Attention. You're listening to the Tod Huff radio show, America's home for conservative not Bitter talk radio. The advice that the content of this program has been documented to prevent and even cure liberalism, and listening may cause you to lean to the right. Here's your conservative but not Bitter host, Todd Huff. All right, my friends, there are three things that I want to make sure that I get to today, time permitting, and in no particular order.

Three things I want to get to today include Jenna Ellis's profer, which

is basically basically a recording. Well a is a arrangement. Remember she had a plea deal, and as part of that plea deal, she would be testifying potentially or maybe definitely against President Trump or be called to the witness stand in this in the case one of the cases against Trump, excuse me against Trump, that was recorded, I've not to my knowledge, and I'm not a lawyer, but I don't is it common for these things to be released.

I've never seen that before. But we'll talk about we'll talk about that. We'll also talk about the left's reaction, their faux outrage to Trump's comments about the left. The radical left behaving like Vermin, which we'll get to that, and then time permitting again, I can't promise. This is my intent as we launch into a broadcast day here behind the microphone. The third day I want to get to is Randy Whitegarden, president of Teacher a Teachers

Union. She's confused. She has an again, time permitting will get more into this if nothing else is that it will be in the stack of stuff Toddefshow dot com. But she's confused about why home schooling is appealing to more and more people in this country. Of course, you know why homeschool is appealing, and I want to talk about that today. Time permitting These things are going to take time. I don't know if I can get to all of them. I will do my best. Email Todd at Toddhoffshow dot com.

Should you want to be part of that discussion or three one seven, two one zero twenty eight thirty thoughts, questions, feedback? Yes, yes, yes, always include that adoration and praise messaging. Data rates can apply on that text messaging depending upon your carrier. So let us begin where do I want to begin? Where do I want to begin today? Do I want to talk about? You know what I want to talk about Trump first. I want to talk about Trump and this, well, his comments about

the left being like Vermin. Okay, so here we have it queued up. You know, I got to check. You know that I've had problems with the sound bites. I've had this thing cued up. But every time I go to check, you know, how it goes, it drops. I don't know what happens some of the times it drops. Anyway, I just listened to it. So this is Trump giving a speech. Behind him, you see supporters holding up signs that say things like Trump twenty twenty four

and peace through strength I'm seeing here. If there's anything else, yeah, of course there's text Trump and all that stuff to join, to donate, to volunteer, whatever else. But he's speaking to a large crowd, as Trump typically does, and he makes these comments. By the way, the left wants the Republican Party to come out and condemn these comments. So I want to play this clip. It's about thirty seconds, and we're going to discuss this. Here's Trump speaking to one of his rallies here, and he

uses the phrase like Vermin when referencing the radical left. Here it is he pledged to you that we will root out the communists, Marxist fascists, and the radical left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country, that lie and steal and cheat on elections and will do anything possible. They'll do anything, whether legally or illegally, to destroy America and to destroy the American dream. Okay, so there you go. That's the clip, that's

the reference. This of course has the left. I think they believe this is the basket of deplorable's moment for President Trump. So they are of course fired up about this. They believe it. They believe that this is a crime against humanity. I guess that Trump would use this particular phrase. But let's understand what Trump is talking about, you know, and this will come up when we talk about Jenna Ellis's I say testimony. It's just what she

told the prosecution during her profit. I guess it's technically not testimony yet I don't again, not illegal here, not a legal scholar. But anyway, so this is gonna come up again. I think a lot of these things can be explained, a lot of these things can be understood if we simply came to the reality, accepted the reality that there are two competing viewpoints.

You could say narratives, but there are two distinct camps. I guess you could say when we look at Trump in general, when we look at the MAGA Republicans in general, when we look at politics really in general, there's two general camps here, particularly when Trump is involved, and those two camps are as follows one of them. One of the camps believes that Trump is an existential threat to American They'll say democracy, our constitutional republic, our freedoms.

