mode. And again, well we'll talk more about it a break, but this is this has been their strategy. I've called this the Seinfeld Newman's strategy.
It is exactly what's going on. If you're familiar with Seinfeld, you will know that Jerry Seinfeld was trying to help Newman get a new mail route in Hawaii because Jerry just wanted Newman out of New York. He didn't want him in his building. He hated Newman, he was his nemesis. And so he told Newman, I'll do whatever it takes as long as it takes me, so long as it takes you away from me. That's what he said.
And that's the strategy on Trump. They will do. They the left, They the well, the the extreme, unhinged radical leftist, the Keith Olberman's of the world. They will do whatever it takes for as long as it takes them, so long as it as Trump out of the White House. They do not care about anything else. And this, guys, that they are doing it to protect our democracy is utterly laughable. It's stupid. It's infantile. I don't even want to say juvenile. It's infantile. There's
no logic behind this. It doesn't make any sense. They're just foaming at the mouth full of rage, realizing step by step, step by step, as and yesterday was Super Tuesday. They know, step by step we are moving to the reality that Trump is going to be the Republican nominee for president of the United States. Step by step, we're moving to a reality that it's going to be Trump versus Joseph Robin at Biden. I know some people. In fact, I've written about this in this week's column, which goes

They don't want to entertain the thought that people are voting for him for reasons that have nothing to do with racism or bigotry and none of that
stuff. They can't even entertain it. They don't even want the sound waves that carry that sort of information, whether coming through this show, some other programs, some other congressman, whoever speaking these things. They don't even want those things to enter into their ear. They don't want to hear it. They want nothing to do with it. And if they hear it, they lose their minds. We shut down for our time away, and it was very refreshing. It's you know, we spend time with my brother and his wife and my parents. It's nice. The the only time of the year that we really all are in the same place for any period of time whatsoever. And it was a lot of fun and it was refreshing, and
we actually were in some sunshine. Heck, I come back here to Indiana and it's sunny and warm, so I will take that. I get spring fever, my friends on New Year's Day. So talk a little bit more about this, this Supreme Court ruling, because, as I've mentioned, the Seinfeld Newman strategy, the Left is engaged in doing whatever it takes to prevent Trump from being the president, and that means any number of things. That means getting him off the ballance if they can, That means putting him in
the clink if they can. Some of them are eagerly hoping for death row. I mean they really are there. This is some sick stuff. And just you know, if they can interfere with the campaign, if they can take his money so that he doesn't have the resources, as we've seen with some of these, uh, the these cases, this case in New York,
for example, is incredible. By the way, in the stack of stuff you'll find if you go there, you'll see an article that points out that even the left realizes that Trump cannot get a fair trial in Washington, d C. In fact, I'll read it to you really quickly. Hear Russian hoax lawyer, this is the federalist, federalist dot com Russian hoax lawyer Mark Olias admits Trump can't get an impartial jury in d C. Tru In fact, what he does is because he's out there, they're they're they're pounding
their chest because Nikki Haley won her first primary. And if there's one you don't want to win, my friends, it's this one. It's the DC primary. She won, well, she didn't even win by as many as she should have won by. She won by about thirty points. She had sixty two point eight. Trump had thirty three point three, Santis had one
point nine, and the other had two point one. So she gets all nineteen delegates, and Mark Elias tweets this out in a city of seven hundred thousand, Donald Trump just got six hundred and seventy six votes in the GOP primary. A tough jury pool. Well, no kidding, that's why Trump was wanting to move the trial. Do you remember this? This has been
criticized again, everything Trump does is criticized. But he's admitting here that Trump can't get a fair trial in Washington, d C. A tough jury pool, which, by the way, why would a jury I've served on a
jury I've talked about this on here before. I don't want to go into that right now, but I've served on a jury, and many of you have two, or you know you're familiar with the prime says the idea, If the idea that as a juror, you would take into account the political affiliation of the person being tried would make the founding fathers roll over in their graves, just literally be incapable, that they would be spitting mad, fighting mat Samuel Adams would be ready to go. This is craziness, and this
guy seemingly applauding this. But this is the strategy, whatever it takes. If they can, if they can have these civil judgments against him that cost him hundreds of millions of dollars, then fine. If they can get him tied up in court proceedings all the time, great, if they can get him, If they can get Nicky Hayley somehow, which they can't, but if they can get Nicky Hayley to be a problem for him in the Republican primary, great, it's whatever they can. They are throwing obstacles in his
path. They are doing everything they can to prevent him, putting as many obstacles between him and the White House as possible. And look, in one sense, I get it, I get it. I mean they're terrified of the man. He is antithetical to everything that they are, which is the maybe the number one reason to support him. But you know there is there are no rules or limits as to what these folks will do. I mean they are quite literally weaponizing the Department of Justice, the legal system to go
after him. I mean, it's nuts, this is crazy. This is something that you read about if you didn't go to public school. It's something that I'm kidding, just half kidding. Maybe it is true for some, but these are the sorts of things that you read about in history, not just American history, but world history. You look at what happens when people in power go after their political opponents. I mean, bad things come from
this, my friends. And this is what they're prepared to do. They're prepared to do whatever, and I mean whatever it takes, they are one hundred percent prepared to do. And now they're pounding their chest. Nikki Haley won DC. Mark Elias, a leftist attorney, says that means that Trump's going to have a tough jury pool. But he's saying that with an ellipses. Well, he's got four dots behind it. I don't know if Mark knows that an ellipses only has three dots after it included in the ellipse.
