Episode description

During a speech with Prime Minister Modi of India, President Biden jokes, “I sold a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things that we shared.” The comment apparently references Republican accusations that the Bidens sold government information to China. However, a whistleblower confirms that Hunter & the then Vice President received $5M each.

Attention. You're listening to the Todd Huff Radio Show, America's home for conservative not bitter talk radio. Be advised. The content of this program has been documented to prevents and even cure liberalism, and listening may cause you to lean to the right. Here's your conservative but not bitter host, Todd Hoff.

All Right, my friends, I have to tell you off the top that I am feeling a little bit I don't know different today, I guess, is how I would say it. Some interesting things going on both good and frustrating and wild at times here behind the scenes. I'll share the those things with you and as we can anyway, lots of things happening. Email. Should you want to be part of the day's conversation, I welcome you to be a part of it. Three one or that's not an email, that's

a phone number, isn't it? Email is tot at tod Huff Show dot com. You can text also three one seven two one zero twenty eight thirty again three one seven two one zero twenty eight thirty anywhere in the good old US of A and texting charges I suppose, depending upon your plan, may

apply. So it's good to be here today. You know, as I was preparing for the show today, as I was thinking about what to talk about going through the stack of stuff or putting the stack of stuff together, I realized that there have been several conversations that I've had in recent days, in recent weeks that there's kind of, I guess, a common theme. And again we don't do themes on here. But just as I'm as I'm putting this this show together, and I'm looking at what's at what's in the

news, and I'm looking at the madness. Yesterday's program we talked about all the madness, all the chaos, all the pandemonium that's going on in this country. I mean, we I need to get the SoundBite. There's a SoundBite of Biden out there. I send it to me. I'll send it to me. There's a SoundBite of Biden actually saying they'll they'll tell you it's a slip of the tongue or something, but it sure sounds like he said he was had sold state secrets or some such thing. I just it is.

I it is amazing how far we have ventured into complete lunacy in this country, and we have been told it's because of Trump. We've been told it's because of Trump supporters. But my friends, look, we're not the ones who are trying to redefine reality and logic. Conservatives, limited government types,

libertarians, even mainstream normal Democrats, and I'm not. Look if you're if you're a Democrat today, there's some issues that I think, there's some issues that I'm pretty sure if you're a limited government type of person or someone who's at least living in reality, you're gonna have problems with I'm not. There's no mainstream problems with the Republican agenda, the platform, if you will. There's certainly problems with individuals who call themselves Republicans on that we can agree,

can't agree fully. But there's a lot of people out there, even on both sides of this aisle, or if you want to throw an independence all in all different political parties or groups or subgroups, however you want to categorize. I just really think of it as Americans. I do think of

people more based upon their ideas and positions. Is pretending to what they think the role of government should be, and that sort of thing with sort of things they believe about human nature and just how we're supposed to be living on this planet what makes the most sense, and there's there's actually a lot of agreement and a lot of core areas from a lot of people, and those

people regular people. If we can get people out of the tribe, if I can say that today, just the groupings that are, if we can get people to see past the names of Democrat, Republican, Trump, Biden, whatever the name or the individual the identifier conservative. I probably call myself conservative, not bitter on this program, so there's nothing wrong with it. But if we can just cut through all of that and just throw out the main core issues of what it means to be a responsible, freedom loving,

reasonable human being, there's a lot of agreement. And I've heard I hear this in conversation. That's when we travel the country. I hear it a

lot. I think you hear it a lot. I think you also have people that you have conversations with, people that are sometimes in family or neighbors, or people that you work with, what have you, that sometimes say things or believe things that are I mean, bat crap crazy, I guess, I guess I would say, and I realize that that is a thing, and that not every even people who are reasonable in some areas maybe maybe

very unreasonable or illogical in others. I get that, but again I think that the truly praised radical extremists are a very small, very small number of people. The success that the Democrat Party has comes from a couple of different things. It comes from demonizing not just the Republican Party, but the Republican Party. Primarily, they have the most success at demonizing individuals within the Republican