They believe that this man Trump is a narcissist authoritarian, He's a fascist. They believe, they think that he is true. They think he's the

greatest threat to the United States of America that's ever breathed. I mean, I suppose, I let's say domestically, I suppose they would understand and come to the realization that we faced real threats throughout the history of the world, during the Cold War, during World War Two with Hitler and the Japanese attack of Pearl Harbor, which of course they want to compare to January sixth than

all that. But I think domestically they would say, throughout history, there has never been The left would say the Democrats would say, the media would say, the seven pillars of propaganda would say, there's never been a more dangerous president in the history of this country. They think his existence, his basic existence, is a threat to freedom, is a threat. Well I don't. They don't say, you notice that by the way, they talk about saving our democracy, which, of course, my friends, there is

a democratic aspect to living in our constitutional republic. The right to self governance is absolutely there. But we live in a republic, and this matters. A constitutional republic, this matters tremendously. This matters tremendously because a democracy is simply the rule of the majority, which we have a form of that.

But we don't have a pure democracy. We have a constitutional republic that says, yes, we want to give the will of the people a means by which they can make governing decisions for their country by I guess, through extension of their elected representatives. This is not a director of democracy. Everything doesn't go to the people to vote. But we do have elected representatives who are responsible for creating legislation in this country, creating law in this country. But

in addition to that, it's not simply that the majority rules. That's important. I'm not minimizing that. But there's also a component that's lost in all of this, and that's the component of the individual liberty. The liberty of the individual, the individual's right to choose to live his or her life as he or she decides, so long as those choices do not directly impact or cause a direct direct harm to someone else's life. Liberty, property, pursuit

of happiness, and that is often lost anyway. But as we look at this, and as we look at the character of Trump, the politician, Trump, the Trump movement, Make America a Great Again movement, the MAGA movement, when we look at this, there's a group of people that say, this is dangerous, this is authoritarian, this is fascist. Now, of course, none of that. That is not true. You know, we Trump is Trump is not a fascist. You know, some of the

things fascists don't do. Fascists, for example, when Trump was president, Trump cut taxes. This is not something that fascists set about to do. Fascist, my friends, is one form of a lover of that that a lover of big government can take. Fascism says government, big individual, small

right, That's what and that's what communism says too. They just have different a different ideology, but a lot of it comes out to be the same thing because it's government force over the will and the liberty and the freedom of the individual. So they say Trump is a fascist, which is ridiculous.

Trump. Fascists don't cut taxes. Fascists do not reduce regulations. Remember Trump, for every new regulation created in the bureaucratic state, they had to eliminate and think it was two, So they eliminated a lot of bureaucratic rules. That's not what fascists do. Fascists also don't try to be proponents of religious liberty, of free speech and those sorts of things. Anyway, this is what the left and people in this camp believe. They believe Trump is dangerous,

he's a threat to society. He has to be stopped at all costs. The other group, the other group. There's maybe an A and a B of this group. There's one group that loves Trump, one group, one part of that group that's dedicated to Trump. One part of this group that's just the pro Trump side, not the side that thinks he's an existential threat to the United States of America and to this nation and to the world. As we know it. But within that there's kind of a subgroup.

There's those that love him and those that say it's not so much necessarily about his personality and all that, it's really about what he's doing. We've been fighting against this massive, bloated bureaucratic machine, this consistent march towards big government for a long time, and they say, this guy actually the Instead of Trump posing the threat to the American people, instead of Trump posing a threat to the sank the sanity of the world, Trump poses instead a threat to

the lovers of big government. Trump poses a threat to those who are part of the swamp, that are part of the bureaucratic machine, that are part of the mechanism, that are part of the machine that actually is the greatest risk domestically to our freedom. And so when you have these two sides, one one side says Trump is to be feared at all costs. The other side says that we need to see more of what Trump is doing. Now, you again have some that love his style and personality and others that say,

we don't necessarily care about the style or the personality. We dislike the movement that is trying to restore America back to some of her founding principles, and a lot of a lot a lot of how we view things, a lot of the the when we look at Jenna Ellis's profer, for example, when we look at well, when we look at really anything pretending to the election, election integrity, the decisions that the Trump team made and all that, the arguments that have been made about that, and so forth, a

lot of it just simply stems from whether or not we fear Trump and his threat to us, or whether we say that Trump should cause fear. Not not in some you know, draconian sense, but he should cause fear in the lovers and the hearts and the minds of the lovers of big government. Those are the folks that should really be afraid of him. That's that, by the way, is my viewpoint. Trump doesn't pose a threat to me or to free citizens, free people. Trump poses a threat to the machine.

