announcement on truth social regarding another possible indictment. We'll talk about that today. It is truly incredible what we are, what we are witnessing, my friends. I mean, this is we are in absolutely unprecedented places, unprecedented situations. What's happening here in this once great constitutional republic. This is again we've talked about this. It doesn't surprise me. In fact, I remember saying
months ago, months ago, that we should prepare ourselves for indictments. We should prepare ourselves for any number of things as it pertains to what is going to happen, what they are prepared to do to the former president of the United States, what they are prepared to do as we get into this campaign, as we get into the heat and the meat of the campaign season.
They nothing is off limits for these clowns, my friends, nothing, and that should terrify I don't care if you hate Donald Trump with an absolute passion. This should scare the daylights out of every single American today. This is out of control, This is dangerous. The term banana republic is no longer hyperbolic. My friends. We are dealing with a government that is weaponizing itself,
weaponizing itself against political adversaries. And if someone thinks that this stops at Donald Trump or someone in the Trump administration, that is beyond naive to me. History is replete with examples of this very thing happening. And this story never never ends well for people who love freedom. It is not a good ending. I want to say, mid morning yesterday social media? It's it's a it's a truth on truth social it's a a press release statement by Donald J. Trump, forty fifth President of the United States. I'm gonna read this thing. I'm going to read this thing. I don't does truth social not have time stamps as to win these things posted? I don't see that in front
of me, but I saw emails about this mid morning yesterday. So here is what Here is what the press release or the statement says, wow in all caps on Sunday night, while I was with my family having just arrived from the Turning Point event in Florida. I love this. By this, this is what I love when I say Trump. We talked about this yesterday. But when I say Trump is a master at communicating and publicizing and promoting
things, this is precisely what I mean. So he says, when I was where I won the straw poll against all of the Republican candidates with eighty five point seven percent, with all polls showing me leading in the Republican Party primary by very substantial numbers. These are this is true. By the way we've gone through this, almost everyone predicting that I will be the Republican nominee
for president. And as I am leading Democrat Joe Biden in the polls, he didn't call him sleepy Joe. He didn't call him corrupt Joe or whatever else he calls him Biden, crime, family, none of that talk.
In this particular sentence. Here he's leading Joe Biden in the polls, he says, buy a lot, as Trump likes to say, horrifying news all caps for our country was given to me by my attorneys, deranged, Trump writes Jack Smith, the prosecutor with Joe Biden's d J that's Department of Justice sent a letter again it was a Sunday night, stating that I am a targets all caps of the January sixth grand jury investigation and giving me a very
short four days, four days to report to the grand jury, which almost always means and arrest and indictment. So now, Joe Biden's Attorney General, Merrick Garland, who I again this little side note of truthful information. By the way, I love this Merrick Garland. He rights who I turned down for the United States Supreme Court in retrospect based on his corrupt and unethical actions. A very wise decision. I mean, obviously, Trump that in fairness,
that should have been obvious without retrospect. But I understand what you're saying. He continues here, together with Joe Biden's Department of Justice, and that needs to be noted as well. No matter how much they want to create a air of separation between between the Department of Justice and the President of the United States, the fact remains. The fact remains that the Department of Justice is under our chief executive under the executive branch. It is under the purview
of the President of the United States. Now, I understand that there are situations that we want to tell ourselves or convince ourselves to believe that these things the Department of Justice can act independently of the President. It does not work that way. Merrick Garland was appointed Attorney General by Joe Biden. Merrick Garland
has that position because of President Joe Biden. Merrick Garland is the head of the Department of Justice insofar as that responsibility has been delegated to him by the President of the United States, Joe Biden. Keep in mind, the same Department of Justice that I don't know where they are when it comes to the crack house we've got on sixteen hundred Pennsylvania, New I mean, it's a frat house over there. It's a party. It is an absolute disgrace.
