Attention. You're listening to the Tod Huff Radio Show, America's home for conservative not bitter talk radio. Be advised. The content of this program has been documented to prevents and even cure liberalism, and listening may cause you to lean to the right. Here's your conservative but not Bitter host, Todd Huff. Well, greetings, my friends, and welcome to today's episode of The Todd Huff Show. I hope you had a wonderful weekend emails. Should you want
to be part of this day's conversation Todd at Todhoffshow dot com. Three one seven two one zero twenty eight thirty. You know the routine that is the text number. Thoughts, questions, feedback, adoration, and praise are all accepted at that number. And it is a good It's good to be here. It's good to be it's cold, My goodness, isn't cold. I'm not, you know, I get I guess spring fever beginning of the year, and it has been frigid, frigid, frigid here in Indiana. I
don't want to hear from those of you who are in warmer place. I don't know if there's many warmer places anywhere in the country right now, but don't want to hear about it. It's too frigid here to think about. But today, my friends, is the day of the Iowa Caucuses, and I want to start with that. I want to get to some other things as well. In fact, I want to get to something that the good bad Guy, the good bad guy here at the Todd Have Show, has
sent me late last week. That and he's right, something that's important that I don't think you've heard. I don't think you've heard this yet, and I want to share it with you. Thanks of course to the good bad Guy for making drawing that to my attention. And we'll talk about that as well. But I want to start here by talking about the Iowa Caucus. The Iowa Caucus. We've been talking about this as we move into the new year. We've been talking about what's I mean. Look, we hit the
ground running. I know that we were out for some time, actually an extra week or so. We were out. It was some unforeseen personal things that I shared last week. But we we knew that we were going to hit the ground running in twenty twenty four, and we know that it's going to be an intense year. This is this is an election year. Of course, this is some you can make the case this is for all the marbles. If the Left is able to win this, we have serious,
serious problems. We have serious, serious problems as it stands today. We'll have even more serious problems if the Left is somehow able to pull this thing off. But today is the first of a series of days that we're going to talk about here. In the first well, the first couple of months of the year. Then we get to Super Tuesday, which is what I think, it's March fifth this year, which is the day after Trump is scheduled to begin his DC trial. We got all kinds of stuff on the
horizon, but I want to start with this. This is a bright Bart final Iowa caucus poll shows Trump with the largest lead in Des Moines Register final survey history. So the article says here Brightbart dot com. As per usual, you can find the link to this article on our website, totefshow dot com, and you can just go to the stack of stuff. Hat tip to the late great rush Linball for well, for that's that. I named
it that in honor of him. So, but this article says this, Donald Trump made history Saturday, This would have been this past Saturday, over the weekend, as he prepares to romp in Monday's long awaited Iowa caucus. The final Iowa caucus poll by the Des Moines Register shows Donald Trump at forty
eight percent, a whopping twenty eight percent higher than the nearest challenger. Now, there's a tweet here, tweeted out from Interactive Polls that says Trump's lead plus twenty eight is the biggest recorded lead in any final pre gop caucus the
history of the Des Moines Registered poll. Like there's a word missing there, but nonetheless the point is, this is the biggest lead anyone has had in the Republican Party based upon the final survey, the final poll results that were conducted by the Des Moines Register. Here is here, I could I should say. Here are the numbers. Trump is at forty eight percent according to the poll. Niki Hailey is at twenty percent according to the poll. Ron
DeSantis is at sixteen percent. Ramaswami's at eight, Hutchinson is at one, Binkley's at one. I'm you know, but he's up forty He's up twenty eight points over Nicki Haley. And as we predicted, as we expect later today we will see. We believe we're gonna see some major Trump victory in Iowa. And so well, Nikki Haley finished second. As this poll suggests, she supposedly has passed Ron De Santis. Which that's a whole other topic
for a whole nother conversation. Just the way that Ron De Santis's campaign has I would say imploded. I don't know if that's true. They never had a chance, I know, and I don't take pleasure saying this. But folks, we told you, we told you, and you know this if you pay attention and are critically thinking about this. This is unlike any campaign, any primary in the history, well modern history of the Republican Party.