Trumps poses a threat to the swamp, and so but a lot of a lot of our perspective is predicated upon which of those general camps that we

fall into. So timeouts in order I want to play this, like vermin Well, I mentioned that I want to talk more specifically about the like vermin comment now, because that is I think again which bucket we fall into explains how we view those comments, right, So anyway, I just wish, you know, I think for those of us that if you're in the general bucket of that I'm in, and you believe that Trump isn't so much of a threat to you, as you believe that Trump is a threat to the

government, to the establishment, to the swamp, and you think that's a good sort of threat, we need to, I think be more mindful of how people who are in that other bucket, because some of them are sold out. They're not going to change. They have drank the kool aid, they have completely abandoned any sort of desire to be reasonable on the issue of

Trump. But there are still some in there that have just been deceived for so long that I don't think they I think sometimes if we would know how to communicate a little bit better, and it might be a small sliver of that overapp group, small percentage of the larger group, I think there are people that would at least listen. I've encountered them. I believe you have as well. And again, the radical wing of the Democrat Party. The Radical Left is a is a very fringe group. They are loud, they

are proud, they are violent. They often control the levers of powers. We've talked about the seven pillars of propaganda, which I think is important to understand. But they amplify their voice and they silence or at least dampen, dampen the sound waves coming from the mouths of those in the larger group, which is the group that we're in, and it affects the overall perception of reality. But the truth is the truth is that most people, most people

agree with our ideas. Sometimes we just have to focus more on how we communicate those So that's what I kind of want to do this morning as I talk about this. So we'll get back to the like Vermin comments on the other side of the break, we'll get the Jenna Ellis in time permitting, we'll get to the teachers' union that is confused about why people want to homeschool. So timeouts in order, my friends, sit tight back in just a

minute, folks. This is ridiculous headline here. I just found this during the break. I had not seen this. Trump goes full Hitler. This is a headline. This is a headline. This is exactly what I mean. Trump goes full Hitler by calling political foes vermin. I'm gonna read just a bit of this. Since the twenty sixteen presidential campaign, the question of whether it's appropriate to compare Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler has come up repeatedly. Yeah, by the clowns and the jokers in the media. This. I

cannot the stupidity of this stuff. It's just they really believe that. They don't that's a thing they don't. I think some of them might believe that what they're saying is true. I don't know, but I think some of them. It's all about the impact. It's all about the impact. Yeah, you know what, Fine, we will, the media would say, we will acknowledge that everyone doesn't agree that we can compare Trump to Hitler. But we're having the discussion because you've never seen a thing like this guy,

and you should be terrified of him. This is the greatest existential threat this. As I said last segment, right, there's a group of people a bucket. I don't mean that as some we're both in buckets. I like to think like that we're in group A or group B. I'm in a bucket that says Trump's The threat isn't what Trump poses to us. The threat is what Trump poses to the establishment. That's the threat. That's the genesis

of all of these articles and comparisons. But here, this stupid article continues. Trump has used the slogan popularized by Nazi sympathizers, dined with anti semites, evoked white supremacist tropes, and demonized the press and his political foes as quote enemy of the people. To cite just a few examples of his allegedly Nazi life behavior, that is a heck of a sentence, my friends.