What is happening in our White House between cocaine and transgender topless activists at the White House grounds. It is a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah over there, And the Department of Justice seems not to be the least bit interested in that whatsoever. And why would they be by the way, pause this for a moment, because this reminds me two things I want to tell you about the cocaine situation on at the White House. Number One, Senator Tom Cotton has
said that the FBI did not this. I mean, this is totally predictable, but there is no way in a sane world that this should be something that actually happened. In a fair and just world, this would never happen. Senator Tom Cotton says the FBI did not ask, if they didn't even
ask Hunter Biden about the cocaine found in the White House. Folks, we were talking about a limited number of people, an entrance that was designed or at least partially used by people within you know, certain certain types of staff member, inner circle types of people, and family members. But they didn't think to ask Hunter Biden about the cocaine. I mean, look, how many things did you see on social media? How many one liners did you
hear about? That's something I refrained from although I mentioned, I mean the obvious. I mentioned that when this story broke about cocaine being found in the White House, when they acted like they had no idea whose it was, I commented that, hey, there isn't obvious there is an obvious candidate for the prime suspect. It doesn't mean he did it. It doesn't mean there's
any evidence. But there's cocaine in the wine house. You got a guy that literally is on his own laptop, I mean, doing illicit drugs, usually alongside of I don't want to get into maybe off of some hookers. I mean, and when they act like, oh, I didn't even think about that. He's above reproach. Shouldn't even be asking Hunter Biden? Would that not be the first person that you ask. I'm not saying there's not another group of characters in there that are absolutely capable of doing that. I'm
just simply saying. I'm simply saying to not ask Hunter Biden and then in the same breath pretend or the next these these I say parallel stories. I just they're parallel in the sense that it shows how the Department of Justice is used to as a weapon against political adversaries in the case of Donald Trump and in the case of political allies or family members of the entrenched deep status and those who are running the show, those are who are in the privileged political
class. It's a totally different thing. Not only did they not ask Hunter Biden about the cocaine in the White House, which I'm guaranteeing ninety eight percent of the people I'm trying to account for somebody who just doesn't know the Hunter Biden situation, but ninety eight percent of you would have your first thought when you heard cocaine in the White House was Hunter Biden? Or once you let the shock of that kind of wear off, you thought, I wonder where
Hunter was? And then when you heard he was there, even though they said that they weren't, you thought, you know what, I think I would ask him about I think I would ask him about this. It wouldn't surprise me if it was Hunter's cocaine. But now they didn't even ask him about it. Number One, the other headline that I saw from Representative Tim Burchett yesterday says that Secret Service Secret Service destroyed I folks, you cannot make
this up. They destroyed the White House cocaine bag and of course any accompanying DNA evidence, any evidence that would have been a part of that cocaine bag. It's now trashed now, mister Burchett. Representative Burchett's was once a mayor, I forget of the city. He was a mayor, and he said, look, I know that when this sort of thing is, when an illegal substance like this is found, he says, you send in the hazmat teams. They you know, they identify what it is, they look for
evidence, they look for DNA, they just analyze it. They actually and they don't throw it away. So that's what's happening. So as I'm telling you what's happening with Trump, as I'm preparing to well, I'm long in this. I just looked at the clock here. But as I'm as I'm laying these things outside by side, we're just look at this. On the one side, you have video evidence on a computer of all sorts of potentially
criminal evidence. I would say it is evidence of criminal activity individually for Hunter Biden. But even worse, as we think about our country at the time, the vice president of the United States, but the current president of the United States, Joe Biden, potentially implicated here in some sort of a pay to play scandal involving his son selling access to the vice president of the United
States. I mean, it is there for any It's there to be consumed by people and remember they told us that this laptop wasn't real in the days leading up to the twenty twenty election. They wanted you to believe that it was Russian disinformation. And if you forwarded that, if you shared that, if you mentioned that to another human being, you were a Russian agent. You might as well be a KGB agent. You might as well be working for Putin himself. This is what they wanted to do, and it works
with some people. Didn't work with this host because I know these clowns to be liars straight from the pits of hell. My friends, these are absolutely reprehensible, an evil, evil people that are hell bent on doing whatever it takes, as long as it takes them to just make sure that Trump is not in the White House and Biden or whoever they decide to put up to run for the office, that that's a dinner kraton. Next is to ensure
that that is the case. And even if it's a Republican, which in some cases, I don't think they're too intimidated by many Republicans seeking higher office. And I mean, look, do you think, oh my goodness, this is good. Do you think they're afraid of Pence? That I know. I look, I am not trying to be provocative here, but do you really think that they are not they are afraid of Trump, they are possibly afraid of the Santis. I don't know, I'm I'm I know.
