So lots of fireworks there and lots of things to discuss about. And we'll get to those things in due course, my friends, before we get rocket and rolling with that. So let's unpack some of these things that are in the news today as we are still still reeling from what was announced by President Biden
over the weekend. Biden, of course stepping down as the Democrat Party's nominee. Kamala Harris is positioning herself to become that nominee. In fact, it has been reported here where are we I got a lot of things in the stack of stuff. There we go. This is reported at hold on here, there we go. Come on now, okay, this is Washington Examiner Kamala Harris secures more than half the delegates to win the DNC presidential nomination. So again, let's maybe just take this back a step. I know we
have people listening from all different backgrounds and experiences and knowledge level. We have seasoned professionals people in this audience who who knows, may be able to sit behind the microphone like yours truly and talk and share information for hours upon hours. We have people who know it, but you know, maybe can't quite well that they A lot of folks just don't want to talk about it or
share it, but they understand it. Some people are learning it. Some people are brand new to it. Who you know, this is all that they didn't They may have taken a Civics class in school, but you know, they were not They didn't learn much at the public school that they went to. So people are all over the spectrum, is the point. So I just want to spend a moment to tell you what actually happens here.
So the two primary political parties, and this is not Look, I'm not saying these things to say that this is perfect or that it has my full endorsement or anything like that. I'm not here to talk about the two party system or anything along those lines other than just to explain what's going on. So, both the Democrat Party and the Republican Party have the right to nominate
their own candidates, and so they have their own rules. Both of them have a system whereby delegates are well, delegates are who actually votes to officially nominate each party's representative. It should be noted, it should be noted that that is just like it mirrors the electoral college. The electoral college is something that is within our government. Within it has a constitutional framework. The way that the parties operate do not. The parties can set their own rules as
to how their candidates are officially nominated. And so what happens is what happens is both well, that's why, for example, Democrats have this thing, this classification of delegates called super delegates, and they are extra important. This is the ruling class within the Democrat Party. These are people that you might even know their names. These are people who are sometimes popular, always powerful, and their vote counts more than well than the rank and file delegates that
will be sent to the Democrat convention. So when a candidate or when a primary is run in a certain state, the results of that primary determine how many delegates will be awarded to each nomine or to each person running, each person that was in the primary. So let's just say for kicks and giggles, and this didn't happen, didn't really happen this year because the Democrats made
sure that Biden did not have any opposition. This is worth noting. They didn't want Biden to have any opposition or remember, they basically forced RFK Junior to become a third party candidate. They wouldn't let him debate, They acted like he didn't exist. They didn't want him out there. They didn't want Biden to have to run two separate campaigns, meaning a primary campaign and then
a general election campaign. Now, in one sense, it's an extension of the same thing, but in another sense, it's getting attacked by different groups of people. Right, one would be people within your own party. That would be the primary process. The other would be the general election, and that would be, of course, just the Republicans the other side of the out, and so they didn't think Biden could withstand that for obvious reasons.
All of this stems from what we know today, which many of us have known for a long time, that Biden is frail. Biden is not well mentally. He has incredibly serious health concerns, or just if you don't want to go that far, you can say a incredibly serious cognitive disability. At this point, that's what he has. They've known he's had this. In fact, there's an article in the stack of stuff. It's not apparently the
Wall Street Journal had written a piece. I found this elsewhere, so it's not the Wall Street Journal, but the Wall Street Journal basically came out and said that the Democrat Party, or the Biden team or the people who are closer to Biden have been hiding this, hiding his sinility, as the headline says, since twenty twenty one. I think it's October of twenty twenty one,
so that's only what ten months into his term as president. If they've been hiding it from us since then actively, which I would maintain it's been going back further than that, because if you remember the entire twenty twenty campaign. Biden waged that campaign, ran that campaign from his basement. Remember this, he was yelling at the geese out there, get off my pond, geese or whatever it was. Remember there's there's a clip of something like that.
I can't commented on the geese. I don't know anyway, So they've kept him hidden for a long time. This was part of the strategy. This was this was how they ran the race. This was why COVID was convenient. As far as it look, I'm not saying I know some people have very Oh that's a whole other thing. Let's just say the fact that COVID prevented there from being large rallies actually helped the Biden campaign. I'm not
saying anything more than that. I'm just saying that there were things that came some of the consequences of how we responded to COVID that actually helped the campaign. Remember Biden had people sitting in circles. Remember they had to sit in their cars. At one point when Biden would be giving a campaign address or
whatever, horns would occasionally honk. I'm still to this day convinced I will go to my Grave convinced that the only reason there was any honking is because people were falling asleep in their car and their heads were landing upon their horns. That's the only reason there was any honking at these rallies. He was hidden, he was minimized, he was put into the shadows, and all of the Democrats' effort was put on attacking and destroying and maligning President Donald J.