Plus days before the Capitol riot, the nation's top general Mark Millie reportedly warned aids that America was facing a Reichstag moment because Trump was preaching the gospel of the furor with the stoll And election lies. What is this is this parody? Is this satire? What on earth? New yorkmag dot com. This will be in the stack of stuff anyway. I'm gonna go back. I'm

gonna go back, and I'm going to I'm gonna play again. I'm gonna play again Trump's comments here in a second, I'm gonna play what they're getting so worked up about and again the proverbial bucket here that you're in. If you're in the group that says Trump is the greatest threat to the United States

and the history of the world. If you think that January sixth was basically the same thing as Pearl Harbor Day or nine to eleven, then you're gonna think that these comments are like the furor oh gosh, I just can't this is not serious. This is so bizarre and out of control. But nonetheless, this is where we are in twenty twenty three. We're not even in technically we're within a year of the election, but we're not in the election

year yet. Wait, just wait, this is nothing. You had better I had better buckle up for what we're about to witness here, because when I was telling I was during the break. When you see articles like this, they they the media, right, they the large capital M media have acknowledged Trump's the guy. They've acknowledged it. This is accepting it. This, this is this is step two in the process. So the attempts to get him in the legal system, I mean, they've basically given up hope

on that. They have They have gotten all every ounce of political revenue that they can squeeze out of that. And now they have to go back to what they did in twenty sixteen, which is this is the same thing. They know they can't get people to rally behind their guy because their guy is an absolutely atrocious candidate. So the next logical thing is to get people to fear the other guy. And just think about how far they've had to take.

They have to literally in headlines right, headlines that say Trump goes full Hitler. Anyway, here's here's Trump again. These are the these are the words that they say make tru full a full Hitler. Here it is he planned to you that we will root out the communists, Marxist fascists, and the radical left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country,

that lie and steal and cheat on elections and will do anything possible. They'll do anything, whether legally or illegally, to destroy America and to destroy the American dream. Okay, now, I know that the left and the media reject his narrative there. That's fine, it's their prerogative. But but the people Trump is describing here are people who are actively at war with this nation. These are people Remember when you take an oath to office, you swear

to protect this constant against all enemies, foreign and domestic. That is your oath. You pledge to protect that constitution at all costs. And my friends, the people that Trump describe there, the radical left, the communists, the Marxists, the fascists, whatever other group he defined there, I don't have it written out. I don't have the script in front of me,

although I've got it somewhere around here. Those groups of people are by definition at war with freedom loving Americans, with the Constitution of the United States. They hate this nation as founded. They want to destroy this nation's founding and remake it into something that suits their political ideology much better, which is not freedom and liberty, which is not the Constitution. They by definition are at war. And I've said it's been a cold civil war. There have been

skirmishes, don't misunderstand me. There have been a unfortunately violent skirmishers, But we are largely still in a cold civil war where we are fighting for an ideology and a worldview, and like it or not, those that love freedom, those who revere the Constitution, we are going to have to defend it. And is it wrong the definition here. I looked up vermin. This is something that US folks out in the country, and this is something I

mean, we say these things from time to time, the vermin. But the definition is wild animals that are believed to be harmful to crops, farm animals or game, or that carry disease. And so the idea that's trying to be communicated here is that the vermin are a danger not to the farm land here, but to the to the Constitution, to our society, to our civilization. They aren't war with I mean, they are at war with it. They are trying to destroy it. We have witnessed this, especially

in recent years. We've seen these folks. We've seen Antifa, We've seen the right of the violent rioters of the Black Lives Matter movement. We've seen other groups right that pose an existential threat to law and order and to justice. And Trump is saying that the people leading those movements are like vermin. Now, I think, you know, political discussions. You have to be able to protect political speech so that people can make points. These are very

very valuable, the very very important conversations that we have. And Trump's not Trump's not calling average American citizens vermin Trump is saying. And you can disagree with this, you can say that it's too far. But meanwhile, remember this, Trump's sister just passed away, just passed away on Monday, and something that was trending on Twitter was wrong Trump again. Anytime someone related to Trump dies, people start tweeting from the hashtag wrong Trump, meaning why didn't

the Grim Reaper? Which whatever you think of that, but this is the thinking of the radical left. The grim Reaper made a mistake. He got the wrong Trump again. So they're they're literally begging for Trump to die. But yet at the same time, they have a problem with him describing people who are putting that are harmful to our constitution's existence. They have a problem

with him referring to that as vermin. And maybe you do too, but I do think that that's like the pot calling the kettle black in this instance when they're calling for Trump's death. Anyway, timeout is in order, quick

