the Republican Party, is weaponizing the border against him politically. That's right, my friends, Biden is the victim of the whole border crisis. This is absolutely inexcusable, ridiculous, gibberish and nonsense, much like anything else coming out of this administration. But hey, there you have it. It is what of course, the name of the game is here in a electioneer and
electioneer, I should say, welcome to the program. There's a lot of things that are happening along the
border. In fact, you would have seen earlier this week that the Supreme Court it wasn't it wasn't a decision. It was a vote on whether or not the Supreme Court was going to allow, no, how the allow the State of Texas to keep the razor wire up along the border. Along the border, and the Supreme Court in a five to fore decision. Now this is not again, this isn't like a full hearing in a case. This
was just an application to vacate injunction. I'm reading here the application to vacate injunction presented a Justice Alito and by him referred to the court as granted the December nineteenth, twenty twenty three order of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit is vacated. So basically, what that means, long story short, is that the Supreme Court is going to or has, at least at this particular point in time, sided with the Biden administration, sided with
the Biden administration over enforcing the border in Texas. So let's take a half a step back here and let's paint the picture of what's happening. We've had an unmitigated open border now for well since Biden took office. Since Biden took office, it's been an open border, absolutely wide open, no stopping it whatsoever. And Texas has said, we've had enough, We've had enough of this. This is hurting our country or state. It's hurting our entire nation.
The administration is doing nothing but making things harder and more complicated and difficult. They're not enforcing the law. And by the way, do not miss that important point, folks, The same laws were on the books when President Trump was in office that are on the books today. There has been no new border law. There has been no new immigration policy that's been voted on by Congress or anything like that. The situation is the same, except the
results are much much, much different. Turns out, the ideology and the what do you want to say, the the policies that the administration takes tollgibly, allegedly ostensibly hopefully enforce the border laws. It turns out that some of those decisions matter tremendously, Like the remain in Mexico policy. Just as one example, Biden came in and uprooted all of those things, uprooted all of those things. We have. We have people coming to the border crossing saying
thank you, President Biden. We have data that shows there's what seven or eight million, is that the number seven or eight million, I want to say, minimally that have come across the border illegally, and I think that is I don't know if that's including the ghetto or the what do they call them, the gotaways or something. There's a lot, there's millions of folks that have come across the border illegally that we know of, and it's probably
even even worse. Of course, we've got the fentanyl problem. We've got the problem of people that are of quote unquote military age, military age men that are coming across the border in droves. You've probably seen videos of this. They are marching across. They're from every single country virtually on planet Earth, not one hundred percent, but you get the idea. Places that hate this country, places that have been known for Islamic extremism, other anti American
sentiments. China, there's been a lot of folks from che I know that we know have crossed the border, so we have that problem to contend with. It is just an absolute, unmitigated disaster, and it is the fault of the administration. It is the fault of this administration. They do nothing to stop this. They play games on the border. This isn't I've said this before. I've written about this in one of our previous Conservative Not Bitter
columns. We have won the argument on this particular issue. In fact, you have senators Senator Hassen, who is a Democrat, who's saying Biden is not doing a good job on the border. Senator John Fetterman, who you know, Fetterman all the problems that come along with him, and he's I mean, a younger version of Biden. And I don't like to say this, but since we pretend like there's nothing wrong with these folks, I have to point out just how bad some of their fitness for offices because it matters.
