Episode description

I am continually pondering and feeling very sad about a conversation I had with a dear loved one who is a woman. She is fundamentally terrified of President Trump and I think subsequently angry with me because she knows I am going to vote for him. I could have spent a lot of time going back and forth with her about it, but instead I chose to listen. There are a lot of reasons to fear the world, particularly for those who aren't connected to the vine of Christ. Lelita James is getting ready to seize some of Trump's properties because a judge has not allowed an insurance company to provide the $174 million bond for a crime that wasn’t a crime at all. You could fear that. But, that isn’t why we’d have trouble reaching women, right? Well, some people are saying that Republicans pushing back against a female prosecutor shows that they have problems with women. President Trump gave a statement about abortion saying that he may need to soften his stance on abortion. Is abortion why we have a hard time reaching women? That is certainly part of it. We explore this as we hear a comment made by Charlie Kirk about women and what the Democratic Party thinks about Christians in relation to politics.

What does God’s Word say?
Ephesians 5:25-28  - ESV
Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish. In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.
1 Corinthians 7:3-5 ESV
The husband should give to his wife her conjugal rights, and likewise the wife to her husband. For the wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. Likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does. Do not deprive one another, except perhaps by agreement for a limited time, that you may devote yourselves to prayer; but then come together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.

Maybe we should see it this way. The babes they dig me is that going to win women. Republicans have a woman problem and the Democrat Party is a big reason for this, and things like the babes they dig me is not going to get it done. And what if we just tried the craziest thing, just nuts? What if we spoke the word of God? I mean, that's crazy, right. See what the Democrats have done of painting Republicans into the women hating party is the Democrats have pulled the most amazing magic

trick. They can actually and for real install male rapists in prisons who then get to go rape women in prisons, and they can be the pro women party. They get to promote abortion as choice at the same time as telling girls in locker rooms shut up and let the nice man rub his privates while he watches you shower. That's extraordinary. So it must be very, very bad that Republicans can't seem to overcome this, particularly with unmarried, single white

women. So what do we do? What if we spoke the word of God? But what if we didn't use words? That's weird, right. One of the greatest statements I've ever heard about being a godly person. Was this, share the Gospel with everyone you meet, and when necessary, use words. That's a great way to think of this. We'll use words, We'll use God's words. We'll examine some of the things that are being done,

I think in a way to try to sway women. And something that Charlie Kirk said really admired Charlie Kirk, having met him very briefly and been to a couple of his events where he really does try to use his influence to help churches. He really does. I don't think for five seconds that Charlie Kirk is any kind of bad man. It's just an off comment,

but it's an off comment that's very republican in how it was communicated. Let's talk about this with the help of Bulwark Capital Management, Know Your Risk Radio dot com. End in honor to God Almighty, who loves women equally to how he loves men, and we'll talk about that. The Todd Herman Show is one disapproved by big pharma technocrats and tyrants everywhere. No from the high mountains of Free America. Here's the Emerald City Exile Todd Herman. Today is

a day the Lord has made and these are the times? So which God is the side of which shall live? When did you learn, if you're a man, when did you learn to listen? This is one of the chief complaints that women seem to have about men, is that we don't listen. I was just thinking last night, you know, my wife was she doesn't like me to talk about our marriage on the show, and she watches

and or listens to the show. I'm just thinking, here, if I could have permission to talk about this, I think probably I'm not going to get in too much trouble. I think, I hope, I think, I hope. My wife has been exercising in a great way going up this were gifted to live with a bunch of wilderness behind us, and she's been going up into the woods on these morning marches. I call them marching up the woods. And it's a cool way exercise, you know, in God's

the world that God's created, the woods He's created. And she found some ticks she thinks they're ticks, and in the bathroom, and she attributed this to her trips up the hill. And I was sitting there hearing this from her, and my instinct was, well, let's talk this down. I mean that's that's maybe they're not ticks, and maybe it wasn't you, maybe it was the dog. And my wife was getting really like annoyed with me, and I realized, what a jackass. Why am I trying to talk

