going to talk about Trump's sentencing now being postponed until September. Boy, that's an interesting timeline again here as we've that's been delayed in the wake of the Supreme Court ruling that was announced earlier this week. But we got that battle, the battle with the bureaucratic state. We've got the battle, the battle with the bureaucrats who were putting the boots of the government on the throats of
the American business community, the American consumer. Even though they lie to the American consumers say oh no, no, no, you're not paying those taxes the businesses, Well, my friends, economics one to one would tell you that businesses passed that along to the consumer. Businesses. Businesses get revenue from people that are buying their products and services, and so you're all paying. We're all paying as consumers these taxes. No matter what they try to do
and what head fakes and misdirections they try to trick us with. That's the reality. So we've got we've got a fight with the with government. And that's why this Chevron I know, I talked about this earlier in the week, the Chevron deference overruling of the Chevron case from the nineteen eighties is actually going to have a positive impact on the ways the ability of the government to be oppressive to people in just arbitrarily enforcing things and fines that they just create
up out of whole claus So we've got up front with the government. I call these things the seven pillars of propaganda. We've got the battle with the media. The media this week or in the past week since the debates, they've been engaged in some make believe, in some pretendin itis here. They've been acting like they had no idea, they thought Biden was as sharp as
attack. They wanted you to believe, they wanted me to believe that they were totally bamboozled, flabbergasted, shocked, dismayed, just beside themselves, just totally oblivious to how bad Biden's condition actually is. The amount of well, the lack, I should say, of mental fitness for office. They acted like they you know, they didn't think that that was even that that was a punchline. They thought that was just Republicans making up a narrative. But
they knew all along, my friends, they were playing a game. The game is to get leftists and Democrats elected so that they can push their ideology and viewpoint forward, take away the freedoms and liberties of Americans in the pursuit of remaking this nation into something that more closely aligns with their morally bankrupt worldview, which is what they seek to do. So we've got the media,
we've got the government. We've got a war with science, and not on science itself, with the people in the government who's running quote unquote science. I'm doing now that there's gonna be a Todd Talk. Todd Talks are sixty second features that stations will play or that will post on our our website. Eventually these things will make their way I think, to social media. But social sixty second features where I just talk about an issue or something for sixty
seconds throughout the day that will air at different times and so forth. But I did one, I'm doing one today. Glacier National Park had signs that were posted in the past saying that there would be no glaciers, the glaciers would be gone by twenty twenty, and they're still there. They're still there.
We're being lied to and deceived and manipulated by scientists, by scientists, by the way, that have a vested interest in getting money from the government to solve or to study problems, problems like climate change, which of course they insist is caused by you and me driving around in our gas guzzling SUVs. I've got a dually to pull our camper. We've got an F three fifty. That's a diesel dually. I mean I am in the minds of the left. I mean I'm half a step if I'm a half a step
ahead of Satan as far as what they think of me for that. But we've got that war that we're fighting. We've got the misinformation and the deceit. You go back to look at what they told us through COVID. There's plenty of examples what's going on there as well. I call these the seven pillars of propaganda. I'm not going to go through all of them, but I'm gonna mention to you one of the fourth, the fourth which is woke
business, which is woke business. And we have, my friends, we have a real problem in this country where you know, you'll tune into this program, I'll talk about these issues. You know, we get we get into a little bit into the weeds. Sometimes usually we just for the sake of building a fuller understanding of an issue, what's really going on, why it matters, how it ties back to the Constitution, and all of that. But the reality is, the reality is we can fight for these things
and pay attention to the other six fronts of the battle. And if we ignore woke business and we're giving our dollars, we're paying for products and services, and then those dollars make their way to woke causes or to woke candidates, and we only have fueled the beast through the back door. My friends, this is a battle, this battle that we're fighting. This is not just political. It is political, but it's not just political. This battle goes back. It's
a cultural fight. And culture, of course, my friends, is downstream from worldview, how we think about the world, how we think about I mean basic questions, is there a God or not? How you answer that question has a lot to say what your view of the role of government is. I mean, if there is no God and if our rights don't come from God, you have a much less likely You're much less likely to think that rights are something that we have automatically, because how could we, how
could we through happen chance? None of that makes any sense. But nonetheless, these things matter, and so that's why we talk about them. That's why we go back to the source. And that's why it matters too that we think about this in terms of a multi front battle, not just something that is strictly political. This has taken over, my friends, all aspects
of our lives. It's why I say everything is political. I'm not saying it should be, but it has become that what you eat, what you drink, what you drive, what you wear, you know, who you marry, where you settle down, if you have kids, if you don't, All these things have become political today. So I want to start today by talking a little bit about Trump's sentencing being postponed to September. I've got a reaction here to the Supreme Court decision where the executive branch was basically given
protections against future criminal prosecution. Joy Reads reaction to that. I want you to hear that. I've got Dana Bash on CNN saying that Biden's war room his political team is close to urging him or maybe urging him to drop out of the race depending upon how bad his pulling numbers get. I've got Kamala Harris doing yet another cringey video performance, this time at the Beet Awards ceremony.

