Attention. You're listening to the top Huff radio show, America's home for Conservative not Bitter Talk radio. Be advised. The content of this program has been documented to prevents and even cure liberalism, and listening may cause you to lean to the right. Here's your conservative but not bitter host Todd Huff. All right, my friends, you have tuned in to America's home for Conservative not bitter talk. As you can tell, I am still, in fact,

this may be the worst. I think this is the worst day I've had for the voice yet. This has been hanging around for some time. I feel fine. I feel fine. It's just something that I get every year and it is a bear sometimes to get rid of. So if you're new to the program, I normally sound much much better than this. Some of you would say that's still not that great, but hey, the voice is what the voice is. Email Todd at totepshow dot com. Should you want

to be part of today's discussion. You can also text us three one seven two one zero twenty eight thirty three one seven two one zero two eight three zero. I actually had someone yesterday earlier this week. I don't think it was yesterday. Maybe it was who said to me I had recorded something and sent it to them, and they said, I wasn't even sure who that was when I started listening to It wasn't my face in the recording. It was a loom video showing someone how to do something. And they said they

didn't even recognize my voice. So I'm wondering if you feel the same way in the audience today. Anyway, hang in there, it will get better in due course. I want to talk today, or at least I want to talk off the top of the program about the status of what is happening

pertaining to Biden's potential impeachment. Impeachment proceedings to begin. They're starting, they the Oversight Committee a little bit with the new speaker, Mike Johnson and other Republicans, of course, are starting to communicate a little more detail, A little bit. I wouldn't say more detail. I think I would say they're summarizing it and communicating it to the American people. They are moving towards this impeachment. In query, I'm looking here at a piece in at Townhall town

hall dot com. Leah Barkucas apologize if I'm not pronouncing that correctly. Lias

She's the one that's written this headline. Oversight Committee posts the quote biggest revelations end quote from investigation of Biden. Ahead of a vote to approve an impeachment inquiry into President Biden, the House Oversight Committee posted some of the biggest revelations that came out of their investigation of a financial records, text messages, emails, and witness testimony in a thread posted Monday evening on X. Earlier this

week, Republicans said the evidence quote uncovered so far reveals how Biden excuse me, Joe Biden aka President Bribery knew of participated in and benefited from family cashing in from his family cashing in on the Biden name around the world. So there's a thread on Twitter, which again is now X and elon. I'm trying, I'm trying to get that down, but it is. You know, it's been Twitter for so long. It's been Twitter for so long. It's old habits are hard to break. But on X, the GOP Oversight

Committee has a threat of reasons. There's summaries there again, so what is what? Why does this matter? It matters for a myriad of reasons. Number one number one in a legitimate constitutional republic. You do not want to target your political adversaries. That, my friends, should be absolutely, without question unacceptable, whether you are the side that is being targeted or whether you were the side that is doing the targeting. Adult should all be able to

come to the conclusion legitimate targeting for political purposes. Someone who has a different political agenda, a different worldview, a different whatever, doesn't matter religion, someone who's just different, different, even if they're radically unhinged, we should not use, We should not use the governmental authority, governmental power that one particular party has to target the other. That should be something we all can nod in agreement to. This is not hard stuff if you are a fair

minded, objective person living in reality. Now, by the same token, we also should understand that in the Constitution lies and description right in the Article one of the Constitution, there are reasons or a list of a couple of general reasons that a president can be impeached by Congress, and it specifically mentions bribery. By the way, we're all familiar with high crimes and misdemeanors.