Americans have been chomping at the bid, as I like to say, chomping at the bid to vote for Donald J. Trump as president or as the nominee first and then s as president. And this has been building for a lot of folks over the course of several years. Now. Trump represents. Trump represents a person, he represents, an idea, He represents fight that says, enough of the nonsense in Washington, DC. That is what he
represents. He represents what average everyday Americans consider to be reasonable in common sense policy, like securing the border as an example, cutting taxes as an example, not causing World War III as an example. My goodness, this world
is on fire. It's amazing too. It is utterly amazing to watch these people, the people in the media, the people who are operating and controlling these seven pillars of propaganda as I like to call them on this program, the influencers in those respective pillars, the pillars of government, the pillars of media, the pillar of entertainment. There's seven total pillars, and they today they are being operated by leftists to try to convince you that you're crazy.
They're there to gaslight you as what they're there for. They're there to convince you that up is down, day is night. Whatever they want. They want to wipe away sense and reason and logic, this idea that we all should just educate ourselves, learn how to think, not learn what to think, but learn how to think, and so we can then be able to go through and take a part, take a part, reassemble, analyze,
synthesize information that we're being fed by these seven pillars of propaganda. And they have tried with all of their might to convince us of all sorts of things. Trump is basically the devil. Trump is evil, and that the world, if Trump was elected, was going to be ignited into this massive dumpster fire. And what is fascinating to me? Fascinating to me? Now I live it, You live it, So it ceases to be an intellectual exercise.
It becomes our reality. That's not funny, that's not fascinating. That's that that's real to me, that's real to you. We have to contend and deal with this silly nonsense. But it's incredible to watch this happen, to wear these deceivers, the professional deceivers running the seven pillars of propaganda, operating within the swamp, talking with us on the evening news or writing articles wherever, posting these things online. The people who are censoring information that are
so called fact checkers on social media platforms and so forth. It is remarkable to me. It is remarkable to me that they can convince a group of people to be afraid of the things that they tell us in our imagination, that Trump is going to cause. And then meanwhile we literally watch a series of events that are as bad or in some cases maybe even many cases worse
than in the predicted doomsday projections. Doomsday predictions, the things that are actually happening are worse, is the point, at least as bad and sometimes worse than what they tell us Trump is going to do if we vote him in.
And it is remarkable to me to see the lack of connection between the reality around us, from Yemen to Afghanistan, to the southern border, to tax rates, to inflation, to the deficit that's increasing, all of these things, COVID policies, tyranny, all across the fruited plane, woke silliness happening. I saw that there is a school, it's in the stack of stuff, a school that's in trouble in Pennsylvania. I believe it's being sued for a allegedly helping students who, by the way, are miners, who
you could say, our children. They are accused of helping them change their gender secretively without notification or of parents, or seeking to get parental approval or whatever. They're just doing it allegedly, according to this lawsuit. I think it's in Pennsylvania. So you see all of these things happening, and it's as bad, if not worse than the dire predictions of what would happen if
Trump were elected as president. And there's a disconnect. It's as though because the media doesn't talk about it doesn't get people riled up about the things that are happening under Biden. Of course for obvious reasons, because they are in fact the pr firm of the Biden administration, the Biden campaign. Now as we're in a campaign year, and so people the low information voter as Rush used to call it, or just the people who are enamored by or under
the influence of the media narrative. It's incredible to watch this. It is it is just spectacular to behold. It is absolutely mind boggling to me to watch this transpire. People are afraid of Trump, for example, starting World War three, when Biden is actually overseeing what very easily could become World War three with Yemen. I mean, it is as tense as as you can
imagine. I got another story in the stack of stuff that talks about this recent election in Taiwan, the Taiwan The newly elected president of Taiwan is an individual who is fiercely opposed to China having claims over Taiwan. This president wants Taiwan to maintain independence. Of course, Xi Jingping of China has said that that's not going to happen. He has plans to quote unquote reunify with Taiwan. The Biden administrations out there saying they stand firmly against this idea of an
independent Taiwan, of a free Taiwan. Folks, there is kindling everywhere. Gasoline has been applied around the world from what is happening in Israel, what has happened in Gaza with Hamas. We've got Biden, by the way, that's another story in this tac of stuff. Biden who the administration, his administration is responsible for the terror lists, classifying organizations as terrorist organizations. He was asked about adding the hu Thies and Yimen to that list, and he
says it's the relevant. It wasn't the word irrelevant, but basically the same thing. It didn't matter. It doesn't matter if they're on the list. Well, no, kidne, it doesn't matter because we've got a terrorist organization leading the Palestinians in Gaza who have enacted a completely straight acts of terrorism on Israelis, and half of the Democrat Party is blaming the israelis. I mean, it's absolutely an upside down world. It is burning all around us.