Let's look here headline Trump's sentencing. I just want to mention this really quickly has been delayed
in the Manhattan hush money case. This was the case that was the verdict was just delivered here about a I want to say, the end of May, Judge Mercan has delayed the sentencing. And this is in the wake of the Supreme Court decision saying that by and large, presidents ex presidents have protections large amounts of immunity from criminal prosecution once they get out of office for official acts that they've done as president of the United States, and so there is
I just want to go through this just really briefly, really briefly. Here, Judge McCann has vacated the July eleventh, twenty twenty fourth sentencing until September eighteenth, twenty twenty four. That's just what's that six weeks or so before election day. A gentleman by the name of Mike Davis. This is in rvmnews dot com. This is in the stack of stuff. He is, well, he's got a legal background. You can you can check him out on x I want to say, Twitter, but he's obviously got a lot
of credentials in the legal world. Mike Davis is his name. He says that this taste that this case is now Toast is I believe how he said it. Fact, he says this on X the case is Toast Brag referring to the district attorney who presented evidence, who prosecuted this case. Bragg used evidence subject to presidential immunity. Murcann must declare a mistrial. Again. A jury's finding of guilt isn't a conviction. A defendant doesn't become a felon until
the judge convicts him. And Trump isn't a felon, and he likely won't ever be. That's his tweet. We'll see what happens. This gentleman knows much more about this legally than I do. But let's assume for a moment he's right this. Of course, you know this is I look at this and I think, you know, the irony is so rich here. There's so much poetic justice that I'm seeing unfold from this. The left could not
wait. They could not wait. I refer to Sonny Hostin on The View, and I know it's The View, and I know it's ridiculous on there, but I remember I played a SoundBite on here of her talking to the audience, and she said, now I can now call Trump a convicted felon. I've been waiting for this. I mean, I'm adding to it, but this was the flavor of the of what she had to say. You know, I've been looking forward to this. First of all, what type
of person I don't know. Maybe I'm just different, I don't know, but I just think, what type of person is just waiting for that? Who cares? I mean, why do you need that? Why is that so satisfying to you to have the ability to call Trump a convicted felon. The satisfaction comes because these things are viewed as obstacles from, you know, keeping him from becoming president. That's we at least that's what they thought, that's what they hoped, And so she was happy about this. She could
call him that. Now she's gonna make maybe not be able to call him that, which is to me just a thing of beauty, especially when you come to grips with the fact that the entire Justice Department, the system of justice has been used as a I don't even want to say blunt force instrument. It's been used as a I mean it's got all types of tips. It's got the knife tip, it's got the blunt force. So They've been beating and attacking Trump in every conceivable way with this weapon of the Department of
Justice, whether at the federal level or at the state level. It's been all out, as folks say, lawfare against President Trump. And it is a beautiful thing to watch this unravel because it was never real to begin with. I have to stop and take a break. Here, of my friends, sit tight. just a minute. Come back, my friends. So I want to shift gears. I don't want to spend too much time on what we talked about there in the first segment with Trump having his sentencing delayed. But that's important to note, especially since I know I talked about that this week. You know, there's who knows what's going to come from this. Well before the
Supreme Court decision, I think it was possible. Any number of things were possible regarding what they were going to do to Trump regarding his particular sentence. But now they're going to have the world has changed. The world has changed because of the Supreme Court decision. So that being said, I want to
shift gears. I want to go back to it's related, but I want to go back to some of these reactions that we have seen to the Supreme Court ruling and the Trump case, whereby the Court ruled and a six to three majority, Well it was five to four in parts because Amy Coney Barrett
did not concur with everything in the majority opinion, but she did. There was one section she did, but she did for the most part, so but largely, again, the court found that an ex president basically could not be victimized by having his or her official duties role as president become the subject of criminal investigations. They don't want to see political opponents prosecuted when one political party takes office from the other and they go back and look for political retribution.
