Attention. You're listening to the Tod Huff Radio Show, America's home for conservative not Bitter talk radio. The advised that the content of this program has been documented to prevent and even cure liberalism, and listening may cause you to lean to the rights. Here's your conservative but not Bitter host, Todd Huff. All right, my friends, here, we are back at it on this Thursday. There's one more day this week that we will be in After that,
I'm going to be out next week. I know it's tough to deal with, but we've got some good guest host filling in for us here at the Tod Huff Show next week. We've got Chris Dunham, We've got John Crane, We've got Gary varvill All sitting in to fill in here behind the microphone for me next week. I know it's still not the same, it's still not the same, but you're in good hands next week. And of course I'll be returning had that first week of March. There's a chance I
may be out that Monday. I'm not one sure yet, but we will be back at it that first full week in March. I do want to say this too, I would just want to let you know because those of you that have listened to me have some voice problems a lot this winter. I just wanted to let you know. It's because I know you care and you just want to know what's going on here. But I got. I got. They tested me for strep throat, testing me for strep throat.
I have strep throat. I'm on antibiotics. I'm no longer contagious. I feel better, But I gotta tell you. It kicked my rear end. Kicked my rear end. It's been going around. Maybe it's from coaching. Maybe it's from coaching that fourth grade girls basketball team. I don't know. It seems like every girl on that team was sick at least once and if not twice, including our daughter Audrey. But anyway, I'm okay. I'm just sharing this with you because I like you to know what's going on.
So that being said, there's a couple of things I want to get to here today. First and foremost, I want to start with really the media's defense of President Biden and his mental abilities, his mental capabilities to be president of the United States, his cognitive abilities. However you want to frame this.
They want to make it sound like it's agism. They want it to sound like if you have problems with Biden and the way that he leads, communicates, hides, had someone actually had someone text me by the way, you can be able. You can share your thoughts, your feedback, your opinions, your adoration and praise. Actually I'm wrong. They called and left a message, which you can also do, uh Todd at todd have show dot COM's the email or three one seven two one zero twenty eight thirty that's
where you can text or leave messages. This individual, Bob left a message and says, I think there's a better term besides saying that the left, the Democrat Party is hiding Joe Biden. And I said, okay, Bob, let me know what you think that is. And Bob said, well, I think the term is stay. They got him stashed away. And I kind of think that that's a pretty good term because I think that's that
term kind of is how people. Oh boy, when I think of stashing something away, I think of it almost there's a connotation that almost seems like the first, easiest, most convenient place to put it, get it out of the way. I'm in a hurry hiding something means I'm more you know, I've taken time to think it over. I found a nice spot for it. It's it's something that has been thought through, right I've I've hidden it. And there's certainly that going on right there. There is the the
the hiding of Biden, Hiding Biden, that's what they've been doing. But there is also is something true about it that's I think sad, but I think it needs to be said. The Democrat Party is not is not doing these things to protect Biden. They are doing these things. They are hiding him to protect their agenda. He's not viewed as as a person with you know, with with dignity within the party. If if that was the case,
nobody would let him be going through this. Someone would step up, doctor Jill perhaps others who are making these decisions, and say, look, this is not in his best interest. He's not up to the task at hand. I don't think that this is even debatable. The media. The media wants you to think that this is some right wing conspiracy theory and that we're all agists, which is just stupid. This is I am so over this. If you critic criticize an individual who is female, you're considered a
sexist. If you create to size someone who's from the LGBT community, your homophobic or transphobic or whatever. If you criticize a person who's not white, you are racist. It's so, I mean, it's just convenient for the left. They don't have to defend their ideas that way, they don't have to defend the people who are going out there and who are supposed to be leading this country. And that's what they've done with Joseph Robinette Biden. So
we'll talk. I want to play actually a montage that's been put together by NewsBusters. By NewsBusters, it's about ninety seconds of the media basically doing mental gymnastics to try to convince the American people that Biden is fine, and the problem are the people who are saying he's not fine. So but the listener, Bob said, stashed is a better term, and I think that there