It is spreading like wildfire from again, from Ukraine to Gaza, with what's happening between Israel and Hamas, to Hesbola, to the Huthies, to what happened in Afghanistan, to inflation ticking back up, which we talked about late last week. It is an absolute dumpster fire in every conceivable way. And there are still people who think everything is fine and it's going to be bad
if Trump is elected, when in reality, it's bad right now. For those of us who care enough to pay attention and to think for ourselves, time out is in order, my friends, sit tip plenty of more to get to on today's program. You're listening to conservative not bitter talk. I am your host, the one, the only, the beloved tot of back here in just a minutefully move on and talk about what the good, bad guy here at the totub Show told me share with me late last week.
I want to talk about something else that is, of course in our stack of stuff at totufshow dot com. Headline here, this is a newsweek newsweek dot Com. Listen to the headline here, anti Trump polster admits Heed place a one hundred fifty thousand dollars bet on Trump winning. Now that's just the title. If you know, if you read the article, JH, I'm going to share with you what it says. You don't have to do it,
but you can. It says this an anti Trump polster. By the way, this is Frank Lunce Frank Lunz story there with Frank Lunz, but Frank Lunz, who is not a fan of Trump, said he would place a one hundred and fifty thousand dollars bet on former President Donald Trump winning. This is we're not talking about the primary today, of course, we're talking Iowa caucuses and all of that. We're talking about the general election. Lunce
says he thinks Trump is going to win the general election. The general election, that's a big deal, my friends. Trump winning the general election means to Bernie Sanders supporter tuning in here today, that means he would be president of the United States again. So having Trump when the general election means that Trump would be president. So it's not just the Republican primary, which is, as I've said, a foregone conclusion. All of this focus on DeSantis
and Nikki Hayley. It just folks, it's not going to matter. In the final analysis. This is Trump versus Biden unless something, unless something way crazy happens on the Democrat side, or I suppose there's a tiny, tiny, tiny sliver of possibility that could include Trump not being the nominee, but it would have to be extreme. I mean, it would have to be absolutely extreme where Trump couldn't be on the ballots, which of course we know
we're having a Supreme Court hearing on that. We have other states that are trying to take Trump off the ballot. Maine has done it in addition to Colorado, at least for the time being, Colorado through its state Supreme Court, Maine through It's what Secretary of State, I believe Trump's Name's coming off the ballot. And this is again, as I've said before, and you'll
hear me say it again, this is the Seinfeld Newman strategy. They're going to take do whatever it takes, as long as it takes them, so long as it takes Trump away from the White House, and my friends, in spite of all of their efforts, In spite of all their efforts, Polster Frank Luntz has now he's answering a question here. He didn't just walk up to somebody on the street and he said, hey, I was thinking thinking about placing one hundred and fifty thousand dollars bet on Trump being the next
president elect of the United States. That's not what happened. He was asked by a reporter, if you had to bet, if you had to bet one hundred and fifty thousand dollars, I don't know how we ended up with that figure, but nonetheless, if we had, if you had to bet one hundred and fifty thousand dollars on who's gonna win in November, who would you bet on? So you're gonna hear Lunce respond to that, bet one hundred and fifty thousand dollars and who's gonna win in November? Who would you
bet on? Those two points. I never dreamed that I would say this now, but I would bet on Trump that never. Never I thought it was done. I thought it was over. You don't come back from an impeachment. If you don't come back from January sixth, you don't come back from any of this. But he's come back the guy's a survivor and his opponent he's having so much trouble. Yeah, that I would at this point
give the edge to Trump, give the edge to Trump. He sounds almost well shocked and disappointed, shocked as he said, I never would have guessed. Now, you would have guessed, either through your own abilities to understand and read the tea leaves or by listening to this program. You knew that
there always existed the possibility that this would happen. They're all that's why, I you know, for people that are supposedly in the know, this is crazy to me how you can get to the point where you don't think that Trump had any chance of being not just the nominee but also the president. Now we've had a long way to go. I'm not I'm not talking about
