Attention. You're listening to the Todd Huff radio show, America's home for conservative not Bitter Talk radio. Be advised. The content of this program has been documented to prevents and even cure liberalism, and listening may cause you to lean to the right. Here's your conservative but not bitter host, Todd Huff. Welcome, my friends. You have tuned in to America's hone for conservative not bitter talk. I am your host, coott Huff email and the text number.

If you want to be partner of today's discussion, email Todd at tod Huff showed dot com. You can also text us the Huff hot line three one seven two one zero twenty eight thirty. It's a pleasure to be here, my friends, again, to be here. So I am today. We've been talking, of course, a lot about this campaign, this election. We've been talking a lot about the charges against Trump, the polling. Trump is still I mean, blowing people out of the water out there,

Republicans, I mean, folks. This stuff was totally predictable, one hundred percent predictable. We knew, we knew that President Trump. It didn't take experts. In fact, I would say it takes anyone who's not an expert. I think that the most overused and abused term, misunderstood term is the term expert. I think that the headline that is probably amongst the most common, the most common headlines in this country today and online news sources or wherever,

the most common headline has to be experts were wrong. Experts tell us all of these things. Experts tell us to be terrified of all of these things. And then we after some amount of time, sometimes it's not much time, sometimes it's a long time, we're told, lo and behold. Finally, the experts were wrong. Experts were wrong about max masks. Experts have been wrong about so many things with COVID experts, of course, I laugh when I say this. Experts have been wrong about inflation and the Inflation

Reduction Act. The experts told us to vote for Biden to restore America's image in the world, get back to sanity in this country, in decency. Experts were clearly wrong on that. Experts are wrong all the time. The only headline that is a little bit more prevalent max actually a lot more prevalent

then experts are wrong is something that's demonizing Trump. And so when I look at this campaign, the first thing I see is that we the people, we people with common sense with an independent thinking mind, with someone who doesn't have an agenda right, trying to get people, trying to make it sound like something is inevitable, like Trump going anybody besides Trump being the presidential nominee for the Republican Party, Trump going to prison, which I'm saying, I'm

not saying is not a possibility, by the way. I'm just saying, just saying, the experts have told us a bunch of stuff that is routinely wrong, routinely routinely wrong. I cringe if someone we'd get interviewed from time to time, as you know, being a host of this incredible program, we get interviewed, interview requests from folks, and sometimes people might say, well, you're an expert in this area. I cringe. Do not insult me by putting me in with these self appointed experts, and I would hope

that you would insist the same. In your world. We don't need to be experts. We need to be people with common sense with an independent thinking mind. And that is why we arrived at the conclusion very easily, very early in the process that this. The only chance that anyone on that Republican debate stage has in becoming the nominee is if they take Trump out. And so that became in my mind. And I don't fault all of them. I do fault some of them battling something in the eyeball here this morning.

I don't fault all of them for joining the race. I don't mean it's it's the process, but to pretend to pretend like it's a toss up or my bigger problem is to put yourself on the side that says we are going to hope fingers cross for the success of our campaign, that they take this guy out, that they either wear him out, that they either mentally break

him, that they just overwhelm his ability to campaign. If I just have a problem with this unless you do what vvak Ramaswamy does, which is criticized it the whole way while saying I still want the nomination, I think that that's the right approach that at least is something I will listen to versus what most of the others are doing, which is pretending like we have a legitimate presidential campaign happening, a legitimate process where there's a handful of people that all

have a reasonable chance at winning the nomination, it's just not what it is. And then they don't talk about the real issue. The real issue is what is going to happen with President Trump. That's the real issue. That is one hundred percent the issue. If and even if that is the issue, and it is even if that is the case and it is, then it doesn't even matter to some extent. It will to a degree, and it will to a degree for actually in multiple ways. It will impact voters

differently, I think. But even if he's in prison running a campaign, which we're gonna talk about this morning. We've hit on this before, but I've got a SoundBite from the geniuses on the view, and I just want to play this. I don't even know when this from a few days ago. I had this in the stack, and I wanted to wait until I had some time to talk about it because I think it illustrates so much. It illustrates so much of what you know, It illustrates so much of what

