Attention. You're listening to the Todd Hf Radio Show, America's home for conservative not bitter talk radio. Be advised. The content of this program has been documented to prevent and even cure liberalism, and listening may cause you to lean to the right. Here's your conservative but not Bitter host, Todd Huff. Well, is it just me, my friends, or have you noticed the government the media suddenly seems interested in Lahinah, in Maui, in these fires

suddenly. And I'm glad that they are. But I find myself asking the question. And maybe one of you Internet researchers, the sleuths out there that are digging and looking behind every nook and cranny, would maybe look into this, because I find myself asking, have they given Hunter Buying enough time to establish a five to one C three under the auspices of serving the people in Lahinah? Just a question, something that comes to mind, given everything that

we've seen, might be worth looking into. By the way, welcome to the program, my friends. You've made a wonderful choice by tuning in. Email Todd at Toddhefshow dot com should you want to be part of the day's discussion. You can also reach me by text, appreciate those that do reach out. I read the messages. I try to respond, and that text number three one seven two one zero twenty eight thirty three one seven two one

zero twenty eight thirty message and data rates may apply. So that doesn't come from me, That comes from your carrier, if it does at all. So, folks, we are about, well, I shouldn't say about. We are embarking upon have been embarking upon an absolute clown show that just recently established its newest venue, its newest location, and that would be in Fulton County, Georgia. This one may turn out to be the biggest clown show of them all. And there's a lot of things I want to get to.

But we're going to talk number one about what happens next. What happens next, because by August twenty five, that is just a little over a week away, I guess by the end of next week. Is that right at the end of next week, Trump hassed to report. Supposedly, according to what we've read and what we've been told, Trump is going to have to report in person Toton County, Georgia, where he is going to have to apparently have his mug shot taken. Now we all know why they do

this, We all know what this is about the left. You know, let's spend a second there, because it's worth understanding. It's worth taking the time to make sure we clearly identify who the left is, how they operate, the levels of success that they've had, why they have it. Friends, the left is metaphorically an inch deep and a mile wide. And what do I mean by that. I mean by that that they are superficial. If it is further from the surface, then one metaphorical inch. They their

ideology can't answer it. They don't want to talk about it. That's why we live in a world of sound bites. One of the reasons why one of the reasons why we live in the world of alan bites is one of the reasons why you know, there's there's no context given to anything. That's one of the things we actually try to do on this program is to provide context, because context, it turns out, is in fact king. For example, Mitch McConnell, we went through this recently. Miss McConnell does not

want to see the House of Representatives. And that's something think about that I haven't even mentioned that on Friday articles. Last Friday, articles of impeachment we were introduced against Biden, and I didn't even mention that because of everything else, everything else going on. But Mitch McConnell, for example, because we're live in a sound by society. Because Mitch McConnell and my estimation, does

not want to get his hands dirty. He's happy to have the minority leader position, or even the majority leader position should Republicans regain control of the Senate. He's happy to have those roles, but he does don't really want to

do the work required. My friends, this country has been on autopilot for generations now, and the autopilot destination has been set towards globalism, towards the destination that is preferred by the lovers of big government, less liberty, more control, higher taxes, less choices, more stories and narratives that make you terrified, so that you relinquish your power and return for a promise of safety. That's what this is all about. Trust the government. Trust the government

to save you from climate change. Trust the government to make sure that you can go to school, you know, seek a higher education. Trust the government to provide you with a job. Trust the government when Obama was running to provide you and your family with the kitchen, if you remember that, and that is where the destination. That's where the GPS has been set,

and that's where it's going by default. That is the nature. I've gone through this before as well, is the nature of mankind to build things. Humanity. We were created by God to be little, little semi creators of our own right. We were builders, we are we are creating the image of God. God is a creator. We of course are limited. We don't have the same infinite amount of creativity and ability that he can making something everything that we know out of nothing. Instead, we can make something out

of other things that He's already created on this planet. We can pull different ideas together. We can I mean, there's a lot of things that we that we can do. But we're builders, we're creators. We want to make things better. That's the driving force behind things like technology and just in general. It's in politics. You know, the Founders even put in the Constitution in order to make a more perfect union. Right, that's what we

