Episode description

One of the things we discuss is the continuing laughing stock of election integrity in our country. You either have laws or you don’t. You either enforce those laws equally or you don’t. Many of us believe that the election in 2020 was stolen and rigged. In Michigan, lawyers have been arrested for taking proof of election tampering to a sheriff. They are being criminally prosecuted for reporting crimes. And, in Chicago, 10,000 mail-in ballots have been “found” in the race for state attorney. But, it’s just not just votes that are being stolen. How fallen is society? A seventy-seven year old man is in jail because he failed to leave his home after it was stolen in a case of deed fraud. Just as ID isn’t required to vote, ID isn’t required to change the information of the deed of your home. What does

God’s Word say?

Good morning to everyone enjoys Live. If you're watching and they're listening later, we love you equally. The stated title of this episode, Episode one, four hundred and ninety three for Wednesday, the twenty eighth of March twenty twenty four. The stated title is when It's illegal to report crimes. There was a time in Silence, Russia where it was illegal to report a crime because

crime had been eradicated under the Great Stalinesque perch. So if you reported a crime, you yourself were a criminal because you were lying and you were criticizing

the state for all crime had been eradicated. That's the stated title. Something came up this morning in Discipleship Group by ten, and since we're headed to Easter and good Friday's coming up, I feel like it's more important that I shared this with you, So we'll start with that because I don't believe, well it's not my feeling, I didn't intend this, but to be frank with you and honest and this is live, I'm not going to be able to do the show until I share this with you. So we'll do that.

With the help of Bulwark Capital Management at Know Your Risk Radio dot Com. Zach's Freedlib webinar is tomorrow three thirty Pacific. You can register it. Know your Risk radio dot com now, because I think God's standing on my chest. Hey Lord, Okay, I hear you. I surrender. The Todd Herman Show is one hundred percent disapproved by big pharma technocrats and tyrants everywhere. No from the high mountains of Free America. Here's the Emerald City exile

Todd Herman. This is the day the Lord is Man. I can hear myself. These are the times to which God has decided we shall live. So here's this scripted person in the show. I don't say scripted. We don't have a teleprompter in here. Obviously you know that about me. I would never use the teleprompter. People have offered that to me. It was a Microsoft and I was speaking at this big event and this lady came up and said, do you have notes for the teleprompter? I said, no,

I don't use teleprompterress. Oh the panic on her face. That was fun. That was a fun day. We're headed into good Friday Easter. What I guess the Evangelical Church now, I think correctly is referring to his resurrection Sunday, because you know, bunnies and Easter eggs. So I want to remind people what it means. And this morning, this conversation occurred in a discipleship group which I'm an attendee, and it relates to the Lord Jesus

prior to the cross. Remember when he thought that was going to be fun and he celebrated, and when his brother said, how you doing, he said, not, I'm good, this is awesome. I can't wait to do this. That's not what he said. The Lord Jesus wept. He sweated to the point of sweating blood. That means he had been under such strain that he burst capillaries. And as my pastor points out, there there's a medical phrase for that. That happens to people. And of course the

Lord proceeded. He'd asked God, if there's a way that you could take this for me, but your will be done, not mine. So he went into this torture knowing it was going to be torture, and he went into it not with a happy heart, but with a dutiful one, acting in trust that this would be for the good. Because unlike Jim Johnson, speak of Johnson, Mike Johnson pardon me, and sometimes unlike me, I

can love God I do. I love Jesus I do, and sometimes it occurs to me I don't fully trust him or to says Mike Johnson, that for that the d of the day. Sometimes doing the will of God sucks and there is no I think maybe one of the worst lies that evangelicals have passively told it it's not an intended lie, or that is some sort of communicated I guess maybe not even told, is that Hey, when I follow Jesus, all will be good, I will be happy all the time,

my problems will be solved. Well, that's not true. The Lord himself said, don't be surprised when you have troubles on this earth. I think the challenge that people face is that when they're doing the will of God and it just hurts, it sucks, I think they we run a risk of thinking less of ourselves. Maybe I'm not really Christian because doing the will of God should feel good. But if Jesus Christ himself fully manned, fully human,

fully God that great conundrum to some people. If he wept bitterly to the point of sweating blood, we don't think less of them for that. Some of us would think more of them for that, because of course he knew what was going to happen full on. Of course he knew the ending. But we do too, those of us who serve the Lord Jesus, we know the ending as well, maybe not as intimately as he did.