That's kind of the general grouping of these things that the founders could not possibly possibly have known, had enough forethought and insight into knowing what all those particular areas might be in the history of this great nation. But they did list. They do list bribery as well as high crimes and misdemeanors. And so it's a political process. However, you don't want to use, you don't want it. It needs to be something that is based upon context, that

is legitimate. And so context, as always is king, and so you have to go through the nuance. You have to talk about the specifics. You have to talk about the case, the evidence, the rationale, how

we got here, in order to compare and contrast. Because I've sat behind this microphone on numerous occasions, and I've told you that the impeachments against President Trump were nothing more than a political theater and a political witch hunt, which describes the entire reaction the Democrat Party, the seven Pillars of propaganda, and all of those members the radical left, that group, that crowd, that has been their approach with President Trump since the beginning, since he came down

the escalator. Well, first they laughed, they mocked, they made fun of Then they realized this guy is starting to get some traction. They still kind of laughed. They still wanted to portrait as a joke, but they began taking him more seriously, especially when they heard some of the things that he was saying. And I think by the time they really took him seriously,

and their arrogance and condescension fortunately worked in our favor. They didn't take him seriously because they thought they were better and smarter and more sophisticated and all that. And they were blinded, right. It actually pride come before downfall, right, So they were blinded to this. And then once they realized again, it took a little bit of time to dry the tears to realize there was not going to be a president Hillary Rodham Clinton, the smartest woman

in the world, as the left told us. I remember those days back in college. That's how she was known, that's how she was talked about. How they measured this, and who's in charge of that. I have no idea, but it's some leftist that, of course, is creating those sorts of things to make her seem more of a legitimate candidate, maybe even a savior to some. So that was the world that we existed in back

in twenty sixteen. Of course, they cried they had their service dogs, their adult coloring books, screamed at the universe, a universe, why did you let this happen? And finally realize that they're going to have to at least at some point put on their big boy and or big girl pants. Side note, it's interesting there's only big boy and big girl pants, two genders even pants know that anyway, So they go through all this. They scream, they cry, they they lament, they virtue. See this is

a form of virtue signaling for the left. How upset you were, you know, tearing of the clothes, clothing, sackcloth and ashes, going into mourning, that whole just the whole process of showing the world how much they loathed President Trump. But they quickly came to realize, hey, this guy, this guy's a little different. This guy is serious. And so of course they started all the stuff that they started. Of course, they started

some of that before then. They thought that they could beat him before without having to worry about how to manage a presidency of his. But nonetheless, so that's how they did it. We do not want to do that, we don't want to do that. We can't do that, we shouldn't do that. I know some of you in this audience thinks, why not turn

about as fair play? My friends, my friends, if we do that, even if we are correct in the outcome, even if it is completely justifiable for Biden to be removed from office for legitimate purposes, if we weapon if we go in having just done this as a form of political retribution, political payback, what have you, That is not healthy for this republic at some point, at some point, if one side, if there's two parties, and one side wrongs the other, and then the other side wrongs the

other a little bit more, somebody's got to stop the nonsense. Now, I'm not here to say we shouldn't. We should defeat these radical ideas, but there's a difference between defeating their ideas the right way through the market, you know, sharing making arguments in the marketplace of ideas, winning politically that sort of thing. Regaining control of the powers of these these levers of power in our society, what I call the seven pillars of propaganda that have been

run by the radical left. If conservatives get control of these, they should not use them in retribution as forms of retaliatory propaganda, and instead they should get these pillars say, let's say conservatives, it's not going to happen, but let's just say conservatives eradicate the godless radical left from media or from the bureaucratic state. We don't want to use that power to then suddenly launch into the same attacks that they had launched against conservatives against us when they were in

power. We want to use it for its right and just purpose. Now that does mean in that Constitution there is a just form of impeachment, a just form of impeachment, and that's really what we're trying to establish right now. And again, this is just an impeachment inquiry, but the whole point is to say there is enough evidence to warrant us really looking into the possibility of launching a full blown impeachment on President Biden. And that's where we are

right now. We're in the communication phase because the radical left is going to defend Biden no matter what. There are some conservatives that are prepared to impeach Biden no matter what. I think either one of those groups is wrong. I think the right way is to follow the evidence, and I commend I commend Speaker Johnson for doing this. Remember, McCarthy had talked about doing this,

but never really moved the needle whatsoever. In the roughly what was it ten months, nine or ten months that he was Speaker of the House. Mike Johnson has been Speaker for roughly what I don't even think it's quite two months, but around there maybe it is two months. Now. He has already moved the needle, moved this impeachment forward, which I believe is justified with evidence. Context matters, and I want to talk about that today.