want. We want things to be better. We understand that they will never be perfect this side of heaven. But we also understand that there's always room for improvement. But the problem is when you factor in the idea of government. Government, just like anything else that humanity touches, the people who are involved in managing and operating and leading in that particular sector in the in the world of government, they want to they want to build it, they want

to grow upon it. And the problem is the problem is, as the founders so wisely understood and tried to tell us, thick headed modern day Americans, just how good, just how good life is if we're free, and just how dangerous, just how dangerous government can be, and how naturally inclined people who lead countries or cities or states or whatever, how inclined they are to become tyrannical. Because that there's nothing wrong with improving government, but there

is a risk in growing government. Growing government means that it assumes more responsibility, control, It has a wider footprint. When you do that, it infringes upon the footprint of free people in the country that of course that government exists in. And so as such we have to limit and we have to be vigil as it pertains to the growth of government. But the destination the

GPS has been set. Mitch McConnell is totally cool. Other Republicans in DC totally cool with having the ultimate destination be somewhere like globalism, like some other form of big government. That the details of that are largely irrelevant. I mean, it matters once they begin to clamp down on us. But what I'm saying is is that the destination, whether it's you know, whether it's tyranny through globalism or tyranny through a COVID Nazi that's a governor in your state,

it's largely academic. That's not one hundred percent true. But the point is is that's living under tyranny is the result, and we want to stop it at all levels. And so that's where the destination is. That's where we're headed based upon the defaults that have been set, that have been program rammed into into the metaphorical flight controls here. So that's the destination. That's where we're going. And unless we do something about it, that's where we're

going to end up. And enter Donald J. Trump, enter Donald J. Trump and others like him. I know some people cannot they're too optus to understand that this is not This program did not exist to advance or defend Trump. But if Trump is right, and if what Trump is standing for is important, and if what the lover's a big government the tyrants are doing against Trump is bad, which of course it is, then what else are we supposed to do? These are just the individuals, the characters in the

scene, so to speak. And it's important. It's important that we stand for people that are on the side of liberty and freedom, and that we vehemently oppose those who are for weaponizing the government, which I would maintain as a form of tyranny. It's I mean, these are the sorts of things the founders were meticulously trying to prevent. They did not want government to do exactly what we're witnessing right before our very eyes. And so the government,

the government is the problem. And of course you've got the left who are never satisfied. They want to have more power, more control, They want to take out their political enemies because their political enemies have stood in the way we've stood, in the path between where we are today and where they want

to take us, which again is into the oblivion. But they are they're either power hungry people at the top, or they're brainwashed virtually people who have been convinced that we can reach some sort of nirvana or utopia here on planet Earth. And the only way to keep those people, those people who believe the lie, sat fight or have their whistle wet just enough, is to continue to stay an inch deep and a mile wide. So they have a

solution for everything, they say. Of course, they have a solution for nothing. They are, by definition the problem in virtually every scenario I can think of, and the reason that they can convince people that they have the solution is because they do not have any desire. They are very disciplined in that sense and not going any further than an inch deep. So what does this mean for you? Number one, you are aware of what's what's going

on. But number two, when you are having a conversation with an avowed leftist, especially if this is a conversation that is something that people are witnessing, whether it's a friendly conversation, of course, just dig. That's my first advice to you, is the dig. Because they have never gone more than an inch deep. They have never gone past the level that's Trump is a threat to our democracy. They've heard it so much they've regurgitated it so

much. They've been stirred into a frenzy so much. They've never dug an inch, digger, dug deeper than an inch. They've never done that. And so grab the shovel and start digging, and start poking, poking at their silly little talking points because they are foolish and ridiculous and absurd. And the same thing is true with this trial. The same thing is true with this clown show that we are witnessing here now in Fulton County, Georgia.

