The content of this program has been documented to prevent and even cure liberalism, and listening may cause you to lean to the right. Here's your Conservative but not Bitter host, Todd Huff Or Greeting's my friends, and welcome to today's program. So the voice is a little bit less than to be desired, but it's it's gonna work today,
my friends. Emails should you want to be part of the conversation, Todd at Toddoffshow dot com. Three one seven two one zero twenty eight point thirty is the email or the excuse me the number to text on. So good to be here today. I want to talk a little bit today about what's happening in this election. I should say the criminal case pertaining to the twenty
twenty election. We've got Jack Smith who has let's see, he has filed before the Supreme Court, pulling up the article here, asking that they make a ruling on Trump's claim of immunity as president of the United States. So, as you know, Jack Smith leading the charge in a couple of these cases against President Trump. I don't mean that in some In some I don't know of any for us or praise or anything like that. I'm just saying
that the guy is the one that's pushing this forward. We're all supposed to believe that this is a legitimate step towards seeking justice. Of course, nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, as I listen and watch the stuff that pertains to these cases, I'm actually more and more convinced. Not that I needed convinced more and more, but I'm more and more certain that there is nothing. There's literally nothing here, my friends. Now,
I'm just gonna pause, and I'm gonna tell. I'm gonna tell the good bad guy who pulls our clips that are reposted on social media. Listen, not good bad guy friend of mine, for g whiz twenty some years. I guess we are gonna have problems pulling clips today because I have no choice but to talk about election integrity. I have no choice. Not that I
run from it. I'm just making it known that when we do this, when we do this, the pillars of propaganda step in and prevent us from sharing our thoughts, our opinions, our perspective, heck, even our questions and concerns, these things are shut down regularly on social media. I alluded earlier this week to having a TikTok video taken down which whatever TikTok is TikTok, and I wasn't sure. I don't, I do not, I don't
read the comments. I don't we post the content there. Folks, if you want to talk with me, communicate with us, I've given you off the top of every program how how to do that. We do our best to back. I can't promise to respond to everybody, but you can also go through the website. In fact, there's a comment on the website that I got, question or comment. I suppose it ties into what we're talking
about today that I might get to as well. But anyway, we had a video taken down there the other day that was quite literally I thought, what did I say? When I saw it? And it said violation of community guidelines or some such thing, I thought, what did I say? And I listened to the clip. I listened to the clip. I don't know, maybe Monday, maybe, I don't know. And on the clip the video was primarily actually it was almost exclusively a SoundBite. I had played
from vivek Ramaswami talking about him. He was saying, he is the clip I played on here where he said he's the only candidate on that stage age who's willing to say that the real problem is the deep state, and I played that SoundBite. It was about I don't know, a minute and fifteen seconds, minute and a half. That's pretty much what the clip was, and they pulled it down for violating community guidelines. So just let that sink
in. One of you can disagree with vvk Ramaswami's assessment. You can think vvk Ramaswami is someone who is a sheep in excuse me, a wolf in sheep's clothing. You can think any number of things, and we're free to have those thoughts and opinions. But surely, surely, surely you would agree that the Republican one of the final four Republican candidates on the well five, because Trump's of course the one that's going to that's running away with this,
and then there's four other people who are we've already been through that. It's kind of a silly little system we got up here where there's a bunch of JV type situation which I'm not knocking JV. I just folks, we're trying to elect the president, the nominee to be president. We don't you can't win. You can't win varsity games if you're playing junior varsity. I look, I played at times junior varsity basketball. Nothing wrong with it. It's
just it's time to select the varsity team to win the varsity games. And that doesn't happen when you are stuck on the JV court or the JV playing field, which is what we've got. And I don't mean that personally to these folks. I'm not even saying, as I've been through this before, I'm not even saying that I'm against everything that's being set up there. I'm not saying there's not someone up there that couldn't help this country at some point.
But they've been relegated to the B tier best and that's not going to get it to get it done, but still still they should be able to make their primary argument. Vivek Ramaswami says, the biggest problem we have in this country today is the problem with the bureaucratic state, the deep state, the swamp, and that's being blocked on social media. Think about this. This is all in kind of response to Trump and what happened on January sixth.
