Attention. You're listening to the Todd Huff radio show, America's home for conservative not bitter talk radio. Be advised. The content of this program has been documented to prevents and even cure liberalism, and listening may cause you to lean to the right. Here's your conservative but not bitter host, Todd Hoff. You know what, my friends, I cannot believe this, even me, who really has gotten to the point where I am surprised by quite honestly literally

nothing. Did you see? This has humored me to know it. I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this, but I do think it is worth starting with and at least sharing with you. Did you see the city of San Francisco? Let me find the right story here, because there's two stories. I want a reference San Francisco. This is a Newsmax article San Francisco to probe the X logo that was installed atop the Twitter building.

Now, for those of you that have followed Twitter and the Elon musk, all that goes along with that, from fights with potential fights with Mark Zuckerberg, which I'm still cheering for, still looking forward to that. I'm on team Elon firmly by the way. But Twitter, of course was purchased

by Elon Musk. He's changed the logo from the little blue tweetie bird to an ex logo, and they now, this is in San Francisco, right, the liberal utopia of San Francisco. So the city of San Francisco has opened a complaint and they have launched an investigation into the giant X sign that was installed on Friday atop the building of atop the Twitter headquarters downtown San Francisco. And I just can't get over this when I tell you the other half

of this story. City officials say replacing letters or symbols on buildings, or erecting a sign on top of one, requires a permit for design and safety reasons. I'm looking here in an article at Newsmax. I'll put it in the stack of stuff. The X appeared after San Francisco's police stopped workers on Monday from removing the brand's iconic bird and logo from the side of the building, saying they hadn't taped off the sidewalk to keep pedestrians safe if anything fell.

Now, they go on to say here in the article, this is the Patrick Hannon, spokesperson for the Department of Building Inspection in San Francisco says planning review and approval is also necessary for the installation of this sign. The city is opening a complaint and initiating an investigation. My friends, do you know this is another article from Fox. This goes back to May. This

is about This is two months ago. Keep in mind they needed to open an investigation on elon Musk putting what looks like it looks like old metal that they've welded together. It's kind of interesting looking. It's a top. It's on top of the building too. It's on top of a flat building. So if the thing falls unless I don't I didn't see the distance it was from the edge, but it's it's not in hanging in a precarious situation.

Compare that with this headline for May of this year. San Francisco Control a report report finds nearly half of commercial sidewalks had feces in two thousand and twenty two. So you can poop on the city streets in San Francisco. In fact, there was I don't know if it's still an active app, but there was an app. I can't make this up. This is an article written by the founder of this app, he called it. His name was Sean Miller. That he wrote this in January of twenty nineteen, so the

app may no longer be I looked forward on the app store. I could not find it, although I can tell you that San Francisco Utilities came up, So maybe San Francisco Utilities. I don't know. I didn't look this much into it, but maybe they bought it for all we know. But the name of the app was called snap crap. I did you not in fact this article? I'll post this one too. This is a piece that Sean Miller, the founder of snap Crap, road in peace at medium dot

com. It says, snapcraft, why I built an app to report poop on the streets of San Francisco. So we literally, we literally have a city that's more interested in stopping Elon Musk and I. Look, I'm not saying you shouldn't file whatever he needs to file. That's not my point. They just seem a lot more interested in taking complaints about people who are I don't know, engaged in promoting free speech in San Francisco, and then people

that poop on the streets. My goodness, I told oz, I said any day I can say the word poop on the radio, especially in regards to a city run by radical leftist. Remember, these are the folks, These are the folks in the clowns that tell us they can establish is pure utopia on planet Earth. These are the folks that tell you what the sea level is going to be in fifty two one hundred years. And they can't keep the poop off of their streets so much so that an app was created.

An app was created to track and document the locations where people took took a duke on the streets. I just can't I can't get over this. But they're going to go after Elon musk Oh in every conceivable way. By the way, welcome to the program, my friends. I can tell you, if you're new to the show, we don't normally talk about that sort of thing off the top, but I wanted to get to it because it's it's relevant, entertaining, and of course it actually tells us quite a lot

about who the left is. Right. I mean San Francisco. San Francisco has become a lawless city. You know, now in San Francisco there is an I haven't looked this up in a while. But police, I don't think even think you can report something as stolen unless it's over it's like a thousand dollars or something, because these stores, these convenience stores and so forth, will put an outrageous price on something like whatever whatever the minimum amount is.