But it's also happened in the federal courts with Jack Smith, It's happened in New York City, Manhattan District with Alvin Bragg, and now of course here in Fulton County with Fanny Willis, who Oz told me Fanny Willis gives a bad name to Fanny packs. But anyhow, so this is where we are, and we've got it all out. Clown show on the horizon, it's already there, this thing, just to again to kind of hit the high points here. Number one, Trump is supposed to come in by the end

of next week and have his mug shot taken. Think about this. This hasn't happened so far. Trump has avoided this. This is what we're being told. I'm not who knows, but that's that's what they're saying. They want to ratchet this thing up again. Wine an inch deep. A mug shot is an inch deep, and so they want that mug shot plastered everywhere. They want the subliminal message to be Trump is a criminal. You can't have a criminal in the wine house. Trump's a criminal. Ergo, you

can't vote for Trump. And if you are voting for Trump, you're voting for corruption. You're voting for a criminal. You're basically Vladimir Putin in two twenty four. That's what they want you to think. I'm telling you this is gonna backfire. I think this is gonna backfire in a major way. I think they are because they are so intent on living at a depth of one inch or one inch or less. I think that they have miscalculated.

Certainly, there are many people who are content and only living an inch deep in these issues. But there are also people that are sick and tired of watching the government do the things that they've done, and they're overplaying their hand in a massive and mighty way. Now. Their strategy, which we'll get into in the program today. But their strategy is to overwhelm the American voter. Their strategy is to say, look, can all these people be wrong?

I mean, you got Jack Smith, got Alvin Bragg, you got Fanny Pack, you get all these people who are bringing charges against Trump. They can't all be wrong. It's just like when they would say when Trump was president, Trump has told twenty seven thousand, three hundred and sixteen lies or whatever silly nonsense, whatever silly nonsense that they want us to believe.

Because the idea is if they say, hey, Trump lied about this, and you can say, well, that's not exactly what that meant, and you can provide contexts and you have a comeback, but you don't have a comeback. You don't have a comeback to twenty seven thousand, three hundred and sixteen lies. That's impossible. So that is designed to overload the senses of the American people and just get people to say, I can't defend all of

this, I don't know what to say. You throw your hands up, and the next thing you know, President Biden, President bribery has another term that my friends cannot happen. That is ultimately the intent of this clown show. If they can get President Trump behind bars, they certainly will. But this clown show is ultimately political. This whole thing is political, and they are willing to take it to any depth. Well, not depth as far

as context, but depth as far as irrationality is concerned. There is nothing that they will not do at this point. There's nothing they won't do because Trump is willing to reprogram the coordinates in the metaphorical jet, taking us from the intended destination of all these lovers of big government and actually move us back towards so how we were founded, candidly limited government, rights of the individual, liberty, and so on. That's why they talk about democracy, That's

why they don't want to talk about a republic. The republic actually defends the rights of the true minority, the truest minority, which is the individual. So, my friends, timeout is in order. We are experiencing a clown show. Buckle up. It's only going to get worse, that is, no matter where we go next. And I can't predict, obviously some of these things, but rest assured that it is going to be crazier tomorrow than it is today, which is hard to believe given the clown show that we

had been witnessing here in recent days and months. But our time out is in order. My friends, sit tight. You're listening here to conservative not better talk back in just a minute. Welcome back, my friends. Talking about the clown show that is well, it has been ensuing for quite some time, and it's going to continue to get crazier and crazier. We're talking specifically about the latest indictment of President Trump, this time in Fulton County,

Georgia. Of course Atlanta and the ag there, Fanny Willis is the one running this show. Now, a couple of things I mentioned the trial well, I mentioned that the that Trump apparently is going to be have his mug shot taken. That has not happened so far in these series of indictments, this being the fourth indictment. Now. Also, Oz, I don't know if you saw this, but this trial could be televised. Do you see that OZ has seen that? I I mean I'd watch it. Wouldn't you

watch it? I think I think we would. But this again, why are they Why are they doing these things? They're doing these things because an inch deep they want you to see Trump sitting there on the defense stand, They want you to see the mug shot if they can get him into some orange jumpsuit again not to be confused with Hillary's orange pants suit. They want you to see this. They want that to be the image that is in the minds of the American voters because they they feel like they only need to

change a tiny, tiny percent. Now, something else that happened here, which we hit on yesterday, I believe, is the part of this story, the part of the situation, the developments where the clerk's office posted the actual charges against President Trump and eighteen others before the grand jury, before the grand jury actually voted on them. Now, why does that matter? Well, Number one, And you know it's obvious for those who again, people