So when we're going through doing the will of God and it hurts, and it might be, for instance, you have kids who've fallen into the transcult and they hate you, but they'll tell you, if you'll just use my pronoun, then I'll love you again. Well, no, they're going to love the pronoun. That won't be loving you worst, they won't be loving

God. That hurts, doesn't it. So I would ask that as we head into the Easter, we think about doing the will of God and how it sometimes hurts, and that God uses all things for good and sometimes it's an opportunity to exercise our faith and to come out on the other side having exercised our faith stronger, with more trust and more confidence in the faith,

and maybe remind ourselves that God's timing is not our own. That three hours that He's spent on the cross, I'm going to bet we would have dissolved in one minute. It wasn't quote just the torture. If you think of the God's wrath during the flood, just think of the enormity of the global flood. There's a lot of wrath in that. God promised to not flood the earth again. But there's that phrase cups of wrath, and Jesus said,

I don't want to drink of this cup. So for three hours he drank the same kind of wrath at the same level that God had part out on the entire earth, and that rained down upon one man, fully god fully human, fully human. Do we think less of Jesus that he wasn't in the cross saying this is all you got, I'm fine up here. We don't we think more of them. So let's keep that in mind, because, as I've said many many times, you live in a environment in

a time where you are going to experience pain. By following the will of God, it's going to hurt, and sometimes it's just going to flat sock. CrossFit community, we talk about embrace the sock. It's not always easy, but we know when the workout ends. Usually sometimes you don't. Sometimes you just go and tell coach just stop. The title of the show is of this episode is when it's illegal to report crimes? What does that mean?

When you reach a state of existence in your nation where we're not going to investigate crimes, but we're going to punish people for reporting crimes, Well, you have reached a state of obvious obvious journey in the form of capriciousness. Now that's a that's a twist of a phrase that Mark Stein I think invented. So Mark Stein, if you don't know, as a fellow fill in for rush Limbab, but far more than that. Mark is world famous. He used to a show on GBTV, but it got had Hit to

step down because they wanted him to be COVID policed. Mark refused to do that. He refused to stop talking about the injections from the m r and A or injuries from the m RNA injections. Mark is not going to be told what to say. Mark Stein invented. I think the phrase tyranny is always capricious. He's right, because tiranny is the rule of emotion. That's exactly what it is. It's not the rule of law, it's not the rule of documents. It's the rule of man. What is the rule of

man. If it's unmoored from God's word, it's the moods of man. But I had to tell now, and when I came in here this when hit by the way, I'm I'm in a bit of a down mood, and I said, it's nothing to do with you. It's actually nothing to do with the show. It's that I kind of aired that at the beginning of the show. He congratulations, it's live podcasting. You got to see me air that, all right, to even the parts you didn't want to

hear. If you've kept watching, I hope you have. Tyranny is capricious because human will is capricious because when you are dealing with the emotions of man running the country, you are dealing with the boss's fears, You're dealing with the boss's worries, You're dealing with the boss's flushly desires for this day which might be different from tomorrow. That's why the book nineteen eighty four is so

important. That whole phenomena of oh, we've never been to war with Eurasia one day and the next day you go to work and find out you've always been at war with Eurasia. So when we are living in a society where reporting crimes is illegal. You're living in a society of tyranny, which is a society of moods, moods of people who have absolutely no connection to the Vine of Christ. In other words, they don't have access to the fruit of the spirit. So the moods are much more likely to be jealousy and

rage and anger and paranoia and gosh, what else can I say? Loathing, self seeking, seeking to be served, not to serve. Right, they can't access in any consistent way. The further spirit. They certainly can't love in a god that way. So you're not getting that, you're getting

capricious acts. This broke this morning. Tom Fitten from Judicial Watch, a former White House lawyer, confirms he behind Trump's back, organized threats of mass resignations to successfully thought Trump from appointing and acting attorney general who would investigate the twenty twenty election. And this guy, now this is making the rounds and haven't had time to go property read it, just to confess to you because it's a live show. This is just beginning to come across to me.