If it's one hundred dollars, I think it's higher than that. But let's just say it's one hundred dollars for the sake of this argument. They'll list a candy bar as one hundred dollars, but then you go to the register and they'll apply a discount. So if you steal it, they can say that that candy bar was one hundred dollars, because that's the only way. That's the only way they can get police to actually pretend even to investigate

crime in the city. But let Elon Musk. Let Elon Musk put up an X on top of his building, and they are going to wreak havoc on the guy. Of course, he's got the money, he's not bothered. It's just it's just who they are. It's just who they are. Anyway, Welcome to the program. I am your host, the benevolent, caring, wonderful host. Here the program, Todd Huff email Todd at tohofshow

dot com. You can also text us thoughts, questions. Feedback always include that adoration and praise at either the email or by texting us three one seven two zero two eight three zero three one seven two one zero twenty eight thirty text and well, messaging and data rates could apply again, not from us. We're not the folks that are trying to rip you off anyway. I shouldn't say they're ripping you off, you know what I mean. We're not

Nickelin and Diamond you around here anyway. I want to start today by talking about the latest Hunter Biden Joe Biden drama. Now over the weekend. Over the weekend, the Department of Justice had requested that the individual who is set to testify today, his name is Devin Archer. He was requested by the Department of Justice to report to prison over the weekend. This just happened. He was convicted, I believe in February. I believe that's what I read.

It wasn't just Friday. Yeah. Archer was sentenced in February of twenty twenty two to one year and one day in prison for defrauding a Native American tribe, no news if that's the tribe that pocahonas Elizabeth Warren is from. But he was sentenced to one year and one day in prison. He lost that appeal in June, and now he was told over the weekend. Over

the weekend. Now this is was reported over this weekend. And James Comer, who's a representative from the state of Kentucky, he's also the House Oversight Chairman, he said, it was odd that this was issued on a Saturday, and it's odd that it's right before he's scheduled to come in to have an opportunity to speak in front of the House Oversight Committee and tell the American

people the truth about what really went on with Berezman. Now, this is another another example in a line of many, now many troubling factors that pertain to Hunter Biden, to the investigations into Hunter Biden and into the investigations that potentially allegedly implicate President Joe Biden. So if you look at all these and you just list them out, all of the crazy things that have happened, just for example, let's just talk about stuff that's happened here in the past.

Couple of weeks we had cocaine. Cocaine was discovered in the White House, was discovered in the wine House. It was discovered specifically in an area near an entrance where only executive staff members and or family would be going in. I think the Secret Service said there were approximately five hundred people that entered that entrance over a period of I forget a couple of days when they believe that that cocaine could have been found or excuse me, would have been brought

into the White House. And so they had a list, and they tell us, of course, this was a place that was not secured by cameras. Do you buy that? For starters? Do you believe the wine House has an entrance where there is no camera? Let's just say that it does. Then I have to ask the question, why doesn't it have the camera? And not only that, why does every stoplight, crosswalk, every piece of public property in every major city in this country, almost every square inch?

Why does it have a camera watching the American people? But we cannot have it at the entrance of the Apparently the people's I mean this is supposed to be the people's house. I mean that individual is elected to represent well, he's the chief executive of this country. He's there because of the votes of people, supposedly, and so he's the answers to us. But why do they get all of these exceptions to the rule and the rest of us, the rest of us are they don't care about our privacy? They just

don't. In fact, they actively attack your privacy. They are recording phone calls, mass amounts of humongous servers that are collecting data metadata supposedly on the American people. Who knows what else. But you can't find out who goes into the main entrance or one of the main entrances into the wine house. So we got that problem. Then you had the Secret Service. They say, oops, we didn't keep the evidence. We destroyed it, which is

never supposed to happen. So we're supposed to believe that they don't know who's the cocaine is. We're supposed to believe that they destroyed the evidence, which I'm sure that they did, and that that's just, I mean, just par for the course. I suppose. Then you get into things like Hunter Biden's art sales, which of course is preposterous. You've got a guy.

