Attention. You're listening to the Todd Huff radio show, America's home for conservative not Bitter Talk radio. Be advised. The content of this program has been documented to prevent and even cure liberalism, and listening may cause you to lean to the right. Here's your conservative but not bitter host, Todd Huff. All right, my friends, you have tuned in to America's son for conservative

not bitter talk. I am your host, Todd Huff. It appears that the folks in New Mexico are doing precisely what needs to happen, by the way, what needs to be happening, and that is defying the governor's order there the unconstitutional order regarding the well, I guess, the prohibition of carrying carrying firearms per state law concealed carry or open carry. Folks are doing what

needs to be done there. And this is a movement, I would say, a movement or I guess, I don't know, a strategy, strategy response maybe that we need to be engaging in in a lot of ways. Looking here at the Blaze dot com, we will not comply gun owners publicly to cry, excuse me, defy New York governor's suspension of open and concealed carry law, gun rights organization files lawsuit. I would say anyone that can

file a lawsuit needs to do that. In the state of New Mexico, I would say any group, any individual, any voter needs to wake up in New Mexico. The governor there, Michelle Luhan Grisham, she needs to be I mean, she's out of control. We played the sound bites of her yesterday, meandering wildly in her imagination as she was trying to come up with words to explain why this was justifiable. She was asked point blank over

the weekend, she was asked point blank if this did you know? Did she really think that this would keep criminals from carrying guns in Albuquerque and the county that Albuquerque is in Bernolillo County, New Mexico. She said, no, I don't think so. I think it sends a message. It sends a What does that even mean? It sends a message? Who cares if it sends a message? Do you think the people who are breaking the law

are paying a tension to your stupid little messages? How about you either enforced well, you do two things, enforce existing law and protect the liberties of the law. Abiding citizens. That's how you fix this. That's how you fix this. And this is going to be weaponized against people all over this

country, not including guns, but not just guns. We're gonna look at things like COVID policies coming back, and climate policies that are going to be coming up in some way, shape, manner, or form, I mean, any number of things. They're going to declare these sorts of things emergencies, thereby thereby in their minds or in their strategic attack strategic thinking, if you will, bypassing the need for any legislation, for any act of a

state house, a state legislature, Congress, what have you. Doesn't matter what the constitution says to these lunatics and buffoons. It matters only what they want, and that is well the leftist agenda. They want a gun free America. They want an America that is a lot of these folks hate America as it is. They don't like what America is built upon, they don't like our foundations, they don't like that America has in fact been a shining city on a hill for a long long time. I mean, there's certainly

been moments and certainly been mistakes in America's history. But the way that this nation was founded, as we talk about on a regular basis, and this is you know, really appropriate on the day after we remember the twenty second anniversary, they have remembrance after the tragic events of September eleventh, two thousand

and one. I mean, this nation, this nation was targeted by those radical Islamic extremists because this nation had well, it had prosperity, It had a way of life that was contrary to their way of looking at things, their way of believing the world should operate. That is, by the way, what a pure theocracy looks like. Those lunatics that launched attacks against Americans on September eleventh and on other dates throughout American history and around the world for

that matter. Those Islamo fascists back in September of two thousand and one, and since then, as they have scattered around the world, they've been annihilated in many places until a democrat regains control of the presidency and then suddenly they begin they begin to get strongholds or in the case of President Obama, back in the day, Isis took over actual swaths of territory that ended very quickly didn't wasn't a thing I should say under under President Trump, but it was

under President Obama, proving once again that American weakness is what is provocative in this country. Not American strength, not some tweets, not some bold and direct talk to a foreign leader like Rocketman or whatever. It's American weakness that is provocative, and it's the weakness of the American citizen that provokes these governors like Governor Grisham here in New Mexico. And kudos to the New Mexicans for standing up to this, and kudos to those who say we are going to

openly defy this. This is the moment in time, by the way, I should say, if you want to be part of today's discussion, I didn't mention this off the top. You can send your thoughts, questions, your feedback, your opinions, all those things, of course need to be included with the appropriate amount of adoration and praise tot at todhubshow dot com. Can also textus three one seven two one zero twenty eight thirty three one seven two one zero twenty eight thirty is where you can send that via text.