But even Fetterman's out there saying Biden is wreaking havoc on the border. We've got mayors in New York City, mayors and other blue cities around the country that are complaining about the problems that have been created in their cities due to the problem of illegal immigration. Now they want to cast the blame on Governor Abbott or Governor DeSantis, people who are busting illegal aliens to their cities
or to their states, which is what these folks are doing. But the truth is it's gotten to the point where they can't, even with the straight face, blame those folks anymore, because the problem is that Biden and the administration are not enforcing border law. It is a practically open border. And by the way, let me say this, by the way, one of the things that I it's one of my favorite things that I hear. In fact, i've seen this maybe I don't know, must have been it must
have been a clip of a previous show. I generally don't read the comments on social media. If you want to get a message to me, I've shared with you at the beginning of the program how to do this. I don't read the comments on social media any longer. I've got other things that

remember seeing a comment. I remember seeing a comment, maybe more than one somewhere, maybe a clip from this show, said something to the effect of blaming me, blaming me for telling people that the border is open, which is crazy, which is absolutely crazy talk. And that, by the way, is what Biden is effectively doing as well. He's saying, do not allow the Republicans to weaponize the border against me. Meanwhile, he's the one
that is weaponizing the border against you. Let me say that again, that's the real story here. Biden is weaponizing the border against you, tax paying Americans. Biden is weaponizing the border against you, folks who believe in a
sovereign United States of America. Biden is weaponizing the border against you American voter who cares about actually making sure everyone who has the legal right to vote can vote without opening up too many doors through all sorts of problems, like, for example, having massive amounts of people that aren't even supposed to be here in the first place actually get into voting booths and vote, which again that's something else. I've heard people say that's not happening, that doesn't happen,
which is crazy to me. So I'm supposed to believe. You're supposed to believe that people will disregard the law that says do not enter this country illegally, and they will ignore that one. But when you say, don't go to the voting booth where you can vote for people that will give you things for free, there are states, by the way, I think I saw in New York and California that are both preparing to give illegal immigrants free healthcare.
Don't tell me that there's not a vested interest of people who are in this country to vote for politicians that are going to get about free free handouts. And that applies to any group of people, any group of people, any group of people that Congress tries to buy your votes. Of course, this is a potential temptation, and some people may cast a ballot simply because
they want something for nothing. Of course, that means something else someone else had something taken from him or her even though they worked for it and earned it. But that's another discussion for another day. But the bottom line here is that the border has been weaponized against you, against me, against your children, against people who are mining their own business as freedom loving Americans going about their day here in this great country. Biden is the one who's weaponized
this, and we're supposed to believe that there's no consequence for this. We've got these cities who are sanctuary cities, who say that they want to take in all of these illegal aliens, and then when they are actually bust there and there's too many of them, they start complaining and whining and moaning. And this is the larger problem. Right. This is liberalism in a nutshell. Liberalism says, hey, I'm going to do things the way I want
to do them. This is what a good liberal thinks. But I want to tell you what to do, right, I want to tell you what to do. And you've probably seen these men on the street interviews. I've seen some of these, and they're fantastic people on the street saying, hey, sign this petition for free college. And they're like, yeah, i'll sign and they start signing it and the guy says, great, put your name here, your address here, and then this last column you put how
much of your salary you want to donate to make education free. And suddenly suddenly all of these liberals who want to give stuff away for free, they don't want to give it away from their own pocketbook. My friends, it is not given. It is not charitable to give someone else's money away. That is not the definition of charity. And that's what these mayors are suddenly realizing. These governors are suddenly realizing they have problems because it was just an
academic issue until it started impacting their cities in a dramatic way. And it did not happen until Biden's watch. These things did not happen until Biden was president. Biden has no one to blame for this besides himself. This country has no one else to know. You can say, I'm not saying there's no law that needs to be changed, but Trump got the border in order. And you look at what Trump did, and you look at the changes
that Biden made again remain a Mexico policy. Gone, building the border wall by and large, gone. Other things that they've done to not help solve the problem. Gone. They are by definition the problem. Now. I think there's a lot going on here, as do you as as well. This is about a lot of things. This is about pandering. This is about breaking this nation. Remember, the Left is not like this country as it is founded. They want to change this country. They want to break
it. They want to break it financially, they want to break it morally. They want to break the will of the American people. They want they want to see people in a circumstance that they look to someone else to help solve their problems, and that quote unquote someone else. The Left wants to be the government. Remember when Reagan said, I'm The most terrifying words in the English language are I'm from the government and I'm here to help. That,
my friends, is the direction the left wants to take us. They do not like the Constitution. They do not like the founding of this nation. They do not like the Declaration. They do not like the concept that rights come from God and not from government. They don't like the freedom of religion. They don't like the freedom of speech. You can see these things all around us. They don't like the Second Amendment. I could go on and on. You got the idea. They are trying to overwhelm and break
