We read an interesting piece of analysis about Syria and Bashad being gone, and that analysis began with how did the people in organizations who are trying to take him down over all this period of time, how did they suddenly become delta force? What broke the back? Now at this point, remember, we have armed forces over there, are men and women over there, and have been for three or four years. We're not supposed to talk about that

because it's an active war. But we just sent a bunch of our military money, might etc. Think God, none of our lives lost to destroy a whole bunch of aircraft and assets so that the regime that takes over doesn't have access to them. But figure out. Biden said something then, and to me, this is a point of curiosity. Everybody knows President Trump's coming in. Everybody watched him at the meeting with world leaders. Everybody watched the world leader's

genuflect to him. It's obvious they understand he's in charge. So is there a reason that this happens now we'll talk about that. Plus, yes, the title of the program, I got your doge hanging right here. That's the hanging parts from my redneck youth, my apology. Such a rude thing to say, I got your doge right here. So there's a lot of ways that we could cut government to the Department of Government efficiency. We'll talk about that

and later on today. Some thoughts on John Lennon. This the anniversary day after his death, and it's a thought that I have. We'll get into the show later. Not this show, but the next one we publish. That tend to upset some John Lennon fans, so just let her but know I'm a John Lennon fan too. We'll talk about this all with the help of a YouTube channel on YouTube dot com slash at the Todd Herman Show and with God Almighty.

Speaker 2

But Todd Herman Show is one hundred percent disapproved by big pharma, technocrarats and tyrants everywhere from the high mountains of Free America. Here's the end old city exime. God to her Man.

Speaker 1

Today is a day the Lord has made in These are the times to which God has decided we shall live. So the Dictator of Syria is gone. Meet the new boss, probably same as the old boss, but the figurehead Biden has announced that he's got Bill into Bucks ready for the new regime. Doesn't yet know who they're going to be, but he's ready with money. So why do you think a move like this gets made. I would suggest that there's a whole bunch of lobbyists in the Pentagon. And yes,

lobbyist are in the Pentagon. I know the halls of Congress going there and saying, look, we have one chance to do this in Syria, to back these guys, to get a shahbasr out, to get rid of the dictator. There one chance. So this is not my analysis, this is analysis of a mill blog. I fall We'll try to get our friend Michael roorkon I'm tired Special Forces operative, see what he thinks of all this. But you got this one chance because Trump's coming in on a promise

of none of these endless wars. You know, they tried to lock Trump into Ukraine spending. There are Republican senators who say they will not back any nominee for any cabinet position in Trump's cabinet if they're not all in on Ukraine. So you have a lot of lobbyists who understand that the massive, massive bravy train may be ending, and under President Trump, he's not going to be seeking new wars. And it's not that he's weak. It's not

a particularly strong thing for the United States. And we're doing this through the beleaguered and corrupt Secretary of State Tony Blinken. Tony Blinken is saying the way for the Ukrainians to win this war is to go get to Ukrainian youth and force them into service, to grab them out of their homes and off the streets and force them into the military. That's the way to win. So expands, you're dead from six hundred thousand adults, maybe he could

kill six hundred than teens. That's not strong. Sometimes the strong thing is you recognize that war is lost for Ukraine. It was lost before it began, just given the numbers. So that's not a strong position for the Democrats or Mitch McConnell or the others who love this war. It's a cash machine. It's not a war of necessity. And I don't believe the war in Syria was a war

of necessity for US. Hey, if Iraq wasn't a war of necessity, and going into Afghanistan beyond taking out Osama bin Laden was not a necessity, how on earth is this a necessity? We those of us who support President Trump,

even if there are people who were supporting reluctantly. We should be hoping that President Trump focuses our military and being able to defend us and to project force when it's absolutely necessary, and in doing that by reserving our forces, by not being in the All and Wars, by modernized our military to understand you can't shoot down drones. You can try as hard as you want, but we're finding out it's nearly impossible to shoot down drones fields of drones.