Know that message and data rates may apply. Not of course, from us, by the way, but from certain carriers, if that's a part of your plan. But anyhow, so, this is the proper course, This is what has to be done, and this leads us into a I think a larger picture here of what I want to talk about today. The larger picture of what I want to talk about today is that we are at a

point. We're long past the point, but we have been at this point and will continue to be at this point until something, until we get success, or until the leftists the tyrants, actually have success. Heaven help us all if that's the case. But we're at a point here in this country where we are I've mentioned, I've said before countless times this is a we're in a cold civil war. And I say cold, but there are metaphorical

squirmishes that are popping up across the fruited plane. One of those is now in Albuquerque, in New Mexico. With these unconstitutional orders taking away the freedoms, the God given rights, the freedoms given by Creator God to the people of planet Earth that are founders first recognized back when they've founded this great nation. Those liberties are being they're trying to interfere with those they're trying to prevent, you, prevent people who live in the state of New Mexico from exercising

those God given rights. These rights did not come from these jokers and clowns in New Mexico, in some governor's office, governor's mansion. More than likely, it is typically the case. They don't come from state houses, they don't come from democracy. They come from our creator. This is critically important to understand in a republic. Actually, it's critically important to understand as a citizen, as a resident of planet Earth. This is the way that it

functions. Our rights come from God, not from government. As such, the government cannot take them away. Now, they can try to flex their muscle and insert themselves and say that they can take them away, but that is simply not the case. The only way that these jokers and clowns, and obviously most importantly tyrants can take over your life, your freedoms, our collective liberty as citizens in this great nation, as actually just as human beings. But the only way they can do it is if we let them.

Is if we let them. And I know, I know that there's different types of people listening to my voice right now. I know there are people who have been fired up and who have been fighting this sort of behavior wherever it occurs in your local county council, your city council, your county government, your state government. Wherever you've resisted, You've you've you know, not engaged in violent opposition, but you have been resistant. You have openly defied

laws. Well, these aren't even laws, These are ordinances and dictates. These are just words that are spoken by some elected official who believes he or she is effectively god of the state, and then also believes that if you don't follow them, that you're the problem. Yes, that's right, and I know that many of you have engaged in some form of civil disobedience and that is completely not just. I wouldn't say just acceptable and good. I

would say completely necessary. At this point in time, it will be weaponized against us. I've said this for a while. If you are a person with moral standards, if you're a person who believes in right and wrong, if you try to do something the right way, be prepared for these tyrants to use that against you. Be prepared. Have you ever noticed have you ever noticed that the left wants to insatiably talk about President Trump and his moral

failures and character and all this. But they don't want to talk about anybody else's. They never wanted to talk about Clinton's back in the day. They never wanted to talk about Hillary Clinton's. They never wanted to talk about Biden's. Biden has been accused, Biden's literally been accused of raping terror read I mean this is although I did seem Mika Brazinski asked him about that recently, why he wouldn't release records or some such thing. But he's rarely asked about

these things, rarely asked about these things. These are headlines about Trump constantly. Now, I'm not saying that it should be swept under under the rug, obviously, no matter who the candidate is. These are legitimate things that in many cases need to be discussed. But context matters. Contexts absolutely matters.