This is in response to Trump calling out the media for being fake news. This is about social media taking this very very that they've appointed themselves. They've appointed themselves to this position to oversee apparently all political discourse, and they will be the judge and arbiter over what is right and true, when that in fact should be you, the American. So I'm going to make some
comments today about elections, about what Jack Smith is doing here. These will probably I don't know what we're going to do on the clips that we post on this show. Good bad guy, you get your work cut out for you today, because because we're going to have difficulty because I think virtually any sentence I say, if I say the word election or the phrase election integrity, if I question some of these indictments, the political police come out in
full force. So that being said, Jack Smith, who is spearheading the witch hunt against Trump, a couple of these witch hunts against Trump, is trying to cut off a particular problem at the pass. So he's done all this work to go after Trump, to try to keep Trump out of the White house. Remember, as I said, this is the the Seinfeld slash Newman approach to Paula tics Newman, a character in Seinfeld who was the nemesis, the arch nemesis of Jerry Seinfeld, had gotten an opportunity to be transferred
with his job. He worked for the United States Postal Service. And by the way, if you want to know, if you want to know what's wrong with government efficiency and bureaucracy, Seinfeld actually has some things to talk about that. Watch some of the episodes where you see the inefficiencies and the silliness of the United States Postal Service. But regardless, Newman gets an opportunity to be transferred to Hawaii, which was his dream destination, and Jerry wanted him
out of his life, so he agreed to help Newman. And he said to Newman something to the effect of something to the effect of that, you know, I want to help you get out of here. As long as it takes you away from me, right, I'll do whatever it takes for as long as it takes me. I believe this is always said it as long as it takes you Newman away from me. That's the approach to Jack
Smith. That's the approach that the media. That's the approach that the Democrat Party, that's the approach of the deep state, that's the approach that these seven pillars of propaganda in our government, culture, society have taken on this issue with President Trump as it pertains to these indictments, They'll do whatever it takes, as long as it takes them, so long as it takes Trump
away from the White House. That is their position, that is their strategy, and they are willing to employ any tactics necessary that help them achieve those ends. I have no doubt about this. I have no doubt about this. More you can think I'm wrong. You can think of the government. You know, do you trust the government? Right? I heard a comedian, a comedian. I don't know who it was, so I'm not lifting his lines. It was a guy and he says, I always get puzzled
when someone tells me they're not a conspiracy. Theorist says, I understand not believing all of them, but you don't believe any of them. He said, what do you think the government's bat in a thousand? You don't think that they're lying to us about anything? And to that degree, of course, I would say that we're all probably what some would term conspiracy theorists.
But in general, there's a lot of wacky stuff out there, right and in general we don't talk about that on here, but that is used as a tactic, in a technique to prevent people from having discourse, sharing ideas, pointing out problems that exists within our government, culture, society, what have you and so and so, I firmly believe that this is a in fact, if you read I've got the unsealed indictment. So the indictment was unsealed. Jack Smith made a statement on what Tuesday I guess it would have
been, And we're gonna play that. We're gonna play that clip next segment. I've got to take a break here. But they unsealed the indictment. I've got that indictment in our stack of stuff today, December thirteenth. Just go to toddefshow dot com and look at it. Read it yourself. It's forty some pages, but it's it's you know, space to where it's not. It's not single space and fill in the margins. It's it's illegal. It looks like a if you've ever seen legal documents, it looks like that,
and so read it and just see for yourself. Jack Smith and his statement has also implored Americans to read it. I hope you do the same. I hope that you read at least some of this thing, because I'm telling you it is. It is absolute silliness. I think he says it knowing that the people that are going to read it are people who are going to try to take it and use it to manipulate people into thinking it says something it doesn't. I literally want you to go read it. I want
you to read it for yourself, and that's the benefit I have. Of course, Jack Smith is talking to a different audience than I am. Jack Smith is talking to primarily his message, the message of the bureaucratic state, is to talk to those people who have been asleep at the wheel, to talk to those people who don't really have an interest, who just want to take the government's word for it. The idea of reading a forty five page legal document is not at the top of the list. I gotta be honest,
it's not at the top of my list either. But I care enough about my country to want to see these things, and I know you do too, So it's there on our website at tnhypshare dot com on the stack of stuff. So we're gonna pause here timeouts in order when we get back, I want to play the statement that Jack Smith made on Tuesday where he announces the unsealing of this document, and we're going to talk about his lobbying or his approaching going to the Supreme Court asking them to make a ruling on
Trump's claim that he has presidential immunity. So Jack Smith's out there thinking, look, I'm doing all this work. I don't want to get here and get convictions or whatever and find out that there's going to be some technicality that Trump doesn't have to pay any consequences or go not be on the ballot or be a presidential candidate in twenty twenty four. That's what they're fishing for here, my friends. Ultimately, again the Seinfeld Newman's strategy, as long as
it takes Trump away from the White House, they don't care. Nothing else matters. It makes no difference to them if he's in prison, if he's just, if he's in court all day, if he's not able to effectively campaign, they don't care. They only care that it's obstacles they just want to throw an overwhelming amount of obstacles in the man's way, and I would say this to them, good luck, good luck doing that. Anyway, Time out is in order. You're listening here to conservative not bitter talk.
