A couple of things in the news that have caught my attention that I want to talk about today. I'm just going to mention them briefly. We'll tackle some of this this hour, will tackle some of this in future hours. Well, in a future hour,
I should say. Let's see, we've got Republicans in the House that are excuse me, actually trying to prevent non citizens from being counted in the
census. It seems like a pretty straightforward thing. It seems like if you have a census that's taken every ten years, the next one will be taking what in twenty thirty, you would think that you would at least have a question of citizenship so that you could determine you could determine how many actual citizens you have in the country, because that's how we apportion representatives and so forth, and electoral votes for states. Seems pretty relevant. Republicans are trying to
trying to insert that logic into the census. The odds are unfortunately against them with these leftists in there. But we've got that in the stack of stuff. We've got Republicans also introducing a bill to revoke the visas of the occupiers, the occupiers who are part of these anti Semitic insurgency efforts on college campuses. If you're going to break the law here, shut down colleges, you're going to be you're going to lose your visa. Seems like again, I
mean a fair sort of thing as well. You know, you're here with permission to this country. That's what the visa basically, it's it's documentation showing that you have permission. You're not guaranteed to be able to be here. There are certain requirements, and it seems seems as though if you're going to actively break the law and push anti American and anti Semitic ideology on college campuses, then you should probably be removed. We've also got MSNBC. This is
probably where I'm going to start, and I absolutely love this. MSNBC panel is absolutely floored. They are shocked and dismayed when they find out that more independent voters believe that by I just love this. I tell you what the these are the things that make me tick, just the amount of effort that the left has put into building the narrative that Trump is a danger to our democracy, so called, you know, Trump is a danger to our democracy.
I know we have a constitutional republic. I don't want to get into that right now, but there are certainly democratic aspects we have. We have a form of we're self governed. I mean, we vote for representatives who represent us, we have a voice, We're not told who our leaders are.
And so they've invested years into this idea that Trump is a threat to our democracy while us what independent voters disagree with that, at least when they compare Trump and Biden, more independent voters believe that Biden will weaken our democracy than Trump. And I want to start there today. But again, there's plenty of things out there. There's even articles of impeachment that are apparently being drawn up against Biden for his decision to pull support from Israel for political purposes.
We've got Democrats in the House that are calling on Biden to secure the border. We've got RFK Junior out there supporting abortion until birth, I mean practically infanticide at this point, and Hillary on MSNBC comparing Trump to Hitler. Lots of stuff out there. Let's start here with this SoundBite on MSNBC. I'm never disappointed when I tune in to MSNBC. I'm looking here at a
an article from what is this? This is a Daily Caller, Daily Caller headline here MSNBC panel can't make sense of new polls showing Americans think Biden is bigger threat to democracy. They can't figure it out. They have no idea. These people are so blinded to the alternative viewpoint. I would say blinded to the truth. But let's just say for a moment that I don't even
want to get into who's right or wrong. But they cannot even describe properly the feelings, the sense, the thought, the opinions of the opposing side, and this political this political cold war that we find ourselves engaged in here in this great nation. They can't even muster the courage to try to understand the other side. You know, when I was in school, I was never part of a debate team or anything like that, but you know,
we would have debates in class. I took a lot of political science classes, of course, having studied that, But the the premise was, you know, you didn't necessarily get to make the argument for the side that you
agreed with. Oftentimes we would have conversations and we could interject our own opinions, but sometimes we would engage in exercises where one class or one group of the class was on this particular issue and they took this particular stance on the issue, and then the other side of the class would, you know, be on the opposing side of the argument. And so it was considered at least a healthy thing to be able to present the other side's arguments or the