this nation. They are completely content with having people come here that are looking look and again, I don't fall people for wanting to come here. I don't. I actually it's actually consistent to think this country is great. Therefore I understand why people want to come here. It doesn't make sense when you hear the left talk about this country a country that they hate, a country
that they malign. If you listen to the version of America that they paint in this country today, it makes there's no sense that anyone would want to come to it. But yet here they are. We are not fleeing, not yet anyway. They haven't broken this country's foundation enough for us to be fleeing in the other direction. But this is still the place that people want to come. This is still the people or the place I should say that is. It's not what it once was. It can be. The foundations
are there. It's just that the people running the show have been chipping away at that foundation for a long long time, and so they've opened the border. Texas has said, we're going to try to stop it ourselves. This goes This has gone through a legal appeal. The Supreme Court says we're going to allow the Biden administration to temporarily take down the border razor wire, and
of course the border patrol is upset about this. What is wrong, by the way, with putting up with putting up a barrier, putting up razor wire? Well, someone could get hurt. Well, why are they cross I mean, none of this makes sense? Are they I mean I thought that these folks were all going to the port, the port of entries. Why are they crossing where there's razor wire. None of the stuff that we're being told makes sense. It is not what the media and the administration wants
you to believe. They want you to believe that this is an orderly process that Biden's got under control, that Republicans are racists because they don't want people that are different from them coming across the border. When none of this is true. None of this nonsense is true. They want to break this country. If they can get some people to cast ballots that feel like they owe the Democrat Party and the Biden administration, that's one of the only ways I
think they think they can win. And I tend to agree. So it's a whole bunch of things. But it's not your best interest and it's not the Republican Party weaponizing the border against Biden. It is Biden weaponizing illegal immigration, weaponizing the border against you, the American voter, and the American tax payer. I've got to take a break. I want to play that SoundBite that I've referenced here about Biden saying that this is the GOP is weaponizing illegal
immigration and the border against him. He is spitting in the wind on this, one of my friends. They cannot win on this issue. Even Democrats are on the side of Republicans on this issue. Now. It is so bad, it is so undeniable that they have to begin to acknowledge that Biden and his policies, what he's doing on the border, is only making it worse, much much worse. I want to play for you this sound bite from Biden again. Biden is out there. This was actually last I think this was Friday. But it matters because of the Supreme Court's decision and because of just this issue in general. We have to solve this problem. By the way, related to this, Representative Clay Higgins, Republican from the Great State of Louisiana, says the
FEDS are staging a civil war along the Southern border. Let me read that tweet that he had has posted it before I play this SoundBite because these things are all interconnected. Right, We've got this massive problem along the southern border. Here is what Clay Higgins tweet. I've got to hit the show more button here on X. I'm trying my best to get X down pat instead of saying Twitter. But here it is Clay Higgins. This is what he
writes on social media. So he's saying the media, So the media says this to Congressman Higgins. Congressman Higgins, the Supreme Court just ruled in favor of the Biden administration over the state of Texas, saying that the federal government can remove physical barriers at the border put in place by Texas. What are your thoughts, Representative Clay Higgins says me, This is his quote back to that question. My thoughts, he writes, are that the Feds are staging
a civil war and Texas should stand its ground. Folks, we have this is an intense issue, and you know it affects all of us, but it clearly affects people who are closer to the border more so than it affects people who like me live in Central Indiana. But it also it still impacts all of us. We are all impacted by this. We are all having these folks who are coming here illegally, are going to places all over this country and friends we do not have, We do not have the infrastructure,
the systems, and so forth to properly take care of these individuals. This country is overtaxed. The burden of responsibility being placed upon, well, the burden of responsibility that exists in this country, it is disproportionately laid levied upon the shoulders of the American taxpayer, which is completely preposterous, is not the way that it should be. But yet that is where we are. Folks are having difficulty making ends meet. Folks are having difficulty affording groceries and gas
thanks to bidnomics. Folks are having difficulties affording housing. Folks are having difficulties affording a lot of things. Now, I'm not saying that there's no responsibility on the American taxpayer to address his or her own financial condition. That's not what I'm saying. But I am saying that the policies and the decisions being made, the laws being passed, it's mostly not that at the moment,
it's just the policies being enforced. The policies that are in acted by the administration to supposedly protect the border are completely one hundred and eighty degrees out of whack with what needs to be done in order to truly secure the border. So with that in mind, I'm want to play a SoundBite from Biden here blaming. This is about ninety seconds, but he's going to blame. He's going to blame the Republicans for politicizing it is broken. My first day in
office, I sent Congress a comprehensive plan and immigration reform. Now pause, he says, his first day in Congress, he sent excuse me in office, he sent Congress a plan on comprehensive immigration reform. My friends, ask yourself this question, did these problems exist three years ago under Trump? The answer, obviously and unequivocally are no, is no. The answer is no, we did not have these problems. These problems existed once the new administration
came into town. Right, That's the truth. You can slice it and dice it however you want. You can excuse this administration until you're blue in the face. But the reality is that is accurate. This administration is responsible for this mess. What Trump was doing worked. What this administration is doing doesn't work. They want to comprehensively change immigration law to change other things they want to Again, typically there's some combination of creating a pathway to citizenship.
