So on today's program, here I want to talk about RFK Junior. He was in an interview on CNN with who was the journalist? Well, CNN doesn't have journalists, they have make believe journalists, they have propagandas. But he's on here with one of the CNN I'll
get it in a moment, Aaron Burnett. That's who it is. And he was asked about well, he made it. He made a comment. He made a comment basically that really sent CNN into a tailspin because they couldn't wrap their heads around this. But in comparing and contrasting who a bigger threat to our quote democracy is in this election or just in this political environment.
So I've got a sound bite, a SoundBite of him saying it, some back and forth with Aaron Burnett, and then I want to give you an update on where his campaign, OURFK Junior's campaign stands, as he is now getting on more state ballots as an independent candidate. In fact, he's formed a party called We the People Party. I want to talk about that on today's program, and of course we'll probably get into some other things as well.
If you want to read about or reference anything that we talk about or touch on here on this program, just go to the website Totthofshow dot com go to the stack of stuff, and you can see the list of things that I have looked at and that have I guess informed me or just that I have familiarized myself with prior to jumping on here with you today. He makes a comment that says that, well, Biden is a bigger threat to democracy than Trump. I can't believe CNN is actually acknowledging that this was said. I can't believe. And remember RFK Jr. Was you could say is a Democrat. Now RFK Jr. Is not the kind of radical leftist democrat. He's still extremely liberal in
certain ways. He is not a you know, the best candidate in the world by any stretch of the imagination. But that being said, he is much much, much better than the alternative. But they didn't want him to run. They the Democrat Party, did not want him to run as the Democrat. They've already decided that Biden is their guy. By the way.
That reminds me. That reminds me time permitting, I'm going to talk about this, but at least, well, there's pulling out that shows how Michelle Obama would do and a hypothetical head to head matchup against Donald J. Trump in the twenty twenty four election, and it might explain why she's not as into the idea. Maybe not, maybe she just genuinely doesn't like politics.
I'm going to be open to that reality. Some of you think that's probably crazy, that there's something else behind the scenes going on there, and you may very well be right, but she's been consistent in this from the beginning. But anyway, there's some pulling out that says it's not a it's a much more problematic run for her to get to the presidency than people may assume. But anyway, that being said, I want to play this SoundBite.
This is RFK Junior. He's on with Aaron Burnett and he's making a claim here that CNN has to make CNN. In fact, if you're watching the clip, and I know you can't see it, if you're listening on podcast or over the radio, you can almost see her start steaming in the you know, coming from the year some steam there. You can see just this absolute almost shock that someone would think that Biden is a bigger threat to our democracy than Trump is. But by the way, RFK Junior's right here by
saying this, RFK Junior is absolutely right. Biden is incredibly an incredible risk to our constitutional republic. He is absolutely a threat to liberty and freedom. He is absolutely a threat. And we'll go through this kind of case by case or line by line. Is after rfk's clip here, But the media doesn't want to have anything to do with that. So I'm surprised that they actually kept this clip. I've got it. I found it on their website.
I don't know if an intern posted this and wasn't given them or what, but it's on there as of right now, and it's in our stack of stuff as well. But that being said, here's our FK Junior making the claim that Biden is a bigger threat, or at least he says. He says he can make the case that Biden is a bigger threat toward democracy than Trump is. Now in full disclosure and fairness here he also says that Trump is still a threat to our democracy. Of course, he's running against
both of these guys. But he says that he can make the case or the case can be made that Biden is a greater risk. This is a couple of minutes, but I think the back and forth and hearing him say these things is worth listening worth listening to. And we'll get into this throughout this segment and probably the next as well. So here it is RFK Junior
on with Aaron Burnett. Has much worse threat to democracy, and the reason for that is President Biden is the first candidate in history, the first president in the history, that has used the federal agencies to censor political speech. So the sensor's opponent, you know, I can say that because I just want a case in the Federal Court of Appeals and now before the Supreme Court. It shows that he started censoring not just me, for thirty seven hours
after he took the other office, he was censoring me. No president in the country has ever done that. The greatest threat democracy is not somebody who questions election returns, but a president of the United States who used the power of his office to force the social media companies Facebook, Instagram, Twitter to open a portal and give the access to that portal to the FBI, to
the CIA, the irs decis to Niah to censor his political critics. President Biden for the first first president of history to use the secret his power over the Secret Service to deny Secret Service protection to one of his political opponents for political reasons. He's weaponizing the federal agencies. Those are really critical threats. Tried to return a free and fair election. He tried to overturn one. Right, is he still finding how is that not a threat to democracy?