I want to talk about context. I might reference the context, compare and trast what's happening here with what happened in the two impeachments with President Trump. But the bottom line is we have to communicate. This Communication is key here. It's important that people understand that just because we're in power, it's not our turn to impeach the sitting president. If he's not in our political party, that has to be rejected completely. Instead, we have to acknowledge that

some people want to do that. We have to acknowledge that the Democrats did that twice against Trump, including a whole litany of other things I don't have time to get into. That was their entire plan of attack, their opposition to Trump's presidency. We don't want to do the same. We want justice, We want to do this the right way. But there is a real and legitimate problem here, allegedly, as evidence suggests. And so that's what I want to talk about here, at least off the top. We'll see

how far are we talk about this throughout the show. Good chance, we'll talk about it the whole time, as you well know. But a timeout is in order other things in the stack as well. But I'm not taking time out. I'm gonna drink a warm beverage here behind the scenes and hopefully get the vocals loosened up even a little bit more. Thanks for your patience with that quick time out, my friends back in just a minute. Welcome back, my friends. Look at that. I think I sound a little

bit better, and that credit should be given to Oz here. She helps me, She helps take care of these things behind the scenes. I don't even want to know what's in this drink that she gave me. I'm afraid to ask. She has been known to sneak things in, sneak things into my diets on occasion. In fact, there was a cookbook years ago. What was that Oz? Jerry Seinfeld's wives. Go ahead, but I look

like you don't know. She's acting like she doesn't know. Jerry Seinfeld's wife wrote a cookbook about how to basically sabotage your kids, your kids and maybe your husband, and the tricking them into eating vegetables and other things. And anyway, there's a cookbook on how to sneak some of those things in the covert cookbook. I don't know what it was called. It was something like that. Anyway, she's been helping me behind the scenes here. So I

feel better this segment than I did last. So let's get into Let's get into the status of this impeachment inquiry, this impeachment inquiry. So let's start. There's two places we can start. I know, I started reading from the town Hall publication, but I or an article from town Hall. Let's flip over to Breitbart, who has a piece here, Speaker Mike Johnson's six

points of evidence support Joe Biden impeachment inquiry vote. Now, these of course are synonymous, are very closely related, at least the way that this information is being communicated. But I wanted to start here, and I'm going to go back to the other ones because there's there's a thread of evidence there with a little bit more context and explanation and other links and that sort of stuff.

But here there are there's six points here, six main points. And it should be pointed out, by the way, two things about Mike Johnson. Number one, he is a constitutional lawyer, first and foremost. Secondly, he was part of President Trump's impeachment defense team, so he's been through this presumably both times. I know it was once. I'm guessing he was both times. I'm not not entirely sure. But anyway, he was on that defense and he's a warmer, a member of the House Judiciary Committee,

so he is out there. And messaging is key. Now, messaging for the left and messaging for conservatives and Republicans is different. Now. There's a couple of reasons for that. Number one, I think the biggest reason is that conservatism requires a story. Conservatism requires depth and understanding liberalism or dare I say radical leftism just requires a SoundBite, just requires something like, for example, my body, my choice. That sounds wonderful, that sounds exactly right.

Actually, if you take away all the connotations that that's been used to be applied to it actually is dead on right, my body, my choice. However, they stretch the real meaning of those words. I don't want to say they stretch it out. That's too nice. They change the meanings of those words and then apply it to the issue of abortion, just as an example. This is one example. And how many things free Palestine,