my wife out of those were ticks? Why am I not going not ticks suck? You know? Ticks are bad, Ticks are scary, And I guess I gave into that male instinct to fix, which is such a stupid cli but I'm sitting there doing it. How we treat our wives, and how we listen and how we respond and how we're available for criticism should be kind of the same thing as to how male politicians deal with so called women's

issues. The Democrats have done a brilliant thing of making abortion a women's issue, when in fact we're a heteronormative species and it requires heteronormative sexual activity to create a baby, so it's a man's issue too. How much listening can we do as a party. I'm not a Republican, I'm a Christian conservative populist, a Christian conservative constitutional populist. It's a mouthful, isn't it. Can we listen as a nation? I think we have I just don't think

we like what we hear. I was reading a criticism of people who criticize Letitia James that one of the reasons Republicans don't like what's happening to President Trump is because it's a woman doing it. The Democrats have done a brilliant job of making unlikable, uniquely horrendously unlikable women and people we're supposed to like. Letitia James is a liar and a thug. She's using the law to be lawless. Newsrek reports that Latsia James is going to begin seizing President Trump's property.

An insurance company will not be permitted to post one hundred and seventy five million dollar bond for Donald Trump while he peels a fraud judgment. A former federal prosecutors said Eric Lassan was reacting to a separate comment by another lawyer, David Kigman, who wrote that Knights Specially Insurance will not be able to post

the bond for Trump. Kingman wrote that as a result, New York attorney Leticia James will begin will be able to begin enforcement proceedings on Donald Trump's properties. Your court has rejected Knights Specialty paperwork and said it wanted to see more information on its financial backing. The companies filed paperwork on April four, So, of course this is something that we're supposed to applaud because Letitia James is a woman. You remember the phrase the wise latina. The Democrats have done

the most incredible thing. They've taken a binder to use Mitt Romney's words of the single most unlikable women, the most uniquely unlikable human beings in the world, and presented them as female role models. Whereas I would suggest that Republican women in power are actually more likable, I didn't say it right. I don't know that they're any less corrupt, although Nancy Pelosi is about as corrupt as it gets. So how did the Democrats do this? They struck to

a fear and the core lie of abortion. If you've not looked in the eyes of a female family member and seeing abject terror about President Trump, then you haven't had your soul bothered. I'm going to continue to mention this because it bothered my soul to the greatest depths that a dear family member is terrified of President Trump and therefore could be terrified of me. It haunts me when

you have that experience and you can see it's not pretense. It's like my wife being afraid of ticks, which it's a good reason to fear ticks, but blown up to an existential reality for her, for my family member. I hate that we can't win hearts this way, we can't win souls this way. President Trump says, this is going to be necessary to change some things about abortion or to win elections. I want you to watch this video.

If you're the video service, watch this and tell me if you think this is well advised, that this is a well advised video for the president to do. And tell me if you think it's well staged, and then tell me if you have the same response I do, which is this is a form of honesty that's unique in politics. President Trump in this video is in fact saying that he needs to triangulate in order to win elections. Does that engender trust? Want you to see this in just a second. I

am not trying to be cruel to President Trump. I'm not trying to be rude. I also want you to look at the skin tone they put on them. This can't be right. No one wants to be this color. There is a chance that one hundred million Americans could end up being a color they don't want to be. Oh, it's not a racial statement. No,

it has to do with liver health. I talked with a company that makes liver health formula, and when we were talking and I was thinking I can I endorse this company and reading about the p it's eleven clinically proven ingredients and botanicals that help recharge and protect your liver, I had no idea that a hundred million Americans have fatty liver disease. That makes sense, though, because it's a result of obesity, and a lot of us are obese or

have been. I used to weigh twice as much as I do now. I used to weigh about four hundred pounds. That's heavy on my frame. That's really really heavy. This sneaks up on people because fatty liver. You're not going to feel it. I mean, you lose sleep, lose mental acuity, you feel sluggish, But that adds up over time. You don't really even notice because you're just so used to being tired. And there's a

lot of things that people throw at their livers. Cholesterol, bad cholesterol, to degree that exists alcohol, toxins, heavy metals, statins, and cigarettes. And when I talk to the people who make liver health Formula, one of the things they've told me is they do not want you to be on this product for the rest of your life. They want you to drop fat. That will make sure you don't have fatty liver. Get your fat in your body into control. There's no more fatty liver. But meanwhile, this

can really put you at risk to up to an including liver failure. So here's what you can do to get a three hundred and sixty five day money back guarantee. Work with a company that has twenty four to seven phone support for liver Health formula, and get a couple of free gifts. So get a free bottle of nanopowered Omega threes which will help keep your heart healthy. And get liver health formula. So get to get liverhealth dot com slash todd.