me personally. I don't bet. I don't make predictions in the sense of but there are things that are so obvious and to say that this is shocking and surprising where we are with Trump is just that's not a fair assessment to
me. If you are critical in your thinking, if you understand what's going on, if you understand the connection to Trump, if you understand how many people are just eagerly wanting someone like Trump to come in and to try to save this republic because or before I should say, before it goes completely and irretrievably over to the dark side. And of course I know we've got a mess inside the swamp and everything else. And the Seven Pillars are propaganda,
I get that. But Trump is an encouraging figure to folks. He's folks. The signs have been up. They still you'll still see, depending upon where you are in the country, you'll still see Trump Pence, twenty sixteen, stickers, twenty twenty stickers and signs, depending upon again where you are in the country. But you could see a lot of these. The rallies never wavered, right, The merchandise was always sold. Now, those are
indicators you can't predict based upon selling merchandise. But to pretend like it doesn't mean anything is incredibly naive or at worst, intentionally deceptive, which of course is the route that the radicals running the Seven Pillars are propaganda go. We've always known that this excitement, this enthusiasm has been there. We've always known that anybody who has an objective bone in their body. I'm not even telling you to like it. I think can to the alternative, it's a you
should like it. I'm not even but I'm not commenting on that. I'm just commenting on why this is shocking, why this is something that someone like Frank Lantz, whose entire career is to try to communicate what Americans are thinking. I just it's mind boggling to me to think that someone can truly come to that conclusion without having an agenda, without having a quote unquote dog in
the fight or whatever. It's just it makes no sense. You're not qualified to be able to tell us what Americans think if you couldn't see this coming. I just I don't it makes no sense. Now, of course that's at face value. If you start looking at intentions and what's really being done
and so forth, that's another thing altogether. But I do think for the people that run around in sight the Beltway bubble, people who hang around people who are just vehemently haters of Trump, they can't even comprehend that average, normal, salt of the earth, good decent people are wanting Trump to regain control of the executive branch, to try to change some of the policies, to try to well change a lot of what we're dealing with today to push
through common sense conservative principles and values. And it's shocking to Scent to Frank LUNs. It shouldn't be shocking to anyone who understands how Americans think, which is why, of course you're very wise tuned into this program. But also to use your own judgment, you knew this. This is not shocking or surprising. It's what is really shocking is what they've been willing to do to stop him. That well, if you we knew that they willing to do
anything. But I'm saying, if you want to look at what's really shocking is that they did it, and that half of America is prepared to excuse it because the ends of stopping Trump, the ends justifies the means. They don't care, They don't care what it's been done. They have been stirred in to such a hatred and a frenzy over Trump that whatever you do is justified in the minds of maybe half of America, my friends, And that's
where we are. It's not shocking that Trump is going to be the nominee and possibly be the president in twenty twenty four, well elected in twenty twenty four. What shocking is what our government is doing to prevent that from being the case, and Americans just going along with it. Now you don't, I don't, many don't, if far too many are totally cool with the timeouts in order though my friends sit tight back here in mere moments, welcome
back, my friends. As I alluded to off of the top of the program, I want to talk this segment on something, this segment and maybe next segment on what the good bad guy here at the program sent me or talk to me about on on Friday sent me a link over the weekend. You won't believe what Google's policy. Actually you will believe it, but it's
still a shocking to hear what Google's policies are going to be. As we move into twenty twenty four, you're going to see some positioning preemptively by some of these companies to prepare for what's going to happen or what they well prepare for the twenty twenty four election potentially. I gotta be careful here I say that. I'm just telling you my thoughts and the things that catch my attention as far as that goes, So I'll get into that in a moment.