time out. I want to talk a little bit about Jenna Ellis in this proffer this bit of testimony if you will, that she is basically recorded as saying and talking about Trump's plans allegedly to not leave the White House after after losing the twenty twenty election timeouts in order to My Friends sits tight back in

just a minute. Welcome back to My Friends. If you've listened to this program for any time, which you know earlier this week, I told you we celebrated our two thousand and eighth two thousand and eighth episode, because I somehow I'm blaming the data. I'm blaming the data because I looked careful at this. It was actually probably would have been last week or the end of

when checking out. So I mentioned before the break that I want to shift gears here this segment, and I want to talk about I want to talk about Jenna Ellis. And you'll remember Jenna Ellis was one of Trump's attorneys. Jenna Ellis pled guilty in the Georgia trial. She pled guilty. As part of that guilty plea, she had to be available to testify against Trump.

And so they have this thing called a profit which is really, you know, kind of the arrangements of just the whole details of what that arrangement is between this particular defendant and the sort of testimony that she would be able to provide. Now this thing has been released. This thing has been released. I have never to my knowledge, and I again I'm not a lawyer, but to my knowledge, I've never seen one of these released. But again,

it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter when it's Trump. It doesn't matter what law is broken, it doesn't matter what department of the government is weaponized. None of that matters to the media, to the left, to half of this country. What matters is that they can get Trump. And again they're feeding off of that extreme hatred. The same hatred, by the way, that when someone in Trump's family dies starts causing people, motivating people to

tweet with the hashtag wrong Trump, which I referenced last segment. In fact, I sent out some of those tweets. I got some of those, and I'm gonna tweet out if i haven't already. I don't. I go through a bunch of stuff every day, but went through a lot of those. A lot of folks tweeting wrong Trump died, so they're cheering for Trump to die. So obviously, whatever happens, I've told you before, I'll

say it again, this is the Seinfeld, the siin Feld strategy. Seinfeld Jerry Seinfeld, in his sitcom back in the nineties, had an arch nemesis named Newman Newman. Every time Jerry would run into Newman, he would say, Newman. You know, if you've watched the show, Jerry did not like Newman. They were arch enemies. He was the nemesis of Jerry. And so Newman was going to take a role, a position in Hawaii, and Jerry wanted to help him get that, and so Jerry told Newman.

And this is the Seinfeld strategy being employed by the media and the seven pillars of propaganda against Donald J. Trump. And here it is. They will do whatever it takes for as long as it takes them, So long as it takes Trump away from sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue, which is the White House. As long as it takes Trump out of the White House, the ends

justify the means. It doesn't matter how they get there. They don't care if he's in an orange jumpsuit again not to be confused with Hillary Clinton's orange pantsuit. It doesn't matter if he is just taken out of the primary. It doesn't matter if he was, you know, impeached, impeachment one, impeachment two. It didn't matter if they could take him down in the Russian

collusion delusion. None of this mattered. It's whatever it takes. Can they hurt his fundraisers, can they get him, Can they get the Republican Party to turn against him. Can they get a third party candidate to come in whatever, They do not care as long ass it keeps Trump out of the

White House. So they're employing this strap. And so if you have to release video like this that I've never seen released before, again, maybe it has been I'm not knowledgeable enough in this area to say with certainty, but it definitely is not normal. So I don't see these things on a regular basis anyway. So I want to play that after the break. I want to play what she says, and I want to see, well, I want you to hear some folks are going to be bothered by this. Some

folks are not going to be bothered by this. Some folks might be bothered a little, some not at all. Whatever, I want to play this and talk about that in the time we have remaining here on the program. But it is time for me to take a time out. My friends, sit tight back in just a minute, all right, welcome back. My excuse me, my friends. I've been finding something on the vocals. I thought I was good until that hit me out of nowhere. So here is

video of Jenna Ellis talking with prosecutors in Trump's trial in Georgia. I want you to listen to what she tells them. This is about a minute about a minute long, So hang in there and listen to this, which eventually could be testimony before the court. Here it is and at the time a period where they were going to start to discuss what was Dan Scapino's role at the time. I believe his title was social Media director for the White House.