Remember, drop the fat and you won't need the pills. Anymore. Even the company who makes it says this it is getliverhelp dot com. Slash Todd out President Trump doesn't have a liver disorder. I don't think he is. I don't think he does. But this, this, the coloring is video is insane. That's my assessment. I want to

know what you think, President Trump talking about abortion? Is this the way to win women back into the Republican Party. Many people have asked me what my position is on abortion and abortion rights, especially since I was proudly the person responsible for the ending of something that all legal scholars both sides wanted and in fact demanded be ended. Row v Waite, Okay, I just have

to pause. If you're not watching the video service, you don't see what I see, which is why on earth would you present the president this way? Video dot Todd Herman Show dot com. Secondly, please I beg you don't say things like all legal scholars on both sides never say that. It's never all anybody. I'm sorry, I was going to have you do the analysis. I can't help it. This man is being so ill served by

this video. They wanted it ended. It must be remember that the Democrats are the radical ones on this position because they support abortion up to and even beyond the ninth month. True, the concept of having an abortion in the later months, and even execution after birth, and that's exactly what it is. The baby is born, the baby is executed after birth. That is absolutely true, and it's a vital statement to make. And I'm glad that

the president he really seems to feel this. To me, it's difficult to not even my family members who are in favor of abortion being legal, and I will tell you some of the reasonings. None of them want to see a baby viable killed. It really appears to me the president means this is unacceptable, and almost everyone agrees with that. My view is now that we have abortion where everybody wanted it from a legal standpoint. Okay, again,

not everybody wanted it. Please they get the people who write these statements for him. Don't do that. You make it so easily impeachable, and it comes off as dishonest because it is not everybody wanted it. The states will determine by vote or legislation, or perhaps both, and whatever they decide must be the law of the land. In this case, the law of the

state. Many states will be different. Many will have a different number of weeks, or some will have more conservative than others, and that's what they will be at the end of the day. This is all about the will of the people. You must follow your heart or in many cases your religion or your faith. Do what's right for your family, and do what's right for yourself, do what's right for your children, do what's right for our country. And vote. So important to vote. At the end of the

day, it's all about will of the people. That's where we are right now, and that's what we want, the will of the people. I want to think thank the six Justices Chief Justice John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coneybart and Neil Gorsuch. Incredible people for having the courage to allow this long term, hard fought battle to finally end,

this fifty year battle over Roe v. Wade. Took it out of the federal hands and brought it into the heart's minds and vote of the people in each state was really something. Now it's up to the states to do the right thing. Like Ronald Reagan, I am struggling in favor of exceptions for rape incest and life of the mother. You must follow your heart of this issue, but remember you must also win elections to restore our culture and in fact, to save our country, which is currently and very sadly,

a nation in decline. Our nation needs help, it needs unity. It needs us all to work closely together. Democrat, Republican, liberal, conservatives, everyone, we have to work together. We have to bring our nation back from the brink. And that's where it is. It's at the brink, and we will We will do it. I promise you we will do it. Always go by your heart, but we must win. We have to win. We are a failing nation, but we can be a failing

nation no longer. We will make our nation great. We will make our nation greater than ever before. Thank you very much. The Bible does not say follow your heart. Ever says follow Christ. Now he's not running to be pastor of the nation. I hear this all the time. But my question is this does that win female votes? Was talking with this loved one and she shared something with me that terrifies her and it should it should.