Well, I think that is a threat to democracy. Him over trying to overthrow the election clearly is the threat to democracy. But the question was who is the worse threat to democracy? And what I would say is, you know, I'm not going to answer that question, but I can argue that President Biden is because the First Amendment aron is the most important. But Adams and Hamilton and Madison said, we put the guarantee of freedom of expression in
the First Amendment because all of our other constitutional rights depend on it. If you have a government that can silence its opponent, it has license for any atrocity. So, just to be clear, you're saying you could make an argument that President Biden is a worse threat to democracy than that, But who else has ever tried to Who else has ever tried to sent What president in
history has ever tried to cens their political opponents? What president has weaponized mm hmm the federal You know, when my father came into the Justice Department. The first week he was there, he got all of the branch and tradition attorneys together and he said, whatever we do, we are not going to use the power of the judice Department for political reasons, saying saprehension. And he is the only president who's tried to overthrow the results of an election.
Oh my gosh, Well, you know what, let me let me say something about that. I'm not going to defend the club, end of the club. She keeps going back to the statement, Aaron, I mean she's trying here and and and fairness. She lets him talk, She lets RFK Junior talk and make his case, well, make his point that he could make the case that Biden is a greater threat to our democracy than President Trump is. Aaron Burnett said, well, Donald Trump tried to overturn a free
and fair election. How is that not a threat to our democracy? You know, I get so sick and tired of these phrases. What does that mean, when Trump tried to overturn a free and fair election, what are they like? What are you specifically saying? Aaron Burnette, did Donald Trump challenge the election results? He absolutely did. Did he refuse to concede in the election. He never did concede the election to President Bribery because he believes
that the election was not legitimate. Did he tell President the Vice president Pence? Did he try to get Pence to reject electors from states who had election results that were questionable or that there were irregularities or questions? He absolutely did do that. But see, you're trying to throw words into the adjectives in here that are not necessarily people like me would at least say, we haven't
established that yet. So her comment of Donald Trump tried to overturn a free and fair election, Now everybody here, I would think, would agree that if someone tries to overturn a free and fair election, that that is not that is not acceptable. We cannot let that happen. But what if, I well, what if the words free and fair were not applicable here? What if we had other words? What if we said Donald Trump tried to
challenge questionable election results? Does that make it more palatable Aaron Burnett. Of course, she knows this. They do this for a living. They are deliberately choosing words that they've focused, grouped, and studied that they believe caused the most harm to President Trump. Nobody wants a president or anybody to try to overturn a free and a fair election. But the question is is that what really happened? And the answer the answer is no, it is not
what really happened. Trump challenged it, Trump refused to concede it. Trump is still Trump still disputes anything about the twenty twenty election. Now, logically, Trump can be right or Trump can be wrong, but the idea that he's still actively trying to overturn the results, or that his January sixth was somehow going to change the results of the election, is patently absurd and ridiculous. None of this is anything close to what reality. What wasn't happening in
reality? None of it. But that's that's the narrative. I want to keep talking about this, my friends, But all of you out there know Mike Lindell and my pillow. They no longer have the support of their big box stores or their shopping channels. The way that they used to, so they have been hit by cancel culture. They want to pass the savings that they are now able to deliver by not being a part of these big box stores and the additional costs of distribution and just the cost that they would sell
the wholesale price and so forth to these big box stores. Now they can go directly to the public, which they were doing before, but now they're doing in much greater in much greater numbers, going direct to the republic, to theat consumer, direct to the public. So they are trying to help
get the word out by having a twenty five dollars extravaganza. That means that they are having a two pack multi use My pillow that's available for twenty five dollars, My pillow sandals for twenty five dollars, six pack of towel sets twenty five dollars, brand new four pack dish towels also twenty five dollars, and for the first time ever, premium My Pillows with all new Giza fabric, any size, any loft level, even king size, for just twenty

When you do, you'll get free shipping on your entire order today. Or you can call eight hundred five four four eighty nine thirty nine again promo code Todd gets you free shipping my pillow dot com slash Todd promo code Todd. So let's compare and contrast. Let's look at what rfk jr.