Trump. That's exactly what happened then, and they were prepared to do the same thing now while also realizing the risk, right, the risk was the risk was what they've been exposed for, that the emperor would be seen to have no clothes, that he would be so incapable of communicating, explaining ideas, articulating responses, that there was no way that they could hide that
from the American people. That is clearly what happened here, and so the contingency plan of having Kamala as the new presidential candidate was kicked into full gear. So, but for all of that to happen, you have to go through this this primary process, but specifically through the convention. There's nothing definitive in the primary process. Now, if you if they follow the rules, then yes, but there's these caveats and honestly, nobody knows what would have
happened. And I'll get to this. Let me let me set it up a little bit better before I do that. Though. this conversation. So you have the primaries, you have the caucuses, and then the Democrat This happens for both the Democrat Party and the Republican Party. They have their rules. They have a written out rules that say this is how delegates will be awarded. Now, Democrats have roughly four thousand total delegates. I'm estimating it's not quite that, but it's approximately that. So in order to win the party's nomination, you have to have at least half of
those Democrats I'm major Democrats delegates. You have to have half of those delegates. And so in order to secure those, we have this primary process and then delegates are assigned based upon the rules each party has sometimes and it could vary, could vary by state. Sometimes it's a winner take all scenarios. So if a state has one hundred delegates, and you win the state, if you win it by one vote, you would get all the delegates.
If it's a proportional allocation, then there's rules on how that's how those are allocated. So some states might be you know, you get a proportional allocation. If you win a certain percentage of the vote, say ten percent, you're guaranteed at least one or two delegate, whatever it is five delegates. Every state has its own rules and so those delegates are not just numbers on
a score sheet. Those delegates translate into actual people. So you can go through a process if you go back, and if you go back in time, go back, you can you can try to become a delegate. But you don't just become a delegate to the Democrat convention. We're talking specifically about the Democrat Convention. The same is true for the Republican convention. You don't just become a delegate for whomever. You become a delegate for a particular candidate.
So you can apply to become a delegate for Biden, a delegate for Mary Ann Williamson, or whomever it is that you want to be a delegate for, and then based upon the party's results or the candidate's results, I should say, in an individual state's primary. Then those delegates are then called up to go to the convention. So, for example, in our scenario, let's say, just for kicks and giggles, let's say a state has
one hundred delegates. Let's say Biden won seventy five percent of the vote or whatever it is because no one else is running, but Maryann Williamson was on some of these ballots. Let's say let's say Biden got ninety five delegates and she got five. In many cases it would bee hundred to zero or whatever, but let's just say she got a couple, so they would send ninety five of Biden's delegates. These are people, human beings, who have said I am pledged to vote for Joe Biden. I'm excited, I'm I'm on
team Joe. For whatever reason, they're riding with Biden. These are people who have some problems, clearly, but nonetheless, that's take it easy. I'm just playing. I mean, I'm not, but I am. So they go to this, so they are then scheduled to go to the convention, and then add that convention. None of this is finalized, or it's until you win the nomination, until you secure the delegates. In fact, I remember, in fact, I watched the roll call at the Republican National
Convention when Trump eclipsed whatever number it was. I forget Republicans have a different number of delegates. They of course, they usually make it so that the person's home state is the state that cast the delegates, that pushes the candidate over the top. And so Florida cast their delegates, and when they did that, they can do this in anywhere that they want, right, So they moved Florida so that Florida's delegates would be you know what knocked Trump over
the top to officially win the nomination, and all this stuff. I remember tweeting out about it. It was on the Monday, the Monday of the day one of the convention, and I posted it when I saw it, and I remember commenting, in spite of everything they've thrown at this man, in spite of all of the lawfare, all of the impeachments, all of the Russian collusion delusion, all of just everything that they've thrown at this guy,
including now tempted assassination, everything that's happened to him. He now walks out as the party's nominee. And and ironically, the other guy, the guy that we were told saved our democracy, is not going to be on the ballot for the Democrat Party now, Joseph Robin at Biden. So that's what happens the problem here. Now, A lot of people say that this is a coup, This is the oligarchs running, you know, taking over
the will of the voter and so forth. I would say that that started a long time ago, because they didn't let anyone else get on the ballot to begin with. This is it's an ugly part of it, but this is the way that this is set up to work. There's a conscience clause. I believe I heard Jinsaki talking about this as though people on the left have a conscient on the radical left. I don't think that they do. I don't anyway, but the left apparently in the Democrat Party. There's a
conscience clause. It says if I cannot in good conscience vote for this candidate at the convention, if I'm a delegate that's even pledged to him. Now this hasn't been tested. Who knows that this would hold up in reality? There'd be legal challenges and so forth, but that's a possibility. So there's all sorts of contingencies as to what could have happened. And they knew this, and so that's why they wanted to try to clean this thing up again.