But anyway, he's out here seemingly proud of that, happy about that, as though it's some great honor to win. Well, first of all, for NICKI Haley to win Washington, d C. That's the one you want
to know who represents the swamp. I mean, here you go, this is exhibit A, right, But on top of that, on top of that, to be proud to be proud of a group of people in Washington, DC that hate Trump and then conclude from that that that means bad things for his trial for potential jurors is absolutely reprehensible, my friends, But they don't care. They will do whatever it takes. It does not matter to
them. And that's why they're so upset about this Supreme Court ruling because some of them thought that this was going to it just was going to get Trump off the ballot. Now, that's always possible in this crazy world that we live in. You never know what's going to happen. However, even if you were optimistic that that was going to happen, and I didn't think that it would. But again, I put nothing past some of these folks. There's some evil, evil horses at play here that play by no rules.
The only rule is when at all costs, whatever it takes, is the mentality of these and I'm not saying. Look. When I was in DC, I remember an attorney came to my classes when this program and it was called the Justice Seminar, and we did things like go to We visited about said go to prison, We visited a prison, We went to some of these military style kind of halfway houses for youth. Basically you go through this
program and pass or you go across the street to the prison. We had defense attorneys come in, We had a FBI profileer come in to class, and I remember one time this defense attorney said I will do whatever, and he looked at our classes. He said this, I will do whatever it takes to get my client off whatever. Wink wink, whatever it takes. Right, that's it. And the message was being communicated like I understand,
I'm a fighter. You many of you are fighters and go getters and and you are committed to whatever that whatever your mission is, whatever you're trying to accomplish your business, your family, whatever it is. You're committed and you'll do you'll do whatever, right but not I mean, the the connotation here was that he was going to be he was willing to do whatever it took, if it meant I mean you name it bribery, you know, doing
other immoral and inappropriate things, illegal things. But he didn't say it, but he did say it. And that's how these folks are. They'll do whatever it takes, and I mean whatever it takes. That's why this is. We're about to embark upon the most politically intense time in modern history, my friend. So buckle up if you're not there yet, because this is just that. These are just like the Earth contractions before, before the full on labor pains come here in the next few months. So there you go.

asked, if she's running for president of the United States. Now, I know, I know that people in this world, people who are being asked run for office, they are well, they engage oftentimes in double talk or they're you know that they keep their answers vague, and I know that they don't you know, they want to keep a door open and all that. I just want to share this with you because I know we even discussed this
on here. The possibility that she is going to step in and be the candidate for president, well the Democrat nominee for candidate for president of the United States. That is something that has been lingering out there, that has been discussed in detailing some circles. We've even talked about it here because again and like I said, I wrote about it in this week's column, which you can sign up and get for free by email Todd huff Show dot com.