is an element of truth there. I still like the idea, and I think it's true that that hiding Biden is that there is a strategy to it. It's not just something that's last second, but the idea of stashing something away kind of quickly haphazardly. You just do it to get it out of sight. You don't really take necessary care, You just push it out of the way so that it's not in the limelight. I think there's truth in that as well, and that actually is quite indicative of how the people running
the Democrat Party. I think oftentimes view people. People are disposable, and I would say to some degree, both both political parties are that way because
it's always about the political victory, it's always about the optics. But when if Joe Biden is as mentally unwell as I believe he is, as many American people think that he is, is for them to continue to put him through this and to put him out on stage, even though they don't do it very often, is just not is just not a very kind and compassionate thing to do. In fact, it's quite the opposite of that. So
that being said, the media is in full fledged gas lighting mode. And so this is a montage of people in the media telling us how mentally sharp Biden is, how just wonderful he is. They don't even know what we're talking about. This is gas lighting at its finest. It's ninety seconds. It's been put together by NewsBusters. I want to play it for you and I want to talk about it. But here it is they're concerned about Joe Biden's age. You probably don't know Joe Biden. Biden is actually in good
shape mentally. He's quite acute. Any aid who engages with him or reporters, we can see this. The gears of his mind are working. Media has so fixated on Biden and Biden purportedly having cognitive issues. It's not just making an issue of Biden's age. It's lying. It's saying he's senile, saying he's demented, saying he's out of it. Russian television has been filled with speculation about President Biden's age, about his mental state of mind. That's
an issue pushed by right wing media, but it's not correct. You Republicans on the other side of spent four years almost kind of weaponizing Biden's age against him. Trump is not that much younger than him. Biden is just a couple of years older than Donald Trump. Well, why so much attention on Biden's age. Trump isn't much younger. This whole vein is really really unsanely, I mean agism. I'm going to say quite bluntly, there is some
agism going on here. I think there is some agism going on. Biden's personal physician wrote that he quote remains a healthy, vigorous eighty year old male. He is a healthy, vigorous eighty year old male. He had a good physical as doctor says, He's vigorous. And the reality is a thing like the dystopian picture that the Republicans are trying to paint of the CW. Donnering president and sharp as attack, sharp as a tack, that's what we're
supposed to believe. Sharp is attack. We'll put him out there, put him out there. Why don't you want him debating JFK Junior? Why did you push RFK Junior? Excuse me? Why did you push RFK Junior out of the Democrat primary? Why? Because you didn't want him having him Biden having to defend his ideas, his policies, his track record in a primary. He's going to have a hard enough time saving this until the very end of the process and going up against Trump in a debate. By the way,
Trump's out there saying he has an obligation. I have an obligation to debate this guy, no matter how bad. I'm walloping him in the polls. I have an obligation to the American people to go out there and have a debate with Joseph Robinette Biden, president bribery himself. I have an obligation to do it, and I'm going to do it. Put him out there, Democrat Party, put him out there. Put him out there like the Republican Well, the Republicans. Don't put Trump anywhere. Trump goes where Trump
wants to go, but go out there like Trump does. Go out there and extemporaneously speak from a stage. I don't even expect you to do it half as long as Trump. I don't expect you to do it anywhere with the same remotely the same amount of frequency. Just do it some, Just do it some. Let's let's see it. They act as though this is this if you don't know what gaslighting is, this is a one hundred percent what gaslighting is? You my friends, I, my friends, we my
friends have seen Joseph Robinette Biden over these past three years. We also saw him during the campaign prior to these past three years. We've watched him fall, We've watched him tip over on a bicycle. Somehow as he was straddling it, remaining stationary, falling to the ground. We've seen him fall going down the stairs, up the stairs, I should say, of Air Force one, multiple times falling face first on the stage at the United States Air
Force Academy. Look, can I understand accidents happen? Right? Anybody can trip and fall. I remember years ago when I was still a younger. I was still what in right, junior high maybe early high school. But when George HW. Bush was meeting had a meeting in Japan, and he actually got sick during one of these state dinners or whatever, that was a big deal. Getting sick was a big deal one time, getting sick. Biden falls on a regular basis. You watch this guy during a speech.