As I've said before, and I'm not going to get back into this is the same exact scenario I'm talking to at of what we had in twenty twenty. The Democrat party power brokers made the decision who the candidate was going to be, and they pushed everyone else out of the way that was going to interfere with that. That's what they did in twenty twenty. The difference was their guy wasn't sitting in the wine house. Today, he's sitting in
the wine house. So now you have to navigate the future the party while still somehow coming up with a narrative that says this guy should still be commander in chief, he clearly shouldn't be. If he's not qualified to be the presidential nominee, How on earth is he qualified to be the current president? But they still haven't given us really the reason why, the reason why he dropped out. We know the reason why. I've talked about it on this
program extensively, but they haven't made an official statement. Is it because you can't finish a sentence? Is there a problem with your cognition? Is it just because you're trailing in the polls. What does that mean If you're just trailing in the polls, What about all these people that have voted for you saying that you are the answer? Now suddenly you're not. What is going
on here? Wish We're never gonna know, because it doesn't matter. They'll create whatever narrative that they want to create that they need to create simply to further whatever it is that they want. There's an old saying that I love
the mind will justify what the heart desires. The heart for the Democrat Party has been to move on from Biden because they're heart wants the power, The heart wants the authority, The heart wants the position well of running the government, and so the mind comes up with ways to achieve that, even if it doesn't make sense. That's what's going on here. So they're trying to avoid a messy convention where people might have hesitations for voting for Biden, so
they push him out. Now Kamala has gotten the I guess the endorsement of nearly half of the one nine and seventy six delegates that she needs to officially win the nomination here in about a month. That convention, the Democrat Convention, happens here in the latter part of August. So anyway, that's the mechanics of this. So she's secured half of what she needs. The convention is still a couple of weeks away. Everybody seems to be unifying around Kamala.
Harris, it looks like the folks in Hollywood have gotten the me You go out there and you praise Biden for being this great savior that was part of the back room deal that was cooked up here so that he could save face. You go out there and you praise him in at the same time, you start to well solidify and unite around Kamala. Now Kamala is still down in the polling the Trump there's still a mess as far as that goes for the Democrats. But that's a little bit as to what's going on.
So now she Kamala has secured half of what she needs. Again, who knows what's gonna happen, But see, she has secured half of what she needs from a delegate count perspective to become the Democrat Party's nominee officially when the convention actually takes place here in the latter half of August. So timeouts in order a little bit loong this segment plenty more to get to my friends. You're listening here to conservative not better talk. I am your host, the

As I stated yesterday, there might be a little bounce in the polls, there's going to be a little bit of excitement. There's going to be, of course, some well misleading reporting and so forth. For example, For example, one of these things that I've got in the stack of stuff is from the Populisttimes dot com. Kamala Harris is actually raising big money now. So here's what it says at
a glance. Harris secures backing for major Democratic donors within hours of Biden's announcement. That sounds wow, they're rallying around her. Act Blue reports forty six point seven million in smaller dollar donations on the day of Harris's campaign launch. Party leaders and influential figures swiftly endorse Harris's candidacy. Well, no, kidd, and this was orchestrated. This is what had to happen. And I've got some information on some of those things that these these folks are saying about.