Is saying here. Rfk jr Is saying here that challenging election results is not the same thing as trying to use the Department of Justice to imprison your political opponent. Now, the Biden administration and the left, the Democrat Party, the media will say, well, wait a minute, Biden's not doing this. Biden has handed this over to his Attorney General, Merrick Garland. He
doesn't even want to be in the know. He's made a clear break and he said, you do what you got to do here to ensure that justice, you know, get Jack Smith out there, get him on the case, and he'll follow this case wherever it leads in the pursuit of justice. That's what we're supposed to believe. But no matter what, no matter what degree of separation the administration tries to have, or tries to make you think, exist between the Department of Justice and the White House. The reality is
one hundred percent the Department of Justice is part of the executive branch. This is an indisputable fact. Merrick Garland was appointed by Joseph Robinette Bribery. He is the one who is Merrick Garland's boss. In spite of what they tried to tell you, in spite of what they want us all to believe, the White House, the Biden administration, and the Biden campaign, through those through the administration, has a vested interest in the outcome of these trials.
The idea that President Trump was charged and indicted years after January sixth, in hopes of well, if you objectively look at this and you say, why weren't charges filed in twenty twenty one, Why weren't they filed in twenty twenty two, Why what prevent it? Well, we had to get to the bulloney they were talking about this. There wasn't any bottom to get to for the media. There wasn't any bottom to get to for the Department of Justice.
The radical left that employs these seven pillars are propaganda including government and including the media. They weren't getting to any bottom. They were trying to maximize the negative impact the timing of all this would have on the Trump campaign. They wanted to hit him in an election year, and candidly, they wanted to make sure he was running for president because if he wasn't, they weren't even gonna bother with it. And so what is worse, my friends?
Is it worse? Is it worse to question the results of an election? An election, by the way, that has lots of problems, especially when you factor in the mail in Ballance I saw, and this is in the stack of stuff today. A third party election integrity group found just last year alone that thirty three elections were either tied or incredibly close. And so you can quickly understand why people turn to things like well breaking voter laws, taking
advantage of that, because sometimes it doesn't take many votes. I mean, we go back to two thousand, Bush and Gore in two thousand was turned into a Supreme Court case that turned into a whole thing hanging chads and all that dimpled chads, everything else. You look at that and you realize that a lot of these elections come down to small numbers, small numbers of votes
in certain states and in particular in specific areas of states. And then you factor in the documentary two thousand mules, and what we learned from that, there's some real questions. Pretending that there aren't real questions is either out of absolute ignorance or out of an absolute lack of concern whatsoever, simply wanting the result of a President Biden and not a President Trump. And then the mind
will justify what the heart desires. It's one of those things because it is dramatically worse what happened in this administration, how they've targeted their political opponent, and in a way they've not done any RFK Junior any favors either, as far as I know, he still doesn't have Secret Service detail. Anyway,
I have to take a break care. But before we take that quick time out of my friends, let me tell you a little bit about my friend Eric Wilson at I Sell Health. Eric Wilson has served clients throughout the fruited plane since two thousand and four. He specializes in individual health, group health, and medicare. He's an expert in the Affordable Care Act, and he's here to help you navigate the complexities of that law and to help find a
healthcare plan that best suits your individual needs or your company's needs. He's there to help businesses as well, So if you're an owner of a company, someone who's response responsible for HR or maybe just adding insurance to a small business's benefits plan in this calendar year, I encourage you to call my friend Eric Wilson at I sell Health his phone numbers eight one five three seven two thirteen sixty three, eight one five three seven two one three sixty three, or
you can visit him online at I sell health dot com. That's isellhealth dot com. Eric's been a supporter of this program for a good while. He does great work. Give him a call. So that said, my friends, quick timeout is in order. We'll pick up on the other side of the break when we return back in just a minute. Welcome back, my friends. So I talked about RFK in that exchange he had with Aaron Burnette of CNN last segment. Is a couple of other things about that. The
real threat. I've said this at other points along this journey that we have taken these past several years with President Trump, with just the political environment, the political climate that we have today. A president who is well, forget about president someone who is an authoritarian, someone who is a tyrant. They do not do the things that President Trump did while in office. I mentioned previously previously in one of our other segments that government is at odds. Government
is at odds with God. Government, I would dare say, I would say that government, left to its own devices, will always end up in a position contrary to the position of God. They will always be against God left unchecked, because the nature of government is to grow, and governments will reach a point they're run by human beings. By the way, it will well, at least for the time being. We'll see where AI comes in and all this sort of stuff. That's a whole nother that's a whole nother
discussion for another day. But the the nature of government is to grow, and eventually, left unchecked, government will grow to the point where the only quote unquote opponent, I guess, or the only thing that they don't have more power than would be God, and they just they're going to challenge It's just human nature left to its own devices. Just like left to its own devices, government will always infringe upon liberty. The Founders understood these things.