Party. This is where they have I think their most success. They had a lot of success with Trump, but they in doing that the Trump but they also had a lot of failure because a lot of people are attracted to someone who says and does the things and behaves away within reason. I know some people that they think the behavior is too much and so forth, they

don't like the tweets or whatever. But as I shared with someone at lunch yesterday, for someone who's followed this closely for I don't know, the better part of thirty years or so, I'm just encouraged that we finally have some unwilling to fight and that I think that that cannot be underestimated in a candidate like Trump. It's what's appealing. And again I know that there's mixed feelings from even many of you in this audience on say Rhonda Santis, that Rhonda

Santis as well, or even someone like Kerry Lake. Just people who actually fight back, who who stand on principle, who are not afraid to be I don't know, branded or attempted to be branded by the media and the radical left. And the more fight that we see, the more it almost energizes us. The people who are watching this from the proverbial cheap seats here in this country, we cheer them on. It energizes us because we watch

the unraveling of this nation systematically by lovers a big government. Now, as I look at the stack of stuff today, which you can always do. You can go to Todd h Show dot com and just go to the homepage, go to the stack of stuff, and you can read some of the articles that will reference. Now, I've looked at all of these. Sometimes I look at a few more that don't make the cut for whatever reason.

But these are things that will have I guess given back, you know, just background information if you will, on my thinking headed into this program today, and I might reference or mentioned some of these things along the way, and we will. But you look at the craziness that we are experiencing, the craziness that we were told that was supposed to happen under Trump, the

craziness that we were basically terrorized with. Now, you and I most of us didn't fall for that, that nonsense, But they had the media, the Democrat Party had certain people in this country terrified, terrified of going to bed each night because Trump will have the nuclear codes, terrified of going outside when COVID was here, because Trump was president, as though Biden stepping in was going to change anything whatsoever, and nothing, well, there were plenty

of changes in general, COVID. It didn't stop because Biden walked into the White House. It stopped because it had run its course, more or less. And you have a lot of things that have gotten much worse since Biden has stepped into the White House, and normal average everyday people know this.

You can't watch Biden talk in any forum, walk up any set of stairs, ride any bicycle, stand at any podium without bracing yourself for a physical comedy act where he's going to fall to the ground, sometimes pretty violently, as he did at the Air Force Academy when he was leaving the podium after

his speech there whenever that was a month or so ago. And it's not just that there's accidents, but there's also there's also a point where it becomes a descriptor of one's behavior and a descriptor of one's physical dexterity, their ability to function in a reasonable way in the world, make decisions as a leader, have coherent conversation. We are literally talking about that. We were told during Trump's presidency that they were talking about implementing the twenty fifth Amendment. Get

Trump out of there. He's a wild man, he's crazy, and so forth. And we got a president now that cannot complete sentences. You get Biden, president bribery, and you get him up there with Senator Fetterman as they were here week or two ago, and it is just it's it's sad. But if they're not going to recognize that there's something wrong, then it's at least we should point out. And you know, if nothing's wrong, at least make fun of how ridiculous what is being said by this cast of

characters is in America today. So as I'm looking at the stack of stuff here, and I'm looking at the things that are on our radar, that are in the narrative, the headlines, and so forth, whether or not they actually get discussed in mainstream media. Here's some things to keep your eye on. First and foremost, we've got Attorney General Merrick Garland. Remember he's the one that was supposed to be the Supreme Court justice that was to fill

Justice antonin Scalia's seats back in two thousand and sixteen. When Antonin Scalia passed away in February, President Obama at the time made a nomination. And of course he made the nomination from somewhere for somebody. He nominated someone who we were told was just very This is this is a safe pick. This is someone who's nonpartisan. This is someone who's not really a leftist or a radical. This is someone that even Republicans can get behind. There's surely no reason

to not support this guy. And that's what we were told in the months leading up to the twenty sixteen election. And kudos, it's one of the very few things I give props. We guess we used to say that. I don't know if they say it anymore, but the kudos or give props to excuse me, Mitch McConnell when he was the Majority leader of the Senate. Mitch McConnell. And I'm not going to do an imitation of Mitch McConnell here. It crossed my mind, but I don't do imitations very well usually.