Some of you think they absolutely are, and some of you think that's that that's crazy to even consider. I get it. I think they might be once they realize he's getting popularity. They might be afraid of Vivek Ramaswami. But again, not in the same way if Trump. Trump has demonstrated Trump is like you know what, if you're a UFC fan, which I'm a UFC fan, and by the way, still polling for the Elon Musk versus Mark Zuckerberg fight, I'm not a better don't gamble, but I will.
If I did gamble, I would put my money on Elon. I don't care. He's gonna get trained if this turns out to be the thing that actually happens. So UFC. If you follow the sports, and if you don't, just hanging with me for a second, But if you follow the sport, there are different types of fighters, right there are the fighters who are good on the ground, they're good with Jiu jitsu. They're good with wrestling, takedowns, ground and pound. There are people who are stand up
fighters. They're kickboxers, right, They're good on their feet, they do leg kicks, they do knees, they do high kicks, they do spinning kicks, all that kind of stuff. And there's the boxer type, which is also a stand up fighter, but not so much you know, with kicks and so forth. They're just very skilled with their hands, jabs, body shots, hooks, ed and movement in and out that sort of stuff. Right. So there's different types, but there's one type of fighter.
There's one type of fighter that any other fighter in the UFC is hesitant to getting into the octagon with. And that is what the guy that they call a brawler. And just if you ever hear a term like I think I may have mentioned this the other day, dirty boxing, it's just it's it's getting into tight quarters, you know, head to head, you know, pushing and fighting for position and just punching people relentlessly from short distances, finding
little openings, grinding your elbow into the face of the opponent. I know it's gruesome for some of you. It's sports, right, But anyway, point is that's what Trump is. He is a brawler. He's not just one of these guys that can fight from distance and pick out his strikes and it's nice and clean. He's ready to go to the ground with you. You want to take him down, you want to try to drag him through the mud. Will you better be ready because you're coming with him. You're
not just gonna take him down. He's gonna lay there not knowing what to do. He's going to fight. He is going to brawl. Meanwhile, if your name is Biden, if you have evidence of a on your computer, of all sorts of things illegal, allegedly and so forth, questionable, at least embarrassing, at least embarrassing, I would say it's at least missed him. It's at least illegal, and it's potentially treason us is what I would say. But it's at least embarrassing. They don't care. They throw
away the evidence. They don't ask you about evidence that might belong to you. In the case of Hunter Biden cocaine, it doesn't matter. There's no curiosity. It doesn't matter how long these go back. If they find document, it's in your garage beside your classic corvette. They don't care if you're nibbling on the ear of children in foreign countries. They don't care if you face plant going across the stage of the United States Air Force Academy after a
speech. They don't care if you fall going up the stairs, up the stairs, by the way, if you fall going up the stairs getting onto Air Force one about every fifteen minutes. They don't care if you can't finish a sentence, if you can't articulate an idea, if you cannot remember that the thing was the Declaration of Independence. They the media, They the average Democrat voter, They the modern left, do not care. They don't care
your excuse from anything. There's no accountability, there's no expectation. All that's expected is that you toe the line, and that you march this nation in the direction of globalism, in the direction of guideless wokeism and the guideless radical left. And you take step after step, moving this one step at a time as quickly as you can get there. But you deviate from that, you become the enemy. And there's a double standard of justice in this country.