She shared with me case in Texas where a woman has had a still not a silverar she'd miscarried lost her child in her bomb, so in her body was a dead baby, and she went to a doctor and the doctor said, I cannot remove the baby, the baby's body, because that is technically an abortion, and I don't want to get in trouble. You can read so much into this. First of all, doctors who are abortion advocates are going to do everything they can to make it seem like the law in Texas

says you cannot remove a dead child. That's not the intent of the law, and it's not the word of the law. The word of the law is that you do not terminate a pregnancy. It's not that you do not remove the dead body of a Baby's talking about the ticks. My wife reasonably feared it happens at My loved one has had eight miscarriages, and every single one of them caused her tremendous pain. She wanted babies so bad. She's

a brilliant mother, and she's also a medical professional. Keeping a dead body in your womb, it might be that over time your body can remetabolize the tissue. It might not be. It can lead to sepsis, it can lead to painful death, it can lead to terrible infection, and honestly, having to carry around a dead child is mental torture. If we're to share the Gospel with everyone we know and when necessary, use words, wouldn't it

be better to address these things straight up? Wouldn't it be better to recognize the pain? See we skip past this. The life of the child is primary to me because God has made it clear you will not murder. So the life of the child is primary to me. But is it that hard to recognize for women the fear. The fear would be in the case of my loved one, you're going to make me get sepsis, You're going to

make me carry the body of a dead child. We need to address these things straight on when we talk about policies like this, we need to address things like rape. That's hard. I know that a lot of people who watch and they're listening to this program say, know there should be no exception for rape. You're still murdering, So address it, speak of it, and invoke God's word. I didn't hear the president do that in that video. And there's lots of ways to invoke God's word. There's lots of ways,

of course, to continue to separate women from us. I get in this next clip, what Charlie Kirk was saying, I just question the way it's being said, because I go back to this example of men men in politics. We hear women. We hear women saying I'm terrified of an anti abortion country. So deal with the terror. Listen to the terror. No one here wants you to be raped and forced to carry a baby. No one here wants to see a child an incest as a victim of incest,

forced to carry a baby to term. No one. So why don't we work on stopping incest? Why don't we work on punishing rape. Why aren't we putting rapists away? Why are they being allowed to be in female Charlie Kirk is he's a guy who loves the Lord Jesus. I can tell you this because I've been gifted to be at sessions he's had with pastors and to participate in that. I'm not a pastor, but I was asked to come in and attend. I've had some discussions with Charlie, very very brief.

He wouldn't remember me, I'm sure, but watching him in those sessions with pastors, he has a burden to help the church. He clearly has a burden to help the country, and he's very effective at communicating, and any one of us can say things that do not help. This is Charlie Kirk talking about a message that has been sent to women that they need to get into the career world. I understand what Charlie's saying. I question the need

to review women's physical attractiveness. We basically told a great generation of young women don't get married, don't have kids, don't get a corporate job, and it's created mass political hysteria. And then in their early thirties they get really up sat because they say, you know, the boys don't want to date me anymore because they're not at their prime. And people get mad when I

say that was just true. If you're in your early thirties, I'm sorry, it's like you're not as attractive in the dating pool as you were in the early twenties. But again, you have your corporate driving cats, so I thought you you know, but men are When you dismiss a fear like this, what are you helping with It's just like me with my wife coming and saying I found two ticks, and what she was showing me through body language was I'm afraid. I don't want ticks. No one wants a tick

in their head or anywhere else in their body. I don't even know if I can even tell you where I once got a tick. I can only tell you there's wearing shorts and hanging from a tree upside down. You read the rest. Oh, then I had to tell my mom. I was eleven years old. I had to call my mom. I've got a tick. Oh, well, Dad'll be home. And this, No, it's been It's not in my head. And I think you know what I'm saying.

So when Charlotick Kirk says this, and he's taking a fear women of the corporate world or parenthood, how does it help to be dismissive of this? Why don't we go to the Word of God on this? This is so so misunderstood in our society. And I think there's a core fear not just of political the political right, but of Christian faith in young single women or even in young married women because of the world I live in, outside the student, outside my family, and outside church, because I hang out

with young people. I hear this in passive ways, I observe it in passive ways. I see it in active ways. I hear words from young women who don't want anything to do with the Christian faith, and in their minds, then conservatism because of women in servitude. And when Charlie Kirk, God blessed Charlie. When Charlie Kirk is taking a fear that women have of not being in the world of corporate earnings and it's not being attractive and dismissing

that it cannot help. Why do women feel it need to have jobs? Yes, the Democrat parties push this. Yes, high taxation, Yes, high pricess has push women into work. Many women are gifted to work. But the primary goal of a family must be the raising of children, and that must be conveyed as work, and it must be conveyed as something joyful. And we need to listen to the fears of women. I think so many women work because they do not want to be beholden to a man.