We're not allowed to have that all we're allowed to do so quote unquote allowed to do if you follow the rules of the media, the rules of the left, the rules of our culture is that you insatiably attack the publican and you indefinitely, consistently, in a never ending sort of way, excuse and forgive the one on the left and I'm not saying we shouldn't be forgiving, but I also think that the best predictor of the future is in fact the past, and that there has to be an amount of accountability. By

the way, did you see this isn't my stack of stuff? But it's not at the top here. Let's see, there's an article, but prepared is federal. The FEDS were warned many times about potential issues with Hunter Biden, but they never did anything about it. That's what Representative James Comber saying. They there were red flags that were being waved all over the place, but no one paid any attention. No one cared because his name was Hunter

Biden. Because he's part of an extension of the deep state. He's got a handshake sort of relationship. It's a wink and a nod. This is

what happens. This always is what happens in these sorts of situations where the people, the people allow their rights to be infringed upon, they allow governments to put a heavy boot, a heavy burden upon them, usually because the government has promised to take care of them, to provide for them, to just make things nice and neat nice and need to fix all of our problems to solve climate change, all these mythical sorts of things, smoking mirrors,

problems that are manufactured or that are blown out of proportion, or that are not properly defined. They stir the American people into a frenzy and say, hey, elect us. We'll fix it. We will fix it. You will be safe. Oh, yes, we will ensure you are safe. Just give us a little bit more of your liberty gives. Just give us your guns. Just give us your ability to walk into a public building without a mask on or without a vaccination. It's just a digital currency, it's

just a shot. It's just a handgun in the city of Albuquerque. What's the big deal? What can happen? We're not really here to take your guns. This is how this game is played. Enough is enough, Enough is enough? And I know I said, there's there's a couple types of different types of people that listen. Some folks have been fighting this battle for a long time. Others, you know, we've allowed the government to use our decency and our desire to be people of character, and we're now we

just don't want to fight that. We're trying to be compliant with the government. No we're not. We are past that point. We are past that point when they are taking away freedoms. And I know this was just in Albuquerque, but you know as certain as I'm speaking these words that this sort of thing has been discussed in Chicago, in New York City. Heck, I don't maybe Indianapolis, who knows, which is our home city. Here,

these sorts of things are happening on a larger and larger basis. It's an ideological problem that we are fighting against and we have to resist this. Kudos to the New Mexicans for standing up and defying this unconstitutional order by the governor in their state. Timeouts in order. Yes, OZ is correct, timeouts in order, my friends, more to get to today. But this is we don't new themes, but it just kind of happened today that I

think this is the theme. The theme, if you will, is that we've reached a point where we're going to have to stand up and vigorously fight against this, not just not just know the you know what's going on and be aware, we have to act, actually put feet to our action. We're going to have to be uncomfortable, and I know I know for some in this audience that is very uncomfortable to be uncomfortable, and I get it, I do get it. But I'll tell you what's more uncomfortable is living

in a totalitarian, tyrannical state. What's more uncomfortable is having the boot of government applied to our collective necks. Enough is enough. This has to be stopped. We have to defy these unconstitutional orders. We have to stand united and not back down against these big, bloated, out of control governments. And I'm gonna take a break, my friends, Sit tight, conservative, not bitter talk. We'll be back to you here in just a minute.

Ilcome back, my friends. You know, I think we've been lulled to sleep. And again, I know there's a vast there's a wide variety of people that I'm speaking with here in this audience today. Some folks have been fighting the nonsense for a long time in a variety of ways, and obviously that doesn't include you. Some folks have been fighting it, resisting the tyranny

for a shorter amount of time. And then there's people that I think, no, you just know that this is the sort of thing what we're dealing with now is the sort of thing our Founders, if they were here with us, would say, yeah, this is the thing, this is the thing that I'm kind of I had in mind when I was when we were riding this part of the Constitution or the Bill of Rights. These are the sorts of things that we wanted you to be prepared to navigate. These are

the things that we wanted you to fight about, right to resist. Not the left views this, well, of course they don't, really, folks. The left is distant, genuist, The radical, godless left is disingenuous. They don't believe. It's like it's like a conversation with a committed, angry atheist just I mean a radical atheist who only wants to be snarky, who comes up with arguments just designed to be a smokescreen, because the truth