The old lady, there's a lady liberty holding the scales of justice. There be very very upset. Our founders would be absolutely horrified at this. I'm really long in this segment. I told you this segment's gonna have to be short, and it will have to be short because I went really long that first segment, violating in every conceivable way my New Year's resolution. But let's look here at finishing. I haven't forgotten the rump Truth Social Post. See, I'm gonna pick up and I'm gonna try and finish this this segment. But I gotta get us back on track. So getting my apologies, so blah blah blah, I finished talking. Well, let me just
pick up here, he says. So now he's talking Trump in this Truth Social Post is talking about his Well, he's been notified that he's going to be apparently indicted again this time as it pertains to a January sixth grand jury
investigation. So I'm gonna pick back up. There's gonna be a little overlap here, but he says, So now, Joe Biden's Attorney General, Merrick Garland, who I turned down for the United States Supreme Court in retrospect, this is in parentheses based upon based on his corrupt and unethical actions, a
very wise decision. Together with Joe Biden's Department of Justice, that's where we stopped off because I'm telling you, we cannot, we cannot allow these deceivers, these gas lighters, professional gas lighters, these politicians to lie to us about what's going on here and try to tell you that there's some great separation between the Department of Justice. Who's just out there trying you believe this,
It's just out there trying to do what's right. And just now, I'm not saying again the people underneath, the lower level folks are probably I mean, there's exceptions obviously, but they're all trying to do their job and to
follow where the evidence leads. But at the strategic level, do you really believe that Merrick Garland, remember back when Eric Holder was Attorney General for President Obama, Do you really believe that they're just there trying to do what's right and just in the Department of Justice, or is it more plausible more likely that they are there to advance the interests of the administration, especially given that we are about to enter into the campaign season. I think you all know
the answer to that, and we've reached a point. First of all, Look, I don't they deserve this criticism. I'm not the one that was corrupt. You're not the one that was corrupt. These clowns are the ones who live in filth. Look, I understand the Bible says we've all sit and fall short of the glory God. I get that. I understand that. But there are people who wake up every day to figure out how to operate in darkness and do things in a manner. They live in this do
things in a manner that they don't. They don't care what the means are as long as it advances their agenda, protects their positions, protects their political power, authority, whatever it is. They're totally down with it. They don't care, and they are in the highest positions of my friends. It pains me to say this as someone who loves this country, but they they're in the highest positions in the land. Not everyone, but there are plenty
of these clowns in these positions. So he continues here, Joe Biden's Department of Justice have effectively issued a third indictment and arrest of Joe Biden's number one political opponent that can't be over emphasized as well, who is largely dominating him in the race for the presidency. I love it. I love these little little side notes, especially when they're true and they cut. Let's see where is it? There we go. Nothing like this has ever happened in our
country before, or even close. This is again, we're in unchartered territory here. They they illegally spied on my campaign. He's right, attacked me with a totally fake docier that was funded by Hillary Clinton's campaign and the DNC. He's right impeached me twice in parentheses. I won had they They failed on the Muller witch hunt. No collusion, that's the Russian collusion delusion. Again, he is right. They failed on the Russia Russia Russia hoax,
the fifty one intelligence agents fraud. Absolutely, especially when so what was the announcement about that recently? They the government knew that it was legitimate laptop before these jokers and clowns wrote this. Of course they knew. He continues the FBI slash Twitter files. That's something we haven't talked a whole lot about.