By the way the Founders understood these things, that's why they enumerated some of our rights, which are given by our creator, not by our government. They enumerated some of those rights and the Declaration of Independence. That's why they put up guardrails and specific responsibilities for the branches of our government in the Constitution. Anything not given to the federal government as a responsibility. They derive their
powers from the consent of the governed. So anything not just specifically specifically stated in the Constitution as a responsibility delegated to the federal government by the people. Anything not written there would be retained by the people. It's what the constitution. That's what the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. That's the message they
communicate. We are a group of individual people. We're not subjects, we're not well, we're not subjected to anyone, certainly not to the federal government. They don't get to call the shots and the rest of us just follow orders. That's not the way, that's not the way that it works. And tyrants authoritarians operate differently. In fact, if you look at what tyrants and authoritarians often do, they often do what you see the Democrat Party doing
today. They often do things like give away a bunch of well create a welfare state. They have a bunch of giveaways and programs designed to help some group of people. Whatever that group is, it doesn't matter, and they divide and conquer. They begin to pit groups of people together or I should say, against one another, and then try to say, we're here to help you as the government look to us to solve to solve your problems.
We just talked about this trans day of visibility. Well, the government certainly has an interest and should be involved in any violence that's committed against any person, whether gay, straight, trans, black, white, whoever. Any act of violence should be dealt with by the government. That's a legitimate role of government. The government is not able to come in and force people to
adhere to any certain worldview or ideology. However, when they begin giving handouts and rewards to people who well correctly do the political double talk, who correctly engage in politically correct speech and thinking and so forth, and there's rewards. Whether those rewards come in the form of, well, you're it's easier for you to get a job because you're not standing in direct opposition to whatever other idea that exists out there today. That's just crazy things like DEI, things
like I mean, there's the trans agenda. There's so many things that are out there that are wrong. Again, this is operated and controlled by the folks who are running the seven pillars or propaganda. When one of those pillars includes woke business. So these folks are in cahoots. They work in conjunction to further an ideology and a worldview that's antithetical. I might add to the Constitution, to the liberty to judan Christian principles and values, Biblical principles and
values. And they march in that direction. The folks that adhere to these concepts and beliefs and so forth, they march that direction constantly, and they require that you march as well. And so there's a formula for how dictators have operated throughout history. Oftentimes they give away things like free health care. It's free stuff. It's stuff that begins to cause people to look to the government as their solution, look to the government to solve. And I'm not
saying government should never be involved in solving any problem. I'm just saying that whatever your problems are, today, the likelihood that those problems need to be solved or attempted to be solve you first and foremost. My problems need to be solved by me first and foremost. The chances of that being true are very very high. Right, we are involved in our own lives. Turns out, who would have thought, But the government tells you that you're not.
In fact, the government does something that I'm amazed of every time that I say this, And this is a truth about government the way that it functions, at least today's woke government. The government says individually, no one is responsible for anything. No one is responsible for their plight, for their circumstances, No one's responsible for the consequences of bad decisions. No, that's
society's fault. So none of us are individually responsible. Well, unless you're a Conservative or a Republican or maybe a Christian, you're responsible for yourself and everybody. But they also say that we're collectively responsible for everybody else. And so it creates this mindset that says, we have to have someone who knows how to navigate the complexities, right, someone that can make choices since we're all responsible for everybody else and none of us is really responsible for ourselves.