I read an article about this over the weekend. You've got a guy that hasn't had any formal training in art, who supposedly traces his artistic genius back to when he was a kid coloring pictures that hung on the refrigerator, I guess. And he's now selling art pieces of art for seventy five thousand to five hundred thousand dollars. And we're not supposed to have any that's supposed to seem perfectly normal to us, folks. I know some of you are artists.

I get that, and that is fine. I remember Rush used to say, it's not art if I can do it, and I feel kind of the same way. I can't draw a stick man. But I'll tell you this art is an incredibly subjective thing. It's awfully convenient that the President of the United States son just happens to be once in a generational talent, seemingly out of nowhere onto the art scene. Of course, he's also been he's also been appointed to sit on the board at Barisma. He no longer

has that position. He has these amazing business deals, business deals across the world with foreign with foreign entities, people that he shakes down via text messaging, which we've got some examples about that. That was in the news last week, how he was texting a Chinese business partner and he said, I'm sitting here with dad and we want to know why you haven't made this decision yet? Why thought, Why does his dad want to know the big guy?

Why does the big guy want to know? When the wine House administration has constantly told us that the big guy. Of course they won't say that that's who he is because that would further implicate him. Because Hunter Biden in the laptop, the Laptop from Hell, there's messages in there that say, the big Guy gets a cut. I think it's ten I don't know what the cut was. Maybe it was ten percent. I can't keep up with all of the drama and the corruption and the saga and all the details,

but the big guy gotta cut. The big guy is pretty clearly Joe Biden, the big guy who the administration tells us had nothing to do with any of these business dealings, never even talked about it with Hunter. Biden didn't even know about it, never brought it up. Now we've got evidence that he's present with Hunter while Hunter is texting and shaking down a Chinese business partner allegedly, So you've got all these things going on, and we're not supposed

to have any problems with this. And I actually read somewhere over the weekend I go to these forums. I think I was on Qua Quo r A and there was someone saying there's no evidence of any wrongdoing from Biden. In fact, the person was writing and saying this was a diversion to keep us from looking into the wrongdoings of Trump. I have no words that is willingly being ignorant. We have looked into the quote unquote alleged crimes of Trump for

many, many years now. It is his entire presidency was filled with this, and of course ever since he's left the White House it's continued. I guess you could say technically at the beginning it was crimes of impeachments, so they're political events, not so much criminal events. But now we're looking at criminal criminal charges. Fact, newer charges were brought Friday, which we didn't

haven't talked about yet. So the media, the left, the Democrat Party will all excuse me if I have a problem with the timing of Devin Archer, who is set to testify behind closed doors, which I don't know why is that a thing. I don't know the rules. I mean, maybe there's a legit reason, but I think this should be something that is that's televised. I don't know why they have to talk with him behind closed doors. Maybe they're afraid he's gonna who knows something, there might be some thread

against him. I don't know. I don't want him threatened, but I'm just saying, we need to know this stuff. So you put all those things together, and I'm still not even scratching the surface on what's going on in the larger picture here, look at the book Laptop from Hell, and it will give you an even more comprehensive picture and perspective of what's going on

there. But Hunter Biden Joe Biden are in legitimately deep crap if I'm referencing the story off the top of the show, even more crapped in the City of San Francisco's inn. So, anyway, my friends, time out isn't a little bit long this segment. You will forgive me undoubtedly quick time out though, my friends, you're listening here to conservative not better talk. I'm your host, Tod Huff. Plenty of more to get tough here this morning. Back in just a minute, back my friends, so over, Well,