They can take out our ships. We need to be focused on getting our act together in terms of technology for today, and this is something that Pete Hegseth wants to do, which brings us around to him. So the attacks on him continue. They're trying to take the guy out. And it's not because he's a stupid man. You don't end up with two Ivy League degrees and be stupid. And even though the Ivy League is fallen, you still have to be sort of a smart guy to come

out with that. It's because heg Seth is not going to be owned by lobbyists, and the lobbyists know that. That's why I think we saw this sudden explosion and activity in Syria where all of a sudden they had all the capabilities and everything they needed to just completely close off the dictator's air supply and he fled. So watch Biden come up and say he's going to back them with the billions of our dollars. Well, it says everything possible about Joe Biden, who doesn't just lack any wisdom,

he lacks any fear of the Lord at all. Now number of people are send me emails asking about the product Wisdom. This is the Bible based herbal blend that I've been taking. And they sent me a note saying, wait, wait, what's the website? So apparently the website is hard to remember something to say this, it's try wisdomnow dot com slash todd. So what is this stuff? Well, it's based in an oil base and it's sacred herbs and spices

that come out of the Bible. I mean that the spices themselves don't come out of the Bible, but they're mentioned so often in the Bible as ways to cleanse and to heal. So what does it do well? It helps with inflation, inflammation response, it helps with immune response, and for me, it delivers a sense of calm, and it's crazy that it tastes as good as it does. We're playing scrabble the other night, and by the way, I won. My wife is a very very good scrabble player.

I want to buy about four points and praise God, I got to be able to use all my pieces so I could shut her out. Otherwise I guarantee she would have found a way to come back. So as the game was wrapping up, I took wisdom and just got this incredible sense of calm. And the doctor who invented this was in the Holy Land when he was given the vision for this. His name is doctor Patrick

shen Tempo. So he took his advanced knowledge of science to infuse this with light and sound waves, all of it to trap the potency of these herbs in this oil base. So you can do this. Try this yourself. So try your yourself experience the power of wisdom. Go to try wisdomnow dot com slash todd and here's the payoff. You're going to get an incredible thirty three percent off

plus free shipping. That's each order comes to the one hundred and eighty day money back guarantee it's that's try wisdom now dot com slash todd and do what I do. Take a drop of this towards bedtime of throughout the day. If you electromank Calm have that great immunersons, try wisdom now dot com slash todd. In terms of the Department of Government Efficiency, we can start right away with the Pentagon and an audit of the Pentagon that is pass fail because they failed every single one of them, so

and we don't get to audit the Federal Reserve. But let's start with the Pentagon. Do we really need all that money? We'd like to think that the Pentagon is playing on the up and up, but when you lose six hundred million dollars, you're not. That's one thing the Department of Government Efficiency could do. The biggest thing it could do is put on notice to Republicans that we are on to the fact that they're the big spenders,

just along with the Democrats. Chip Roy from Texas was in a meeting with Elon Musk and Vivid Ramaswami and they talked about the Department of Government Efficiency and apparently Vivic has been studying the laws. He's been studying the bureaucratic approaches, the things they can do to force spending cuts. So he's trying to become an anti bureaucrats. To the bureaucrats, because they hide behind their ability to not be fired, you can't downsize us. So apparently during this meeting, Republicans

were clapping their hands and jumping up and down. We can't wait to get behind you on this. We've been waiting for this. We can't wait to cut the freight of the fraud, wasted abuse. And apparently behind the scenes, chip Roy spoke up and said, you're all liars. You're saying this right now, but I guarantee you when it comes down the money for your district, that's not going to happen. None of you are going to do this. Mary Hemingway's reporting this. She knows something about the beltways.

There's great sources there that chip Roy want ballistic on them. Tell the truth to people you're not in favor of this. Chip Roy also talked about the lack of respect that the president's nominees are getting here as we deal.

Speaker 3

With all that, and on the spending issue, I watch the Senate Republicans doing this dance of handwringing and concern about the president's nominees. The president was elected by the American people to change this town. He has nominated people

who want to change this town. If you want to go overturn every rock of everybody's past and then say that they are not capable or they don't deserve to serve in a position like Secretary of Defense as it's currently occurring with the targeted attacks on Pete Hegsath, well, maybe you should take the board out of your eye. I'm not saying that we don't have standards that are appropriate in the advice and consent process. We do, and we should. I'm a believer in that in separation of powers.