Forget about the speech itself, forget about the amount of times when he freezes up during the speech. Especially if he doesn't have Q cards. That's a whole other thing. He's got Q cards, he's got pictures of people in the audience, which member of the media to call on preapproved questions. Do these sound like things you do with a candidate, with a president, with a politician, does this sound like the way you handle that person if they
have all of their cognitive faculties with them. No, it's not. You've been gas lit. I've been gas lit. We have seen it. We have seen him freeze on stage. We have seen him forget what the declaration of independence is called. We've seen that, remember that, you know the thing, as he said, We've seen him do any number of these aren't. These are not simply you know, slips of the tongue. These are not momentary mistakes. Again, I have been more than fair about this.
I have been absolutely more than fair about this on this. You know, doing this program, when you talk a decent amount every day, you are bound to make mistakes. Even someone as highly trained and qualified as me behind this microphone. You're gonna sometimes say the wrong name. You're gonna sometimes,
you know, reference a number wrong, a date wrong, whatever. And if you're thinking, especially if you're thinking about, you know, making one particular point, or you're you're following a particular train of thought, and there's some ancillary detail that you have to talk about along the way, A date, a name, it's easy sometimes to say the wrong name. That's not what we're talking about, that's not what we're talking about. We didn't get
dates wrong. Not talking about saying Susie when he should have been saying Stephanie. We're talking about massive, massive, just complete mental shut down. He'll start to say something and he'll pause and he'll say, oh, buh, well, I shouldn't say that. I better just keep that to myself. That's become a tactic, my friends. He loses his train of thought.
He's lost his train of thought so frequently that he has probably been coached, probably trained himself to when he realizes he's in trouble, to say, well, I better not go there. Well I better not say that. Well that might get me in trouble. Well I'm not gonna get into that now. Some version of that happens on a reg basis. Again, I don't fault anybody for having moments like this on occasion, But when does on occasion turn into a pattern. A pattern is something that is repeated. A pattern
is something that happens time and again. A pattern is something that we can see and someone begins to become known for having those particular characteristics. That is the pattern of this president. No matter what these folks in this montage were saying, they can tell you that Biden is sharp, But if they show you Biden, and you watch Biden on your own, and you don't have any or you don't pay any attention to you don't have any preconceived notions or
ideas. You don't let them them in the media, them and the Democrat Party. You don't let them impact your thinking on a particular issue or on someone's cognitive ability. If you just judge it for yourself based upon what you see. There is absolutely no way, there is no way, no way, not one single way, that a sane, reasonable human being would think any of those things that the media was trying to communicate in that montage.
And by the way, if you have a problem with these for your commander in chief, if you're concerned, if your commander in chief gives off signs, has symptoms that make you think maybe there is a dementia issue, some sort of a cognitive consideration concerned to have, if you have those concerns, you don't hate old people. I'm sick of this. This is so stupid. It's patronizing. It is designed. It's designed to protect the president.