are all over the spectrum here. We've got people who have followed this stuff for years. You've got people who are attorneys who understand the ins and outs of this, people who've worked in courts and that sort of thing that understand how things are supposed to work. Then you've got, you know, people that have been following it for some time that can understand again that this is

not the way it's supposed to work. But you've also got people friends, I think I think sometimes it's easy to miss miscalculate the number of people or underestimates the number of people who have been not been paying attention until recent years or months, and some of this may be foreign to them. What does that even mean? Big deal? Was the technicality no, because the grand

jury had not voted. So the grand jury is them paneled by the prosecution and they present evidence to the grand jury regarding potential charges that they think they want to bring against a particular person. In this case, there's nineteen, one of them being Trump, one of them being Jenna Ellis, one of them being former Mayor of New York City, Rudolph Rudy Giuliani. Sydney Powell's in there, a whole bunch of people. Mark Meadows is in there.

There's nineteen, including Trump, and so they bring they pull together a grand jury. The grand jury is not supposed to be identified, although this particular four person of the grand jury, you might remember this. In fact, I've got a sound bite. She's the one younger lady. She went on the news and said that she wanted a subpoena Trump because she thought it'd be cool. Oh, I got the sound bite here. This has been. This was a while ago. She said, I would like to in,

you know, subpoena Trump so I could swear him in. I mean, I'd like to spend a minute with him. I thought it'd be cool to swear him in. It'd be awesome, awesome, you know, maybe put on my social media page. I mean, this is the kind of stuff that's going on which clearly shows that something's way out of whack because of a four person of the grand jury is thinking about those things, is consumed with those things, is enamored by the possibility of having the option of swearing in

the president before a grand jury proceeding. If she is that again, shallow, superficial, she's been apparently one that's jumped in an inch deep with the

radical left. She's the perfect kind of candidate for them. That's I mean, just if the if what matters most to you is swearing in the president so that they just so they can come and testify at the grand jury hearing, then you, by definition, my friend, are someone who's a prime target for the way that the radical left in the media pushes their narrative on people today. And you're probably one that's going to gobble it up because it's

doesn't take you any further than an inch deep. But this grand jury is supposed to hear evidence and they're just supposed to decide if there is enough evidence. Not different At different parts in the criminal proced proceeding, there's a different level of what do you want to say, a different level that the prosecution

has to persuade somebody. So at the top level, when you're you know, when I started on a jury two and a half weeks, believe it or not, it was twenty and eighteen five years ago back in May sad situation. I've shared that with you before. It involved the death of a five year old son. Conspiracy to commit murder was the were the charges against the birth mother and the boyfriend, and we found the defendant guilty. We

we we were having our trial. The trial was for the the boyfriend, but the level that we had to be persuaded to was beyond a reasonable doubt. So basically that meant, you know, you hear the evidence, the prosecution builds it brick by brick, and then they hope to a clips this level in your mind that says the only logical conclusion is that the defendant is guilty. That's this is the only explanation for all this evidence and its totality.

So then the defense comes up and they try to you know, knock knock those bricks out or just bring it down below reasonable doubt. But that's not the level of the grand jury. The grand jury, I forget the name of this, I wasn't prepared to talk about this, but the grand jury just needs to get to a certain level to where, you know what it's it's serious enough to where a jury should hear this. And so that's

where they voted. That's what they voted to do. The problem is the charges were posted before the grand jury voted to indict or to bring formal charges against President Trump and the other eighteen individuals. There's no logical reason for that, and I find it ironic that ultimately at the core of all this case is is the validity of election numbers. At the core of this case is

the validity of election numbers. Now we have in the case involving the validity of election numbers, the validity of the charges brought against the individual who questioned or the eighteen or nineteen I guess individuals who questioned the validity of election numbers, and so Fanny willis the attorney, the a g DA, whatever she is, they're the one bringing the charges. She was asked about this at a press conference, and I want to play after the break what she said,

but her timeouts in order to type. My friends, you're listening here to conservative not better talk. Pick this up on the other side of the break back. You're in just a minute from back, my friends, we are quickly quickly moving through the year. Before we know it will be in the fourth quarter of two twenty three, will be in the midst of Republican debates. If Trump is not totally obliterate his competition by that point, or he's not, who knows what will happen with all these charges, But the

year is coming to an end swiftly. Here, my friends, and you may you may be thinking about adding health insurance for your employees. You may be thinking of changing your health insurance needs for yourself individually. If that's you, or if you're considering those things at your business for yourself individually, strongly encourage you to reach out to my friend Eric Wilson, and I sell health.