But the president also is deserving of the courtesy and the respect of his own party, in particular of the individuals he's nominating to change the town. He was elected to change it.

Speaker 1

What are the things the Department of Government Efficiency could do? Start a pork reporting process for Republican senators. Let Republicans report it to republicans, publish it, read it into the House record, Get people like Chip Roy to read into the record what his colleagues are doing. Part of the Department of Government Efficiency is not just going in and cutting the bureaucracy. It's cutting the head off the bureaucracy because what the officeholders have done is really really brilliant.

They get to blame the bureaucrats. Look with the bureaucratic waste, fraud abuse, Look what they're doing. Anytime they choose to, they can take their power back. Anytime they choose too. They can say, yeah, you know what, no more, you no longer get to make administrative rules as if their law. We have to approve them. Because right now they make these rules, and I think it's one hundred and day

days after that. If the House and the Senate don't object, then those things become law with the force of law. They can stop that. They don't want to because they're like being able to dance this way. So the doge people musk and remiswamp. They should publish a list of the worst defenders on the Republican side. Sure do the Democrats, but you're going to get more more progress by spotlighting Republicans who are doing this. There's also then the bureaucratic shaming.

There needs to be a process by which bureaucrats come and beg for any money Now this is a term that's using businesses called zero line budgeting or baseline budgeting. Your budget, FEMA is zero. You have no money. You need to come in and make an argument for dollar number one. Now here's how they say, this isn't possible. You can't run us down to zero. We can't then predict our planning, et cetera. Okay, that sucks. That's going to be really hard. I mean, surely you can make

an argument for fifty percent of your budget. If they can't do that, then they don't deserve to exist. So go to a zero line baseline budgeting. Every budget cycle begins with an assumption of zero. Give them two years to plant. Two years into President Trump's four years, your budget guides go to zero. You have two years to prove you're focused on the American people. Because two years from now you're going to come into Congress. You're going to be able to come in six months early. Your

budget will be zero. You'll be making an argument for any budget, and your argument must begin with here's our mission. Lay out the mission. I'll give you a great example of why things like this are so important with something that happened out of North Carolina, and it goes down to bureaucrats need to bureaucrats, Bosses need to boss. I'll tell you that the corruption in this stinks to such a high degree that you know it's costing lives. And in this case, it just cost a woman two hundred bucks,

but it's costing lives. I can't yet get into detail, but I'm going to give you a glimpse of one of the reasons why I love working with the people at Renewed Healthcare in Mexico, because it has to do with corruption. Some longtime listeners to my radio show, they started with me in Seattle back when I was doing local radio, extended over into the podcast Praise God. They decided to go down to Mexico, and I'm going to get the details on this for you. So they went down,

were impressed with the care. They had this abatement of their pain, which is expected when you use ethically gathered stem sales from umbilical cords and placentas. And I don't have the details yet on what they were there to get done, and they may not want to share that, but I can tell you this. During the process of looking at them, they discovered that the lady had a

heart condition that was going to be deadly. They discovered this through the process of caring for her in the stem cell approach, and they suggested, in fact, told her, you need to have surgery right now. You need stints inserted in your body. She did it the same day. See renew is right next door to a world class hospital. They've got a peering relationship. They share a cat scam machine, which is probably how they found this in this lady. She was able to get those stints installed and be

home the next day. She didn't go there for that. That's not their business, but their business is caring for people. I have a friend of mine who's a professional athlete for most of his life, and he's trying to get down there to get an infusion. This is so high end, it's so unaffordable for most people. But if you have the resources, an infusion of stem cells puts the stem

cells in your body. They go destroy inflammation. Then they travel throughout your body anywhere they can help rebuild tissue, be it cartilage, be it tendon, be it muscle. They'll do that starting with the spots where they're needed most. That's what the stem cells do. They build human tissue. Check these guys out see if they can help you. They'll tell you if they can or can't. It's renewed dot Healthcare r E n UE dot Healthcare r E n ue dot Healthcare. They didn't have to do that.