So his threats were apparently to stop the investigation, But why would you want to stop an investigation. Why would that be your goal, Because if you have trust that our election system is the safest, most secured in history, you'd say, yeah, investigate. We've got all the evidence, everything's on our side, so please investigate so we can put behind us this entire affair. And there'd been talk of appointing a guy named Jeff Clark to be the

acting Attorney General. I've actually spoke with Jeff and he follows my Twitter account. I guess I'll try to get in touch with him and see if we can get him on the show about this, says his thoughts. So they did not want the investigation to occur. But why because it's the moods of men, Because tyranny is always capricious. Their mood was worry. It had

to be. If you're saying, as the United States government, that just put on the safest most secure election in history, because that's what everybody was told within an hour or less of the polls supposedly closing. That's what we're told. If they knew that, and they didn't, because they cannot answer what was second place? What was the second most secure election, safe and secure election in history? Oh, we don't track that we know. We

know, you've never said that before. The fact that they didn't want the investigation means they didn't want the answer, which takes us up to what were they feeling confidence. No, they were sweating. The Lord Jesus prior to well not prior to because he always did God's will, but prior to going to the cross, was sweating blood. He was distraught because he had to go drink the cup of wrath, go through the torture, which I'm imagining

the physical torture was the least of it. Because all of God's wrath poured out on one person. Fully God, yes, but also fully human. That had to be worse than the physical torture. After all, they could only harm the body. These people had to be sweating blood. If you're I'm not saying if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear. That's a tool of charney as well. Well, we'd like to look through your bank accounts. No, I'm not going to give you the right

to do that. Well, if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear. No, what I have to fear is it never stops, you never stop looking through my stuff. Well, we had some questions about why you purchase this stuff. But there is an end points, right, if it's the safest, most secure election in history, there's the endpoint. You come back, all the signatures match, all the IDs were checked, all the ballots came in on time, All of the ballots were actually

mailed out. They didn't come back flat unmolested. In other words, like the ten twenty thirty thousand ballots in Georgia which were never put through the mail, and everybody knows it, but they were mail in ballots that arrive no, because they were not folded. They can't go through the mail that way.

They don't. You can't do that. Didn't happen. All the ballots that were filled out with the same exact dots, the same shape of dots perfectly, almost as if they were duplicated ballots, because they were duplicated ballots. But when people report this stuff, even colloquially, you've had people fired for looking into election integrity issues. You had people like me who were told flat out by Bonaville Communications, my former employer. I don't have anything dispara

to say about them. Clearly they built my radio career well through God. God did it through them. But clearly I have nothing disparitu to say about a company that did so much for me. It's their radio station. You want to go to your personalities and say you'll be punished, you'll be fired perhaps if you say the election was stolen or rigged, and so employees of Bonneville Communications and the less it's changed, they don't get to say that.

So to report a suspicion of election integrity issues or miss that the election was stolen a rig to come out and say it, man, that's like a firing offense. But it doesn't end at communicators or opinion makers. It goes up into the DOJ with this guy saying we're going to you know, we're threatening Trump with these mass resignations because I don't want to see the answer to the investigation. Because tyranny is always capricious, because tyranny is based upon human

emotion, human fear, and paranoia. And it is happening that people are in fact going to jail for reporting election integrity issues, being arrested for this. This is happening. We can pretend it's not what it is. Stephanie Lambert is an attorney and she's working on election integrity issues, and according to gate Pundit, in other sources, Stephanie Lambert came across some evidence that you remember those voting machines that weren't online, Remember that, because to put them

online, that's insane. That would mean they could be hacked. Remember that, So, according to these ports, they were online. Well, we've seen this before. We've seen the MIT people hacking these election machines. We've seen other We've seen white hat hackers at conferences getting access to voting machines and laughing at how easy they are to crack. We've seen people using thumb drives to gain root access first to the machine and then the networks. Apparently we've

seen all of this. Seems so Stephanie Lambert's, according to these media reports, came across information that showed through emails that people outside of America had access to these voting machines. Serbians. I'm not here to say that serbians are dishonest people, but I'm here to say this. If a Serbian has access to her voting machines, that means they're online. If they're online, that means they're hackable. And if Serbians are having access to a voting machine and