There is some extreme out of control cost, there's probably pork spending in these bills, and so forth. This is how Washington, DC works. Fixing the border problem requires implementing the policies that were implemented by President Trump. But Biden continues here, my friends on the other side have done nothing with that.
Over and over. I've asked for resources step up action at the border, and October asked Congress to fund for funding that would add another twenty additional twenty two thousand additional border agents and officers, spit it out, hundreds of new immigration judges to make the judgments on the spot, a new detection equipment to stop fentanyl from coming into the country. And by the way, I've worked with China, Mexico to slow the flow of fentanyl in the United States.
As I speak, it's way down. So let me be clear. My team has been at the table for weeks now on a with a bipartisan group of senators to negotiate a deal. I'll tell you this, He's got an interesting way of quote being clear. Nothing of that is clear. The numbers weren't clear. What he's trying to communicate isn't clear other than it's not my fault. The only way to solve that Biden wants you to think is for there to be some comprehensive immigration reform. That's what he wants you to
think. That is false, That is not true. That is fake news that needs to be fact checked. Trump did not have these problems, my friend Biden does. Ask yourself why he continues in border because I believe we needs significant policy changes when administration changes in our asylum system to ensure that we have the authorities we need to control the border. And I'm ready to don't. I hope God Willing and the crick not rising, as my Grandpap would
say. You know, I think next week we ought to be able to work out something seventeen the Senate, and I'm hopeful it's going to be the bipartisan package of Senate is going to pass. God Willing smoke screen. Now, the questions for the Speaker and the House Republicans. Are they ready to act as well? Here we go not to choose whether they want to solve a problem or keep weaponizing issue to score political points against the president. I'm
ready to solve the problem. I really am massive changes, and I sincerely yeah, I believe that. I believe the massive changes is exactly what you want. Massive changes is exactly what you want. Pathway to citizenship is massive change. That's what you want. Massive costs increase, that's what you want. There's probably going to be some pork barrel spending, that's what you want. Growing government, that's what you want. We, my friends, want
liberty. We, my friends, believe in a sovereign US government, a sovereign United States of America, therefore, a nation that should be able to enforce her borders as she chooses, even if that means Texas has to step up and do the work. But they are at every conceivable level preventing that from happening, including now this is United States Supreme Court with their decision to side with the Biden administration over the State of Texas on trying to quell illegal

Biden, by the way, or I should say, Trump is ahead of Biden according to a recent poll, a recent
survey among one particular group of voters. I'll share that in just a minute here. So I mentioned second ago that Biden, excuse me, Trump is leading Biden according to a recent poll. I think there was a you go of Yeah, the Economist you gov poll found that Trump is now leading Biden among independent voters.