In fact, in America, they probably wouldn't have done that because of liability. They did it because they wanted to help. I know there's people at FEMA, employees at FEMA who want to help. We know this. People don't go into the government necessarily to go rule over others. People stay in government because they like the feeling of ruling over others, or they like the feeling of being able to work from home and have no accountability or just take three

weeks off. They like this security. Plus they like the fact that they're paid two to three times the amount of money that the people who pay the bills are paid. This is from FEMA. It's from North Carolina. It's a woman. All she needed was a window on her home, listen and watch.

Speaker 4

She had was a crack in her window. So she thought, since FEMA is helping out people write damage from Helleen in Mecklmer County, maybe she could tap into some funds from that agency. FEMA said no, but FEMA did offer to put her and forty others in a hotel, including the South Park Marriott.

Speaker 1

For up to a month.

Speaker 5

This little crack from Helene led to a situation that has seventy four year old Susan Lewis cracking up in disbelief. I kept rereading it thinking what am I missing here? Just makes no sense. The damaged window was in her Force Ridge condo. Since FEMA is offering Mecklnberg County residents Helena assistance, she applied for funding to fix it. She says FEMA denied the claim and told her to submit it to her home insurance. She ended up having to pay two hundred dollars for the repair out of her

own pocket because she has one thousand dollars deductible. I'm living in Social Security. I'm Sidney four, your woman, and you know all these eleg strips bitches really ad ups. While FEMA wouldn't fix the window, she says, the agent's offer her something else, a month's stay for up to four people one a hotel. One of the hotels is the South Park Marriott. The average rate is nearly two hundred dollars a night. The hotel even told her she could get two RUMs if she needed space for four.

Instead of paying two hundred bucks for the window, she says, FEMA offered to spend thousand on an hotel.

Speaker 1

She didn't need it. It makes no sense. Now, remember there's still people in western North Carolina who are living in tents. And remember that when the Amish built tiny houses for them and had them shipped down, there were local bureaucrats who blocked the tiny houses and took them away and said go back under the overpasses and go live in tents. Well, FEMA is saying, we won't fix a window, but she can have a hotel room. The Department of Government Efficiency needs to work with Congress to

shame Republicans for their pork barrel spending. It's a shame decratspcially going to get more traction. Shamey Republicans. They need to make an argument for baseline budgeting beginning in two years. Give every agency a head up. Heads up. In two years, your budgets go to zero. Now, if you make a good argument for needing any money, the budgets will come back. But you're not going to be making a good argument

when we can point to things like this. You can say, hey, it's a crack, we don't want female repairing cracks and ones. Fair enough, have that discussion, but don't have a continuing resolution that continues to increase the amount of money, because every federal agency can count on money continuing to go up. Let me give you another example. A lot of schools, the education of American kids is at a low points compared to the rest of the world. I mean, there's

a lot of reasons for this. You know that the government schools are and doctor ending kids are not edguingating them. You know that the government schools are all in on DIEDI and on racism and on gender madness. It's not about educating the kids in all too many government schools. I mean, there's some decent ones. I've got some friends of mine whose kids go to schools in Idaho and

their government schools, and they really like those schools. But in those schools, parents are welcomed every day, every single day, there's a parent there, and if any sort of gender madness slips out, the parents who are there call them on it immediately. There are other schools in Idaho that are not that way. Where the gender madness has slept

into the hallways or crept into the hallways. So the schools overall government like have seen the effectiveness of government schools decrease, particularly in comparison to the goal, but something is increasing from the video service. I'm going to show you a chart here in a second that is going to make the case for not something else that the Department of Government Efficiencies should do, starting with the Department of Education. And in their case, it's not baseline budgeting,

it's not zero line budgeting. It's something else. It's something that some people would see is more radical, except it's completely defensible, utterly defensible, and people should calm down about it. Getting into the holiday season, a lot of people end up getting very very uncom or even stressed or anxious. It doesn't need to be the case. I've talked with you about magnesium breakthrough and its ability to help people sleep.