helping to administer our elections. Good thing, they're not viable or bribeable. Now, I'm here to tell you that this is the best done video, what with the music and all. But I'm here to tell you it explains kind of what's going on. Because Stephanie Lambert decided with this information she would take it to the media. Nope, she'd take it to Hillary Clinton's boyfriend, who was busy trying to show naked picks of his growing to people he

thought were fifteen online. No, no, that's what Hillary did. She wiped it with like a cloth. Nope, she decided to take it to a shaf an elected official who's looking into election integrity issue. Lambert's obtained evidence of law violations committed by Benson and covered up by Nessel, that substruction of justice, the big eye that somehow the twenty twenty election was not accurate,

when indeed it was. The evidence Lambert has in her possession does not fit the media narrative and it is the root defense for everyone under attack, from the alternate slate electors to Donald J. Trump, which is why Nessel and Benson wanted desperately censor the truth and to intimidate attorneys from representing clients with election matters, so elections never have oversight again. Lambert has done nothing illegal and

has told Hilson and Nessel that she will sue them from malicious prosecution. Hilson incorrectly thought he could insulate himself from a malicious prosecution if he had a grand jury do the dirty work, but in the process he failed to advise the grand jury and the judge on the appropriate line law regarding tabulators. Hilson failed

to tell the judging jury. According to Michigan election law, if a township or city clerk has knowledge that there is probably illegal or fraudulent registration in the township or city, the clerk has the power and duty to make a full investigation of the facts concerning the registration. It further states that a township or city clerk is further authorized and empowered if he or she considers it necessary or

advisable to appoint assistant examiners for the purpose of the investigation. Two weeks before the twenty twenty election, Benson's office inflated the voter roles by seven hundred thousand and told clerks they wouldn't see a paper trail at the local level, despite that it is the township clerk's duty under the law to make sure the roles are legal, compliant and accurate. Townships own the tabulators so they can sue

the vendor or the Secretary of State if necessary. Lambert's client Election Integrity Force submitted multiple Foyer requests for the v voter roles to confirm who voted in twenty twenty. Benson has provided a different response each time she receives a Foyer request asking who voted in the November third, twenty twenty election. When you cannot count on one answer, every time you submit a Foyer you get a separate

request. And when this lawyer took this to Barry County Sheriff dar Leif, who's been communicating with Congress, specifically Jim Jordan and his committee about election fraud, taking evidence of a crime to a law enforcement officer is leading to arrests because it's a crime for which no one wants to see the evidence. But every judge's looked into this, every judge's looked into election Integrity has tossed it at a court no, but not at the evidential level, at the process

level. Sometimes following the will of God, sucks, and we're not to lie. I don't know Stephanie Lambert's relationship with the Lord, but I know that we're not to lie. I know that God cannot smile upon or bless the country with illegal, dishonest elections. He can't. He can let it go on for our own good, but he can't bless lying because God cannot sin and he cannot endorse sin. So, in fact, Stephanie Lambert was arrested by US marshals in Washington, d C. After she appeared in court.

The judge apparently told her, hey, can you step back for a little bit? Can you stay behind? And they put cuffs on her from reporting a crime to elected official in Michigan and Michigan investigators are in fact being prosecuted for uncovering these dirty elections actions. She was a whistleblower. She was showing with the truth with an action, an imperfect action, but a truthful action. What was going on. She brought to light the situation by lying

on these applications, by having these fraudulent ballots issued. That's not blowing the whistle on the problem. That's aggravating the problem. So this is yet another case. All this elected official did was to prove and by the way, she's a Democrat concerned with election integrity. All she did was request ballots in other people's names, military members' names, and she got them. And for that act of exposing how easy it is to commit vote fraud, she is

being prosecuted. Yes, she lied to get the forms. One is not to lie or to be clever as serpents and gentle as doves. We had the Nevada reporter columnist who twice has tested their elections. Twice he's gone to his readers and said, please send me the envelope for your ballot. I'll make up a signature for you and sign it and you let me know if it gets accepted. It's up to eighty percent of the time a faked, made up signature is accepted. And you have people going to jail for this.