Free Palestine. How many things have you heard from the Israel humas war that for those of you that understand context, want to make you bang your head against the wall, open air prisons, genocide, ethnic cleansing, Free Palestine, from the river to the sea. Palestine will be free, right, And then it's just it's crazy when you and all you have to do. My friends, you've heard the old the old adage that says, you know, I think I've even said it. I think I've even said it on

this program. The left is an inch deep and a mile wide. So they cover the surface of everything they want you to They've got it all covered, and it looks from the surface to people who don't have context or understanding, they think, wow, they got all the answers, they got all the experts. They're pro science until it says masks don't do anything. Just take your pick. Take your pick. They're you know what I'm talking about, right, So, but they're an inch deep. They care simply about

the surface. They care simply about how it appears, and so what they care about is how they can use that to get what they want, to manipulate the American people, to change the narrative. And the media, of course, is walking alongside them. They're all politically the same person. They just changed. I mean, how many times have you seen someone who was an advisor? And I'm not saying that this shouldn't happen. I'm just saying, does it have to happen every time? Like Jensaki she quits being press

secretary, she has her own silly show. George Stephanopoulos, same kind of deal, He's got his own show. Like there's just the back and forth, the fluidity. They don't even really have to change anything that they're doing. It's the same gig. It's the same gig the Democrat Excuse me, the media is effectively the pr firm for the Democrat Party, So it's different

communicating. The left doesn't have to give as much context. The left can create these one liners that don't really have to conform to reality, as in the case, the example of my body, my choice. However, conservatives, there's a story involved, there's context. Liberalism, my friends, is emotional. Liberalism is ooh, I don't like that government, go fix it.

And conservatism requires an understanding. Conservatism requires that people understand and that governments that are bloated and out of control and massive and big have a tendency every time to turn into tyrannical governments. Government is going to grow by nature unless we actively weed the garden, unless we actively make sure that we keep it within its confined or defined space. And so that when you have that position, and it requires thinking, you got to use more words, and sometimes

it's just harder to communicate. And then of course the media will attack the things that you say as a conservative or Republican, and they'll echo and amplify the message of the left. And so they need they need to be able to have they the media. They the radical it's really the radical left. They need people who look at things on the surface. They need people who hear Trump tried to overthrow our democracy, Trump staged an insurrection, Trump staged

a coup. Ata. They don't even say coud ata, they say cou because Kudata will throw people. They don't even know what that means. They don't really know what coup means, but they know it's bad, and they assume that evil orange Cheeto man, as they would say it, is the one that initiated it. So here we got into this world of communicating. So there's six points, and I'm gonna take a time out and we'll talk

about these again on the other side of the break. But really quickly, here the six points that Speaker Johnson and the House Oversight Committee have made in their own ways are as follows. Number one Biden family members. Again, I'm looking at this article in Breitbart. Biden family members and Biden business linked entities received more than fifteen million one to five fifteen million dollars from individuals in Ukraine, Russia, kazakh Sun, Romania, and China, as Trump will

say China. Number two, Joe Biden spoke with Hunter Biden's business associates at least twenty two times. Now in a normal situation, that doesn't necessarily mean anything. But remember he said he never talked about any of honey, he didn't know, he didn't care. Now we find out he's having meetings with at least twenty two business associates or I met with business associates of Hunters at

least twenty two times. Why right? This is evidence. Perhaps there's answers to this evidence, but this is evidence that something was not going on that was above board. Here. Number three, Joe Biden lied about his involvement in the business. That one seems pretty cut and dry to me. He said he had nothing to do with it. He clearly had something to do with it. That's pretty easy at slamm dunk. But why would you lie about it? Right? Why lie? Why lie? Unless you have something

to hide? Number four President Bribery received quote direct monthly payments from Hunter Biden's a wasco PC business account which received payments from Chinese state linked companies and other foreign nationals and companies. Remember this was said to be a repayment that Hunter was making to his father, President Bribery for buying a truck for him.

Three payments roughly equating to four thousand dollars if memory serves me right anyway, But again we're still who knows there's going to be more stuff that's going to come out as well. Number five investigators, this is listen to this The last two are pretty important to note. Number five, investigators flagged the Justice Departments deviations that's in quotations quote unquote deviations in the five year investigation in the