The Court says on to that, that's effectively what they decided. The left, of course, is an uproar over this because they want to paint this as Trump is a felon. The Court is out there trying to protect him. They're trying to establish themselves as some oligarchy, take away your freedoms. That's what they're saying, now the government does a are people certainly within the government that want to take away people's freedoms and empower themselves. We've seen
the left on this march for decades now. But the left has this, or at least the leftists in the media, the liberals in the media, the people that you hear out pontificating and joining shows as pundits and so forth, they are. They couldn't be more incorrect as to who the blame should be assigned to that if they intentionally tried to be more incorrect. So let me introduce to you or remind you of one of those individuals. She has
a television show on MSNBC. I think it reaches around thirteen or fourteen people. I'm kidding. I'm kidding, it's not a lot. But Joy Reid has a program there on MSNBC, and she's just beside herself right on this as most people are at CNN. And remember, as I talked about in a previous hour of this program, they the left has they they had been building up right. Trump was found guilty by a jury about a month ago. They thought, we're gonna throw this guy in the clink. Republicans are
gonna fall apart. Biden's going to run away as the president. At least that was their hope. And if you look at what's happened in the past month, everything nothing, the exact opposite has happened, right, It's become further cemented in the minds of the American people that Trump is the clear choice to be commander in chief. In the wake of the debate, the Supreme Court is limiting the power of government in many of these cases I mentioned alluded
to the overruling of the Chevron case. I didn't. I didn't mention in this particular show, though I mentioned it previously, the ruling in the Fisher case, which basically makes it harder to charge people as they did with January sixth defendants. It becomes harder to charge them with obstructing an official government function or whatever they as they charge these folks with doing regarding the counting of electors in January of twenty twenty one. On January, and so the whole thing
begins to collapse. The government is being weakened because again the bureaucratic state can't make up its own rules. Because the Chevron case is being overthrown. There's no reason for anyone to vote for Biden. The economy is awful, we have an open border. Biden gets on the debate, says, Biden's the one that lied the other. I still don't know what did Trump lie about. I don't know what Trump lied about zeus hyperbole, yes, exaggeration, Yeah, but I mean to say that he lied. I don't know.