I guess it would have been Friday on Friday. You may have heard this or seen this. There was a Lincoln dinner, a Republican Lincoln dinner in Iowa on Friday. And there's a presidential candidate named Will heard h u r D. He's a Republican candidate. He's one that if you haven't been following politics very very closely, you probably did not even know that he was running. We haven't mentioned him, although I should point out that I remember

getting messages from his team about interviewing him. We just don't do many interviews. But he takes to the podium on Friday and he is, of course talking to the Republican base here at this Lincoln dinner, and he well, I just want you to listen to this. If you haven't heard this, this is just this is bad. I mean, this isn't personal. He never had a chance anyway. I guess I'm just trying to be I'm just trying to be straightforward here, as you well know. But he never had

a chance of winning this primary. The one thing it is getting him his name recognition. There are people that would say all press is good press. I do not subscribe to that idea, but at least I guess you could say that he now is known. His name is known by more people than people that knew him Thursday of last week. So he takes to the podium. He's making the case for himself, of course, to get the votes to become the Republican nominee. And this is how that goes down. Donald

Trump is running to stay out of prison. And if we elect crowd, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know. Listen, I know the truth. The truth is hard. But if we elect Donald Trump, we are willingly giving Joe Biden four more years in the White House. And America can't handle that. God bless you, and God bless America. And he walks right off stage. That was the end end

of his remarks. Again, if you miss that, he said that Trump is only running for president to stay out of prison, which is at least interesting because there were people who thought that Trump was going to drop out as he's been charged with crimes, first in Manhattan and then with federal crimes, and then of course new charges were filed I think on Friday. So there are or maybe it was Thursday, late Thursday. There's a common belief that

Trump's not going to be around for the election. But at least he understands Will Hurt understands that Trump is He's well, he is not. He's not. I want to be clear, He's not running because he's afraid of going to prison. I'm just saying that the only if that's a legitimate thing, if there's real concern about actually going to prison, the best thing Trump can do, it's actually I'm not saying this has anything to do with Trump's calculus.

I'm just saying it's the wrong analysis for people that look at the pressure and think Trump's gonna drop out because of all this pressure and because of the consequences that it actually makes more sense to say because of the charges Trump might that actually adds to the pressure to stay in. Again, I don't think that these things matter to Trump's thinking. I'm just saying, at least he's

getting that right. But what he's not getting right. To be crystal clear here, he's completely wrong in saying that Trump is running to stay out of prison. He's actually got that completely out of whack. One hundred and eighty degrees the reason that Trump is being charged with crimes that could theoretically send him to prison is because he is running. Trump came out and said over the weekend. I saw it in emails. He might have said it at some

other event or rally too, I didn't. I didn't see that. But he said if I was not in the race, if I was not running, or if I was way behind and wasn't winning, or whatever the case may be, if I wasn't a real legitimate candidate, they would not becoming after me. And that is much more correct than will Hurd's analysis here. Now, again Will Hurd is not going to win the nomination. He's not even going to have a legitimate chance at winning the nomination. And again that's

not I don't mean that to be a personal attack. I'm just folks, we are in the midst of a cold civil war here, and we don't have candidly if you want to run against Trump and say why, you would be better equipped at dismantling this governmental beast that's been created, have at it. But if you want to make these types of accusations, all it does is it puts you in alignment with people who are attacking Trump. People who are saying he can't win, which typically is the media, which typically is

the left, which is not how many conservatives and Republicans think. It makes you, mister Hurd, look like, well, you look weak, you look disconnected from reality as it pertains to your base. And I mean, it's just really bad politics. It's just really bad. So when I say and again, I think this should be said to amplify the thinking behind Trump being the front runner. You know, to me, this is all part of the reason why Trump it has been his to lose from day one,

because this anger, this concern for some people rage at the government. I don't even mean in a bad way. They are absolutely sick and tired of the government extending well outside it's it's stated authority and infringing upon their life, their liberty, their pursuit of happiness, their nest, egg, their businesses, their children, their morals, their churches, their speech, their guns.