They do not want to have to trust a man. They do not want to be led by men, certainly not led. And yet so many women I talk to say I just wish sometimes my husband would do the leading. I hear that more often, I observe it. I observe it in people. In Ephesians chapter five, verses twenty five through twenty eight, and this

week, for some reason, I've chosen the esv A lot. It says, husbands, love your wives as Christ loved the Church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water and with the word, so that he might present the Church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle, or any such thing that she might be holding without blemish. And the same way, husbands should love their

wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. Now you think of this, Christ sacrificed everything for the church, and the apostle Paul is telling us, sacrifice everything for your wife. Where are we hearing this from republican men? Where are we seeing this demonstrated by Republican men, shown by Republican men, conservative men, Christian men. It's no wonder to me that young women do not want anything to do with the Christian faith.

Single young women, because they're being told to submit what they don't understand the context, because the context has never been explained to them. One Corinthians chapter seven, verses three through five, again the ESV. The husband should give to his wife for conjugal rights, and likewise the wife's are her husband. The wife does not have the authority of her own body, but the husband does. Likewise, the husband does not have authority over his own body,

but the wife does. Do not deprive one another, except perhaps by agreement for a limited time, that you may devote yourselves to prayer, but then come together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self control. Apostle Paul was a guy who said not everybody should be married, and he said, because of the sin problem, we have marriage

to keep our wants and desires under control. That statement about co owning one another's body, doesn't that change the dynamic a little bit with abortion in a sexual union, in many marriage, we are the owners of the other's bodies. Wait, how is that? Because we're in the body of Christ, we're in one large body. The splendor of that, the description of sexual union as the coming together as one flesh. Couldn't that change the concept of

sex? The Left is so brilliant at using sex and conquests and independence, and having created this image in young women's minds that to be the sexual aggressor, to be just as aggressive as men to be or just as aggressive as the cartoon version of men. That that's the get to, that's the point at which you have freedom. That's the point at what you seize your femininity.

That's in a big corporate job. Does that compare in any way to the way God speaks of the honor of marriage, the true union of marriage? Where are we showing this? Kirk is a successfully married man, he's a successful family man. I don't think he talks to his wife that way. And again I don't mean to beg on Charlie. He's done so so much. There's a woman who decided to speak out against this, and it's

she's an influencer and just researching the show, I came across her. I've been exposed to her a lot, but I love her claim here that she's now breaking her silence. I'm I'll show you that in a second. One of the things that we can do, particularly on the topic of women in abortion, is be visual. There are the pictures, of course, of aborted babies. We've tried that. It's horrific, it's awful. People don't want to see it. And they should see it. We've done the ultrasound,

and the ultrasounds are impressive. When a woman sees an ultrasound of her unborn child, she's very, very likely to change her mind in an abortion because of the lie that's been told to her that these are just clumps of cells. And organization that does this, they travel around the country and they put up these free ultrasound vans and they do this outside of abortion clinics,

and so women have this choice of going in and seeing their baby. And I think it's like eighty percent of women once they see the child moving, Oh, I can't kill that baby. I thought it was a clump of cells. And the Left knows this, and they know that they can scare women and they can kind of diminish what the child is. But it's a clump of cells. So what about some other visuals. What about showing people that the party said this is a reason to have an abortion. Your baby

might have Down syndrome. Okay, show me a Down syndrome child clinging to their parents even to the age of twenty. I think of my friend Jana and her beloved children. One of her children has Down syndrome, and I see this girl. She's not a girl. She's a woman by age, but a girl by mental status. I see her volunteer at church. I see her stand for prayer. I see her go up front to pray with people. I see her check in with people. She walks down the aisles

and she stops and she checks on people. She doesn't speak perfectly, none of us do. She speaks like a down center in person. How are you? Are you okay? I pray for you. I find her speech gorgeous. I find it affirming. Let's be visual. We do this with Alan soaps. We show the kids you're about to see. If you're watching the video service, he was supposed to have been dumped out in a toilet with a plan be abortion drug or attacked in the womb with acid or cut

apart with tools. Instead there is If you're watching the video service, that's Alan. That's his quality of life. He's the chief soap officer of his own soap company. That's his brother Ian. If you're watching the video service, and Alan works in quality control and packaging things that his unique body will let him do. He's had about eighteen surgeries. He's thirteen years old.