I am your host, Todd Huppy. Back here in just a minute. Welcome back to my friends. So before the break, we were talking about Jack Smith, the release of the unsealed now indictment, the federal indictment, the one being heard in Washington, d C. Our nation's capital that's been corrupted in ways that are I'm just absolutely astonishing and just I'm speechless as to how bad that this entire entire place has just truly been turned into the swamp.
Trump is right on that, by the way, by calling it the swamp. They don't like that. They the media, social media, big tech giants, they don't want that message getting out there. It's effective, it's effective at describing what we have to do. There's this stinky, pitiful mess that exists in our nation's capital, and you know, reasonable people want to do something about it. Reasonable people want to It doesn't matter. I don't care political party. I don't if if you are in Washington, d
C. If you're anywhere, I don't care. I don't really care where. I just know that there's a high propensity of swamp like behavior in well, the swamp of Washington, d C. So I think that it's absolutely acceptable. I think our founders would be much more appalled if people were not allowed to use speech to describe what they saw happening in their beloved country.
But nonetheless, nonetheless, that's kind of where we find ourselves today, fighting that battle, but fighting a battle on multiple multiple fronts, and that's okay. I say bring it. I say bring it because truth is of course on our side. So Jack Smith announces on Tuesday that he's unsealing this indictment. He's going to be calling on the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court, by the way, has agreed to hear his request for exp consideration.
Doesn't mean that they're gonna well, they're gonna have They've ordered Trump's team. Let me say it this way. That's not correct. I said it. They've ordered Trump's team to respond, and they're at least at this particular stage, engaging with this. They don't have to have, you know, make a final decision on this. They haven't decided to officially take it up, but they have said, hey, okay, this warrants some sort of beginning part of this of this process. So that being said, I want to
play. I want to play, Jack Smith, And this is a couple minutes, but I want you to hear it. I want you to hear some of these I mean, I think, just crazy things that we're supposed to believe. As it is with almost everything else happening in our nation's capital today, as it is with almost everything else happening in our government today,
We're supposed to believe these silly narratives. We're supposed to believe everything that comes from the mouths of these folks because I guess they're the experts of the professionals. And to you and I, this doesn't really impact us. I mean it does. It's our country, but we're not We actually judge what the guy says and how that lines up with our knowledge of the constitution, the founding of this country and all that. Other people will just say, yikes,
it sounds really bad. Trump must have been a tyrant. Trump's trying to become a dictator. Trump tried to overthrow the government. Jack Smith said, so I guess we should be really scared about that. Meanwhile, meanwhile, these forces that we should really fear operating with our government continue to move forward unabated towards the absolute destruction of our individual liberty. Reminds me there's faissa discussions going on in the House right now, another topic that I'm not going
to get into. It, just brought that up as an example. Here. Anyway, here's Jack Smith. This is a couple of minutes long, but I want to play most, if not all of this, so that you can hear how he's going about framing this to the American people, this indictment against Trump, and in particular just the steps here that we'll get to that are he has taken to try to get the Supreme Court to preemptively say Trump can't use presidential immunity to stop him to protect himself from anything that comes
as a consequence of what Jack Smith, or really any of these other proceedings are trying to accomplish. So, anyway, with no further ado, here is Jack Smith. Good evening today, an indictment was unsealed charging Donald J. Trump with conspiring to defraud the United States, fraud conspiring to disenfranchise voters, disenfranchised voting, and conspiring and attempting to obstruct an official proceeding. Oh my goodness, Okay, the indictment was issued by a grandeury of citizens here
in the District of Columbia. All done. That's forth the crimes charged in detail. I encourage everyone to read it in full. Hey, I do too, And I don't know that he means that I do. I said this earlier. It's on our well, you can google it. I mean, I just put it on the site to help you get it, you know, find it quicker more easily. Todd Offshow dot com on the stack of stuff for today, December thirteenth. I don't know if he really means it. Go read it. It is less than it is much less than
to be desired. If you're expecting something, I mean, just based upon these comments, you get an idea. But it is much less than they're building this thing up to be. But he continues. The attack on our nation's capital on January sixth, twenty twenty one, was an unprecedented assault on
the seat of American democracy. It is described in the indictment. It was fueled by lies, lies by the defendant targeted at obstructing a bedrock function of the US government, the nation's process of collecting, counting, and certifying the results of the presidential election. The men and women of law enforcement who defended the US capital on January sixth are heroes. They are patriots, and they are the very best of us. They did not just defend a building or