You also have people reporting how badly, how badly designed, or maybe purposely badly designed, these election machines appear to be. Incidentally, that woman's name is Kimberly Zapata, who decided to prove how easy it is to defraud elections and to find herself in trouble for that. If you're watching this live. You have an opportunity to see what's going to happen in some degree to

our economy as we continue to not be able to trust any institutions. Combine that with world events and the funding of both sides of the war in Israel versus Hamas. Combine that with this country's bipartisan agreement to continue to fund the war in Ukraine that Ukraine cannot win. Combine that with the purposely open border, with the design of overturning the electoral college. It gets very very frightening. Let us remind ourselves that God allows these things to happen ultimately for good.

But we do live in this temporal time. We are visitors here. While we're visitors here, sojourners on this earth. It'd be good be able to be part of the solution, not part of the problem. If you're watching this live Wednesday, the twenty eighth of March tomorrow away with the date wrong. We have to date wrong, oh, because Zach's free live webinar is the twenty eighth at three point thirty pm Pacific today, Actually the twenty eighth. I have the date wrong? Is it twenty seventh? Oh?

Okay, so it is tomorrow. See that's what you do with live shows. So it's tomorrow Thursday at three thirty Pacific time. Zach has doing one of his free live webinars. He's a chief investment officer Bulwark Capital Management and in this discussion he's going to talk about world events, the chaos, how that can create risk in retirement portfolios and just note to self, because hey, I'm of that age. The closer you are to that sort of retirement

age, the more risk you're at. Zach will talk about how Bulwark Capital Management's fund has done this year, what they've gotten right, what they've gotten wrong, what the outlook looks like, and how they actively manage each and every portfolio which can in fact reduce risk and volatility. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. In brookings County South Dakota, a gentleman got an opportunity to talk

about the obvious ability to corrupt elections and this through testimony. He's in experts in IT and software, and Rick Wibel got five minutes to discuss these devices. As he sees it only took him four minutes to make his points. And I'll just tell you flat out that it does conform to the certificate that is published by the EAC. Four of our counties also have the same type

of hard drive. What I can show you immediately is that I was able to take a friends copy of that hard drive and actually boot up the election ware system on a non conforming laptop. That is a complete violation of the certificate which required that the trusted platform module be enabled. It would be impossible normally for that hard drive to go off of a certified machine that is communicating

with its chip to be able to boot up on here. And the other piece of evidence that I have of non conformity is that you will notice that I have a thumb drive on the side of it. That thumb drive is a BitLocker key that is used to basically allow the security of the laptop to boot up That is another violation because what is supposed to happen is it should be on an official Delkin thumb drive that is supposed to be serialized and secure.

So I've just given you two pieces of evidence. I've also shown another piece of evidence. In other states that have published in lawsuits because they're auditors and attorney generals and state's attorneys did not due due diligence of publishing the manuals online. In the court cases, share Stanic can confirm on page ten of this manual, the default administrator user and password is publicly available on the internet, and I have that copy here, and I showed Sheriff Stantic page ten,

and he can confirm that the password is there and not redacted. The other manuals for the complete system, including the d S two hundred four to fifty eight to fifty all those passwords are available online as default. We're also aware that when c Change was in charge of the elections during the last few years, the default password was election one and it was universal across all the states that they were operating in. Thankfully, we're using ES and S directly,

and they should be changing those passwords. My recommendation is that the password should be different for each of them. Machines don't use the same password across the spectrum, so that you can help delay it. The other piece is that you're probably wondering if I can even log in to this laptop to actually get in. Yes I can, and there it is going in right now. He mirrored their software. He shouldn't have been able to do that.

He shouldn't have been able to make a direct mirror of their work their software. He did that, And now he showed you with the default password that you could look up online. Look he logged in. This is exactly as if you had never reset a password on a device that came to you at work. Password is password, Use your name is use your name, for instance. So I have been able to even circumvent their security in default the password to whatever I wanted it to be. And there is the election ware

software. And yes, now I have the ability to decrypt the thumb drives of this county and any other county across the United States that's using electionware six one dot one dot one, so we could view the castboat records in ballot images. So the fact that now I've just shown you this piece of evidence. I understand that my life is at risk and that the United States does