That's true with me. It helps me sleep through the night if I do wake up and go back to sleep. It also helps with the ultimate absorption of nutrients in your body, that is regularity. That's a phrase you don't like to talk about because it's icky, but it's also something we all do. It also, though, controls the stress hormone cortisol, So if you're running around last minute chritsiskifts, you're going to arrive on time, or too many people

come into the house. You might have relatives coming over that you don't really like what you love, and you know that can create a lot of stress. Maybe you've got a room that fits our house, that fits four people,

but fourteen or coming. There's a whole series of stresses or suck under friend of mine the other day, he and his wife are argued about where they're going for Christmas because he made the reservations in Hawaii, she made the reservations elsewhere, and they might end up having Christma Christopher part for the first time. There's also the situation I heard of from her friend of mine whose wife does not want the ex wife bringing the kids over.

She wants the kids brought over by an uber, anything but the ex wife. He's saying, no, I'm not putting my kids in an uber. My ex wife is welcome to walk into the house and drop the kids off. I was married to her for fourteen years. His current wife is saying, hey, you want wife number three? This can create a whole series of stresses. Obviously we find calm ultimately in the arms of God. But then again

God made magnesium for things like this. So go to boptimizers dot com slash Todd use promo code Todd that gets magnesium breakthrough which can help deliver it to you a sense of calm and relief by controlling distress, Homer and Cortisol. When you use promo code Todd, use save an extra ten percent. That's Boptimizers dot Com slash Todd use promo code Todd. Since the year two thousand, there's been some steady growth rate with the exception of twenty

nineteen for kids in government schools. This chart shows administrative staff, principles and assistant principles, teachers, and students their growth rate. So since the year two thousands, we were watching about a ten percent growth rate for teachers and students. But then the students dropped off and have stayed dropped off about a five percent drop. The teachers have kept growing.

The principles and assistant principles grew by thirty nine percent. Remember, students have dropped, but the assistants have grown by thirty nine percent. The administrative staff has grown by ninety five percent. Teachers were almost flatlined or ten percent growth, and students went down. This is an argument for an elimination of the Department of Education. The Department of Education is many many things. Part of it is it's the center foreign doctrination.

Part of it is it's the center for union growth. Those administrative staff are probably union members who, as you know, take that money. The unions do take a percentage of everybody's paycheck pool. It pay themselves three to four times the amount of money teachers get paid, give themselves pensions, retirement plans that most of us will never see, and then they turn around and they launder a bunch of

it to the Democrat Party. There is no reason on earth for a Department of Education in Washington, d C. Here's why every state has one. There are local school districts who have their administrators. There's city school districts, there's city level departments of education. There is no reason for this to come out of Washington, d C. If a student's civil rights are violated, there's the Department of Justice.

If the people in the schools are serving bad food that are making kids sick, there's the Department of agriculture if they're not hiring people because of their race or religion. Once again, you have the Department of Justice. You don't need a curriculum developed in Washington, DC. Because people are different. There's things so people who live in the farmlands need to know that people in the cities don't need to know.

The elimination of the Department of Education is a no brainer for the Department of Government efficiency because every single job is duplicated throughout all of the various school districts. In fact, I'll tell you one point of ridiculousness. Washington State is one of many states who employ people to go to meetings. This is their job. They work in a school district. When there's a meeting in the state capital. In this case in Washington it's Olympia, that person flies

or drives to Olympia. They attend the meeting, then they fly or drive back to their school district, and they tell the principle what happened in the meeting, a meeting the principle could have attended, or a meeting the principle could have zoomed into. Those meeting goers now have staff, I mean they can't go around scheduling their own trips to the state capital. This is a self mistasizing cancer. The Department of Education should be eliminated, and it's an easy,

easy argument to make. One other thing that should be eliminated, of course, is any form of public broadcasting, at least the moneys for public broadcasting. This is PBS promoting what's I think fair to call a pro in excuse that word, I'll say it, but Alex will make sure that the people on YouTube never get to hear this. Only the people doing this live or on the audio cast get to hear me say a pro pedophilia pioneer, that's true. The backing of a law that would make life easier

for pedophiles. This is PBS.

Speaker 6

The issue of transgender rights has rarely been so prominent in American politics, from presidential campaign ads to the election of the first openly trans member of Congress to arguments this past week at the US Supreme Court. William Brangham is back to talk with one recent pioneer about how she sees this current moment.