well, forget about the other sides. Just present the side that you are assigned with, present that argument as fairly and accurately as possible. We don't do that today. We don't do that today. In fact, as we put together some of our inner Circle materials, our membership program as we get this built and launched and so forth. I mean, some of the things that we discuss is this very notion that if you are having a conversation with people who do not agree with you, the first thing you have to do
is build some sort of a good will between them. Now, there are people that are going to be adamantly against any of that. They're not going to listen to you whatsoever. And that's just life. Sometimes it's because of their position the relationship to you. I've said on here before, or there's some things that only only you know, a husband can say to his wife. There's some things that anyone but the husband can say to his wife, and vice versa. There's some things that only a wife can say to her
husband. There's some things that anybody but a wife can say to their husband. And for most relationships, whatever those are, father, mother to children, you know, brother, siblings, sort of thing, coworkers, friends, whatever, extended family, there's these rules kind of apply. And so but in the event that you have someone and you're having political discourse with them and you're talking about ideas, and if you have dramatically different opinions on an
issue. I found that if you find a fair minded individual, which you can't always find on the left, I'll be honest with you, Actually, on the radical left, you're not going to find it. But you can find this amongst liberals, certainly amongst democrats Oftentimes, if you just say, hey, let's present, how about I explain your position on this issue, and then you explain mine, And that does wonders in diffusing it because it forces the mind, It forces the mind to not just demonize, to not
just demonize. Now that's not to say that there's ever a situation where the opposing the opposition is purely coming at it from a strictly there's nothing to the argument except for emotion and feeling and rage. I do believe that that. I do believe that that is clearly the case today, that the radical left has completely lost all whatever moral compass it had. It's gone. So you
would think that these professional commentators would have the ability. You would think they have the ability to explain these things, to break these down for the American people, for the viewers of MS, and even if it's only five or ten viewers, they should be able to explain why independent voters. Why any voter would find some degree of problem with what Biden's doing in regards to our quote unquote democracy. One doesn't have to look far to find that the Biden
administration, And make no mistake, it is the Biden administration. I know they've tried to They've tried to create create distance between themselves and Jack Smith with the bottom line of this entire thing is that Jack Smith exists because Biden's administration greenlighted it. That's the reality, And the Department of Justice is under the
presidency. No matter what anybody tries to say or do. I know that they go to great links to try to show that, hey, there is a separation here, we're not operating under the direction of the president of the United States. But no matter how much you do that, and maybe you can create a little bit of a buffer, perhaps, but it's just not Can you imagine Can you imagine if, let's say, for example, the
investigation in the Trump's businesses were conducted by employees of Trump. Could you imagine if Trump said, look, I'm going to appoint somebody within my team. But I'm what I'm going to do is I'm going to appoint somebody who's then going to appoint somebody so that I'm not involved directly, that person is going to be unbiased. That person has free reign to do whatever they want to do, whatever they want to look into, and we should we should trust
this, We should trust these results because I'm not directly involved. That's kind of like what we have with Jack Smith and the federal government being led by I mean, it's it's being led by the Biden administration. There is no doubt about this. So how a professional political commentator cannot at least acknowledge this shows that there is no willingness whatsoever to be fair minded. They are here to push a narrative and an agenda, and the Left has invested untold millions
of dollars into this narrative that Trump is a threat to your government. My friends, Trump is a threat. They want you to believe, to your very existence. They wanted you to believe that if Trump had his way on January sixth, twenty twenty one, you would be living in a monarchy or a dictatorship, or something that does not resemble the United States of America.