It's designed to protect his chances of winning re election. It's not designed to give the American people the truth. It's not designed to allow people to know what's really going on so that they can make a decision with as much of the information that they can actually be privy to prior to an election. This president is in massive trouble. I take no pride. I take no pleasure in saying this. For those that do, I reject that. I think that that is sad. This isn't not a joke. It's not it's not
something that he should be mocked over. I do think that we might have to be dramatic in communicating it because they in the media, they and the Democrat Party are in absolute denial the fact they're claiming the opposite is true. Not only is he not in decline, the guy is so mentally sharp at eighty one or whatever he is, eighty one, He's so sharp that they just chuckle at the notion that we people like me, people like you,
that have these questions. They chuckle because he's so sharp. If only you could see him, my friends, that's right, If only you could see him in all of his glory, just going into those meetings, just pop pop pop, rapid fire, asking questions, filling in important dates and information
and context and everything else. Rapid fire, going around the table, giving direction, providing feedback, getting his question, asking the questions, and getting answers to questions, so that he can make decisions based upon what is in the best interest of this country. Just rapid fire, going left and right. They want you to believe that, But what evidence suggests that anything like that is even in the realm of remote possibility, is my friend, there
is literally no evidence of that. The evidence suggests that exactly the opposite is true. And that's based upon the limited information that we are known, well that we know because they have been hiding him, or as Bob would say, they've been stashing him away. I'm long in this segment, quick time out. A little bit more to say about this. On the other side of the break, we'll also get to the Trump the judgment against Trump, and how ridiculous this is, the amount of money that it is, and
just how well does Trump have a case constitutionally under the eighth Amendment. So we'll talk a little bit about that in due course, my friends, but timeouts in order. Sit tight back here in just a minute. Welcome back to my friends. They all, they all, they all know that what they are telling you is false. They all know that there are legitimate concerns about Biden's mental fitness. They all know this. They are lying to you.
This is why I call them professional deceivers. They have one thing, and one thing only on their mind, and that one thing is a democratic political victory in November. It matters not None of the details matter. None of the details matter. It doesn't matter what personal damage they have to do to Biden. It doesn't matter what risk they might be putting this country at as far as putting someone in the White House, that is not capable of
making decisions, None of that matters to them. They don't care. They care only about their political power. This is sick, This is twisted, and they all know. They are all willingly, all willingly lying to us. They are all willingly exploiting Joseph Robinette Biden. They are all doing it, every single solitary one of them. And it is sad and it is sick. And you are not a hater of old people by wanting your commander
in chief to be mentally fit. This is where they're conflating the issue intentionally. They're saying, look, and you heard it in the montage. Look, it's not. You know, Biden's not that much older than Trump. They want you to conflate the issue of age and the issue of mental capacity for being president of the United States. That's what they want. They want you to be confused. They want you to think, man, if I don't give this guy another chance, then I am, well, I'm just
a person that hates old people. And I remember when my grandma and grandpa or whatever began to have cognitive decline, and then there's an emotional thing. Well, that's not fair to them and everything else. No, it's absolutely reasonable, folks. It is absolutely reasonable to be concerned about the fitness of
any person mentally ideologically. This is my whole point. In fact, this is one of the bedrock foundational cornerstones of this program, is that it is that the things that we are taught about politics, which is, you know, identity politics. All that matters is someone race, gender, ethnicity, that you cannot attack certain ideas if they are held by certain people in society because you will be called either racist or homophobic, or transphobic or sexist or
whatever. That is the game strategy, and it has worked for a long time on a lot of people, and it's sad because it has prevented us from talking about the real issue. This is not about age, although one cannot deny that cognitive ability often decreases as we age, but we're not talking about a general decrease. Biden could have a decrease in his cognitive abilities and
it not reached the level that should be concerning to the American people. I mean, it's true that maybe he's just not as sharp as he was years ago. That's not what we're talking about. We are talking about the ability to make sound judgments, to think things through, to explain a position, to articulate, and to communicate what's going on in your mind. And those things are not happening. On top of that, the guy is confused about
where to go anytime he's in public. They've put x's on the ground where he's supposed to stand. He has people lead him around to show him where to go. He often makes comments that he's not supposed to say something because he's going to get in trouble. He's the president. He doesn't answer to the staff. The staff answers to him. That's the way it should be.
But that's not what's happening. And so here we are as I've said before, we have a commander in chief, someone that's making these decisions that's not held accountable by the American people because we don't know who that person is. I mean, we've got some pretty good guesses, but we don't know who that person is. We're not casting a ballot for that person because it's sure the heck is not President bribery anyway. That's all I want to say
about that today. But the media and the Democrat Party are trying to gaslight us. They're trying to gaslight us about Biden's mental fitness from for office. They want us to think that his mental fitness is simply tied to his age. And if you have questions about that, then you, I guess, hate old people. It's ridiculous. Don't fall for it. It's silly. It's another form of identity politics. And I've got to take a break. You know, there's one more thing I might want to say about this.