the people sheltering in it. They put their lives in the line to defend who we are as a country and as a people. They defended the very institution and principles that define the United States. I want to pause there too. I want to pause there because they're obviously, as I've said, and we've now seen a lot of this video, and there were some bad things that happened on January sixth, and I condemn those. I don't know,
sometimes people don't want to condemn those things. I don't really understand why. But if there is a law that's being broken, violence being perpetrated, it doesn't matter who it is. And yes, the video also was eye opening in that police or FEDS that were I don't know there that day, some
clearly tried to provoke the crowd too. Now I'm not I think that there's a complicated mess intentionally so as to what's happening, what happened on January sixth, I mean, it's hard to speak in absolutes because again, to say that every protester that was there was an insurrectionist is crazy, that's not actually true. Actually, to say that anybody was an insurrectionist there, I don't
think is a fair assessment of reality. I think angered. I think people who wanted to protest and voice their displeasure with what our government was doing. I think they wanted people to know that were certifying elections Mike Pence or just Congress's response to voting, to challenge or question the counts and so forth. They wanted them to know that they're serious about this. They think lots of Americans think that something happened in twenty twenty, maybe lots of somethings that do
not add up. The government has not answered a single question about this. The government has not done anything to try to earn your trust, to try to answer your questions, to try to calm your fears. They have done nothing. They have done nothing to answer it. They've just simply told you while fifty whatever eight judges heard Trump's complaints and said there was nothing to them right. That's called an appeal to authority. That is a logical fallacy.
Give me the information, explain to me why we've had. One of the folks was that Jeff Duncan, I don't want to miss quote. It was one of the folks in Georgia. I think it was Jeff Duncan who said he wished this was back. I remember hearing this back in twenty twenty twenty or maybe early twenty twenty one, and he said, if you just gave me five minutes with voters in Georgia, I could explain to them how this election was completely legit and sound fine. Mister Duncan, you act as though
social media is not a thing. If you're serious about being given the responsibility of governing and leading a state, then I would think that there's nothing that's a higher priority. You should have been out there having as many meetings, posting as many videos, having as many interviews as possible to get this information out. It doesn't happen. It does not happen. They simply insult, They call people who raise questions election deniers. They don't address any of this.
They don't do it. They basically try to. It's Sawlolenski's rules for radicals. They want to isolate individual people that are at the forefront of this attack them, malign their character. Think Mike Lindell, for example. There's plenty of others, obviously Trump. But the point is, the point is there's a lot to this that we haven't It's not black and white. It's not every person that was there in uniform was doing the right thing or was
assaulted. Some were leading people through the Capitol, some were assaulted. I mean, it's not it's it's you talk about real nuance. There is nuance to this discussion that we're not allowed to have because they want to use this
as a political opportunity to stop Trump again using the Seinfeld Newman principle. Here, whatever it takes, as long as it takes takes them, so long as it takes Trump away from sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue at the White House, they are prepared to do it. The more I listen to this guy and i've you can go back, I haven't. I haven't attacked this guy. I've had my obviously doubts as to how what's going on here, But the more I listen to this, the more it's clear to me that this guy
is a political hack. I just don't know how else to say it. Wish I didn't. They've infiltrated our government at so many levels it's almost incomprehensible. But I've gotta take a break. Running the clock here today, looking down, see that I'm behind time. Quick time out my friends back in a minute. Welcome back, my friends. Check them out, see what they have to offer. Let's
go ahead and return here. Return to Jack Smith at the podium on Tuesday evening making his announcement. And I guess before that, before I do that, I just want to, I guess kind of pick up where I left off last segment too, and and just reiterate that, yes, there were clearly unacceptable things that happened on January sixth. As vvak Ramaswami said, January sixth was an insight job. There are certainly people who were dressed as law
enforcement on that day that have I think questions to answer. There were some that certainly were assaulted. There were some that were preventing people from entering. There were some who were moving, removing or opening up barricades, walking people through the halls of Congress. I mean, it's to pretend that this is just a simple case of Trump saying, let's go over and throw our government and a bunch of people run over there, and then there's a group of
law enforcement that we're all engaged in trying to prevent. This is just not reality. It's not what happened. We have video proof of that. There's elements of different parts of that that you'll find in the actions on January sixth.