we have been talking about here on this program. It's the strategy to stop Trump at all costs. They don't care about anything else. They are going complete scorched earth. They have already indicted him, but he's got ninety one charges through four separate indictments. They want to I mean, the number of years the guy can spend in prison. I don't have it in front of me, but I mean, you would think he was a serial killer. Of course, if you listen to the leftist in the media, they would

act like, yeah, he is a serial it's the same. If it's worse, it's worse. Tid he three try to overthrow our government. Insurrectionist Todd fourteenth Amendment getting tossed around in there. People are grasping at straws, especially people that have no reverence for the Constitution in normal circumstances and situations, they are completely enamored with finding something. Suddenly they become constitutional scholars. And I'm not saying it doesn't matter. I'm just saying, do not be fooled

by these folks. They are disingenuous. They come to you as wolves in sheep clothes. Thing. They are professional deceivers. These people have agendas and intentions that I think the average person would be mortified to find out. These are not good people. They are deceptive. They do not come to you in good faith. They are jokers and clowns and much much much worse and much much much darker. They are prepared to do anything, anything to win

this election. Government is their god, and they cannot stand the idea of having their so called, well, they're president, which they would would be akin to the chief priest or you're pastor of a church or something, because their church is the government. They do not want someone like Donald J. Trump. They cannot stand that, they cannot stomach that he is not He is actually the antithesis of what they want in office. And it's not for

reasons that they want you to believe. It's not because he's a threat to our democracy. It's not because he's gonna cause World War three with rocket Man. It's none of that. That's all smoke and mirrors. It is because he interferes with the globalist agenda. It is because he actually returns power to the people. And I'm not saying this. Look, I don't mean to paint the picture that Trump is a perfect president. There is no such thing

as a perfect president. There is no such thing as a perfect talk show host, though we get dangerously close from time to time. The point is they they there are the battle lines have been drawn. You know, the saying all is fair in love and war like that is not metaphorical to them. They are they are very very serious about this, whatever it takes. I remember the line from Seinfeld. For those of you that were Seinfeld fans like I was, there's an episode where Newman Newman, as Jerry would say,

and the mailman was trying to get a dream location in Hawaii. This was before well the nonsense is happening there today. That's a mess, absolutely, that's a whole you know, we've talked about it a little bit. Absolute debacle and mess in every conceivable way. There should be legitimate questions on so many things as to what is going on there, why they are not, why they've made getting supplies so complicated, why they are so slow,

all of this stuff. That's another issue altogether. But Newman wanted to be relocated to Hawaii, and he kind of was throwing at a pity party because he thought, I can't get the you know, there's there's too much mail to deliver or some such thing. So Jerry decided to step in. Jerry filled in for him on a voluntary basis because and this is what makes me think of this? He tells Newman. Newman, I'll do whatever it takes for as long as it takes me as so long as it takes you away

from me. That's what he told him and friends. That is the position of the Democrat Party when it comes to Donald Trump. Now, Jerry seinfeldt of course, as a comedian, that was meant to be hyperbolic and dramatic and entertaining. This, however, is happening in real life. They will do whatever it takes, emphasis on whatever. They will do whatever it takes, as long as it takes them, so long as it takes him Trump away from them, and away from them, in the simplest of terms,

means keeping him out of political office, out of the White House. They would be, in a very unhealthy way overjoyed if he was locked away in prison, preferably in their minds, somewhere in the hole, somewhere where he's getting attacked on a daily basis, in the clink. They would love that. They would love that. They're sick people. I'm they are sick. I just there's nothing wrong longing for justice. And there are people that believe

that Trump stayed a coup on January sixth to twenty one. I think that's delusional and crazy. But okay, they want justice for Trump. They think that warrants him to not be president. All this stuff fine, That's different from the people who are just are who I just described, the people who say they'll do whatever it takes to keep Trump off the ballot. They cheer and applaud the idea that he's in the clink, that he's in the hole, that he is suffering in prison. Is the people. They had no