Hunter Biden. So the Justice Department, when they investigated this for five years, found that there were deviations, something that wasn't quite correct. I feel like we should know that. Especially. Look, if if Hunter's doing this

on the side, that's one thing. But if this if this is a scheme and a plan for the for Biden and his family to enrich themselves out of his role at the time as vice president or maybe before that as senator, but we're looking specifically vice president, then that needs we need to know

that that person is not equipped to serve as well anywhere in government. And number six, perhaps perhaps the most damning one and FBI FD ten twenty three, that's a particular form alleges that President Bribery accepted a five million dollar bribe while vice president seems relevant to me. Again, maybe there's explanations. They

should at least be able to make their case and defend him. I'm one hundred percent on board with that, But to pretend like there's no evidence, to pretend like this is the same thing that happened to Trump is absolutely asinine and completely indefensible. Timeouts in order along the segment, my friends sit tight back in just a minute. Welcome back, my friends. I know here we are. End of the year. We've talked about this. All sorts

of things happen in twenty twenty four elections. Probably well, we got primaries first, then elections, and then well we've got possible impeachment. It looks like we're headed that direction. You may have stuff in your personal life as well, but if you're a business owner, a salesperson, a sales manager, someone responsible for generating revenue, probably have increased goals over what you did this year. That's my guess. Not always the case, but that's typically

the direction that things go, and you might need some help. I encourage you, if that's the case, to reach out to my friend Crispin Cruise at sales Arbiter. Sales arbiter dot com is his website. They can help and prove your sales production, shorten those sales cycles, help you scale your sales team, provide training, provide coaching. That to me is the most important thing, not just that there's a lot of great training, and Crispin is in his team. They're good at training. But it's the coaching,

in my mind, that really makes that difference. Applying the training where the rubber meets the proverbial road, Right, it's not just what you learn in a classroom setting. Can you apply it? Can you navigate it in a real human interaction situation. By the way, talking one of my last comers, I talked to Crispin a lot one of my maybe too much, just

too much, one of my last conversations with him. When he heard my voice wasn't very good, he said, Hey, you know I can take over the show for a day, which I don't doubt that he can. Probably not. He would be much worse even at keeping the time breaks than I do. But anyway, sales arbiter dot com is the website. Check them out, sales arbiter dot com. Be sure you tell him you heard about him here on the Todd Huff Show. So we're moving towards impeachment in

twenty twenty four, and it's justifiable. That's what I want you to understand, because the message is going to be. The message is going to be Republicans are trying to get back at Biden. They're targeting a sun by the way. By the way, maybe I should play this on here the Babylon Bee, whom I'm a big fan of Babylon b They had a parody song taking the Chris A song Mary, did you know, which is a beautiful song. By the way, Mary, did you know that your baby boy

would one day rule the nations? You know? Did you really understand that he was God incarnate, the savior of the world of Messiah? But they, in playful fun, they took that and they flipped it into Biden. Did you know, Biden, did you know that your baby boy would basically one day get you into an impeachment situation? I don't know, but you get the idea, right. It's it's did you know that he was peddling selling the family name in Ukraine or wherever, China, it doesn't matter where.

Did you know? And that's really what this entire impeachment, I mean, it's what it comes down to. It's the entire thing. It's either something that Hunter was out there doing on his own and his dad didn't know about it, and his dad should be very very upset at Hunter for doing this. But if the money kept coming in, Like maybe someone would say, here's here's you know, a couple of hundred g's hunter. If you can get your dad on the phone with me, you know, then you

know, maybe we'll talk about doing business again or whatever. This looked like, right, But it wouldn't continue going on. I wouldn't think, although there's a bunch of suckers out there, how many suckers would continue to fork over money if you couldn't deliver the goods, you know, I mean to me, that's the way I look at this. But anyway, that's effectively

what this entire impeachment argument is going to be about. They're going to say that Republicans or you know, it's an election year, they're looking to politicize this. They're looking at the paybacks that, you know, for what happened to Trump. And by the way, I reject all those things. If that's the motivation, if that's the motivation of someone, and then they don't share, they don't share the same motivation I have, because that's not at

all what this is about. To me. This is about justice. This is about the legitimate oversight that the Congress has of the presidency. It is about making sure absolutely that we do not have people who are personally enriching themselves potentially putting this nation at great risk, absolutely putting this nation at great risk