They want you to believe that by taking over the House of representatives the US Senate that that would have been those folks on January sixth would have been the de facto leaders of this nation, and no one else could have done anything about it. They could have broken into the National archives, they could have busted out the Declaration of Independence, they could have edited those things in real
time, and there's nothing the rest of us could do. We were just rejected to whatever these folks in the capital at that moment were decreeing over us, which of course is patently ridiculous, gibberish and nonsense. But they will not acknowledge that that narrative is just plain silly. They won't do it because they've spent they've invested so much capital in this that they want to reap the rewards of that, and the rewards of that they believe could come, hopefully,
from their perspective, they could come this November. So I want to play this sound before. panelist. Her name is she's a political analyst. There's a political analyst. Actually, she's a leftist haack. Because you'll see from her answer she's totally clueless. If there's an alternative viewpoint to America today, to what's happening in America politically, culturally, from a worldview perspective. She apparently doesn't do much analysis besides furthering the agenda of the left because she can't answer this. She can't answer the question. And the question comes from a poll. So the
poll that was conducted by PBS News Hour in PR and Marist. I mean, we got to have every single person involved in polls that we can. So they did this poll, PBS News Hour in PR and Marist poll. They found the poll found that fifty three percent of Independence, these are independent voters. These are not Republicans, these are not Democrats, these are independents.
Fifty three percent of Independence believe Biden's second term will quote, we can America, we can, we can American democracy, while only forty two percent believed that Trump's a second term of Trump would further harm our democracy. Now I can explain this to you. I can explain this to you. Many of you know this as well. This is not shocking. But this quote
unquote political analyst has no idea. She's not qualified. She's showing here that she has no qualifications to even be remotely able to discuss or well even entertain, entertain the perspective of American conservatives, republicans, MAGA Republicans who understand that the real threat to our democracy is a growing bureaucratic state, the deep state, its massive debt, it's open borders. That's where, my friends, we face the dangers in our democracy. She is unwilling to understand this,
or to acknowledge this, or to give this any credence what soever. Instead, she's going to stand up here or sit up here, I should say, she's sitting at the at the desk, and she's going to be a partisan leftist political hack instead. Now you've heard me say on here before that the sign and I didn't come up with this. This came from something I read. I can't think of what it is at the moment, but it
stuck with me. I read that one of the signs of being an adult is to be able and be able to entertain a thought without accepting it my own mind. Just think how far or how much further we would get as a society if we could do that. Oz and I have been talking of off microphone behind the scenes here. We were talking about this. This tragic death of this young lady from South Caro Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, or her husband. They were filent. She had filed for divorce. Her name
was Micah, He was a pastor JP. I think the last name is escaping me at the moment. Miller, Micah Miller and JP Miller. Anyway, there's a lot, there's a lot of conjecture and a lot of Internet sluice out there trying to solve what happened here. She took her life, well, it seems the medical the corner says that she it was a self inflicted wound. But there's questions about all this. Anyway, there's a lot
of stuff. It's a lot of if you've not seen it, I mean you probably have, but if you haven't, there's a lot of really bad things that had happened allegedly in this relationship. A lot of stuff going on. But the truth is none of us know. And even if someone is a really horrible person, it doesn't mean necessarily, although it could, it doesn't mean necessarily it doesn't logically follow that they committed an absolute the worst act
of atrocity you could commit by taking someone's life. Although it certainly could. And so when discussing things like that or when I was I was on a jury before, I mean I entertained things that I did not ultimately accept, but I had to do that. We have to do that as adults. She can't do this, she can't do this. And now as I look at the clock, you're gonna have to hang on, hang on because this

Her name is Susan del Percio. She has no idea why independence if you're just joining
us. There was a survey conducted by basically every survey I'm kidding, not every survey company, but there's three of them. PBS News Hour, NPR Meyris Pohle wears me out just saying that they found that fifty three percent of Independence independence not Republicans, not Democrats, fifty three percent of Independence believe Biden's second term will weaken American democracy, while forty two percent believed that Trump would
further harm American democracy. So that's so maybe some people voted for both. I guess that's deceivable as well. That looks like if you take if you assume that people only voted for one or the other, that everybody believes that one of these candidates that's going to be possibly elected in November, is going to weaken American democracy. That's not a good place to be for a nation. My friends just reminded me that, you know, for people who have