Speaker 1

And by see she he means he.

Speaker 7

My guest is no stranger to both the triumphs and the vitriol surrounding transgender rights in America. Two years ago, Lee Thinking became the first transperson elected to the Minnesota state legislatures.

Speaker 1

To be clear, again, they're talking about a man.

Speaker 7

And even though she endured numerous threats, she leveraged her position and a Democratic majority to help pass legislation protecting other trans people in her state.

Speaker 1

So called trans people like you're about to hear.

Speaker 2

Lee.

Speaker 7

Think he's so nice to have you on the program. As I said, you've been in office almost two years now. But this is a seemingly very fraught time for trans rights in this country, with this past election and all of those attacks, the first openly trans member of the US Congress, and now the Supreme Court case this week.

Speaker 1

I just wonder how this is. How has this been for you the last few months.

Speaker 8

Yeah, it's been a lot, and you know, thank you so much for inviting me in for having trans voices on your show. I think what we have seen over the last couple of months, I mean it is a compounding pile of difficulty for our community that is very small that we receive so much outside attention.

Speaker 1

Well, it's the most powerful community in America as well. I mean it's small and it's the most powerful community in America, the only community in America that can get you fired for refusing to pretend along with them.

Speaker 8

Given the impact and size that we have in the communities that we exist in, we're struggling. We're all struggling, and no, there's no struggle trying to figure out what all of this is going to mean.

Speaker 7

You were here while the Supreme Court was arguing this case. That case centered around Tennessee's attempt to ban trans care for trans children.

Speaker 1

That Tennessee law focused on preventing children from having irreversible wrong sex hormones and surgery.

Speaker 7

And the justices had a lot of different arguments about that case, and I wonder, listening to what they had to say, what stood out to you?

Speaker 8

I mean, what stood out to me is that we are trying to figure out a very complicated answer to a very simple question, which is that gender affirming care is healthcare, and healthcare decisions belong to families.

Speaker 1

And platitudes platitudes. Cutting a gash between a boy's leg is healthcare. It's a wound that will never heal, that's healthcare. Cutting a girl's breasts off so she can never breastfeed

a baby is healthcare. So why was that person called a pro how to fill a pioneer Well, NewsBusters reminds us that Lee Finkey, that man pretending to be a woman, backed an act in Congress that would strip language from this law and therefore make it easier for people who want to inflict their sexual desires in the bodies of children. This is the language they wanted included. Sexual orientation does not include a physical or sexual attachment to children by

an adult. This is part of the so called Take Pride Act. It's setting the groundwork, or making a heterophilic view a sexual orientation that's being promoted by that person's presence on PBS. I mean, he didn't talk about it there, but he promotes it on PBS using your tax money. Now, incidentally, this week, we're going to be talking in some detail

about the lawsuits in Los Angeles. A woman named Clem who's now twenty years old, is suing one of the nation's most famous so called gender docs, doctor Joanna Olsen Kennedy. I have some very distinct and very clear, and you might even say pungent thoughts about this so called doctor. We're going to be featuring that on our substack channel this week. If you haven't yet subscribed, go to The

Todd Herman Show dot substack dot com. And I think you're going to learn a whole lot about this lawsuit and about this woman, including seeing what I think is the first ever interview with Clementine that actually happened with the friend of ours we've had on this program multiple times. That's the Todd Herman Show dot substack dot com. There should be no money going to the public broadcasting system. It is a publisher with a point of view. It is a distinctly an American point of view. It's a

point of view that seeks to destroy families. There's no reason for our tax dollars to be involved in it in any way. But there's some other things that we should cut. One just goes to this issue of fairness. Remember that liberals look at things through the lens of compassion and fairness. We have an opportunity to out compassion and out fair some of the liberals and to help

protect our money. And we need to do this. With the war in Syria now supposedly at an end, and meeting the new boss, who's probably likely to be the same as the old boss, and Joe Biden, the figure had already said We're going to give you billions of dollars. So of course he is, I mean you have to give them money so they can buy American weapons. I mean,