not want this to be known. That this software is available on the dark web, the manuals are publicly available out on the internet in multiple states, and our elections are not secure, and we should be requesting immediate change orders of ESNs to update the antivirus. They have not even updated the security patches of this laptop since twenty nineteen or the anti virus since March twenty ninth, twenty nineteen. The four counties that use this laptop in our state are one

hundred percent at risk. Also, the DS two hundreds, four fifties, and eight fifties have no antivirus on them whatsoever. So if you get a new thumb drive from ESNs and plug it in, even this laptop is unaware of potentially the last five years of vulnerabilities that have hit the US. Thank you. So the viruses, okay, well, so they're subject to viruses. No, it's not just just viruses. There's subject to what we used to call back when I cared about tech script kitties. It's a script kitty.

They're not real hackers. They're young people who figure out there are places on the dark web, you can go copy and paste and exploit a bit of code to get you into someone's machine or someone's network. Script kitties, a script kitty, if I understand his testimony correctly. According to him,

a script kitty could get into these devices. Now again, if you're reporting this, there are people who for reporting election exploits, reporting election integrity issues, testing them, showing them, going to elected officials and saying, here's evidence that there are times committed. Because that's what Stephie Lambert says, she

has the emails show apparently that these machines were online. According to Gateway pund attend this attorney's what they say, that's what the evidence appears to show. You can look at it. It's in the show notes. You can make your own judgment. We're living in a nation where it appears that reporting crimes is now legal. Julia Songs is testimony to this. He simply acted as reporter to say, here's evidence of massive war crimes. Does anyone want to

look at this? Sure? Right after we cut your head off. Tieranny is always capricious, because tiranny is to be ruled by people's moods, their fears, their paranoia, their anger, and then there's just playing. Let's not even bother to pretend anymore. Sometimes you reach a point where you have such ownership over a society. Just think about actual mob rule. You know, back in the day when the actual mob neighborhoods and everybody knew it was

in this neighborhood. The Italian mob runs this neighborhood, back at the day that happened. If you go into this neighborhood, understand that, yeah, there's a mayor who cares, there's a police force, all right, but the people who actually run this place are here. There's another give to another example. There's a bar Dash restaurant in North Idaho, and ninety nine percent of the time you can go in there and eat bar food, and I guess it's good bar food. They've got great flat bread. I don't eat

bread, but my friends who ate it, so it's fantastic. You can go in there and play pool and be left alone until the people who actually run it need it. Because the people who actually run it are the Hell's Angels. And when the Hell's Angels come and drive up, you leave because they're the people actually in charge. If we're looking at who's actually in charge.

It's people who do not want to see evidence of vote fraud, and it's their moods and it's their paranoia, and they don't even bother hiding it. The Hell's Angels, they don't roll up covering their colors. They roll up, but their colors proudly displayed. They don't make any effort to hide this. It's common knowledge. Most people don't care because the Hell's Angels don't really there to bother you. They bother other people, not you. Now

it's the Bandidos. That's a different matter. Ask the Hell's Angels. Because the Bandidos destroyed the Hell's Angels. They don't hide who they are. And a friend of mine who is a cop, still is a friend that still is a cop, who told them one night about an interaction that we were lucky to avoid with the Bandidos, very very lucky to avoid it. And I just mentioned this to Kevin the cop. They said, you know what's funny about the Bandidos is they're the most polite guys to cops. They're a

deadly, deadly gang of thugs, and they have a code. He got called to a noise complaint to a Bandido's owned bar. Everybody knows or about building. Everybody knows the Bandido's own this place. Everybody knows they party there. Everybody knows what they do, the laws they break. They're a they're a a mafia by a different phrase. And when Kevin got called out for a noise complaint, he knocked on the door and said he we've got a noise complaint. Got to talk to the guy in charge. And the guy

at the door said, looked at Kevin's rank. He said, what rank are you? Looked at it. He goes, you patrol lieutenant. He goes yeah, He goes okay, so you run men, Yeah, okay, then you can talk to the boss. See the junior cops who'd showed up earlier, they're just patrol guys. The guy at the door said, no, the boss doesn't talk to patrol guys. Send send send a boss. So the patrol guys say, hey, the Bandidos won't talk to us. We'll only get to talk to the door guy. We need you to