by engaging in these sorts of alleged crimes re activities. Excuse me, So I'm gonna take a break, time to sip a drink of the hot beverage here behind the scenes, Quick time out my friends back in just a minute, and welcome back, my friends. I decided it made an executive decision during the break, since I referenced I wasn't planning on doing this, just something that was in the memory bank. I got to chuckle out of this last week or whenever I saw this, but it came up organically on this

program, so I thought I should play a part of it. This is the the Babylon b I think is here. I think it's you did this, Babylon b Biden. Did you know I'm just gonna play a bit of this? And did you know that you're baaby boy made Chi des in Ukraine? Get the sweaters bid? And did you know Christ that's your baabyle boy loves palmm sean and cocaine. Did you know that you should in touch these women like you do when you sniff bad little girls. Here it's bored orderline

me to the idea, Biden, did you know? Well done? Again, this is the Babylon b I think as you put this together anyway, but this is effectively what this impeachment is ultimately about. Did Biden know? Did Biden know? Was Biden in on? It was Biden's selling, peddling the brand name. And that's and that's basically what's being what's being argued by

House Republicans, what will be argued by House Republicans. Going back to the original article I reference at the top of the program, which is written at townhall dot com, it's built upon this series of tweets that the House Oversight Committee had sent out about evidence pretending to why they're moving forward with an impeachment inquiry. There's some graphics here. It talks about the twenty shell companies which

were created by the Biden family. Most of those were created when president excuse me, well, when President Bribery was vice president back in those days, back in what when Obama was president from two thousand and nine to early twenty seventeen. But so there is that, But again that is nothing. That

doesn't necessarily mean anything. It just means we're these legitimate companies. It just as you begin to find evidence of things that don't add up, and then you see these shell companies and money going into them, you begin to ask more more questions. The Bidens and their associates raked in over twenty four million dollars from China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Romania between twenty fifteen and two thousand and nineteen. Was the Biden what was the Biden family business?

I've asked that quote. That's the question I've asked. What what are they peddling? What is Hunter Biden out there? What is he doing? I mean, I know he's he's an attorney. Hooked me up with an attorney, as Michael Scott would say. But I know he's an attorney. But what are they paying him these massive amounts of money for in some cases massive amounts? What made him qualified to sit on the board at Bereisma? What is it? What was the family business? Devin Archer, the House Oversight

Committee says when he testified, said that Joe Biden was the brand. So they're out there selling the Joe Biden brand, which is crazy to think about on on one hand, but the idea is the brand of a guy that's been in Washington, d c. For half a century, a guy that can get you connected, get you what you need potentially. This is the argument. These are the questions. This is the guy that can get this

stuff done if you just kind of nudge him in the right direction. And what might help, Well, some payments might help, a little bit here, a little bit there, a lot here, a lot there. The big guy wants his percentages and all that kind of stuff. So again, I'm gonna post this stuff. This is in actually the stack of stuff for the day. You can check that out. Also, they point out that Joe Biden's Delaware home address was listed as the beneficiary address for two wires from

China, totally two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. And what was that about. We revealed the House Committee, the House Oversight Committee says, we revealed that Joe Biden received a two hundred thousand dollars check that was funded by the Biden's influencing pedaling schemes. These are the allegation, these are the charges.

A lot of this needs to be proven, but there's certainly evidence that something is a miss here, something at least causes us, it should, to scratch our heads and say, what on earth is really going on here? Is there a bigger scandal? Here? Are there explanations for this? I mean, look, it doesn't seem likely, but hey, there's a day in court or in Congress anyway for this to be heard. Timeouts in order. Back in a minute. I'm going back, my friends. I tell

you some of these conversations behind the scenes here. But there we go. So that's where we stand with the impeachment inquiry. We're moving into that as we move into twenty twenty four, which is of course right around the bend, and it's the right thing to do. Context matters. These two We didn't spend a lot of time comparing and contrasting to the Trump impeachment proceedings and so forth, but I mean it's not hard to draw some of those comparisons

and contrast the great and dramatic differences between how this was approached. The context matters. We have to do this the right way. It is the right thing to do. I've got to go, though, my friends, have a great day. Talk tomorrow. STG.