That's that's an accurate thing Biden did. Biden did lie. He said that he was the first president in modern times to not have anyone die in the
military. And of course, for those of us who follow this, we look back and we say, my, oh my, how tone duff must one be if we do not remember what happened in Afghanistan Biden has been president, when of course we've watched Ukraine and Russia irrupt Hamas and the people of Israel, the nation of Israel. I mean, this is there's nothing good going on, and they thought they had Trump, they thought they had some momentum, and now it appears that that is all unraveling, and so they're
beside themselves. And so it's with that in mind that I want to play this SoundBite from Joy Reid. Now This is not on her show. video. This these remarks from joy Read that I have found again. This is in the stack of stuff. I found this on Twitter, but it was first, I think, initially posted on TikTok. So listen to her reaction to what's happening in the courts, how she's framing this political battle and so forth. This again is joy Read of MSNBC, But this is a
social media post I believe that originated on TikTok. This election is no longer about the old guy that's in the White House now, it's not like you know, all the op ed page pages and the New York Times can run around and opine about you know, what Joe Biden should do, and you know y'all have folk with that. Enjoy yourselves, intellectual leaders. I no
longer care. She didn't care. It doesn't matter to me anymore, doesn't matter if for a guess it's about me now in case, it's above me now as a waffle house next door is the best western next door as well, it's above me now, it's above Joe Biden. Now, don't care about Joe Biden's age infirmity that he shuffled when you well, I don't care. He could be seated for the rest of from now to election day and never get up off a chair. He could sit down, he could roll
around in a wheelchair. He could be on a skateboard seated happening. I don't care on a skateboard. Donald John Trump cannot be allowed back into the White House. Why because if you combine that madman with this court, two of whose members are insurrectionists, who one of whom flew an upside down flag at his home and blamed it on his wife, who's also crazy. That's
an insurrectionist. I guess if you fly a flag upside down, by the way, it was according to that she's talking about Alito here that was his wife or is it Thomas? I know Jenny Thomas did one. I think it was Aldo that was that they're worried about with the flag being upside down. But you're an insurrectionist because of why? Why is he an insurrectionist? I'm gonna play a little bit more of this. But by the way, Trump's already been in office with this court, does she not know? I
mean, I guess Katanji Brown Jackson wasn't there? Is that who she's worried about? I don't know. Here we go the other of whose wife literally was part of the insurrection, and they ruled in this. They put themselves in the Leonard Leal six. They went ahead and ruled on this with no
shame. You combine this court, two of whose members are going to immediately resign and put thirty year olds in there, including probably the guy who wrote the opinion in the Beaters case, meaning that Beaters should be able to get machine guns, which, by the way, they have now arrogantd she selves the power. What is she talking about? I know she's talking about a case, a ruling where someone who is you know, accused or you know, having I don't know if it's a restraining order, but some sort of
a domestic situation being able to get firearms. I understand what she's talking about, But what does she mean machine guns? She has no idea what she's talking about. These are the same people that call AR fifteen's assault rifles. That's not what the AR stands for, but nonetheless that's what they think. They don't have any She has no idea. I'll tell you she has an
idea about though. Her idea is that she is full of rage. She is terrified, and her worst nightmares are coming true in spite of everything that they've done to prevent this from happening for the past nearly ten years. Now we are on the brink of Trump's reelection, and they better buckle up. If he wins this, they better buckle up for what he's about to do.
As far as dismantling to the best of his abilities. And I look, some of this is I don't know that we're going to take generations to fix it, but dismantling this government that has been weaponized to go after not just the former president of the United States, but against some citizens, d process being withheld from individuals and so forth. She is so wrong and so delusional, but perhaps most of all, so angry. I have to take a break. And my friends, I'm conservative, not better, so I'm
not the least bit bothered by It's just bizarre. It's just really bizarre what it must be to live, to live life like that, where that is all that matters is just Trump getting reelected. Anyway, I gotta take a break, my friends. Sit tight back in just a minute. Come back, my friends. I'm going to try to get through the rest of this meltdown from joy read that ended up on social media again anger, rage, you name it, being having misdirected anger. I just Trump lives, as
folks say, rent free in some people's minds. Look, I don't like what Biden has done to this country, but my life didn't end when Biden was named President of the United States. My life did not end. We still did. This show will continue, by the grace of God, to continue this show until don't you know, for whatever reason think that I should that. By the way, there's nothing that makes me think I shouldn't.
I'm just saying I don't. It doesn't matter to me. And the left acts as though they can't function if Trump is president, and they've taken this up as high as they can take it. They've called Trump, they've basically have accused Trump of trying to overthrow our government. I mean, you can't
get much higher than that. There have been people that have suggested, including a Supreme Court justice which I talked about on the program recently, Sonya Sotomayor, suggesting that this latest Supreme Court ruling opens up the possibility that a president could use Seal Team six to go take out their political adversary, as though that's a legitimate I mean, folks, we have lost, well, not
we this nation. The people that are on the other side of this debate, that are at least in the radically left portion of that other side, have lost whatever was left of their minds. This is absolute moral to pravity. Nothing here makes sense. It's complete gibberish and nonsense. And I'm about halfway through this clip from Joy Reid. We're going to play a little bit