concern. The media, had no concern about the conditions of the jail, Fulton County Jail where Trump was booked and his mug shot was taken and all that. They actually you could tell they were happy they wanted him. Is there any way we can get him in a holding cell for a little bit? Can we get him roughed up in there? They were cheering, I'm telling you. And it's not everybody who's against Trump, but there is there is a group of people that this is what they wake up for in the

morning. I just it is so unhealthy, It is so wicked and evil. It is just it makes me. I just I get sick talking about it. It's it's ridiculous. Well, I get a little bit humored, because how deranged does one have to be to where that is your life? But this is what we're up against. I know that some of you don't won't see it that way, but I don't see it possible for it to be any other way. This has been the consistent theme of how they've dealt

with him. It is going to be how it's going to continue. It is why I say buckle up. We've seen nothing yet, We have seen not even the beginning of the tip of the iceberg as to where this is going. And I hope all of you and everyone that you know has the resolve to see this thing through because it is going to be a metaphorical blood blood bath here, metaphorical. Take it easy, sensors out there. It's just colorful language to make a point. This is not going to be for

the timid. This is not going to be for the faint hearted. This is political war. We better buckle up and get ready because it's coming like it or not. Just like this break is coming to my friends. I gotta take a time out, quick time out. When we get back, I want to play this SoundBite from the view Sonny, what's your last name? Sonny Hostin, Sonny Hostin. It's about a ninety second clip, and I want to I want to play it for you. It's it's the strategy.

It's it's the it's just another extension of the strategy, which we've talked about on here before. But I also want you to hear that she's excited. She uses the word excited I think maybe twice, and talking about his indictments. She's an sided about that. I just is so bizarre to me. I think it's bizarre to any sort of normal person in anyway. We'll get into that in due course. Better timeout is necessary. Sit tight,

my friends, you were here listening to conservative not better talk. Great decision on your part today. Be back here in just a minute. I come back to my friends. I was asking me during the break to say something i'd said. It struck her so brilliantly. She wanted me to say it just as I had said it, and I said, Oz, I can't remember on the fly, give me a second here. It might come back to me anyway. So I want to play this SoundBite. This is the

view, Well, this show is not the view. This show is anathetical to the view. This show is about thinking. This show, my show, the one you're listening to. This show respects you as a human being. You have your own mind, You have the ability to use logic, reason, rationale. You know how to read, you know how to think, you know how to do research. I come on here to talk about things that appeal to you in that way. I do not. I do not do it the way that the view does. The view is about emotion.

Oh, it's everything is I mean, I remember when Rush and I know it's a different show, but it's the same thing. It's the same thing Rash used to talk about Oprah, and Oprah used to you know, cut her show and she would say, look, you know, let's get more of an emotional response, you know, get this person crying whatever, and look, the power of emotion is. I mean, it's very real. But see I think the power I don't know. I'm just I'm old

fashioned. I don't think that stuff should attempt should be fabricated. I don't think it should be fabricated. I mean, I do believe in using the tools that we have to make the point. I mean, every you know, hyperbole and exaggeration, and all that. But it's not just about to fabricate emotion. It takes away from the authenticity. It's I think it it's an attempt to manipulate the audience. What is this stuff? I just it's

it's but this is what they do. It's anathetical to this show. So we gotta get into the mindset this is like, this is a stark contrast from listening to me talk or for how your brain normally works to get into the view mode, you know. So I don't know what helps you do that. If you can, if you can try to get into the mindset of how they want you to receive this. I mean, don't do this without a little bit of a filter, because this is what they want from

all people. But just see it. Try to see it for what it is, which is which is emotional, superficial, non no depth, no intent on trying to understand the Trump's supporter, no intent on trying to actually get to truth, no intent on anything other than destroying the president. That's what they're trying to do. That's what they're trying to do. They act like it's well, I don't know if they may act like it is like