Mitch McConnell actually did the right thing. He said, let's let us take this to the American people and they can pick. If Hillary wins, not only can she not have you know, not only can she nominate the so called very moderate measured Merritt Garland, she can go all out radical. She can go Susan Rice on the American people, or who knows, some other leftist. But Mitch McConnell said, if Donald Trump wins, then he should have a pick, a pick that is much more in line with the

Constitution. The voter can get to decide this. That was I thought a wonderful move. I said it then, I say it today. It's still criticized today by the left. But see, the thing is, my friends, the thing is, they criticized the Senate at the time for saying they didn't even consider the pick, but the Senate doesn't have to dis rubber stamp the president's pick. They laid out their case. They said, it's an election year. This is one of the many issues that matter to the American

people. We're gonna let it go to the ballot box if they want someone like Hillary Rodham Clinton. And she's out there in her orange pantsuit that is easily confused for an orange jumpsuit, or it should have been, when she's out there looking for ways to hide her emails and to operate off a private

email server that she thought was secure in her bathroom closet. As she's doing all those things, as she's talking about wiping the server down with the cloth, and she tried to do ever so her attempt to humor when she was asked about wiping the server down. By the way, this is what people do who are trying to cover up crimes. They smash cell phones with hammers.

That happened with Hillary. She bleach to called bleach bid or some such thing, but she basically totally wiped every piece of data off of her devices to eliminate her electronic footprint. Compare and contrast that to what Trump did, which was have conversations about documents in his possession that he was questioning whether or not they were private, not thought he was having a conversation about what was going to be retrieved, and suddenly the FBI shows up with a warrant to

do a search, to execute a search warrant. So as we as we go back in time and look at this and we think about the things that were happening back in twenty sixteen and even since twenty twenty, we were told Merritt Garland's this just the middle of the road, easygoing guy. And again, he could be on the Supreme Court now if it was not for Mitch McConnell. I don't like much of what he does, but I approved that,

I applaud that what he did in that particular instance. But now we've gotten news that says he is apparently in hot water because there's an email out there that's showing his account of how the Hunter Biden inquiry was handled may not be exactly accurate, and there's talk, there's talk of Merrick Garland facing articles

of impeachment. Attorney General Merritt Garlan, now this is the same Merrick Garland, and that's in charge of the Department of Justice right now that we're watching politically target President Donald J. Trump, former President Trump as he's campaigning,

he's the front runner for the Republican Party, and so forth. And we were told this guy was mild, meek, mannered, easy to get along with, just totally fair minded, should be on the Supreme Court, had his seat stolen, they'll tell you, in fact, which is complete bunk, but that's what they'll tell you. And so now we've gotten news that

he might be impeached. Even Kevin McCarthy, Speaker of the House, who doesn't want to hear anything about a Biden impeachment, as per reports regarding Marjorie Taylor Green and other folks who are talking about introducing articles of impeachment and trying to pursue or press that issue. But he'll entertain, he'll entertain potential articles of impeachment on Merrick Garland depending upon the information that comes out about this particular

allegation here. So that's out there in the narrative, and that could very well happen, who knows in short order. But the idea that Merrick Garland is some impartial, fair minded individual who should have been on the Supreme Court, because both sides could agree on the guy. No no, no, no, no, no no no, that should not have been the case, and we can see what he's prepared to do with the way he's run

so far this Department of Justice. So that's out there great. I mean, just these are things, These are things that are becoming commonplace in this country. Impeachments, corruption, I know, politics is politics, and politicians have always been scandalous to some degree, even to great degree, but it just seems like it's becoming more and more accepted, at least when one side does it, more and more targeted when they can either well, I would

make the case when they can weaponize it against their political opponents. I mean, we're banana republic. I mean, that's what we're tiptoeing around here. We maybe have dove headlong into this banana republic status. Anyway, It's just it's a dumpster fire. It is a dumpster fire, but it is a dumpster fire that has been created by particular radical extremist individuals, and they do

not they do not buy in large represent the people in this country. And there's some conversations that I've had that I want to allude to some things that came up, but I'm long in this segment, so we'll go through the issues of the day. I'll share some of these conversation points and issues that have come up that I've heard personally here in the past couple of days or

weeks that again, they just I kind of hear a common theme. So I just want to share that as we're looking at these again crazy series of headlines and news items throughout the day and week. But time out is in order, my friends, long in this segment. Sit tight back here in just a minute. Come back, my friends. Oh my goodness, this I referenced this SoundBite from from Joseph R. Biden, President of the United States, Leader of the free world. He is this was Friday. You