we can't have them not having American weapons. Lakeed Martin Boeing, all the big groups are going to be down there arguing for this, all of the lobbyists, and yet President Trump seems to be standing on Nope, We're not going to go get into these endless wars. There's some major changes coming to economy. There's going to be an effort to create a central bank digital currency. President Trump has said not on his watch. But President Trump is surrounded

by people who want cryptocurrency to blow up. They want it to go huge. You think Elon mus doesn't want to see that mainstreamed of course he does, so does Vivic Ramaswambi. Probably there are major changes coming to economy. President Trump is really obsessed with bringing manufacturing back. He's already said the pipelines are coming back. He's talking about tariffs, sometimes one hundred percent or more tariffs to encourage company

or countries to stop playing games with us. Well, this all means a massive change in when you're going to retire unless you can adapt. My friend Zach Abraham at Bolwerck Capital Management operates this way. Number one operating rule is risk management. He is unbelievably obsessed with risk management. Operating tool number two is a tactic. Bower Capital Management actively manages every single portfolio which can reduce risk and volatility.

And Zach is a teacher at heart. He will talk with you for free, no obligation, no expectations, into every account that you have. You give maxis to your home, your equity, your plan to retire, and he'll tell you if your current account's being actively managed and that's easy for him to see, and he'll talk to you about some ideas he might have for you. Most of all, he'll tell you whether your retirement plan is actually reality or dream, and they'll invite you to work with him

if it's a dream. Again, no obligation. Go sign up at Know your Risk radio dot com. That's know Know your Risk Radio dot com or call them at eight sixty six seven to seventy nine Risk that's eight sixty six seven seventy nine Risk. Investment Advisor Services Officer, Teck Financial LLC and sec Register Investment Advisor. Investments involved risk are not guaranteed. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results. Truck twenty four, Dash three seven eight. That last part, that's

the government helping you. They want you to know all that stuff. See just another layer of bureaucracy that we could look at cutting. Tulsi Gabbert, that's your challenges for me. My most challenging aspect of Toulsi is that she follows a cult leader. That worries me, the guy who leads her faith as a cult leader. Is she taking orders from the cult leader? I want this question answered during her confirmation hearings. I want to hear her discuss this.

It might be that she's got a great answer. Maybe she's distanced herself from the guy you've seen us discuss as sermons on the program full on cult leader. Beyond that, I don't have a lot of concern about her being the Director of National Intelligence. She can surround herself with smart people who understand D and I, who understand the bureaucracy and want to see the bureaucracy right size in terms of focus. Remember she was called the domestic terrorist

by this agency. Now we read this nearly one hundred formal national security officials alarmed at the prospect of Gabbard leading the intel community. In a letter obtained by NBC News, the officials urged the Senate to carefully evaluate whether Gabbard is equipped for the position, which requires Senate confirmation. It was obtained I love that game to media plays. They went and snuck it out of the files, obtained it. It was email to them. That's how they obtained it.

We're back to one hundred former national security officials, none of whom should have pensions. There should be no pensions in Washington, d C. Whatsoever. Look, I've got a cousin who works at the Social Security Administration. I'd be glad to look them in the eye and say, no, you should not have a pension. Why because ninety five percent

of Americans don't. You should have the same exact retirement plan as ninety five percent of Americans, So that you two are beholden to four one ks and four L three b's and every rule we have to play under. Because government pensions are not fair playgrounds. When you control trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars, you can enrich your pension plan in ways. No one else can. Government employees should not be paid for not working, not out

of active accounts. They should have to pay themselves to not work the same way you and I do. That would also make it somewhat less obnoxious when read headlines like hundreds of former national security officials they're earning pensions to help rig elections or in this case, to help rig a confirmation process. You're paying them to do that if they retired with pensions. There's a Senator named Mark Queen Mullen who went on to talk about the nomination

of Pete Hegseth on CNN. He also is, of course being attacked by people with pensions.

Speaker 9

What he was describing is what most combat veterans have faced, and for the media to go after him and start describing that as a drinking problem is individuals that doesn't understand combat veterans because they've never been there. They've never been in combat. They've never seen the horrific stuff that comes by that. They've never tasted the dirt in their mouth, they've never heard the horrible sounds in their ears. They never had the sites that they can't get rid of.