what they're trying to do. But anyway, so Sunny Houston, I had to ask guys how to say her name because I'm not even sure I read. I don't listen. Yeah, I listen to these clips, but they don't say their last name very much. Anyway, So Sunny Houston here on the view lays forth what we've gone through before to some degree. But it's it's one of those things that was kind of percolating in the background. You would hear stories this state's trying to keep Trump off the ballot because you know,

through the fourteenth Amendment and everything else. But you would hear it, you know, not as much you were we were here, we heard a lot more about indictments and everything else, insurrection, kudata, whatever. So she's on here basically again going to the Seinfeld strategy. They'll do whatever it takes as long as it takes them, so long as it takes him Trump away from political power. And so listen to her explain this. Listen to

the she's excited she says about indictments. Excited. I just that is so bizarre to me. Anyway, Let's play the clip and we'll talk about this silliness after she finishes about ninety seconds here field. But what I want what I want to say is I think the larger question is he's going to be convicted of something. Right, I've said it all the time, federal defendants get convicted, like ninety seven percent of the time. State In the Georgia

case, he's on tape for one of the charges. So he's going to get convicted. The larger question is why is he even allowed to run? And you know I wherever, then there are these legal and listen, I

were talking about an early audience. There are conservative legal minds and experts that are saying that under the fourteenth Amendment, he is not even allowed to run, even though he hasn't been convicted yet, because the fourteenth Amendment says, if you've participated in public office after taking an oath to this country in an insurrection, you're ineligible to run. Okay. And so you have two lawsuits now pending, I think one in New Hampshire and is it Florida, Florida.

And then you also have the fact that this has been tested before. Remember Madison quoth Bone and the one that was getting in trouble for all that stuff. Well, a federal appeals court found that he was ineligible to run because he participated in an insurrection and there was no conviction there. So I really think that this legal theory is something that we really need to concentrate on instead of concentrating so much about the indictments. I mean, I'm very excited

about them myself, but I definitely think fourteenth Amendment all way. The question is not why he's allowed. Just listen to that. Listen to that. So by the way she framed that, by the way she discussed that, you know, she essentially what she said. What she said was, look, we've done all these indictments, We've done all these other things. To me, she says, we go fourteenth Amendment all the way. So who talks like this, right, who talks like this? It is somebody who

considers themselves as part of a movement, who has an objective. Objective is to do exactly what I've told you throughout this show, the Seinfeld Newman strategy. Right, whatever it takes, as long as it takes me, as long as it takes him Trump away from political office. So she's admitting, she is admitting that she is intent on that outcome. Period. She's focused on that outcome. You know, it's interesting. I heard I'm in Alabama. Oh boy, this might get me in trouble. I'm an Alabama football

fan, I know, and I'm not listening to me. Before you form assumptions. I'm not a a Bandwagon fan or a Fairweather fan. This is something that goes back to my childhood. When I was a young man, my grandfather had you know, your little kid, and they had this this hutch, I guess, with different items in it. So one of those things where they would put the china, the things that the kids never touched, the grandkids never touched. In fact, I remember there was a starting

lineup. Do you remember those? The starting lineup figuring Kareem abdul Jabbar. I can't remember. At one point he was in the hutch. At another point he was on the very top of the hutch, still in the package cram Abdul Jabbar starting lineup figuring. Ironically, there's a starting lineup figuring here on my that's a whole kid's found. Well it's a long story, but

there's one sitting here right now. This is not Kareem abdul Jabar, so but in in that hutch, we're a lot of things again China starting lineup, figuring pictures of family behind behind some glass. And there was also a bottle of Coca cola, maybe a twelve ounce bottle, not a huge bottle, maybe a twelve ounce bottle, I don't know. And on that bottle it had Paul the Bear Bryant on it. It had Alabama logo. My grandpa had bought that, I think when he had been to Alabama. I

don't I think he got it in Alabama. I'm not sure, but as a little kid, I remember seeing that, and you know, not really knowing. I was a football fan, but not knowing much about football outside of my region at the time. I just started liking them because of my grandpa. And of course it doesn't hurt that in the past fifteen years, not counting this year yet, Alabama has been ranked number one fifteen straight years.