You can see his body shaped differently than others, but he loves the same and he high fives same as he's watching the video service high five with a family member. The soap that he makes comes initially from his mind memories of where he was loved, but Grandma's in great Grandmas, so you have, say, for instance, cedarwood jasmine, a fragrance of soap that comes from a memory chess from his grandma. He described it using his iPad type device

because he's nonverbal, because he's so high up on the autism scale. Or take some of the other fragrances again, watermelon basil, grandma cooking in the kitchen a brunch. And then they turn to a family that's from Europe, three generations ago, three generations of soap making expertise, and they make this soap all naturally and it's absolutely gentle. So what do we do we get

visual? Okay was supposed to be a bored look at him. Now you can buy that soap at Alansoaps dot com slash todd, get ten percent off all their products there, and you build loyalty points alan soaps dot Com slash todd. Where it's a fact that all lives matter. This is a young woman named Savannah Hernandez, and she has a specific message for conservative men,

delivered very much in the influencer style. Allowed to never break my silence on this issue because it's so vitriolic, but the time has come, especially since we're seeing a lot of the commentary surrounding birth control and once again women not being in their prime in their thirties but being in their prime in their twenties. Now. These are both sentiments that I actually agree with. However, and this is a PSA for all men on the right wing. We really

need to work on our delivery of our messaging to women. There is a reason why women are leaning more towards liberalism and men are leaning more towards conservatism. And there is a reason why men are drawn more to that Andrew Tate esque style of commentary and women are averse to wit because guess what men and women are different. Now. I completely agree with all of the sentiments of women should be mothers as soon as possible, they should stay at home with

the family as opposed to being in corporate life. I agree with the sentiment that birth control is bad for us, It's bad for our brains and it changes our physical and mental structure. Essentially. I do agree with the sentiment that we need strong men in society and that feminism is a lie that a lot of women have fallen for. I agree with all of that, But to every single right winger who is talking about these issues, I notice this

pattern where they try to talk to women like they talk to men. And that's why we're losing a lot of women in the right wing because guess what, women aren't men, and you can't talk to women the same way you talk to men. When it comes to men, you can do the Andrew Tate style, like be very bold, be very assertive, be very upfront, because that's what men understand, and that's how you do have to talk

to men. You just have to be super upfront with them. With women, because we are more emotional creatures, you do have to have a saw after and much better approach at talking about these issues. So when we have this wide variety of right wing men telling women, yeah, once she turned thirty, you're not in your prime anymore and you're not as attractive, that messaging to try to push people to get specifically women to get married earlier isn't

going to hit as well. So you know, again, I haven't even wanted to touch this issue because I guarantee you down in the comments below, you're going to see people saying, oh, Sev, you're such a rabid feminist. Now, no, I do agree with the majority, actually pretty much all of the sentiments that right wing men have for women, But our delivery of this messaging is completely off and there is a huge reason why we're

losing women. So she delivers this as a woman in a way that I can't, obviously, because she's experienced this, and she happens to be in her mid twenties, I think looking at the video, so she might well think that people in the mid twenties, women in the mid twenties are more attractive. But again, why the commentary. As a party, as a movement, we have lost the ability to invoke the word of God. And

I am stress this because God's word never returns void. I was reading J. K Rowling over the weekend because J. K Rowling has been just brilliant at attacking the live transgenderism. J k Rowling is so desperately angry at a God she doesn't understand, and so desperately anger at a Bible that she hasn't really studied, she said in this rant, and it was other than this. It was a fantastic response to people saying I'm a woman and you're a

woman. Why are you treating me differently? These are men saying I'm a trans woman, you're a siswoman. Why are you treating me differently? Sister and J. K. Rowling had some brilliant, brilliant responses in this, such as, woman is not an idea, It's not a costume you can put on. I don't How do I know that the Earth is a globe when I've not been to space? How do I know I can't fly even though I've never tried it. I know because it's obvious you're not a woman,