But again, they need one story to push this narrative ahead, and that narrative is that Trump fired up a bunch of people by lying to them, telling them things he didn't know, and inspired them to go interfere with an official government proceeding and, by the way, try to overthrow the capital and become an insurrectionist in the process. At the same time, at the same time, at the same speech where Trump said he wanted people to peacefully
and patriotically march over to the capital. Anyway, I'm sure they've got some answer for that. That was code talk. Undoubtedly peaceful and patriotic, was code talk for storm the Gates, I guess anyway, let me play the rest of what Jack Smith has to say here. Since to attack on our capital, the Department of Justice has remained committed to ensuring accountability for Pezza,
so those criminally responsible for what happened that day. This case is brought consistent with that commitment, and our investigation of other individuals continues not consistent at all. In this case, my office will seek a speedy trial so that our evidence can be tested in court and judged by a jury. Yes, you want a speedy trial so that you can get this taken care of before election,
Sessens. In the meantime, I must emphasize that the indictment is only an allegation, and that the defendant must be presumed innocent until improving the integrity of your unreasonable doubt in a course lip service. Here, I would like to thank the members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation who are working on this investigation with my office, as well as the many career prosecutors and law enforcement
agents from around the country that democrats January sixth investigations. These women and men are public servants of the very highest order. I can't I can't look alongside them. Thank you, thank you, Oh yes, thank you all for
listening to that stuff. You know, I have a problem with lots of this timeouts in order, But anytime public servant, can you say if someone goes to Washington, d C. Without two nickels to rub together, and then after quote unquote serving people there, they come out as multi millionaires in some cases? Is that I just I don't know this, this whole thing. If you're familiar with the counties surrounding Washington, d C. It's amongst
the wealthiest in the Nate. Why does that make sense to you for a nation, for a nation that is supposed to be one that has a limited government, Does it make sense to you why there's all that wealth? I mean, of course we know why there's all that wealth, and we're not allowed to point out why there's all that wealth there. And then Jack Smith It comes to the podium and talks about how great it is to serve alongside these public servants. Come on, we are so past if you want to
be a public servant. I see people serving at local levels gotcha. I'm on board with that. I think a lot of people do that locally, school board, county council, county commissioner. But these aren't folks that are getting wealthy off of a career choice. You get to Washington, d C. My friend, it is a completely different animal. And it's like what ninety three percent that vote for Democrats? Ninety plus percent vote Democrat. I mean, it's all. And that's where, of course Trump is being going
to be have a jury of his peers. Here are the evidence, a jury of his peers that have been driven to insane levels of hatred for the man. Anyway, timeouts in order. I played it. You heard it, Jack Smith, Take it for what it's worth. Back here, my friends, and just the minute. Welcome back to my friends. So Jack Smith, as I referenced earlier, he has asked the Supreme Courts to rule on Trump's immunity claim. Looking at an article here Foxnews dot com. This
is, of course, in our stack of stuff for the day. Special Council Jack Smith calls on Supreme Court to rule on trump immunity claim. Special Counsel Jack Smith asks Supreme Court for expedited decision. Notice, how everything is suddenly a rush, suddenly a rush, and that's, of course coincidental, has nothing to do, nothing to do with the calendar about to turn to twenty twenty four complete. In fact, he probably doesn't know. He is so focused on his work, my friends, he has no idea, no
idea that this is even an election year. He just won to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. I'm curious what his position is on the due process of those defendants in January sixth cases, what his position on that is as someone who's supposed to be concerned about those matters as an attorney. But nonetheless he's asking the Supreme Court to decide to make an expedited decision
on whether or not Trump is absolutely immune. I mean, I think the way to look at this is, you know that they are all in on this. They're all this is this is their last chance. Now. Some will say, of course, we've got election integrity to deal with, and I recognize that, but I think they've realized, look, we have no viable candidate. We have no viable You know that there's nothing out there polling wise that's good by nomics is an abysmal failure. We've got open blo orders.
People are upset. This is Jimmy Carter, but it's worse. This is Jimmy Carter, but it's worse. Trump's an incredibly popular candidate. We've thrown everything at this guy. We're just out of options here. And I think that this is a sign that they are completely and utterly desperate, because this, my friends, is absolutely just complete sillyness what's going on here with President Trump? But timeouts in order, got to take a break back in
a minute, Welcome back to my friends. We got plenty of more, plenty more of this to happen and of course play out here over the course of the next roughly what eleven months. Now, we're less than less than eleven months from election day. We're just a month or so out from the first primary and caucus votes being cast in this great nation. And again, it's only going to get more intense from this particular point. But that's why
you tune in here. We will help you navigate the tumult and the chaos that abounds out there across the Fruited plains, my friends, So hang in there, be tough. It's good to be here. I hope you have a wonderful day. Thank you for listening, SDG