come out. They need to see stripes. So Kevin arrives. They see the proper stripes. The boss comes down stairs, he goes, hi off, So what can I do for you. It's too noisy. We're getting a lot of complaints. Could you turn it down? He gets on a phone or radio, I forget which the volume is? Down? Boom down? Does that suffice? Yeah? If you could keep it at that level, that'd be great. We'll do guarantee it won't go above that level the

entire night. And Kevin could ride away knowing that because they had a code. But they weren't hiding who they were. Are they making a particular attempt to hide what they are and who they are? In Chicago, the race for state Attorney getting tighter. Eileen O'Neil burke now leads Clayton Harris by less than five thousand votes. This isn't a very immediate process, but it is

a thorough process that's happening right now. The Chicago Board of Elections, overseeing the city ballot count today admitting to accounting and communications error, announcing it's adding some ten thousand vote by mail ballots to the unofficial total. They arrived before election day but were not included until now. Do you hear how? NBC Chicago five reports this. They arrived before election day, but they weren't counted

they're not saying, according to election officials. Election officials claim. The election officials claim without evidence, they arrived before the election public information apologizing saying he missed them. I traded speed for accuracy in reporting out numbers this week as quickly as I could. I truly regret this error on my part and for the confusion that it has caused the voters of Chicago. Meantime, the race remains too close to Colet well until the other five thousand ballots come in.

And maybe this is true. Maybe the guy said, oh gosh, I forgot, I had ten thousand ballots sitting around, just like when they invented vote by mail fraud in the separate country of Washington. On the third count with the Democrat behind, the dude said, oh my gosh, I forgot. I've got the exact number of ballots in my car, and they all break for Greg war the Democrat, or ninety percent of them doing. Look, most of them are living at the same address. They're out the King

County Administration building, so they're not even hiding it. Or that level of incompetence is allowed. And when there's that level of incompetence, you also get capricious results either way. The doors open for fraud, but don't report it because you could go to jail. Now. It is not quote just elections. There's something more sacred than it goes to home ownership. Before I share

this with you, let me just take a quick pause. We began the program talking about the Lord Jesus weeping in the garden because sometimes doing God's will sucks. We trust, and we try to trust where we don't truyt. We pray that God will help us trust that His way is better. I'm not going to do a bone Frog coffee partner discussion. I'm going to ask

you to pray for Tim Krukshank and Liz Crukshank. We haven't made any secret about the fact that Tim is trying to help his wife overcome cancer to defeat it. And I had an occasion to chat with my brother, and I'm asking you to pray for Tim kruk Shanks energy levels, for his peace, that God will heal Liz fully and completely, and that God will stand with the Krukshank family, and that God will not allow medical authorities to get the

kruk Shanks down. Those who are just saying let her die because that's not Liz's choice. It might be God's. And that's the case I know Tim, that will paint him. We'll accept God's will right now. He needs your energy. He needs the energy of the Holy Spirit. Liz needs our prayers for healing. So if you could take a second and simply ask Jesus, our great Intercessor, to jump into this and the way only he can,

I'd appreciate that. It's Tim Krukshank and Liz Crukshank. Tim fault wars on our behalf to make sure that we could maintain things like property rights. We've been talking about the fact that it is becoming illegal to report crimes. You know what else is now illegal in Georgia a county called del Cab County. It is illegal for you to not leave your home after someone steals it. How would they steal your home the same way people can steal elections.

Seven year old man is in jail for refusing to leave his home. He claims someone stole it from him. You can see the family's belongings all over the yard now. And they reached out to Clark Howard's Consumer Action Center for help. Investigative reporter Ashley Lincoln is live outside the home Indicab County, Ashlely. This just does not make sense, But real estate attorneys say this type of theft is on the rise. Sad to say it is Linda, I

mean this family. They've been out here all day trying to salvage whatever they can, and we're talking about more than twenty years worth of items on their law. They're trying to stuff it in this U haul truck. Now how doing? Advocates say this type of theft is easy because courts don't require people to show ID when modifying this type of paperwork. You don't have to show ID to change who owns the house into which you live. But certainly there