may have seen this. Oh he is with um Prime Minister Modi of India and I don't know if they talked to remember when Biden said this was in I think this was in two thousand and eight. He said, you can't go into a Dunkin' Donuts without a slight Indian accent. I'm serious. That's his quote. I'm serious. Part was his quote. I'm serious that he said it. You can't go into a dunkin don or seven eleven seven eleven or dunk I don't remember one of the two you can't go into a seven

eleven without a slight Indian accent. I'm serious, he says. I don't know if that came up during the meeting or not. But Biden is here. This was Friday midday and he's with Prime Minister Modi and he's talking addressing a room full of individuals, including the media, and this is just I mean, this is priceless to me. This is wonderful. This is Biden at his best. This is Biden being Biden. This is what it means when someone says we want a president who can restore America's image on the world

stage. Again, that's apparently what it means, because this is what we got. But I want you to listen to this. And it's kind of hard to understand him. That goes without saying, but just listen to what he says. He and I'm gonna read it. It's on a computer. Fell asleep with that baby up, It's it's on the White House's web page. I'm gonna read to the transcript of this. The Usually this is the sort of thing that they take creative liberties for or two, I guess and

change what he says, but this is they actually have this. I'm gonna read it verbatim after he says that it's a short clip, but listen to this jump. Thank you. Anyway, anyway, I started off without you, and I sold a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things that we shared, and he stole a lot of state secrets. That's what he said. Actually, if you go to the website white House got dot gov. This was in the East Room of the White House twelve fourteen

pm Eastern daylight time. Here's what President Biden said. I'm reading it from This is their transcript. These are the pages they normally they normally change. They've done that the past on something. I forget what it was, but they changed something that he said or edited it in some some nefarious way. I'd have to dig that up to see what that was that we know of. But here's his actual quote, as written on the Whitehouse dot gov website. Okay, we I was just thanking me. Anyway, this is a

real quote. I'm not just going random thoughts here. I started off without you, he says, and I sold a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things that we shared. And then there's laughter. I didn't. I don't know what's so funny about this, because there is actual evidence that this may very well be what happened that sold that state secrets were well potentially sold, or at least state favors. How about that state favors

may have been may have been closed? What is getting noise in my here here? So anyway, he continues, now, all kidding aside, he's this is a joke, that was a punchline. All kidding aside. Look, we're teaming up to design and develop new technologies that are going to transform the lives of people around the globe. So that's what he's out there focusing

on as he's making jokes about selling state secrets. I you know, even even if you believe the narrative of Trump against Trump, wouldn't you at least he can take that us. Wouldn't you at least think that the timing of all this was not so good to make a joke about someone, you know, pretending to national security documents and state state secrets. Isn't the timing of

that a little a little too fresh? And especially especially if there's allegations against you right as president, as vice president vice president bribery potentially getting five point one million dollars in one particular instance, allegedly potentially who knows. We're not allowed to talk about it. It's at best sketchy, at worst criminal and worthy of impeachment. So all this stuff is going on. Normal people are not okay with this. That's not a joke that he's telling up there with

Prime Minister Modi. That's not what that is. And by the way, who in their right mind would tell Biden to go up there and just freestyle a joke. Just take half at it, Joe, go up there, get off the prompter, and just make some off the cuff joke. Because this is gonna go over great with the American people. You believe that for half a second, and it's literally on their website. I'll send me that so I can get it in the stack of stuff. If it's not,

if it's not already there anyway, timeouts in order. Normal people, though, this to me is the common theme. Normal people, even people who may not be well, let's just say it this way. People who are in favor of Trump being the nominee, people who are not in favor of Trump being the nominee, people who voted for Biden because they were scared of Trump. Again, I'm not condoning that. I'm just saying, there's a series of people that we can all get around this and say what we are

experiencing now in this country is completely not normal. It's abnormal to the nth degree. It is dangerous, and we cannot continue this. And they would actually say that about a whole host of other issues as well. In fact, maybe about this headline here. A college professor, according to Fox News, was allegedly fired biology professor for texting teaching that sex was determined by chromosomes