We need someone who has experience, knowing how to navigate these tough decisions so as to help all people come to decisions or outcomes that they find appealing and good. And so then they begin to implement policies, eventually forced policies, eventually extremist policies. This is where they I mean, they raise taxes, they take away liberties. They eventually say, hey, that religion isn't good enough, you need to stop going there. They eventually say government is God,
as they did in the case of the Soviet Union. But people who are totalitarians and authoritarians do not come in and cut taxes. They do not come in and say, as Trump did, Trump cut tax Trump also came in and said, for every rule new rule that we end up creating in our bureaucratic state, we are going to eliminate three. These are things that totalitarians and authoritarians and lovers of big government they simply these are things that they
don't do. They instead move towards this siren song of utopia. Just trust me to make these decisions for you, and your life will be better. Whereas people who cut taxes, who return power to the individual who believe in personal liberty, the personal choice, free market economics. Those are not concepts that are compatible with authoritarianism, no matter what the Left has to say about that. So with that said, I just want to kind of scare up
or set up the last segment of the program today. I want to talk about RFK. We talked about him last segment, and this next segment, I want to talk about where he stands on the ballots in the fifty states in DC and just talk a little bit about that as we move toward the twenty twenty four election. But my friends, are you looking for the ultimate

So a couple of things I want to hit on in this segment. One of them just occurred to me during during the break, and I'm just gonna mention it quickly here off of the top. One of the things that has been floated around for a long time is
this idea that Biden is not going well. First of all, that Biden is not going to finish his first term in office, finish his first week in office, his first month in office, his first year in office. He did do that. Now you'll remember, you'll remember that Trump wasn't supposed to make his first one hundred days in office. I forget who was saying
that, and I forget the reasoning. It doesn't matter, and some of this stuff is predictable, especially with presidents who are older or people who have high negative marks and aren't likable or whatever amongst the electorate and so forth. But it's been out there for a long time. In fact, I remember Rush saying that he didn't think Biden would finish his first term, and it appears that he will and it appears that he's going to be his party's candidate
for president. Now, that doesn't mean nothing else can happen, but it does mean that they have no better options. The option that they, I think have wanted for a long time is the option of having Michelle Obama be president or their nominee for president of the United States. However, Breitbart here headline hypothetical matchup poll Michelle Obama trails Trump by same margin that Biden does.
Just really quickly here into this, former First Lady Michelle Obama trail's former President Donald Trump by the same margin President Joe Biden trails him in a hypothetical general election matchup. According to a poll the JL Partner's Daily Mail poll published shows that forty seven percent of the one thousand likely voter respondents with back Trump in a race with Michelle Obama, who takes forty four percent. And then there's
a breakdown of those numbers Biden versus Trump. Trump is forty six percent to forty three percent. And these even included does this one include, I said, some of these polls include third party candidates. RFK Junior polling at seven
percent, Jill Stein at one West at two percent. But the bottom line is, no matter what the Democrats come up with, there is a problem now if having Michelle Obama on the campaign trail, if that, of course is where this goes, which I am as I said several weeks ago in our weekly column, I'm very, very skeptical about that being the case. But if that is the direction that this ends up going, can she move the needle. She can probably move the needle more than Joe Biden can.
I mean, we've got a guy that's been in office for four years, he's been in DC for fifty there's no appeal. The appeal was just He's not Trump. So there you go. This is maybe wishful thinking, and maybe the reality is as hard as it is to believe. The best option that Democrats might have right now, because they have no bench as far as candidates are concerned, they have no ideas, no likability, whatever. All they've got is anti Trump. The best bet may still be Biden. As
crazy as that sounds, I don't know. The other thing I want to hit on really quickly in the time that we have today is just kind of a quick update on RFK Junior's status on being in this election. Right, So he's basically kicked out of the Democrat Party, wasn't allowed the primary there. So he said, fine, I will run as a third party candidate. So he's gathered enough signatures to now be on the ballot in North Carolina. His campaign says that he will be on all fifty ballots in the United
States plus DC on general election day. Their strategy, you have to get signatures, of course, and the requirements vary from state to state, but you have to get these signatures. His strategy is to get about sixty percent more signatures than is required in case of you know, signatures that couldn't be verified or approved or whatever couldn't be counted for some reason. And it appears that, I mean, they're making headway, right, they're making headway.
I think North Carolina is the sixth state, the sixth state that he's qualified for, and so there you go. Now he's had to form a political party, which is called the We the People Party, and some of the states require that he name his vice president first prior to getting on the ballot. This of course, look, I know I'm not voting for RFK Junior. Given the chance, given the choice only between Biden and RFK Junior.
I would pick RFK Junior a thousand times out of a thousand, but obviously that's not the best choice when you factor in Trump and some of the other things that really matter in this country. So, but this, this idea that they have to jump through additional hurdles by being third party or not part of the two party establishments situation that we have in this country today should be
problematic. I can't get into that in detail at the moment, but I think it's important that we at least acknowledge it and acknowledge the reality, the reality of the challenges that someone like RFK Junior has to face when getting on the ballot. And he's a Kennedy, right, I mean, so this is it's not necessarily easy work for someone of that sort of societal clout and
so forth stature. And there's a real problem with ballid Access. As far as you want to talk about things that are wrong with the system, the two party system in ballid Access is certainly one of those. But anyway, I'm out of time here. Appreciate you listening, my friends. Thank you so much for listening. Have a great day. SDG