He serves clients throughout the country. He's been doing so for almost twenty years since two thousand and four, specialized as an individual health group, health medicare and planning a tax free retirement. He's also an expert on the Affordable Care Act. You'll hear Eric his company as I sell Health. You'll hear those ads on our program, and you will know from hearing those that he also has the pro Life health Plan, So he's got a lot of options.

Creative guy, energetic guy. Friend of this program for a long time. You can reach out to Eric for a free, no cost consultation by visiting I sell health dot com or by calling eight one five three seven two one three six three eight one five three seven two thirteen sixty three. Be sure to tell him you heard about him here on the Todd Hff Show. Great great guy. Been featured on a lot of news outlets when they talk

about Obamacare and insurance and all that sort of stuff. So check him out if you're looking to make changes or if you're just considering what that might look like here as we enter, especially this busy time at the end of the

year, as it pertains to those sorts of issues. So before the break, I told you that I wanted to play a sound bite, a sound bite of Fanny Willis, who is the one in charge of bringing these latest charges against Trump in Fulton County, Georgia, and she was asked, She was asked about what we talked about last segment, which was the announcement of the clerk posting on the website the charges that the grand jury had not officially voted on yet, which, friends, is akin, Well, I'm gonna

say this, Why don't they go ahead and post what the verdict is. Why don't they go ahead, Why don't they go ahead today and on their website post jury formally votes to convict President Trump of the charges. Because that's the same thing. Now, granted you could said it's much more, much more serious, But on what grounds are they posting charges that the grand jury did not approve? I mean that stinks to high heaven, my friends. So she was asked about this, and I want you to listen to this

lame excuse. It reminds me of Katangi Brown Jackson's excuse or answer when she was asked during her Supreme Court confirmation hearing to define what a woman is. She couldn't. She couldn't do that without the help of a biologist. But listen to Fanny Willis. Here. Fanny Willis tried to explain what happened. You'll hear the question from the actual journalist first. But here's this exchange. Actually here, hold on, give me a second here to cue this baby

back up. Here we go in according to the Fulton County Clerk's office, that was circulated online which charges against former President Donald Trump, those that fictitious document matched exactly the charges that we now see in this indictment. Can you tell us more about that document, league, because now you have the former president's lawyers who were saying this is emblematic of a serious problem with your office.

Now, I can't tell you anything about what you refer to. What I can tell you is that we had a grand jury here in Fulton County. They deliberated till almost eight o'clock, if not right after eight o'clock, and indictment was returned. It was true build and you now have an indictment. I am not an expert on clerk's expert duties or even administrative duties. I wouldn't know how to work that system until I'm not going to speculate.

Next question, specula she's not an expert. She's not an expert. But what kind of an expert does it take, my friends to know that if you post charges before or they have been handed down from a grand jury, that something is not right there. What kind of an expert does it take. I mean, this is the stupidity that we allow the people in Georgia. If you're in Fulton County, Georgia and can vote for these clowns, this is I mean, we're all paying the consequences here, but the bottom

line is I mean, you reap what you sew here. This is stupid, this is dangerous. She doesn't know. I don't know the ins and outs of the system. I'm not an administrator. I don't know. It's not about It's like Hillary. Remember when she was asked back in twenty fifteen about bleach or was it called bleach It wasn't bleached washing, but bleach bid

or some such thing where she wiped her servers clean. Remember to hide the evidence Back when they were smashing cell phones with hammers, they literally did that. Nobody cares. You can do all that stuff if you're a Democrat. No consequences, no consequences whatsoever. The difference between how they've treated Trump and how they've treated Hillary or Biden or Obama or anyone else is night and day. But Hillary said, what do you mean you mean clean the servers like