You're a man. And it's a brilliant statement. I should have pulled that. It just came to me, he says, thinking about this. And then she went on to say that women are not God's idea of women. We are not a second thought from God. Oh I forgot something, an item on a checklist. He forgot the Bible that she's not read indicates God forgot nothing. God decided to create us in a certain way. He let man experience life without woman. God knew the plan from the beginning,

He knows the ending. He operates outside of time. Do you honestly think that the Lord God, with his majestic powers, said, huh, that dude's lonely. I should change that. No, God let man experience life without women and said, it's not good that you're alone. He created woman from man and then gave her a title he uses for himself, special helper, a title he gives to himself. That's how much he values women that the only time his creation was not good was prior to woman existing. Think

of that. JK. Rowling is so angry at a God. She's never really studied in a Bible. She's never really thought or thought about or prayed about. Certainly, how many other women fall into that camp. How about invoking the word of God in relation to children, the least of these. How about invoking the word of God. I knit you together in your mother's roomb I knew you from the beginning. I counted the hairs on your head.

How about relating this to women the same way that when your child is born, you can smell the hair on their head and you'll never, ever, ever forget it. My daughter's a legal adult. Then the day I kissed her on the head and I smelled her hair, to me, it's the same smell. So when we took her home from the hospital, women can relate to this. We need to speak this way. We need to

share the gospel and sometimes use words, but through behaviors. It's not always easy to do this in a world that hates the Christian faith and that hates us. It's so so important that we choose to love even our enemies. You know, when I work with the coffee company Bone Frog Coffee and Tim Krukshank, the founder there, who's in Navy Seal and did three deployments on our behalf retired Navy seal was in the Navy for twenty five years. He's

the most loving man who can on a dime turn into a warrior. That spirit still in Tim, But you know what I see from him an unspeakable level of love for his wife, Liz. He's given up a career as a physician's assistant because he wouldn't stop helping her shure cancer, even as he works full time in his coffee company to have it continue to thrive, to provide for his family. One of the reasons he does that is because he

committed to bone Frog helping the Navy Seal Foundation. Ten percent of donations from bone Frog are probably ten percent of proceeds from bone Frog Coffee grow dirrectly to the Navy Seal Foundation to help Tim's colleagues and comrades in arms, the families of Navy Seals who fell in duty. Tim can speak loving terms about the

people in the Middle East. He knows them, He's met with them, women and men alike, and he can speak in very exact military terms about what it is to take out a group of terrorists, lion and lamb. This is getting reflected in the coffee you buy from bone Frog Coffee. The excellence to focus. Tim wouldn't for a second take some cheap, private labeled coffee approach and to slap his label on it. He recruited team members to

brew the coffee and to roast it. The current new release is called Goatlocker. It took them one full year of attempts to get to the point that they were happy with it. It's a dark French row that has none of the bitterness of any of those other coffees. It's the only coffee I've ever drunk that I use the adjective nuanced. It has a nuanced series of flavors. And when it arrives at your house, notice that it says on it God Country Team. The people who run Joe Biden are trying to invoke the name of God in this ad. God made all of us. God said, we need leaders who can unite rather than divide, who stand on morals and value. God said, nothing of the sort. God did not say we need leaders who can unite, not divide. Nothing

of the sort. For Jesus himself said I've come not to unite but divide. The Bible does not say we need leaders who stand on morals, doesn't say that at all. It says we need leger leaders who seek to serve and not be served, and whose primary driving force is the word of Gods, and who don't idolize dictators and bullies. God said, And if you're not watching the video service as they say, not idolize dictators and bullies.

