Judicial Nominee "Can't Recall"

Senator John Kennedy questioned Biden's judicial nominee, Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren, about Articles II and V of the Constitution. It was meant to be a basic question and it stumped the nominee. Article V concerns the amendment process, and Article II establishes the executive branch of our government. This question would be akin to being asked about the birthday of your child. It's a question that should be that easy to answer.