They've had it. They've had it. And so to go up on stage and to make the claim that he's running just to stay out of prison, when all you have to do is look back, there is not if I part of me wants to go back through this program, through the records of previous episodes and go back. There might have been a time when I said I wasn't sure if Trump was running, but there was never a time when I was leaning that he wasn't going to run. And I think you

would probably say the same thing. I always assume oomed he probably would. Though Trump has a way of he's such a wild card. Sometimes you know, you can see him saying, now, I just had it, I'm not going through this again, good luck or whatever. But I didn't think he would say it, and most of you didn't didn't either. So the idea that he just decided to do this when he was charged number one is preposterous. I'm sure mister Hurd would say, oh, but he knew this

all along. Okay, Well, look at what he's been through. My goodness, his campaign was spied on Trump Russian collusion, delusion, impeachment one, impeachment two January sixth, and the following show trial on that that's happened in Congress as well, which included which included people pretending to cry on sage or trying to make it look like they were. I mean, it's just ridiculous what we've been subjected to the political theater, bad, bad, awful

political theater. So to act like Trump just is looking for a get out of jail free card here is crazy. It doesn't And even if he's right, which is not, by the way, the people in that room are so diametrically opposed to that viewpoint, you better come up with a different reason and rationale to argue your case before then. This is why, this is why I said when De santists, and I know this wasn't De Santist that said this, but this is why I said De Santis was making a miscalculation.

This is why I said Pence is living in Lila Land on this. This is why I said it about all of them. The only one I would make a potential exception for is De Santis, But he is he is clearly choice number two right now, and he's getting pressure to be maybe follow us choice number three after a Vivek Ramaswami, who I like anyway, This

is what I mean. I don't know. I am not a inside the beltway political analyst, but to me, these things are abundantly obvious and they're right there for anyone that wants to just use common sense, it's right there to see short of something happening that's going to put Trump and again I don't

know, I don't think we're gonna get there. But short of Trump ending up in prison or something happening through this process of the charges and so forth that inhibit his ability to effectively run a campaign and so forth, he's going to be the nominee. And he's even set, he said on a show I read the other day. Over the weekend, he committed to saying if I'm even if I'm in prison, there's nothing that says I can't run a campaign for there from in there. This, folks, this could get to

levels that even I'm not prepared to get to. But I think about some of these things and these avenues as to where where it can get so and you know that too, right, I mean this, these could this could get to places that even people who have followed politics, who know American history, the constitution, the way that elections work, the way that electoral votes work, the separation of powers, the limits on presidential authority or the absence

of limits on certain certain authorities when it comes to things like you know, pardoning and so forth. It's just an interesting dynamic that who knows where that's going to take us. So timeouts in order. My friends are listening to conservative not better talk host I haff back in a minute, Come back, my friends. Short segment here to get us back on track. But I mentioned Pence in the last segment. Here's the headline in Washington Examiner. Again,

this will be in the stack of stuff for today. Mike Pence defends fundraising pace as debate deadline draws near Former presidents excuse me. Former Vice President Mike Pence remains confident he will qualify for next month's first Republican primary debate, despite not yet meeting the donor threshold. I don't think it has taken that long, he told the Washington Examiner. Look, I accept a challenge. I'm also grateful for the fact that we easily clear the polling requirements. So

but they don't have enough donors. I think you have to have according to this, and I'm I have to double check elsewhere, but this says the Republican National Committee requires that you have forty thousand unique donor forty thousand unique donors. I guess. So we'll see, we'll see if it gets there. They say they're on pace that means, that means by the deadline bait is August twenty third. I don't know. Excuse me when the deadline is.

It doesn't say in this article. I'd have to look that up. Um. Maybe Oz can do that really quickly. But this is this should never happen. I mean, other candidates have made the cut. Why can't the former vice president? Again? I just these folks have entered this race with their I just I don't I see it this way. De Santis I would leave well, I Vvak Ramaswami into Santis. I carve out caveats far because I think Vak it's good for people to know, to get to know him

and to know what he's doing. These other names are bigger names, right, Chris Christy Um drawn a blank here, the Nicki Haley, Tim Scott. Those folks are are well known names, and you know it's they're all there in case Trump does not is not able to win because of these legal challenges and anything that can come from that. De Santis I think has a tiny chance. I mean small, I mean a couple percent. Did you see I saw last week in our once in the stack of stuff from last

week he had to lay off a third of his campaign staff. That's not a good sign. They're restructuring, reorganizing. We'll see where that goes. But VVAC, of course is building name recognition. I think he's someone that should should be involved and in these sorts of elections or have his name in there for a while to come. I think he would be a good a good person to have de Santis. Again, I think his timing was way off on this. I don't know why he did this, but he did.