I mean, we talked about the FBI. I haven't gotten too much into the Twitter files, but there's you know, we talked about some of that, the Department of Justice, Facebook censorship, He's right, and every other scam imaginable. But on top of all that they had, now they now have effectively indicted me three times. The Department of Justice staffed and runs the DA's office in Manhattan. He's just saying, hey, these are this is
all orchestrated from the administration. That's his point here. I'm gonna have to stop here that this is a two part or a two posts. It doesn't even fit in one of his posts on his platform social media truth social platform with a possible forthcoming from Atlanta. So he's talking already about a fourth possible
indictment. We've alluded to these before, but now they're they're imminent. In the case of this one, where the DOJ are in strict and possibly illegal coordination with the district attorney whose record on murder and other violent crime is abysmal. He's right on that too. These Soros funded attorney attorneys general do not have any interest. If you are someone who's a legit criminal, they give
you every excuse in the book. But if you are a Republican named Donald Trump or anyone that's an ally of his are seen in public with him, you better watch your backside because they're coming after you. Last line, I'll read here and i'll take a break through this which this is all in caps. By the way, this which hunt is all about election interference and a complete and total political weaponization of law enforcement. Last sentence here, it is
a very sad and dark period for our nation. He's right. I mean, I can't find anything in that statement that I disagree with. And that's not all of it. I gotta get some more of it after the break. We have the rights of individuals, individual liberty. That is the basis upon this nation. And it doesn't matter what the majority wants to do if they're trying to take away the rights
of the individual, which candidly is what's happening here with President Trump. The majority of people who are making I'm going to say political decisions, but political or potentially I say legal, not legal decisions, but decisions upon which, well, decisions to indict, charge, what all this stuff arrest people. Those powers in certain areas are reserved for the most vehement haters of President Trump. So let's get back to this his statement here, because I do want
to read this because he's right. He's right in every conceivable way. I've got it on the show notes page, or exhume me the stack of stuff. You know, we used to call it show notes page, but I changed it the Stack of Stuff in honor of Rush and it's sometimes I slip into older habits. So the Stack of Stuff page just on the website, so you can read this or you can search it for yourself. It's on his truth social page, but here it is under the United States Constitution.
This is the second half of the Trump's Trump's statement, I have the right to protest an election that I am fully convinced was rigged and stolen. Of course he has this right. Why Hillary has it? Why doesn't Trump? Just as the Democrats have done against me in twenty sixteen. See I didn't even know that part was coming. But that's exactly right. And many others have done over the ages. But the Democrats have gone much further than has
ever happened before. They cheated on the elections. Rather than looking at the cheaters all caps, the weaponized DOJ and FBI all caps, target and harass those who complain about the cheaters and the massive fraud that took place. You know, one thing they've never really done the people who say, man, stop talking about election interference, election integrity. What evidence do you have? Well, you cite some evidence. They don't refute it. They say that
that's made up. Why are you following conspiracy theories all this kind of thing. Just refute it. I mean, really, I remember during in the wake of the twenty twenty election, and what's I forget the name of the guy. It was Jeff something in Georgia. I'm drawn. I think it was Jeff. He said, if he could get someone I remember talking about
this. You know, I just don't have the time, he said, but if I could get if I could have a two minute or sixty second or something, just very short amount of time conversation with anyone in this state. He was just talking about it. Jeff Duncan. Is that his name? That could be way off? That is what's popped into my end to
my head. Probably shouldn't have said it, maybe way off. But he said, look, you know, if I could just have a conversation for two minutes or whatever the time was, it wasn't long, then I could convince them and they would know beyond a reasonable doubt that this election wasn't stolen, that these lies and have truths and all this stuff being peddled by Trump is you know, it's obvious. Just let me explain it. I said, do it. Then you act like you don't have the bully pulpit.