It became deputy chief of staff at the time that the conversation in question took place. Okay, when was that. The conversation was or in December nineteenth of twenty twenty at the White House Christmas party, and I emphasized him I thought that the claims and the ability to challenge the election results was essentially over because he said to me, in a kind of excited tone, well,

we don't care here and we're not going to leave. And I said, what do you mean and he said, well, the Boss meaning President Trump and everyone understood the Boss, that's what we all called him. He said, the Boss is not going to leave under any circumstances. We are just going to stay in power. And I said, nim, well it doesn't quite work that way, you realize, And he said, we don't

care. Okay. So Jenna Ellis back in December of twenty and twenty was at a Christmas party at the White House, was talking with Dan Scavino, and he was talking about, well, the challenging of the election results. And she says, and this profer that she is, that the time for challenging the election was really over. Nothing they could do at that point, to which mister Scavino said, well, the big guy. Sorry, that's not the big guy. That's the boss, Remember the big guy. That's

why I wanted to bring this up. By the way, the big guy in the Hunter Biden scandal is unequivocally Joe Biden. So she says Trump was known as the boss, the boss man here. Scavino told her, says, there's no way that we're leaving the White House. No, under any circumstances. We're just gonna stay here. We're not gonna leave. Now. You gotta go back in time. And if you're just tuning in, I don't have time to go through this. But earlier in the program, I

talked about two groups of people. Right, there's a group of people that hate Trump, who believe that Trump poses the single greatest risk to this country. Ever, he's in existential threats. They're cheering for his death. I mean, there's people that maybe don't cheer for his death, that just want him out of politics, but there's a big chunk that won him at least in prison. They want him to feel pain, some even want him to die. But they view him as an existential threat. He's a fascist.

They say, he is just an awful human being, and he should not be allowed to be president, definitely, and probably not be allowed to be walking around freely in this country. And so there's one group. The other group says, look, some folks in the other group love him. Some folks say, it's not so much about him, it's about actually causing the system that we have built. Not the system that was founded, but the system that our bureaucrats have built. We want to dismantle that, and this

guy poses a threat to that, and we like that. We like that because the bigger that the system is built, the less liberty that we have here as citizens. And so, depending upon which group you're in, which bucket you fall into, you're going to say I viewed this through a number of different different ways. But the one group says Trump knew. Those who hate him assumed Trump knew he lost the election, was just trying to hang

on to power, was trying to stage a coup. The other side would say, it seemed logical to me that this guy absolutely believed he lost the election, was unable to get anything to be done about it. It was kicked the can was kicked down the road. Nothing was happening. And so anyway, I've got an analogy that I don't think I've got time to get to. And so, but the point is he didn't do it ultimately right. It was discussions, it was talk, it was strategy. Who knows,

maybe it was just bravado, but it did not happen. Trump left the White House peacefully in January of twenty one. Quick time out my friends back in a minute, Welcome back to my friends, really quickly. I feel like the analogy here between Trump and how you view his leaving the White House, and I'm going to use something that just is to pay ain't the picture. This isn't to be taken literally, but I think I think it

just kind of sets the mindset. So let's say, let's say that you're a kid and you've had your bicycle stolen, and a couple days later, you see someone riding your bicycle. You know it's yours because it's got some marking that only exists on your bike. Whatever it was, right, there's there's a certain maybe you put your name on it, you painted a certain part, a certain color, whatever. You know. One this is your bike, and you go up to the kid on the bike and you confront

the kid on the bike. Now, let's say you're an observer, and there's two types of observers. There's a group maybe his buddies, who's who. Before he walks over to the kid, he says, look, there's a kid on my bike. I'm going to go take get my bike back. So you know that that's his bike. But let's say you're a person just wandering through the park and you look over and you see this kid riding a bike. You don't know that it's not his bike, and you see

some other kid come up who starts bullying him. What it appears like to you give me the bike, and you're thinking, hey, man, what's your problem? This is his bike. The point is the perspective of whether or not you view how you view that interaction depends upon whether you believe it's his bike or not, right. And I think, again, that's a tiny example. I don't want it to be no too literal, but I think that's the way that this whole fight over whether or not Trump was fighting

for the White House or not was legit. I gotta go STG.