They've never had the dreams in the middle of the night, and I think it's or critical for them to even question that. Now, if he did have a drinking problem, that would be obvious, but to make something out of it that isn't there just because he's going through Secretary of Defense. The media should be ashamed of themselves. They should put their selves in their shoes and every other combat veteran shoes before they got there and criticizing.

Speaker 10

So I have done a lot of coverage of veterans and a lot of coverage of combat, and while I have never worn the uniform, I think I do have an understanding of the need of our valiant troops when they come home to self medicate. What I'm saying is, when you're talking about drinking at ten in the morning, that's a drinking problem.

Speaker 9

Now, it doesn't mean that there's there's a lot of politicians that have a drinking problem, Jake of Yes, of course, But I guess my question is yeah, and then there's probably a lot of media that has a drinking problem too.

Speaker 1

And now I don't drink. I never, I haven't.

Speaker 9

I haven't tasted alcohol in many, many, many years, and never have drink at all in my life really, and so I really don't understand that. But there's a lot of alcohol that flows through Washington DC on a regular basis, and I wouldn't say that people are alcoholics or or they have a drinking problem because of that.

Speaker 1

I I don't. I don't see it at all. Are we the only ones who watched Nancy Pelosi stumble nearly up to the microphones clearly lit? And there's a whole school of thought around Kamala Harris being clearly lit. And incidentally, there are wet bars and ceremonial offices in Washington, d C.

I've seen them. It's a whiskey at noontown. And the incident is I understand that the ten am incident happened after a filming at Fox News, but they've been talking about beers and apparently hag Seth helped himself to some shock and awe. Sure is there's some proof that he's an alcoholic that's affected as work. He doesn't show up for work, he shows up drunk. None of that has happened.

So heg Seth is being targeted by people with love with with pensions, lobbyists who contribute to the pensions of these p people and the need to not really need the pensions, because if there's a think tanks, et cetera, all of that should be blown up by the Department of Governor efficiency. This last one, to me is the topper. I mean, it's not the most important of them, but

it's the easiest topper. Luke Rosiak from The Daily Wire reports the Social Security Administration just spent one hundred and twenty million dollars renovating its massive headquarters. And there's a picture of it, but the building is ninety one percent unused.

And figure had Biden just signed an agreement giving them work from home throughout the Trump administration, even though Biden uses twenty twenty two State of the Union speech to say workers must come back to the office to be productive. So how about this sell that place? Make the people the Social Security Administration sue, I mean, who could afford that?

I don't know. Intel, maybe one of the new AI companies that the government has selected to be one of the three companies that are going to allow to succeed and take Social Security Administration employees and distribute them throughout the country, take away the pensions, distribute them about the country. They don't all need to work in Washington, DC. They can work in Dubuque, Iowa, and Bozeman, Montana, and Spokane, Washington, and in the panhandle of Idaho all around the country.

Do that with every federal office. You know what, You're going to have a whole bunch of people self deporting out of federal service because they'll no longer be earning the three to four times the money the taxpayers do. Because can combinate with the move is a shift and salary, you'll be earning the same amount of money the average employee with your level of work earns. There's a lot that we could do. One of the other things that

we could do is remember this. If you sit at home like I do, and carp about the government like I do, and you don't have your attention squarely focus on your primary ministry, well you're not helping. I mean, it's fun sport. Remember this. Our primary r responsibility is to take care of the relationship between ourselves and God, our abiding From that then our home sphere. Are we being the leaders in our homes that God has called

us to be. We're being the servant leaders we're called to be that extending then into our neighborhoods, and people that we have contact with our churches, in our church communities, that a focused approach on that in this nation will drive a whole lot of change, because as the Holy Spirit begins to reign in us, we're going to see a lot more clearly the corruption in DC, and we'll be able to send a lot more godly people back

there who can actually make changes like this. May God help Elon Musk and Vivic Ramaswami in getting this all done, because God has said, do not lord your power over others. This is the Todd Hermann Show. Please go, be well, be strong, be kind, and please make every effort to walk in the light of Christ.