X and way. That's a report. Yeah, four students walked out of the class when he said sex was determined by the X and Y chromosomes. Saint Philip's College in San Antonio, Texas. Four students walked out. I mean virtue signaling personal animosity, rejection of the truth. But it's not because they're reasonable human beings, because that's not what that is. You don't have

to like the fact. You can argue the fact that gender is not tied to biological sex, but to say that sex I'm not saying I agree with that either. I'm just I'm just saying to say that biological sex is not determined by X and Y chromosomes. That is literally anti science, that is what that would be the definition of that. Craziness abounds, though fortunately I'm walking you through this and I don't think it's as bad. I think that

there's a lot of people that are catching onto this stuff. So anyway, timeouts in order get back here in just a minute. Welcome back, my friends. So much to delve into here in the world of insanity which is today's politics, because we've been led astray by extreme radicals, we've not stood

up to them. We've collectively, I don't mean, you know, individually to a human being listening to my voice, but collectively, we've just we've gone along with this stupidity for so long, thinking to ourselves, Ah, you know, they can live in their own fantasy world. It's not going to affect me, bet me, it doesn't affect you. It affects all

of us. This is I mean, we've gotten to the point now whereas I was sharing with the friends, as I've shared on this this program, we actually have companies that are now completely inundated with meeting certain requirements, certain woke requirements. CEI D EI scores, what's the other one? ESG right, ESG and in order to get funding to operate or to run their businesses, so much so that they would rather I've gone through this in detail,

they would rather jeopardize their stock. They would rather, in the case of target, take a ten billion with a b dollar hit in market capitalization to overall value of their stock. Then they would then they would want to lose access to the funding. The funding can be degrees larger larger than that, so they're basically making financial decisions. This is permeating every aspect of your life, of my life. It's permeated our schools. It's taken over our schools.

It operates in the darkness. When they're confronted in the light, they hide, They lie, they deceive, They pretend like they're answering the parents questions as here right here in my community, Plainfield High School. I don't have the lady's name. She needs to be terminated, fired immediately. I don't know if she was or not. Because these stories fade away because nothing happens. They just simply stop talking about them. People forget because it's onto

the next bit of absolute insanity. She was bragging as were other exects, other school executives, school administrators. I guess I should say they were bragging about basically playing games regarding semantics, talking about things using special code language to

throw parents off, the scent of woke things happening in the schools. And so there's the schools, there's big business, there's entertainment who constantly shows this crap down the throats of the American people education, not just in high schools but also in college. We've known that for quite some time. Every single place that we turned politics, the deep state, the bureaucratic state, whatever you want to call it, a bunch of people who are there that are

working at the Pentagon. Instead of worrying about how to protect this country, they're talking about how the percentage of transgender pilots or whatever's next on the agenda. We had LGBTQ month, we got I mean it is a pride month, which is effectively what I just said there. It is non stop barrage. If you say something about a certain lifestyle, if you if you say I don't agree with it, you can live your life. Oh boy, they will, they will come after you. It's considered hate speech in some

states that could potentially get you in trouble. Now, I saw in Michigan. This was in yesterday's I think stack of stuff, asking laws that effectively could get you in trouble if you hurt somebody's feelings or this is wonderful, and I'm not condoning trying to hurt somebody's feelings, But is that really the

direction we should be going. If someone says something that hurts your feelings, or someone says something that goes against your view of reality, even though not yours, but you know their their view of reality is suddenly should be outlawed and banned and someone should go to prison. Is that is that really where we want to go? It's crazy talk. And the thing is, nobody agrees with this. I'm telling you eighty percent of the people are not in

favor of this. There's just the case they're not in favor of And I'm having these discussions and I'm listening to people. I ran to a young lady the other day and she was she doesn't vote. I won't say I won't say her name or anything like that, she doesn't vote. We had a great conversation. She had lots of questions honestly, she's she's center right, and I told her that I would say she's conservative in some way. She's

not complete conservative like me. She's not an ideological conservative, but she's a common sense, normal human being that understands that certain things are good and certain things or not. And she doesn't want to see laws that force things upon the American people that take away choice, and that take away personal preference, and take away free speech, and take away right the gun, the right