It is the figure head walking next to Zelensky who has shut down opposition parties, outlawed many churches, seized the media. Right need someone to protect consumers and farmers from corporate greed, workers from wage stiff, students from crushing debt, homeowners from discriminatory lending, seniors from overpriced medicine, and loved ones from gun violence. God said I need someone with arms strong enough to protect the planet. God did not say I need someone with arms strong enough to protect

the planet. God does the protecting. We can protect nothing. We are too steward and work on the planet and to work on food and have dominion over it. God did not say I need someone was strong enough armed to protect the planet, strong enough to fight monstrous evils spreading across the globe. Monstrous evil spreading across the globe, says this ad in favor of a man who wants to chemically and surgically mutilate children so they can't have babies and be

fruitful. Multiply who forced down a perverse, poisonous gene sequencing device that is killed probably probably seventeen million people, who is continuing to kill, as it's an all likelihood causing these turbo cancers. God said, I need someone willing to give their whole life in service, their whole life in service. No. God said, no greater love has man than to lay down his life for his brother. He didn't say, his whole life in service to what. No, we are to lose our lives in order to find it.

Lose our lives by serving the Lord, not by sitting at a death sending a bill you've never read into law. And so President Biden answered the call. God made us all together. We make our democraus. He's strong. We don't even have a democracy, it's a republican. It's not even that no longer. God. We chose a faithful president who doesn't worship himself nor undermine the constitution he swore to uphold. For such a time as this, we pray to God what is true in our hearts. Four more years.

There is, according to scripture, a very very special corner of hell for people who take God's word and twist it that way. They're trying it and they're fumbling it. Satan is a liar, thief, and the murder from the very beginning. One of his favorite tricks is to twist scripture. That's a great example. I'm very, very curious about the video of the day. This is Dick Dawkins. Pardon me, Richard Dawkins. Richard Dawkins, of course, a world famous atheist. He used to be of the New

eighth. Do you know what he calls himself now? He calls himself a cultural Christian. I don't know what that means. Maybe he does, Richard Dawkins in our video of the Day. I must say I'm slightly horrified to hear that Ramadan is being promoted instead. I do think that we are culturally a Christian country. I call myself a cultural Christian. I'm not a believer, but there's a distinction between being a believing Christian and being a cultural Christian.

And so you know, I love hymns and Christmas carols, and I sort of feel at home in the Christian ethos. I feel that we are a Christian country in that sense. It's truth that statistically, the number of people who actually believe in Christianity is going down, and I'm happy with that, but I would not be happy if, for example, we lost all our cathedrals and our beautiful parish churches. So I've count myself cultural christian.

I think it wouldn't matter if we, certainly, if we substituted any alternative religion, that would be truly dreadful. Well, which brings me to my supplematuary point, which is that, as we know, church attendance is plummeting. But the building the erection of mosques across Europe. I think six thousand are under construction, and there are many more, I mean are being planned. So do you think you regard that as a problem. Do you think that matters? Yes? I do, really, I mean I don't.

I might choose my words carefully. I mean, if I had to choose between Christianity and Islam, I choose Christianity every single time. I mean, it seems to me to be a fundamentally decent religion in a way that I think Islam is not. I think you're going to have to explain why you say that. Gosh, why is Islam function well? Christianity? Yes, I mean the way women are retreat I mean Christianity is not great about that.

He's had its problems with female becas and female bishops and things but there's an active hostility to women, which is promoted I think by the holy books of Islam. I'm not talking about individual Muslims, who of course are quite quite different, but the doctrines of Islam, they Hads and and the Qur'an. It's fundamentally hostile to women, hostile to gaze. And I find that I like to live in a culturally Christian country, although I do not believe

a single word of the Christian faith. That is remarkable. So Richard Dawkins is culturely Christian, and he can't figure out why he's comfortableround Christians because we're

to love even are enemies. I was trying to find these as I was watching that, because it occurred to me he is the exact example, the living, breathing example of someone against whom the Apostle Paul warned when he said there will be people who effectively speak the language of Jesus but don't believe it, and the Lord warned us have nothing to do with people like this.

How incredible that you can say flat out I prefer Christianity, but I'm a cultural Christian and then turn around and say it's a better morality based on what based on how he feels women don't feel they can trust the Republican Party, young white single women don't feel they can trust Jesus, which means they don't

think they can trust us. We are to be ambassadors of Christ, and part of that is learning how to speak with women, and particularly from a position of power, how to show service and the willingness to serve and not be served. That's going to have to be done by showing the works of God at the same time as we invoke his word. This is the Todd Hermann Show. Please go, be well, be strong, be kind, and please make every effort to learn the voice of the good Shepherd.