Kamala Harris campaign already vetting potential running mates, right, they're trying to nip any opposition in the bud. But may I remind you now this would not apply to small dollar donations. But may I remind you that remember you remember when Biden was getting pressure to drop out. This has happened within the past week or two. A lot of things have been on our radar here, from an attempted assassination of Trump to a party trying to get rid of
its candidates and everything else that's in the day the day's news. But if you remember, one of the things in the headlines was that big donors were withholding funds from Biden campaign. They weren't going to donate because they didn't want Biden. They wanted to turn up the financial heat on Biden. So some of this, and again I want to be clear, I'm not talking about small dollar donations, but some of this, the big donations and the number
that it's inflated. Much like the way that the left inflates the economy, right, they love to drive us into inflation. They've also inflated their numbers here because the well had run dry for the Biden campaign. And so Kamala is the beneficiary of some of that money that's just on hold, that was going to go to anybody, anybody not named Joseph Robinette Bribery. So that's important to note as well. Got other things to point out as we as
we make our way through all of the all the chaos here. But before why I do that? My friends? Do you have dry irritated skin? Skin? Do you have that? Are you tired of it? Are you tired of the big corporations, the corporations by the way, that take the money that they profit from selling you something and then give it to candidates and
causes that you are fighting against on a daily basis. Kamala is raising a lot of money, but it would be a little deceitful, or at least it doesn't paint the full picture until we point out that a lot of those funds had been dried up because the left, these big donors on the left, the power brokers, decided they want not giving Biden any more money. They weren't giving any more to the Democrat Party until they got rid of this guy. And that was really the beginning of the end
for the Biden candidacy. Here Biden's run to be the Democrat Party's nominee. So what about this for a headline? We factor this sin. You know, everybody's rallying around or they're wanting you to believe they're rallying around Kamala Harris. What about this Washington Examiner headline? If nominee isn't Harris, contributions have to be refunded, according to the Federal Election Commission. This is written by
Paul Bedard. Let me read a bit of this. Vice President Kamala Harris, the second half of the now broken Biden Harris twenty twenty four ticket, must become the presidential nominee, or the millions of dollars their campaign has raised for the general election will have to be refunded. According to federal election rules. Nearly one hundred million dollars is at stake, the amount the Biden Harris
campaign has in the bank. The funding rules are likely to bolster efforts to unite the Democratic Party around Harris and give her a war chest to run against former President Donald Trump. Any nominee would have to start fundraising. Any new nomine I should say, it would have to start fundraising from scratch, so it's not just Kamala's name on You know, these these imaginary ballots, it's
Kamala and then in parentheses plus one hundred million dollars cash. So before you start coming around and talking about your Gavin Newsom's and your Gretchen Whitmer's, your Andy Basher's, your Josh Shapiro's, anyone else, which some of those folks apparently may be being considered for vice presidential candidate for Kamala Harris. But before you start coming in with those names as the folks that are going to be the nominee, the party's nomine you have to account for the one hundred million
dollars. Now, certainly, I suppose it's possible that the money that's refunded could then turned around and be donated to the campaign again to the new campaign, whoever that new person would be. But that's a risk. I mean, there's no guarantee of that. Even if people mean to send that money back in I mean releasing it, you're almost guaranteeing that you're not gonna have that much of it return. You're you're not gonna get one hundred percent of
it. So that is a factor in this process. I alluded to this earlier as well. We've got people in the well in Hollywood. You know I told you that the deal here was one of the final deals. Is they begin to tighten the proverbial news around the Biden campaign. They basically said, look, here's the deal. We can do this the easy way or the hard way. Option one is you resign gracefully out, you say whatever you want. You know, you pass the baton to Kamala Harris, and
then we fawn over you. We talk about your legacy, We say how great you were, We talk about how you know this nation wouldn't even be in existence without you. I mean, we will really really play it up. We'll get our big Hollywood crowd to get out there, the Mark Hamill's, the Robert De Niro's. Who else did I see Ben Stiller? I
think George Takai, John Cryer's in here. We'll just make sure John Stewart will make sure, Mark Ruffalo will make sure that you are your legacy is intact, well, at least what we tell people your legacy is right. We'll tell people how great it was. There's never been another president like you. It's truly remarkable, phenomenal. I played a SoundBite from Rachel Maddow yesterday where she said some of these things. The problem is when you try to
give examples, there are none. There are none. It's like a white It looks like a great story when these folks tell it. But on the inside, this administration has done nothing but cause difficulty. And I would even say death to the American dream in many instances, death to the idea of
financial freedom for people have opportunity and so forth. But anyway, the left has rallied their troops, and of course option too was Look, we will force you out, we will use the twenty fifth Amendment, we will kick your butt to the curb. And whatever happens to you, your legacy or reputation, your family that we don't concern ourselves with. That that includes Hunter Biden. I just that's what I think happened. That's what I think happens.
So I'm gonna read some of these on the other side of the break, but I'm up against the time, my friends, gotta take a time out, quick time out. They need you to fawn all over them because of course, so they're massive egos and what's important to them, which what's important to them is power, and authority. So I'll get to

This is all part of the deal, the promise to the Biden family in order for him to be pushed out of the nomination process before I do that.