with a cloth. And she thought she was being all cute, see and funny and smartest woman in the world. Right, that's what we were told. And I think actually that's when she was wearing the orange pant suit that I get confused with the orange jumpsuit because I thought she should have been wearing that. But anyway, I joke half a joke there. But so, but she's acting like it's some sort of an administrat's you know, I don't know how to log into the system. We mean, it's not about it

any of that. It's not about whether it's the latest and greatest CRM program or you know, database online posting system. It has nothing to do with that. Why did it exist? And they told us it was a fictitious document, a fictitious document that just happened to be identical to the one that they laid posted that was the actual legitimate document. And we're not supposed to have questions about this. She can't answer that she's unworthy, unworthy by virtue

of that answer alone, of serving in the public trust. Gotta take a break. Sit tight, my friends. Back in a minute. Welcome back to my friends. Remember I mentioned the grand jury four person. She was interviewed on MSNBC some time ago. This has been a good while ago. I remember when this came out because she was asked about the whole Trump here, you know, the behind these scenes with what was going on there, and she just I had to, I guess, to share all kinds of

her personal thoughts and opinions here. This is where she's basically saying, I wish, she wishes that she could have Trump in there, just to swear him in. She thought that'd be cool. Man. Here it is personally, you'd want to hear from the foot I wanted to hear from the former president, but honestly, I kind of wanted to disappointed the former president because I got to swear everybody in, and so I thought it'd be really cool

to get sixty seconds with President Trump. Cool of me looking at him and be like, do you solemnly swear I'm needing to swear him in? I just I kind of that would be an awesome moment. She's giddy, she thought that'd be an awesome moment, throw this into the clown show. She thought it'd be really cool, like she could swear him in, Like, you know, hey, man, mister president, do you like solemnly swear to like tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?

Like is that what you're gonna do? So cool to be up? Can I get a selfie with you? Can we put it on Twitter x or whatever it is today? Can I put it on the Graham when the world's going on? Here? It's a complete complete clown show. There's an attorney again, this stuff is in the stack of stuff, But there's an attorney that was interviewed by the Epic Times, and I've got to get in today's

stack of stuff. You can read it yourself, but I this one line, this one line that I read, I thought summed up this whole thing. It says Mike Allen, a former prosecutor and current defense lawyer in Ohio, told the Epic Times there that he has never seen anything like this in

his forty three years as an attorney. And he's referencing the document that was posted online that was supposedly supposedly fictitious, that turned out to be identical to the legitimate document, even though the fictitious one was posted even before the grand jury voted to bring charges and have him indicted and the rest. But it's just it's crazy, right, I mean, what are we supposed to believe here? As I said earlier, As I said earlier this, why don't

they just go ahead and post the verdict, post it today. I mean, half of America is going to be fine with it. They're gonna say, yeah, that's what the grand jury would have concluded anyway. I mean, it's crazy where we are. I'm better, yet better than that. Why doesn't the State of Georgia, since they can get by with whatever they want to with these numbers and charges and everything else. Time date stamps, doesn't matter, when ballots arrived, where they came from, how many times

ballots were scanned, whatever, You can't question any of that. Just whatever the government tells you, go for it. I think the State of Georgia should just try to announce Biden as the winner of twenty twenty four in Georgia. Just go ahead and declare the state for Biden today, and then if anyone challenges that, say they're trying to overturn the will to people in the state of Georgia. Would the Trump haters be concerned if these things happen.

I don't know that they would be. I think some of them would think it's justifiable. The man deserved it. Anyway, timeout is in order, my friends, simply out of time here. Sit tight. You're listening to conservative not better talking. I'm your host, Todd huff back in a minute. I really think the Democrats should try that. I just think it would expose. It would expose how biased they are, how biased the radical left is, how biased the Trump haters are. Just announced, just announced that

Georgia has been declared a Biden state in twenty twenty four. Have some liberal and Fulton County tell us that they've run the math, They've counted ballots. I mean, don't ask why they have them now. Maybe they have enough leftover from last time.