But did you know, my friends, that gold has outperformed the S and P five hundred and the DOW since nineteen seventy one, when the US took the dollar off of the gold standard. Ask yourself, is that a coincidence? Of my friends? When the US government allowed people to own gold again,
they reclassified gold as a commodity rather than a paper currency backstop. Even though the US itself hoards and holds the highest amount of physical gold in its own reserve, all countries, all central banks, all major institutions, and even the IMF, the International Monetary Fund own substantial gold holdings. Of all the entities that control that fiat paper money supply and so forth, have physical gold, doesn't make sense for you to as well. That's something you'd like
to learn more about. I encourage you to check out our friends at Harvard gooldgroup dot com. That's Harvardgoldgroup dot com. Use promo code Todd, you'll get a two hundred and fifty dollars credit. Harvard Goldgroup dot com. Promo code Todd my first name. To Odd, you'll get a two hundred and
fifty dollar credit. So let's talk about this change to Google policy. We're gonna have to get into this the next segment of the program as well, but I at least want to lay at least want to lay the foundation here because it's it is a remarkable thing. It truly is. It is a remarkable thing to realize, to think how we have in the past, well, you say four years, but this has been in the works, my friends, behind the scenes for a long long time, this march toward the
left. You hear me reference these seven pillars of propaganda. This just didn't pop up last last night. But here we are today dealing it with it in ways that we haven't dealt with it before. And now we're in an election year here, we are just two weeks into the new year, just two weeks into the new year, and some policies are changing, some policies are being updated, and so forth, social media and all those sorts of
things. But we're talking specifically here about Google. So Google's policy. I want to read this, and we're going to discuss on the other side of the break here, but I want to read this. It's pretty short. It's called the Update to Inappropriate Content Policy. This is what it says. In February twenty twenty four. That is, of course, next month, Google will update the Inappropriate Content Policy to clarify the definition of sensitive events.
Sounds rather interesting, Let's continue A sensitive event air quotes, there by well Seinfeld air quotes is an unforeseen event or development that creates significant risk to Google. Google's ability to provide high quality, relevant information and ground truth, which you know, that just seems like a weird phrase to me. You know, when I one of my first jobs, I'll tell you why, Well,
two things pop into mind. Number one, when I see ground truth, I think the first thing I thought of was, like, you know, grounding as far as electrical circuits are concerned. But then I'm also reminded of when I was a young man, one of my first jobs, one of my first jobs, I worked at a Delhi. I worked at a Delhi. I had my license, so I think I was sixteen. I
was sixteen or seventeen. I know I wasn't didn't have my license before I was fifteen, although if anybody should have it probably should have been this guy. But anyway, so I worked at the Delhi and of course we would you know, we would have ground chuck and ground round. I don't ground truth. That is what the media does to it, by the way, and social media and the pillars of propaganda, they do grind truth to its
absolute just they obliterated. But that's not what Google means here, but it says ground truth anyway, and reduce insensitive or exploitative content in prominent and monetized features. During a sensitive event, we may take a variety of actions to address those risks. And this all sounds relatively understandable, but you start to think, what is a sensitive event and what are these actions that are going to take. Who's going to be defining these things? They continue here.