Trump is leading Biden among independent voters by three points. Now, I will point out as well that Biden is leading Trump in this poll. So I'm i I any poll that I see showing that right now, I think the methodology or the the waiting of how many Democrats and so forth are polled, I think has got to be way off because Biden is definitely trending down. There is no reason, there is no reason that a single voter can give
for choosing Joseph Robinette Biden other than he's not Trump. That's it. That's the only reason We've lived this for three years, somehow survived. We see what is happening around us. The world is on fire. American weakness is in fact provocative. As I say on this program, the border is effectively wide open. Inflation has been out of control, still high. It's come down a little bit, but it's still higher than it should be. Things
are unaffordable. There are the PC police everywhere, the virtue signaling amongst us. We have problems with the transagenda. We have problems everywhere that we turn. They're on a NonStop mission to somehow find a way to eradicate the Second Amendment. Free speech, freedom of thought. You want to have your own questions and ideas. You want true freedom of choice. They're not pro choice on the left. They don't want you to have the choice as to whether
or not you can have a gun. They don't want you to have a choice as to whether or not you would be vaccinated. They don't want you to have a choice on a lot of things. They think they're smarter than you. They're arrogant, condescending, self righteous. Everything around us is burning to the metaphorical ground here, and in a case of a Black Lives Matter rally or an Antifa, well, not rallies, but actual riots, you would see literal fires burning things to the ground. That's what America has seen
over these past few years. That is what we have seen in this administration. It is clear, it is concise, and people are catching on independence, I should say, are catching on, and that is good for the fate of this country. But to lead among independent voters is a big deal. It is a big deal. I know we're still a ways out, but but but it is completely imploding around Joseph Biden. And everyone knows this. Everyone knows this, and that is good. I don't want to go
through this pain. But my friends, their ideology, when they enact it causes pain, causes trouble, causes equality in our suffering. We must abandon it. It is going to happen every time it is tried, every time they try to put a pedal and push this socialistic, big government nanny state upon the American people. It may suck for the next twelve months, but if we do what needs to be done, things will begin to get better here in about a year or maybe even before, maybe even after election day.
That's when people begin to be optimistic about what is going to come, the positive changes that will come when Trump hopefully walks back into office here in about a year. So there's some other things I want to get to, hopefully yet later this week. One of them is I put a lot There's been a lot of things in the stack of stuff about Fanny Pack,
Fanny Willis and Georgia and all the stuff. I mean, good luck trying to keep up with this story. It is absolutely incredible. It looks like Republicans are trying to address some of her alleged misconduct and so forth, but it is a mess, not surprisingly. I mean, if you're gonna target, if you're going to target your political opponents with your position of political authority or power or whatever, nothing would shock me regarding the alleged levels of impropriety
and so forth within your own house. So there's plenty of stories about that. But one of the things that I've hit on a little bit, and I'll mention now, is that there's about a third of American voters, one out of three American voters are not confident in the integrity of the twenty twenty four presidential election. And I mentioned this the other day, but I think it bears repeating because because in the wake of what we saw in twenty twenty.
We've had basically almost what four years now. We've had four years to deal with this. The government has had four years to come up with their well to just deal with this, however, and they chose a very specific route. And that route that they chose was to demonize people who asked questions, was to refuse to give any answers. Was if one of the questions slipped through the cracks and was actually asked of a politician, it would be
completely disregarded. Someone would say something along the lines of, well, we've had seventy two courts or whatever the number is. Seventy two courts and judges have said that there was no misconduct or anything funny going on in the election. You have some so called experts coming out there and saying, hey, not only were there no problems, this was the most secure vote ever. I don't even know how you quantify that. This was the most the most
safe, the most secure election ever in the history of elections. Don't ask any questions, and they chose not to address your questions and concerns. They don't care about the third my friends, they care about one thing, whatever your opinion of election integrity. They care about one thing, and that is winning elections. That is silencing their opposition, that is destroying their opposition. And that would include anyone who has problems with what happened in twenty twenty or
concerns about what might happen in twenty twenty four. Timeouts in order, back in a minute, Back my friends. Something else I want to get to later in the week, again, depending upon what happens here, the news cycle and all that sort of stuff. What's in the headlines. But there is a journalist, an opinion columnist that you may know on the left. She's in what is she right for? I don't even know New York? Where is she? I don't know where her piece is even published. I
got this here in the stack of stuff. Her name is Jennifer Rubin, and she wants and she said this in an interview. I got this. Hopefully get to later in the week. But people flirting with Trump, meaning flirting with him as a potential candidate of choice, she wants them to be re educated. My friend spoken like a true Marxist. Gotta go SDG