is the truth is they all know. I've yet, by the way, well I'm gonna offend somebody in this audience, with all due respect, I've yet to meet someone that wants questioned just a little bit, would truly say that they're an atheist. I've met many people who would say that they're agnostic, and that's okay, but no one, no one can really say definitively that there is no God. I know there's people that want to. Oh

boy, do they want to. That's a lot. That's really the driver here, but that you just can't get there, and you can say you don't think there is. I respect that. I fervently disagree, but I absolutely respect your ability to come to that conclusion. And you're right to live as though that's just the life you want to live. That's I've got no issue with that. What I do have issue with is when people start to use their ideology and they play games to make it appear that there's a legit.

This is not legitimate what the left is doing. Her the governor of New Mexico's responses to the press conference, which we played a little bit of yesterday, explaining why she's doing what she's doing. It's completely illogical. It is doing nothing. She even admitted, it's not going to keep a single criminal from not carrying a weapon or from carrying a weapon. I should say, but it's gonna send a message. Well, why is it gonna send?

What does that even mean? They're not where, they're not worried about getting in trouble with your silly little order. But yet it's going to send a message that now you're serious. Come on, there's laws on the books about all these all these crimes that are happening. There's laws on the books. You enforce the law. You make sure that people who commit these atrocities, these acts of evil are held accountable. That's how you fix this stuff.

It's exactly how you fix this stuff. And maybe there is at some point something else that we can do, but I will guarantee you of this. It does not include infringing upon the god given constitutional rights of other freedom loving Americans. It's simply not the way that it works. It's preposterous to

think about it that way. It's absolutely delusional to think that the only way to cause person X from committing a crime is to make sure that person why can't have a tool that is used to commit the crime that person acts committed. How it just makes no sense whatsoever, especially when you factor in that many times person why, the law abiding person having the access, the legal access to the hand, handgun or firearm actually prevents person acts from committing the

crime against person why. It's just it's not serious, and we can't take this. We can't take this. Their logic, so called logic seriously, because it's not serious and absolutely, unequivocally is not serious. Now. It is designed to be a smokescreen. It is designed to appeal to the folks who have a superficial depth. It is designed to pull at heart strings and all of that. But it's not designed to solve any legitimate problem. It's

not designed to do that. She's an admitted as much this is not serious. These things have to be resisted. And I know, I know that there are some here who just think, oh, you know, Todd, do I really have to do this? Right? I We're at a point, my friends, where we have to and then and where is this coming

next? Maybe you're not new. You're more than likely you're not in New Mexico right now if you're listening to me, just because we've got listeners, you know, all over the place, and most of them are not in Albuquerque, but some are. And I would say that again, these sorts of things set precedent, they set acceptable behavior, they determine These governors. Only fifty governors, Yeah, fifty governors. It's a mayor in DC,

but you got fifty governors. I know Obama visited fifty seven states, but there's only fifty and there's fifty governors, and so these folks know each other. Fact in Indiana, which is where I am, Eric Holcomb, we were part during COVID. I think we still are part of this group of quote unquote Midwestern states that include Michigan, which is Governor Whitmer, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, that's Pritzker, Wisconsin. I think up to Minnesota.

I don't know if we have any of the other states. So there were two states with the Republican governor. One was Ohio, which didn't really count, which that he's a moderate I guess at best. And then our governor, same sort of thing, who just wanted to hunker down. Who's yours hunker down? I have to hear that again, And I don't know. It looks like according to Fauci, Fauci's out there saying federal mask recommendations could be coming back. He doubts there will be any mandates this time. Bet

me. I mean this, it's just way too convenient, my friends, when you factor in what they did in twenty twenty with COVID and how they weaponized our elections against us, how they changed the law in states because of COVID, right, you got to make sure people can mail in balance, because if they all go to the polls and vote in person, where they may have to show an ID, they might have to take their mask off to show their face to the person, exposing people to COVID. It's going