Examples of sensitive events include events with significant social, cultural, or you guessed at political impact, such as civil emergencies, natural disasters, public health emergencies, terrorism and related activities, conflict or mass acts of violence. Now they list some examples. I'm not going to get into it right at the moment because I got to take a time outs. But that is, my friends,
what's coming in twenty twenty four as it pertains to go. Well, now that may seem I don't know, I don't think it will to you, but maybe some of you think, so what that seems benign? But I don't think that it is benign. I think it's again something that we should be aware of. The timing is curious, to say the least, especially when it talks about addressing events with political impact. I tell you, when I read this, the first thing that pops into my mind is what
if there isn't confidence amongst the American people. Let's say that somehow Biden wins us. I'm not predicting it. I'm just saying, what if that happens the average American doesn't buy it? Does this policy mean that if you mention you mentioned having questions about the election, you're grinding truth up, I guess, and you are trying to impact, you know, a political event. I want to talk about this a little bit on the other side of the break, but I gotta take a time out. My friends, Sit tight.
You're listening to conservative not bitter. Talk back in a minute. Welcome back to my friends. So does that policy concern you? What happens? What happens if let's say, let us say, oh boy, let us just go into the future in our imagination for a moment. Let's just say, remember Frank Launce has said that he would bet one hundred and fifty thousand dollars that Trump was going to win the general election. Now, Frank Lunz is just a upholster. I mean, he doesn't have a crystal ball or
anything like that, but that's his opinion. He talks to people about their opinions on what they're going to do for things like this, elections and so forth. I mean, that's a pretty serious statement to say I'm going to put one hundred and fifty k on the line no matter who, no matter who you are, I guess maybe not if you're a leftist who's wanting to take somebody money from somebody else and give it to someone they seem to seem
have no problem with any amount of money. But if it's their own money, my goodness, they're not going to put it up at all. But anyway, that's a significant statement. But let's say let's say that that's where we are and we get to election day. By the way, quickly, I just want to mention this. I have a link on the show notes page if you've not seen. The Trump campaign released a short little video campaign video called White House Senior Living a little what Mockerer satirical piece on well,
the White House becoming a senior living center. I know some folks will have different opinions on this, but you know, Trump's hammering home the point that this guy in the White House is completely unfit to be making decisions for this country. And he's right by the way as far as that goes. But but let's just say there's a series of ads like that, and people are you know that they've they've come to the realization they can't defend this guy any
longer. It's it's it's inexcusable, what's happening. People have watched the if there's debates, I mean, who knows, they might come up with some reason not to have debates in twenty twenty four as well, But they begin to see it's obvious that Trump is much more equipped. Is polling is high.
Whatever. Let's say that we get to election day and that's the case, and then, of course we have water lines break and everything else on election night, polls shutting down, massive amounts of ballots coming in overnight that are all for Biden and so forth. What if we have some sort of a replay of what we saw in twenty twenty and people are going to be extraordinarily angry because now from their perspective and in their way of thinking, now
we're talking about twice twice. If this has happened to the American people, I'm just painting a picture. I'm just saying, this is their perspective. There's gonna be a lot of people with this perspective. And let's say that people talk about this, they blog about it on their website, or they talk about it on their podcast or whatever. What's Google going to Do's Google going to do? And what's the impact and power that they have? My
friends, they have. I've heard people say that the most powerful company on the face of the planet. They're not the biggest. I just saw Microsoft past Apple as far as being the biggest public company in the world. But Google's up there. Google certainly up there, but they're the most powerful because of stuff like this. What does that mean? I'm out of time. Time out is in order, though, so type my friends back in a minute. Twenty four, my friends, is going to be an eventful year.
Indeed, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Prepare for more of these things to fall into place, or these things to come up. More policies, terms of service, if you see anything like this, I mean, this is something again that I'm I don't think you've probably heard anywhere else. I haven't were it not for the good bad guy sharing it with
me here. But he's right, it's something that isn't important, something that we should be aware of, something that in one sense can look innocent enough, because obviously I can see why these companies want to think about these things and have policies, but you beIN to ask who decides these things, what's the criteria? Why in an electioneer? What could be included? And there's some questions of my friends, but I got to go. We SDG take care