Give a microphone, do a PSA. This is a public service because I'm telling you right now there are people like me, a lot of us that if we are led to believe something that's wrong. We want to know, We want to know the truth. If you've got some evidence that clears this confusion or opinion up in the matter of minutes, then share it. Then tell people. Don't sit there and hide behind some cloak of this is beneath me. I shouldn't have to respond to this. This is a major problem
you have this. They acted like twenty sixteen Russian collusion was the main story, the main example of this, right. They acted like Hillary voters were tricked into voting. Hillary voters could probably be tricked into a number of things. They were tricked into voting for her to begin with, but Hillary voters could be tricked into voting for Trump because of Pokemon go ads and Facebook ads and Twitter ads. This is patently stupid and offensive. If you ask me,
I'm gonna offendable. But it's offensive to think that these people, they should be offended, are too stupid to figure out a Facebook ad that's lying to them to trick them to vote for Trump when it's obvious they should have been voting for Hillary. I mean, just the whole I challenged the whole premise of that. What does that even mean? At some point that was pedaled non stop, non stop, my friends, for years. It still
is in some ways. Hillary is still out there bemoaning. If I hadn't had the election stolen by Putin, I'd still be I'd be in the White House still. Thank goodness it was. It wasn't what happened. Thank goodness, you're not in the White House. Although I'm not much happier with this, I'm not sure I'm any happier with this guy. It's the same thing as the bottom line, Biden Hillary. It makes no real difference differences of
personality. Possibly Biden's a whole lot more. I don't think Hillary would be tripping, she wouldn't be falling in face planning, she wouldn't be openly chewing on the ears of babies in foreign countries. But I digress, my friends, this is it's remarkable what we've been conditioned or told to believe here.
But just tell us, if you've got the information, if you've got the goods, if this can be summed up in a few statements or a few sentences, a short conversation, then tell us why are you hiding it from us? Get out there. You got a bunch of people in the media that would love to tell I would love to help you tell the story, get out there, share it. But the facts remain that I think when
you do that, there's still a lot of unanswered questions. Have you seen Denesta Suz's two thousand mules, just as one example, what do you say about all that? Well, he was, he's someone we can't trust, he's an ideologue, whatever. Okay, So I don't care about any of whatever your opinions of Denesta Susa art. There's evidence, if it's not legitimate
evidence, if it's something that you can explain. This is again directed at people who say that if we have a concern about election integrity or election fraud or stolen elections or whatever, that we're buying propaganda, that we're the same as the Russian disinformation artists and so forth. I mean, tell us, explain it to us, you who are so intelligent, so the rest of us haytied hicks that are just too inferior to your vast intellect and wisdom.
Please tell us, Please spell it out. Don't criticize the people that have said that have shared the evidence. Just explain why it doesn't why it doesn't add up. Explain to us, you're so certain you didn't have any problem with Hillary questioning the election results, why do you have Trump to the point where he's been indicted now apparently a third time. Now, of course it's obvious that it's related to all these other things. It's related ultimately to they
are terrified of the guy. Anyway, timeouts in order to type my friends back in a minute, my friends, I can't even get the rest of the Trump's statement on truth. Social is on our stack of stuff page on the website. You can read it. But I during the break, and I don't have much time left here, I went back. It's Jeff Duncan. Jeff Duncan was the lieutenant governor for Georgia during the twenty twenty election. And I've gone back during the break and I've looked at some of the things
he's said. Righty, I couldn't find the club, but I remember him saying it trust this memory of my friends. But he said, he said, like his defense, I'm reading some of it. My hope is that we move past this. We're better than this. That's refuting, that's refuting evidence that has been presented. I don't think so. Maybe the evidence can be refuted, but don't pretend to me that that you're doing something you're not. Don't act like you are. It's not American, it's not what democracy
is all about. This is what he said. I don't see that candidly as trying to refute any evidence, because it's not. And maybe he's right, let's just okay, fine, but it's not. We didn't get there the way that you're telling us that we got there. You're trying to shame people from asking. You're not allowing an open debate. Trump is right on this thing. I'm telling the timeouts in order that my friends sits right back in a minute, my friends, I hope everyone listening to my voice realizes
what we are about to embark upon. This is just the beginning. As I read that statement, and I didn't get through all of it, it's a lengthy one. But as I read that, and as I started just you know, memories come back, and you know we've Trump's always stayed relevant in the news. Trump's never completely faded away. This is this is unprecedented, by the way, what's been happening with him as
a political candidate. But but it is about to get more serious because the things that we've been lacking for the past well since Trump's been gone and Biden's been in office and the rest of these weak need Republicans that are out there, the more that we are going to see this, it's going to ratchet it up.