It's got to take a break here. But it's not going back through that, you know, through the specifics. But there's one other thing that I think follows from this that I think is important, and I'll touch on that after the break. So and then we'll talk about Trump in his the judgment against him for three hundred and fifty five million dollars plus fifteen million dollars of interest. So we'll do that in due course. After the break, my
friends sit tight back in a minute. Welcome back, my friends, said, I had one more thing I want to say about this. Well, it's kind of a I don't know. It's a next step in the thinking as we look at the situation with Biden and just some of the claims that have been made over over time about Biden not being the candidate and all this other stuff. I'll get to that in a moment, but before I do
that, I want to tell you a little bit about our friends. At my pillow, my pillow as you know, we have my pillow pillows here, we have my pillow sheets in the huff household, we have my pillow towels, we have my pillow slippers, and we have my pillow dog bed. Well, Echo and Tango have the my pillow dog bed. In fact, in fact, they're in here right now with me. They're not making
a peep. Echo and Tango. So but my friends, you can save up to eighty percent, up to eighty percent on select items by going to MyPillow dot com slash Todd, use promo code Todd, and you can save up to eighty percent. You can also support Mike Lindell and his company, who have been targeted in every conceivable way. He's been pulled from big box
stores, his partnership with Fox News has been ended. As I understand it now, they've always worked directly with the consumer, but they also had these other places where you could go, like the big box stores and get their products. But because of the political I guess connotation that comes from Mike Lindell being a very outspoken supporter of Donald Trump, who's had very well He's questioned
the election integrity of twenty twenty. Because he's done that so vociferously, he has paid a price and so I'm not saying to support him just because of that. But the products are good and there's a lot of different things they offer there. And on top of that, it's nice to know that you're supporting someone who's helping this country in ways that is four Hourrow all of our own best interests. Supporting this country is founded fighting for principles of liberty,
of freedom, of truth, Mypilo dot com slash Todd. You can use discount code promo code Todd and save up to eighty percent while shopping there. So the last comment I wanted to make about this, and then we'll talk about Trump in his judgment. The judgment against Trump three hundred and fifty five million plus interest by in New York. The last comment I want to make at this moment in time regarding Biden, regarding his you know how they're defending
him his mental fitness for office. They say, hey, this guy sharp is attack. Remember Kareem John Pierre a few days ago, maybe last week, told us he gets more Joe Biden gets more done in a in an hour than the average American gets done in a day, which is insulting to the average American. But that's the storyline. That's that's the test balloon that they're going with right now. They are circular circling the proverbial wagons here defending
Biden at all costs. And I just want to this is a moment just to remind or I guess to point out for those that have been adamant and we've talked about it on here too. Well, we we've talked about In fact, we just talked about a couple of weeks ago, the rumors about Michelle Obama, uh potentially being the candidate to come in for for Biden. And I think it's fine to to ask these questions, to talk about these
things. But there's a difference between that and then the people that make these bombastic claims and they tell us, Oh, this is definitely gonna happen, this is definitely gonna happen, and you know, wait until next Tuesday. Oh yes, the timeline has been set. Oh yes, and none of these things ever come to fruition. I just wonder, I just wonder.