to be a massive super spread or event. This is how this was talked about back in the day. So therefore, we've got to relax every law, every rule that we have for running this election, which of course made it harder to make sure that only legitimate people were voting, only registered voters who were legally allowed to cast that ballot. It's much easier, much easier. It's just for people who say no, they're being disingenuous. How is

it not easier? How is it not easier to run? I'm not even saying it happened for the just let's throw all that away before we look, you know, start getting down the path of arguing about this, that or the other. But how is it not easier to interfere with or to commit voter fraud? If you can do it by mail, mail is one option, and then going in person is showing your ID, proving you are who you are is the other option. How is it not easier to do it

through the mail. I'm not saying that it's massively overinflated as far as the amount of corruption or fraud, but it's certainly easier. Can we not just admit that? Can we not admit that? Can we not also acknowledge that if there are problems with the people who are tallying the votes, if they can't be trusted, that that could be a problem, no matter what their

party. By the way, can we not also acknowledge that if these machines and connect to the Internet and that people can get past their firewall, that that's a problem too. Can we not just admit these things? I mean, forget about what that may have led to with Taisy. Maybe not a single vote was let's just for the sake of argument, not a single vote was changed. Let's just say that. But can we not at least see how this was used, how COVID policies were used in certain states to circumvent

legal election law. That is absolutely what happened, and it should be concerning just ever so coincidentally, right, ever so coincidentally, three and a half years later, right in line with the next election, cycle. Now they begin to talk about these things again, MASK recommendations could be coming back,

says doctor Fauci. I think that we should oppose those, we should resist those, We should do everything in our human power to make sure that that does not happen again, because these things are further used against us in ways that half the country still doesn't even understand or care about. Maybe more than that much as that pains me to say, but it literally led to states violating their own election laws in twenty twenty. It literally led to more questionable

forms of forms of voting happening. Then you factor in what we found in two thousand mules. I'm just saying enough enough. If it's an infringement upon your rights or the rights of any American, we have to collectively resist the stuff that is not. You're not being a unholy rebel here. You're standing firm on principle principle upon which this nation was founded in writing, might I add, and it is time that we begin to fight back about this.

We cannot go along with this. If you're in New Mexico with what's happening with the guns, if you're inywhere else and it's federal mask mandates and vaccination this and changing election law that telling you you can't say or have a certain opinion in order to be on social media. Enough enough, my friends, Enough trying to play the games. Enough, trying to find a way to get into compliance, because they will come for you next when they take the

rest of us out as well. Quick time out. That's talking about social media in particular. Free speech is necessary in a constitutional republic and a free society that respects the liberties of all people, the smallest minority, which is one timeouts in order that a quick time out, my friend back in just a minute. My pillow dot com slash Todd use promo code todd to save up to eighty percent. Now in the remainder of the program,

we've hit on what's happening in New Mexico. Again, kudos to those who are defying the governor's orders there as it pertains to the ban on the Second Amendment basically, which is preposterous to think that that's actually a thing in the United States of America, but here we are. We've also hit on Fauci, who's just you know, he's just collecting his retirement now massive amounts

of money for that. But he's been interviewed recently and said he wouldn't be surprised if mass federal mask recommendations come back and he says that the mandate is not likely. But I don't think I agree with that, especially coming into an election cycle, So be on the guard about that. So we've got to resist this sort of stuff government acting out of control, stepping way outside

their bounds, abusing their power, and acting tyrannical. So now with that in mind, what I want to talk about the remainder of today's program is this story here. This is at the Epic Times dot com. It's in our stack of stuff for today. If you go to our website, Todd huff Show dot com, just go to the stack of stuff and you will

see you will see the article. And in the article, which we'll get to in the remaining portion of the program, the article talks about ways basically a plan I should say, a plan for Trump or actually for any Republican, but let's just assume it's for Trump should he be elected a second term. It's a plan to actually, I don't want to say eradicate, but eradicate the problems of the deep state, and that my friend on day one, that is a critically important part of this process. Now, these things,