to keep him bear arms. She doesn't want to see those things. She's not straight pro life, but she clearly sees that abortion is not something that should be just recreationally jumped into. And just so many people fall into kind of that bucket. And she doesn't follow apology. She's said she doesn't follow it, but she sees it impacting her, her kids at school, and it begins to wake people up. I had a conversation yesterday, very intelligent friend of mine. We agree on a lot. He's not he's not a

conservative. I would say he's center right. Yes, some conservative things. He's very pro capitalism and so forth. And I would say I think, after talking with him, some things that we might not have seen eye to eye on a year or two ago, not in some contentious way, but I think now we're closer to agreeing, because in fact, he even said, you know, I wouldn't have believed this a year ago, he said, but now I do because they've seen, they have seen what is happening

to their society. They have watched what impacts a lot of times is their children, or it's their business, or it's it's something that they've had to contend with in a professional setting, or just pay attention to the news, and they see the never ending series of radical things that are being thrust upon the American people, things that in many instances didn't even weren't even an issue

five minutes ago. And now if you're on the wrong side of the issue, as I bumped my mic there, now, if you're on the wrong side of the issue, you need to be ostracized from society. Normal people are not cool with this, and the normal people, the normal people, are the ones that need I hope, I hope they can be be persuaded to get involved. If average normal people would simply get involved, a lot of this nonsense could be stopped. At the polling place, there's a lot

of them I'm telling you, I encounter them. You know them as well. Now there's also the radicals and the insane folks and people that want to force you to accept their worldview and their deluded reality and what they would call their truth, which is patently ridiculous to me. And you've got to comply and call him they there whatever they them zeser whatever it is. Right, This this nonsense, people, it's not These are not things that normal people

are cool with. And we need more normal people voting because the normal people still don't number the crazies. And it's not all crazy. The other thing is, it's not simply an intellectual craziness. It is a moral depravity that the extreme, guideless, radical left is thrusting upon the American people anyway, And people are waking up to this timehouse in order really really long this segment. My friends, sit tight, you're listening to conservative not bitter talk.

I'm your host, tith Off. Back in a minute. Welcome back to my friends. I want to get to a couple of other headlines here in the news. I don't have a lot of time here, but I do want to mention this oh boy headline here FBI knew Hunter Biden's laptop was real

months months before. Remember when those fifty one self proclaimed national security experts told us in the weeks leading up to the twenty twenty election that we had nothing to be concerned about with the Hunter Biden laptop story because it was a Russian disinformation campaign. Now they'll tell you now, well, we didn't come out and say it like that, and technically they didn't. They gave themselves a caveat because they knew, they knew it was made up. They gave themselves

a caveat. And the caveat is they said in the stupid letter, they said that it would I should say it had the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign. It had all the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign. But the FBI knew, and by the way, so did this talk show host, and so did you, because we talked about this even at the time it was released. It was so stupid on its face, at face value.

So the FBI knew months before that stupid letter was pinned and published and so forth, that that laptop was real and it was not part of a Russian disinformation campaign. Give me a break. Polling shows seventy four percent of Americans think that the US is on the wrong track under Biden. When I say eighty percent of Americans would agree with eighty percent of the things we say on

this show. That's the group I'm talking about right there. I don't know about the twenty six percent who think we're either on the right track or they're not sure. I don't know how you can think anything that's going on in this country is happening on the right track, because this thing is an absolute

unmitigated dumpster fire and disaster. And I'm gonna take a break, come back and wrap up after the set type of my friends, Welcome back, my friends again about all of the time that we have today, but there's so much more, so much more going on out there. We've got a couple of things again. You can see it at the stack of stuff totufshow dot com. Just look for the stack of stuff we've got. The American Library Association. Is that what this thing's called, American Library Association, that is

colluding. That's right, that's my favorite word to use against the Left. They're colluding to prevent Christian parent groups from gathering in libraries. On August fifth, for a Kirk Cameron event. They're trying to collude with one another to prevent this from happening. Taxpayer funded group that's trying to do that, I mean, it is one I don't care if you agree disagree with. Come on the guy. He has absolutely every right, as does anybody to do

this sort of thing. Anyway, folks, I've got to go have a great day. SDG.