You know, you can talk about these things, you can ask questions about these things, you can speculate to a point, But if you're going to come out and make bombastic claims, which I would, I would say at some point, if that's what an individual is doing, they're just wanting the attention and the clicks, because at what point do you stop listening to people who make these claims. Biden's going to be whatever, Biden's going to be
out of office next week. Biden's going to be replaced by Michelle Obama. Again, I have no problem with people who ask the questions, who raise these things and say, you know, I think this might happen. I don't have any problem with that. But for people to make definitive claims time and time again about all sorts of things, you know, wait until this
happens, and then oh yeah, then we've got them right. This is gonna be you know, wait until the summer, waiting until the fall, wait until the next election, wait until we win control of the Senate, wait until this, wait until that, and then nothing, nothing happens. Again. No problem with speculation, no problem with just talking about these things, because I know these conversations are happening. There's no doubt these conversations are
happening amongst the Democrats, amongst the power brokers in the Democrat Party. There's no doubt that these conversations are happening. But for someone to come repeatedly and predict things outright, predict them, making bold predictions time and time again that never come to fruition. I just find myself wondering why listen to these people. They clearly do not know what they're talking about. They clearly have another I don't know agenda. I mean there and if you're going to make these
predictions and none of them come true. If predictions is what you're staking your entire I don't know, your entire commentary career upon and you're wrong every time, then what's the point. You're like a weatherman weatherman who's wrong all the time. And you know, if the weather man's wrong all the time, I don't know about you, but I don't even really pay attention to the weather because I feel like it's so wrong there's no point to really even listen.
And so that's my question. How long And I'm not saying we shouldn't be forgiving or understandable or understanding, I should say, and how many times are we going to allow people? How long are we going to take predictions seriously that never materialize? Ever, there's a whole history of this grand predictions.
I don't know is it appealing? Is it like mentally stimulating for some people to hear these things and to think about them, and then they don't materialize, and then they think, what's the next thing we can talk about? I don't know. We don't do that on here. In fact, there's some things that even I think might be happening, And if I'm not confident enough that I think that that's really right. I don't come out here and say it, or if I do, I ask questions. I just
don't think it's responsible. You lose credibility. We have a real battle to fight here. Can be getting people's hopes up over these things that are never going to materialize, and I'm not Look, he may not be the candidate I think he's going to be. I've been remarkably consistent about this, But how many times are predictions going to be wrong before we hold people accountable? And finally to say I'm stening any longer? Anyway? Timeouts in order,
my friends. Sits tight back in a minute, my friends. So the other thing I wanted to touch on here today was this judgment against Trump, judgment of what three hundred and fifty five million dollars plus what fifteen million dollars of interest coming to a three hundred seventy million dollars fine from New York A New York judge, you know this guy, Judge Arthur Ingern. He decreed
that he had this. I mean, it's a serious, serious fine, right, And so Mark Levin had mentioned this, saying that that fine, that massive amount of a fine is constitutionally a problem, and the reason is because of the Eighth Amendment. The Eighth m is saying this excessive in part and excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel
and unusual punishments inflicted. So you got a bunch of law professors. Jonathan Turley, as an example, called the three hundred and seventy million dollar judgment confiscatory, extreme and abusive. Others have referred to this as stalinistic. This is not what our founders envisioned. And so does President Trump have a claim that this excessive punishment By the way, By the way, Letitia James is out there saying, look, if Trump doesn't have the money to pay this
fine, we're going to confiscate his property, maybe even his buildings. So they are in full attack mode. Three hundred and seventy million dollars. When you factor in the interest, would you say that that's a excessive fine, especially especially when there's no victim. Trump paid back the money. The banks said that they would lend Trump money again, and the banks it wasn't that the banks went and reviewed did an assessment on the value of properties themselves to
prior to agreeing to the mount the amounts of the loan. This is all crazy stuff, my friends. It is all part and parcel of a political witch hunt. Got to take a break, though out of time here back in a minute, I for one, would sure like to see President Trump challenge this. I'd like to seem challenge this on the grounds of the Eighth Amendment. I'm not a legal scholar, I'm not a professor. I'm not I didn't go to law school, none of that stuff. I'm just saying.
I'm just saying that this certainly constitutes an excessive fine. Absolutely, the Founders didn't want this. The Founders understood that this sort of thing, this sort of action by the government in this case, through the courts against citizens, could have a dramatic impact on our liberty, on our ability to, I mean to take political opposition. This is targeting an individual in every conceivable way possible, who is outside of the political class today. This cannot be
allowed to stay in, my friends. And there's so many more problems with this, but I've got to go. STG