Not this year yet, they're number three. Anyway, point is Nick Saban, who's the coach of Alabama, which I know saying his name gives you may have a very negative visceral response. You may be a Saban fan. That's not the point. But I hear him say this a lot, and I want you to compare and contrast this with what Sunny hostin here is

saying. Nick Saban, who trains his players, who coaches his players, who teaches his players, who many of which become professional athletes, many of which become Pro Bowl athletes, all pros in the NFL Hall of Famers. He's the program is phenomenal. Did the best players in the world come through the school. I'm gonna stop promoting Alabama for a moment now. But he says, we focus on the process and not the outcome. Let me say

that again. So he's interested in building people, men who can you know, use the skills, transfer the skills to lead a successful life as human beings. He's also training men to become the best college football player they can be, and hopefully in their minds are as far as they're concerned, to the best professional football player they can be. And what does he tell them? We focus on the process and not the outcome. In other words, we know what works, we know what is the right thing to do,

and we methodically do it. The outcome will take care of itself. That is what a person with integrity does, My friend, the person with integrity does that very thing. The person who does not have integrity, the person who's a political hack, the person. Look at how we've talked about the Biden hunter Biden saga on this program, and I gotta take a break here. I mean, to me, it's glaringly obvious the evidence. But you hear me say oftentimes allegedly. I mean, I make the point because no

one's been convicted, and I don't. But but there's strong evidence, there's strong evidence where you could be concerned, should be concerned with. I'm now talking and an agreement, by the way, with those who say it's time to begin impeachment inquiries into what all is going on here, because it's legitimate. It's straight up legit, it's not fabricated. I don't have a desired outcome. Well, I do in the sense that I want justice. I

want decency returned to our government. I want this nation to turn away from the corruption and evil that that it's been embracing. But that's not what Sonny Houston saying. She's basically saying, Hey, we want the guy out. We want to decide who the Republican nominees are ourselves. We can't have it be in this Trump guy. We've tried this, this, this, and this. I think we stick with it. I think we stick with the fourteenth Amendment. Sounds good to me, says Sonny Hasten. The audience collapsed.

Whoa Yeah, mindless, mind numb robots, incapable or completely disinterested in having a thought of their own. I've got to take a break, sit tight, my friends back in just a minute. Welcome back to my friends. You know, I want to say something else too. I think I actually think give me a second here, all right, there we go. I think I really do think this, and it's what our column is about. Huh. I know some of you don't see it. I'm saying both

of these things are true. We are in the midst of a cold civil war, politically, culturally, from a position of worldview, from a position a position of faith, we are in the midst of a cold civil war. You know. It used to, used to we could have different opinions, even very very different opinions, on very key issues, very important issues, the meaning of life, whether there's a God or not, how we decide to personally live our lives. And we used to be able to.

I mean, there's always obviously been exceptions and There's been terrible things happened throughout history, but there were certainly also times where people learn to just get along and to truly be tolerant, not in the way that it's been used to manipulate us. Tolerant of things, meaning I can coexist, not in the sense of a bumper sticker. But I don't have to. You know, we can all live in America as long as you're not trying to infringe upon

my freedoms. You're trying to redefine what I believe is morally right and just and trying to tell me how I can raise my kids. You go over there, and you do all the crazy you want, right, you go over there and do all the crazy you want. People can think that about me and my faith and you and I can think that about someone else. And that's that used to be the way it was, but it's not that way anymore. It's not that way anymore, and it's been becoming more intense

more, I mean, very very emotionally. Charges why shows like the View connect, that's why they applaud WHOA Yeah, fourteenth Amendment. I don't I bet the average person if you ask them how many amendments there are to the Constitution. What an amendment to the Constitution is, What the Constitution is. I mean, people people thing that we fought for our independence in nineteen twenty one against Switzerland. They have no idea on these things, but they're cheering