in my mind are all connected. They're all connected. When you have a deep state, a bureaucratic state that doesn't care about the liberties of its citizens. It supports governors who do the same. It pushes them, even if you will, people who might even have an inclination to be tyrannical,

as these leftists always do. But it may push them a little bit harder because they're going to get more pressure, more information, more crazy rationale for the legitimacy what they want to you to believe is a legitimate thought process. And as to why they came to the conclusions they came to, which of course is putting your liberty at risk, taking away your freedoms and liberty. And so there's a group that's put together a plan, and I love this.

This is precisely the way we need to think. This needs to be put together and be lined up before anyone, if it's Trump or whoever it is, but hopefully it's Trump, because I think it takes not just the plan, but it takes it takes the strength to execute the plan, It takes the ability to take the arrows, the attacks, because they are going to lose their ever loving minds over this. But this is precisely what needs to happen. So I'm gonna talk about that in the time we have left,

but I do have to take a time out here. My friends, sit tight, back, you're in just a minute. Back my friends, and the time we have remaining, I want to go through a little bit of this article at the Epic Times again. This is in our stack of stuff on the website todhufshow dot com. Just go to the stack of Stuff page again. This is a hat tip to the late Great Rush Limbaugh. Headline of this article in depth colon here. Conservative group lays out plan to

gut administrative state on day one of second Trump term. Former President Donald Trump has vowed to finish quote draining the swamp, eliminating special interests and bad actors from the federal government, and make it easier to fire quote rogue bureaucrats who undermine presidential policies. Other Republican candidates have even boulder plans to attack these so called administrative administrative state by eliminating entire federal agencies. I don't know that I

would call them boulder. I don't know that Trump is commented on some of this anyway. Florida Governor Ronda Santis would close the IRS kudos to him for that. The US Departments of Education, Commerce, and Energy former Vice President Mike Pence, who has zero chance of being president. My commentary, they're not The articles would shutter the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Education and

quote clean house at the Department of Justice. Any of these aims. Any of those aims would be abetted by the efforts of a cadre of former Trump staffers who have created a detailed transition plan aimed at dismantling the administrative state beginning

on the first day of the next presidential term. Project twenty twenty five that's the name of this group is both a policy agenda and recruitment effort intended to reshape the federal bureaucracy by instituting sweeping policy changes and replacing tens of thousands of federal workers with vetted, trained, ideologically conservative employees ready to execute an extreme makeover of the executive branch. Project Project twenty twenty five is detailed in quote.

This is the name of the piece mandate for leadership to conservative promise. The nearly one thousand page tone was written by a broad coalition of conservative thinkers and activists to seize what they call a last opportunity to save the Republic. Now the rest of this I won't go into the details and so forth, but they're putting together, they're putting an action planned together, and they are attracting people. First of all, they're actually they've almost attracted twenty thousand potential

federal employees who are prepared to move to Washington, DC. So they they're gonna have the people, They're gonna have the plan. They're gonna have the people to come in and to replace those that are part of the problem. And I think it's ingenious I do. This is exactly the sort of stuff that needs to happen. So that's on the stack of stuff. I don't have a lot of time here. Time to take a break, quick time out, come back and wrap up for the day of my friends, you're

listening to conservative not better talk. I am your host, the one, the only Todd huff back in just a minute, all right, my friends. Unfortunately, that's about all the time that we have today. There's a whole bunch of other other things on the stack of stuff page that I you can always read about that might pop up on the radar for tomorrow. Tomorrow's show, but simply don't have time to talk about those today again totufshow dot com. Just go to the Stack of Stuff page, or you can listen

to episodes that you might have missed. Shame on you if that did happen, but if you did, you can go to the website and check out episodes you might have missed on the website as well. Anyway, my friends, it's a pleasure to be here. I hope you have a great week. We will talk with you again tomorrow. SDG