pondered how Rome fell, I mean, here we go. This is we kind of we're living that you have the complete devolution of our culture. You have moral bankruptcy all over the place, and you have I mean, you have intensity in the political system where one both sides think that the other side is going to destroy their system. I mean, it's a pretty bad it's a pretty bleak scenario my friends. Anyway, so these panelists run MSNBC. I don't even know the show here. Again, it doesn't really matter the
show because they're all the same, they're all leftist propaganda programs. And so a couple of folks are on here talking with the host about this survey or other things, and the question about this survey comes up, and this political analyst political analyst has no idea. She can't, for the life of her, explain why people would find Biden more dangerous to our system of government, our so called democracy than Trump. So that being said, here's the exchange
on MSNBC. Here you go in this polling was more independent, so that they worry about President Biden weakening democracy than Trump. Fifty three forty two percent. What do you make of this? I find it shocking, Honestly, I can't. I can't make sense of that number. I wish I could. I wish I had some really great insight into it, but I don't know if it's an outline or not, because the other numbers with independence and
Biden are going in the right direction, so that may be it. But also just one thing I wanted to add on to what Basil said, this trial's not on TV. You guys do a great job reporting what's happening, but if there aren't those images coming out of the courthouse, people feel like they know this story. We kind of we've heard about it for a long time, so it doesn't surprise me that they're not interested. Well, thank you both so much for being here about us. She's shocked, she has
no idea, can't figure out why. She wishes she had some brilliant insight and commentary. Well, well, Susan rest assured, because I'm talking about your interviews, so we'll provide some insight here. Maybe you could learn from this. Maybe you could take off your biased hat and just try to be objective for a moment. I'm not even saying you've got to become a straight up journalist. You can still try to persuade people to being radical leftists.
Go for it. I try to persuade people to be conservatives. I'm not a journalist. I've been through this before. I am here specifically to help people here and receive truth and to come to the conclusion of a couple of things. I hope I'm standing on conservative principles. I want them to believe that America is a special place, that our Constitution is profound, our founding documents are profound. What we've done, what this nation has done, has
revolutionized what life on planet Earth looks like. I want people to embrace the principles of the Constitution, including ultimately liberty, this concept of self governance, this idea of limited government, the consent of the government or citizens not subjects. This is what I'm out here constantly trying to do. Educate, entertaining, energizing, That's what we do. But I still can be objective.
I don't think Susan can. In fact, she's it's so funny. She said that they're the numbers are going in the right direction for Biden in other parts of the poll, meaning it's as though she's speaking clearly on behalf of Biden. Why doesn't she call herself a democratic strategist or a Biden supporter or something like that. Why is she a political analyst? An analysts should be able to analyze this and break it down. That's what analysis means. It
means you break it down into its fundamental components. And Susan, fortunately I'm here to help you do that, because apparently you have abdicated your role and responsibility at doing that, and I'll do it for you. I'll do it for you. So number one, number one I alluded to off the top of the program, we have a Department of Justice that has been weaponized against
the political opposition of the party that is in power. Make no mistake about it, No matter how much you try to break this into different components and hide the truth through shell game. Jack Smith is operating under the umbrella of the Department of Justice. The Department of Justice is under the executive branch. This is an inescapable reality of our system of government. We have three branches. The Department of Justice is under one of those. That's the branch controlled
by the President of the United States. So Jack Smith is working under the Biden administration. This is undeniable. Now they've taken steps, they've well, they've taken some sort of token steps to say, look, we're not directly involved in this, we're not meeting with people. Of course, then you find reports of who's actually meeting with the President or his team at the White House and so forth, and you'll find that a lot of these things were
told are not true to begin with. But Nonetheless, that's the narrative. We don't have direct control over this. This isn't political. This is about justice. This is about making sure that we hold Trump, should he have broken any laws, accountable to those laws. That's what this is about. No, it's not. It's not about that. And there's several reasons I know that. Number One, they have been hellbent on this mission to take Trump out through any means necessary for a long time. Now right, I
mean this goes back to Trump Russian collusion. This goes back to twenty fifteen, twenty sixteen. They are terrified of this man. They don't know how to stop him, and they will stop at nothing. They are employing what I call the Seinfeld Newman strategy, which is to do whatever it takes, as long as it takes them, so long as it takes Trump away from the White House. That's their objective. That is what they seek to do.
