Her stepmother hates cops because her dad is a cop, so she had this intrinsic dislike of cops. And we live up in the mountains, so there's not a lot of cops arounds. There's a couple that live on our hill, a couple

of retired cops, one active duty cop. And this girl was on a walk and she'd taken her two dogs out for a walk, and a guy probably drinking, probably drugging, came down the hill saw a pretty young thing walking a couple of dogs. A pretty young thing happened to be fourteen years old. So this guy in his mid thirties decided to do a U turn right there in the middle of the road where there ain't no U

turns allowed. Then he decided to pull up next to the pretty young thing as roll his window down and offer her ride, going all slow on the side of the road. And this girl was freaked because this guy was not friendly. And he pulled his truck up a little bit just to you know, make her so down so he could talk to her. A truck came down the hill and it made a U turn and it pulled up behind him, and the truck was one of

her dad's friends. A hated cop, so he lit the guy up and he had a real conversation with the guy and wrote him a series of tickets, unsafe lane change, illegal U turn, too slow for condition and told the guy, I can keep going all day long. We'll keep inventing tickets. But the message is this, You're not going to talk to this girl. You're not going to go near this girl.

And if I ever see you around this girl, then maybe I'll deal with it in a different way, maybe a way that you might not enjoy as much as paying five hundred dollars in tickets for a single interaction with me. Do I make myself clear? He gave the girl and the two dogs are ride home and she was thankful. The guy did not have a criminal background in relation to this. He had traffic tickets and DUIs. He had things like that. He had an active license

and insurance. So the officer couldn't go above that. But what if he hadn't and what if he hadn't been there? Daniel Penny was there. pay them off. And they do these land swaps. So end up with these nonprofits with half a billion dollars in assets, paying themselves some wonderful salaries and bonuses and retirement and vacation time. So she goes into the bathroom, he follows her in, and he succeeds in sexually assaulting

Oh, there were people there, and when she was screaming for help, there were still people there, but no one able to kick in the door because there were no Daniel Pennies. This lady very stupidly decided to do this. After all, they had a kid together. She was twenty eight years old. Her name was Gabrielle Garcia, and David Lee Morris was the man that this conversation in public out a pizza place I won't name because it's actually a good pizza place.