But she's out there. Her office, in fact, released a statement and this is what it says. As former First Lady Michelle Obama has expressed several times over the years she will not be running for president, Crystal Carson, director of communications for the former First Lady's office, She continues by saying, Missus Obama supports President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris's re election campaign. Now, I don't want to say that that's all she wrote or anything like
that. I'm sure that there is a massive, massive campaign going on behind the scenes to recruit her. But she's been consistent in this. She's been consistent in her position here. And this, I mean, if you take her out of the mix, if this is true, if this is true, and she's just not going to do it, and folks, I mean, look, I don't trust the left. I don't trust politicians in general, but I definitely don't trust trust the politicians on the left. But she,
Michelle Obama, has been remarkably consistent in that. This has been the consistent position the entire time. It doesn't mean something won't happen the convention, by the way, that's when they ultimately they have the Democrat Party, well, the Republican Party too, when they have their convention, that's ultimately when they nominate their candidate for President of the United States. And so that's something to keep on the radar because that's what five or six months away. I
think it's August nineteenth through the twenty first or something like that. In Chicago too, by the way, So then some people would say, well, that's perfect for Michelle Obama, right, being a resident of Chicago. I think it's actually very appropriate for the Democrats to choose Chicago, one of the most corrupt cities politically that you could possibly imagine. It's a perfect place for
the left, for the left to have their convention. But nonetheless, she's out there denying the rumors saying that that's not going to happen, and that's I mean, again, we never know what's going on behind the scenes. I think you can you can rest assured that there's quite a high amount of pressure on her to jump in because the left knows what they've got with President Biden. The Democrat Party, they're not stupid. They might be a lot
of things, but they are not stupid. They are very strategic. They think about these things but they know that this candidate is not well liked. They know that this candidate is just not a good candidate. They know now he has a track record. They know that they can't put him out there and on the debate stage. That's why they've kept this guy hidden. I mean, it's bad. We've gone through that. It's obvious to everyone he's
not mentally fit to be a presidential candidate. And some people fear or think that coming into the convention that Jill Biden, excuse me, doctor Jill Biden, is going to go up to the stage and say it's no longer a good idea for my president or for my husband to be president. He's dealing with some health issues or something. And then announced some other candidate that the delegates are going to support. But again, who's that going to be.
I'm not saying I get I know that these conversations are happening. But remember it was in twenty twenty, and I write about this in the column had twenty twenty, the same sort of thing happened right now. This weekend that we just went through, the weekend before Super Tuesday was the weekend, the weekend that the Democrat power brokers got together and they said, Joe Biden's our guy. Pete boot Edge Edge drop out. You know, he's got some
That's why he's probably Department of Transportation head. The Secretary of Transportation, Amy Klobuchar was asked to drop out. I think Elizabeth Warren was. She's stuck in for a little bit longer. But they realized that they just wanted to beat Bernie. Bernie was their biggest fear. They knew that he was not going to have national appeal, and so they picked Biden back in twenty twenty, knowing all these things. You know, they knew all these things about
his health back then. We're just seeing them now. They knew these that we knew these things back then. He he's still in spite of all that, in spite of all that, he may still be This is crazy to even utter these words, but he still may be the best bets. Some people think Gavin Newsom's the guy. I don't know. You see Gavin Newsom get out there on the debate stage with DeSantis and gets exposed for looking pretty pathetic in a lot of ways. His state's an absolutely unmitigated disaster. It's
just crazy stuff. That's happening in California anyway, but Michelle Obama still saying no, she's not going to be running, so wanted to share that time out is in order. My friends, sit tight. Of course, all these things are interconnected. But some of these other reactions from leftists about the Supreme Courts nine to zero unanimous ruling, even including the three leftists on the court, the ruling that Donald Trump cannot be prevented by states from being on the ballot. Here's a couple of things. This is tweets. Let's see. Here's one reaction. Supreme Court restores Trump to ballot, rejecting state attempts to hold him accountable for attack on capital in twenty
twenty one. There you go. That's that's one reaction. Let's see here, there's another one up here as well. We've got we've got the women on the view, so that's you know, that's crazy. I don't have time to play soundbites here, but here's another one, breaking new Supreme Court rules and a unanimous decision that former President Trump cannot be kicked off the Colorado
primary ballot over his actions leading up to the Capital riot. Again, the assumption here, it's just again, it's it's mind boggling when you know, we're supposedly a nation that has adults. But it's mind boggling to think that the starting point is that Trump is has been defined as legally, you know, met the regal legal requirements of being an insurrectionist trying to throw the country. It's just so insane, especially when you compare and contrast it to what
happened in twenty sixteen. Hillary Clinton's still out there talking about how the election was stolen from her. I mean, it's crazy stuff, but I had a break out of time. Hear my friends back in just a minute, and they are far from done. They the radical left, are far from done and giving up throwing in the towel on this decision by the court or
this attempt to remove Trump from the ballot. You want to talk about an all out assault on democracy, you start talking about keeping candidates off the ballot. So Jamie Raskin, who was on the January sixth committee that make believe show trial that they did. Of course, during the last Congress, he is out there saying that they are going to be looking at legis that's right legislation that would well call those call January sixth an insurrection and then call those
that were involved in that quote engaged in an insurrection. He says. This would then bypass the restrictions set forth in the Supreme Court decision limiting Trump from being on ballots and so forth. This is far from over, but I got to go. My friends, have a great day. STG.