And so but this is you're running into the bus off Trump and we haven't even gotten started yet. So Trump may not go to the debate, to the debate on August twenty third, but it's not because he doesn't meet the requirements except I guess unless he decides not to sign the pledge, which he's not going to do that to support the Republican nominee. So if that's the case, unless they've dropped that requirement, which I hadn't seen that.

If that's the case, they may not have anybody up there. I don't know who's signed that that pledge. So unless you know, unless that has been dropped, Trump won't technically qualify. But it's not because of reasons that he doesn't have enough people supporting him, or enough fundraising dollars or whatever. It's for other obviously reasons that the Republican Party is trying to put in place to protect the potential of chaos after the primary process. So anyway, just

a quick update on that. I don't know again what team pens is thinking, even if he get the money. I just what then what It's not going to be a long I mean, it's just it's just really really, I don't know. Maybe if they thought this is the last chance. I don't know. It's really disappointing to me, to be honest. But timeouts in order you're listening. It's disappointing to be clear that some of these folks get in knowing the only chance they have is if Trump basically goes to prison

or some such thing. So timeouts in order you're listening to conservative not better talk back in a minute. Welcome back, my friends. Oz that a little research during the break, and she tells me that forty thousand individual donors is required to be a part of the debate, and you have to sign the pledge, the pinky promise. I remember that anytime I think about these pledges, I'm reminded of things that our presidents have signed with foreign countries like

North Korea. Bill Clinton signed a pledge and a pinky promise asking at the time, Kim Jong Ill, that's his the father of current rocket man over there, Kim Jong or Ill excuse me, signed a piece of paper pinky promising not to have nuclear weapons. And of course there we are just like Obama and John Kerry, who had tipped the Great List Rustallum Ball served in Vietnam. John Kerry signed the stupid or Ron Deal, which again pinky promise

and a pledge. So you know, that's a pledge that the Republican Party is currently asking for. They may not have anybody that qualifies because I don't know who signed it. I've actually seen a lot of people who said they won't sign it because because of Trump, because they don't want to pledge to support Trump, which, by the way, is going to be what has to happen again unless something crazy happens here, Trump is going to be the

nominee. How's he trying to show me something? She's trying to show me something, and there's no way I can see that as that's Okay, she's trying. So that's just a little update on the debate. And that's supposed to happen in just about three weeks. Now, three weeks we're supposed to we're supposed to be having these first debates, and we may not. A couple of other things I want to add to what I talked about earlier in the program at the end of the first segment. Other things that I left

out that are at best questionable about Biden. Number one, multiple banks have filed over one hundred and seventy suspicious activity reports on the bidens one hundred and seventy eight suspicious activity reports, which has to do I believe, with deposits. That's posted at townhall dot com. I'll put it. I'll put that in the stack of stuff. Also, one of the people we know only of two of the donors for the well two of the folks that have bought

Biden's art, Pablo Picasso over there. We know two people that have bought his art. One of them has happens to be someone who's visited the wine House over a dozen times and was appointed appointed to be on a committee. I don't have the name of it here, And I'm just running out of time. But anyway, combine that with all the other reasons, all the other questionable things happening with the Bidens, and there's a lot of smoke. Where there's smoke, there's fire, and I gotta take a break. So

type my friends back in just a minute. Welcome back, my friends. I've got another sound vibe. I don't have time to play it. Just want you to know that Biden says he would like to see Republicans try to impeach him. That's also something that's going on out there. Anyway. I was asked me if he thought impeaching was a flavor of ice cream, and that that may be the case. Folks, last week I mentioned to you that we our kids had gotten something for with some art supplies. Our kids

are are pretty artistic. They don't get that from me, They get that from their mother. Again, I can't draw stick Man to save my life. But these art kids that they got, they were ready made art kids with art supplies that were used to create some really cool arts and crafts.