That's not hard to understand for anybody who literally wants to spend time thinking about it, breaking it down and analyzing it. Furthermore, I mentioned off the top, can you imagine, can you imagine instead of Trump being investigated by whoever da Alvin braggsaw office or Jack Smith. If Trump said, look, instead of you guys investigating me as part of the Biden administration, I'm going to I'm going to hire someone to work for my company. They're going
to work for my company. They're going to be part of the you know, the Trump team, but they are going to investigate this matter internally. But never fear I'm going to I'm not going to directly communicate with this person. I'm going to give this person the green light to do whatever justice requires that they do. I'm not going to interfere. I'm going to stay at arms distance. I'm going to let them do their thing, because, my
friends, that's the same thing that's happening. It's un You cannot separate Jack Smith from the Department of Justice. That's number one, Number two, number two. If you want to know another way that Biden can destroy American quote unquote democracy, it is by flooding that system of democracy. If you will. I know it's a constitutional republic. I'm just using their language. But
if you flood the nation with people, that makes it unsustainable. If you have an open border, and not only that, you have an open border, you let those folks come into this country, you then bankrupt cities, which is being done by the way cities are saying, we can't afford this stuff, We can't afford to take care of folks who are here illegally.
I shared on this program yesterday in the city of Denver, the illegal immigrants there are demanding they have a list of demands for the mayor of the city of Denver. And this thing has gotten completely one out of control. Then on top of that, if you want to talk about our system of democracy, not one single Democrat in the House of Representatives, not one single Democrat, voted for the citizenship question to be on the census in twenty thirty.
And now what that basicly means, and I've got to take a break, but what that basically means is that there is no way, there is no way to determine, on the senses on the count if someone is a legal citizen. And so if you don't know that and you're counting everybody, then the number of people that you use as a basis to determine the number of representatives that a particular state has in the US Congress that would be impacted by
the number of people who aren't even citizens. So you are giving people political power who are not even legally allowed to be here. You want to talk about damaging and undermining our system of democracy, Well, there is another example of that. I would go even further. I will go further, but I'm out of time. I'm going to get into some of the other things that we reference at the end of last segment here and some hopefully some loosends to type of things that I mentioned throughout quickly here in the last segment. the last segment. Mentioned in the last segment that the House of Representatives Republicans introduced a well, they had a bill that's trying to ensure that the census only includes American citizens, and I mentioned the not one single House Democrat backs that bill to include the citizenship question. This, my friends, is an obvious thing that needs to be done. Let's say, for a moment, we accept the idea that everybody who's physically present in the country needs to be
counted. Okay, fine, let's just say, for the sake of argument that we agree with that, we must absolutely, without any question whatsoever. This is. This is civics one o one, This is logic one on one. You know, you can make the case that you only want to
count citizens. But let's say let's say you decide we're going to count everybody citizen or not, but we still need to know who the citizens are because because the way that representation, the way that this constitutional republic and this representational government was set up, was the number of the number of representatives a state is given to send to the House of Representatives. The number of congressional districts
that they have is based upon the population. Now we've maxed out the number of representatives that unless something changes, we're going to have four hundred and thirty five. And so they apportion those four hundred and thirty five representatives, they being the federal the government apportions those based upon populations of states. And so if your state is one percent of the population or five percent of the population, you you got Now there's rounding. I mean this, you can't have
a point one two of a representative. But you round, you know, you round the numbers, and you determine, you determine how those four hundred and thirty five representatives are allocated across the country, and so this is all being undermined. You think about this, you think about illegal open borders combined with this right here, and you can see how states that have a high number of illegal immigrants, illegal aliens, you can see how they would have