wouldn't be fraud. This is homew ownership. Everybody in that neighborhood knows that man and his family live there. This seventy seven year old man who's been arrested. Everybody knows whose house that is. Everybody knows it's been stolen and he may never get it back. He has been arrested for refusing to allow a thief to take at seventy seven, the only place you're likely to be able to live your life out. I trust God will provide, but I

also ask this, and this is where to turn the other cheek. And sometimes doing the will of God is hard. I know exactly what my flesh would do, because when we were selling our house in the separate country of Seattle, which had been our plan to retire with that house, it's going to be the two three million dollar house. We thought it was going to

be bought it for about three hundred thousand bucks. When we had to sell to rescue your daughter and that house was empty, I lived in absolute not terror, but fear and worry for a few weeks before it was sold to someone else, and then it was their worry. And I said to my wife, if someone comes and squats in the house, I'm going to go get him out, and I mean it. I would have. I would have broken into my house and taken him out by gunpoint, but with help,

because people like that are usually armed. I'm ready to defend themselves. Doing the will of God sucks sometimes because I'll tell you what it'd be easy is just to kill him. But in the separate country of Washington, you can't do that. And unless I'm doing that to defend myself, actually defend myself or my family or someone else. Then I'd be murdering and we are not to do that. But man, my flesh would want to, wouldn't

yours. Now we change the tone and tenor of the program, and I do that to honor my friend John Curley, a legendary TV radio host and legendarily good man, and John used to say that during his radio show. Now we change the tone and the tenor of the program, shifting gears to the video of the day. Once again, it's Senator Kennedy who probably should just go get a TV show where he just questions people. He should just

go do the thing on college campuses to change my mind. Thing here he is talking to the first DEI hire hispanic Seventh Court judge and enjoy the video of the day. You are probably the least productive member of your district corp here, isn't that right? Well, I have not can considered myself in those terms, Senator, Well, let me explain what I mean. You have one hundred and twenty five motions pending that you've declined to decide. Well,

just let me finish. That's more than any other district judge in the entire Seventh Circuit. In fact, you ranked seventh highest nationally, do you not. I am not familiar with those statistics, Senator Kennedy, you haven't looked. I did look in preparation for this hearing, but I didn't compare myself to others. You haven't seen that you ranked the seventh the worst in

the country in terms of making decisions. You are the first to tell me this, and I think for me, I stress the quality of my decision to making God. As I explained, I came on. I was the first district judge to come on during this administration. Yeah, but so were all the others. I mean, there have been sixty eight district judges confirmed in the one hundred and seventeenth Congress. In terms of motions pending for more than six months, you rank number three. You all came on at the

same time. You all had the same problems with COVID's the third worst. You really think of all the other district judges in the seventh Circuit, you're the one that ought to be promoted based on this record, Senator, this is something that I've discussed with my fellow judges. Many of us knew judges from not You said you'd never looked at these statistics. Well, I haven't

these particular statistics I am not familiar with. But in terms of new judges, both for the current administration and the former administration, we are quite a collegialus and oftentimes talk about the pressures of a new judge and the way reassignments work in our district, which is that you get, for example, three hundred cases. I understand, I'm familiar with your procedure in federal court. Here's what I'm trying to understand. Why is your record so bad? Well,

I don't view it that way, Senator. I look at the quality of my decision making. You know, the feedback that I get from parties. You know, parties are not going to criticize you that wants you to ruin them their favor. I understand, Senator Kennedy. I mean that's just the way it works. Help me understand why you have such an abysmal record in moving cases. I mean, it costs a lot of money to litigate,

and people are paying lawyers, and time is money. And of all the district court judges and you're in the Seventh Circuit, you're the worst in terms of moving cases. Why do you think you deserve to be promoted over all of those others. So Senator, again, I'm not familiar with the statistics, but I stand by my record and that I do parties what they need. I think you know I am regularly in my courtroom. I am snually issuing decisions. I just came on at a very difficult time where there

was a backlog in the court. Why do you think you should be promoted because I identifies a woman? There you go. Charity is always capricious. God's word never is. It hasn't changed, and it cannot. Sometimes following God's will sucks, and we can know in the end there is no end. So in that way, it's always for a good God's timing, not

ours. This is a Todd Hermann show. Please go, be well, be strong, be kind, and though it's hard, often painful, please make every efforts to follow in the light of Christ.