as though, Yeah, that's it, fourteenth Amendment. I've been saying it all along, Sally. I've been trying to tell them that they just needed to go to the Constitution because this guy did something that the Constitution forbids. He challenged an election. He told his followers to peacefully and patriotically march to the Capitol Building on January sixth. If that's not an insurrection, Sally, I don't know what is right. This is how we get to this nonsense

anyway. So but I still believe, I mean, that is true. That is true because of the margins. That's true. The margins of the radicals, the radically insane, deranged people that are prepared to do what Sonny Houston has here, which is anything it takes to stop Trump. That number is significant. They have positions of power, they have position of influence, whether it's in media. We go through the rush used to say the four

Pillars of deceit. I think there's more like seven media, academia, entertainment, government. I'm skipping a few because I want to stay on point and because I don't have my list in front of me. There's a lot. There's the big tech, and there's a couple others that I'm just neglecting on the fly here. But the point is, the point is I still think while that is true, I think that there's also still a group of people who are not fringe radical leftists who are prepared to burn this country down.

In fact, I think the majority of Democrats are not the radical left. The majority of rank and file voters. Again I've shared this before. I can't get into it today, but they're single issue voters a lot right. They're union Democrats, or they're pro choice Democrats, and they'll be conservative on

every other issue, but they'll vote Democrat because of that one thing. I'm not trying to brush the I think pro life, or excuse me, pro choice is what it has at, what it actually means, what it truly means in the sense of abortion, not in the sense of what it means and common vernacular, or I guess what it means technically. If you just look at definitions of words. Choice is a good thing, but not the

choice to terminate the life of another human being. But the point is, so I'm not defending that, but I am saying that they're conservative in every other conceivable way, but they vote Democrats. So there's a lot of people that just are open. They there are a lot of people that can still be persuaded. There's a lot of common ground. That's why we do the column because I think and it's called the series we're doing now, it's called common Ground. You can get that, by the way, free on the

website totally free toddufshow dot com. Just go to the scroll down on the homepage, just the tadbit. It's right under the head and says sign up

to receive our weekly column. It goes out Wednesdays and anyway. So, but there is that element too, right, there's the element of people that are confused and bamboozled and they follow the narratives, but they're starting to think, you know what, this isn't adding up because you know, they start looking back and they say, how could Trump be You know, I'm trying to detect the pattern here, right, Russian collusion impeachment one, impeachment two,

all these things constantly Trump's under assault. I think back I got two and a half years now to compare Biden to Trump. Biden's fallen everywhere he goes, tipping over bicycles. Saw the other day video of him shaking hands. I don't know if Oz if you saw this, but he's shaking hands when he's in a group of He's not a big group because nobody wants to go seeing, but he's shaking hands with people who are supposedly meeting him.

He shakes hands with a Secret Service agent. Could see the wire leading into the guy's ear. I don't know if Biden didn't recognize him, or if it was part of the attempt to make it look like people really wanted to touch Biden instead of Biden sniffing them. But anyway, people have seen this, they can compare. They can remember they're not stupid. They're not stupid, except for the ones that have willingly checked out because they don't want to

fight it. They don't want to be in the part of the country that's demonized. They want to be associated with the hip and the cool people, the people who have the positions of power. The people who control the airwaves, control the narrative. Some people have sold out, they've sold their soul in a sense, to just be a part of that, which is crazy to me. One of the thing I learned I got to a break the

thing I learned from my father that I've told people this. My dad is the guy that if, on principle, if there's a group of ten thousand people in the town square, if you can envision this, and nine thousand, nine hundred and ninety nine of say that they think this, that you know, they believe that A is the case. If my dad's convinced that it's B, he's not joining. He's not And I admire the heck out of him for that. He's not trying to be belligerent or contentious or anything

like that. It's principal and we need more people like that who use their own thinking minds. And I have to take a break. Along in this segment, my friends, sit tight back in a minute, TikTok, TikTok, TikTok. My friends, you know we're heading into the end of this year. You know that we're in political campaign mode. You know that twenty

twenty four is right around the corner.
