Oh my gosh, some of the videos I found of this weekend. It's not just no go zones, it's Islamic men with hatchets and swords threatening people who are coming into their neighborhood. And the Pope was cool with this because again, all

religions lead to God. And of course it was just a day before the Pope died that he had apparently initially shunned the meeting with Vice President Jade Vance and sent one of his deputies who apparently were told lecture Jdvance about compassion, you know, the compassion the Vatican has, and letting everybody in. It was just kidding that everybody can go to the Vatican. You know, the great archives

they have. The Catholic Church has some of the most interesting history of Christianity, we're told, but we can't go see it, just the special people. And then the day later, of course, jade Vance got his audience with the Pope. So maybe there were pr people within the Catholic Church who said, hey, this looks really bad, or maybe the Pope said, look, he's a vice president, I want to meet with him. So interesting to see how Jadvans responds

to this, if he does so. Being an immigration zelot, of course he probably would have supported what the Supreme Court did this weekend, which really matters. But then in a way, also this being given too much attention, so we'll talk about that in a second. I mentioned that it's great to be back, and my time in Mexico

was life changing. It changed my heart. I met with a I'm gonna have to start hanging out with golfers. They're fun. I met with a professional golfer named Fred Funk who's apparently, well I know this now a legend. And he got to the point where he couldn't sleep more than an hour

at a time because of back pain. Because he's been a professional golfer and a record number of tournaments, he went to renew. Within six months that was gone. So Steve and I were saying why don't more people check this out. It occurred to me this. I think people are afraid of the price tag. So here's the deal. They'll tell you what it's going to cost and then you can say no, and no one's going to be upset. But they'll also tell you what surgery might cost you

So the Supreme Courts, in a what we'd say is a norm breaking move one o'clock in the morning, they gather because apparently the ACOU wanted them to gather, and an emergency meeting occurred. You know about the decision President Trump has to put a halt to the mass deportation of people because they have to have due process, even though they were mass imported without due process. Someone wrote me a note this morning, upset with me about something

I said on my American Family radio show. Richard wrote me a note, and I was criticizing some of the so called Christian groups who work in the mass immigration business and that they were taking sometimes hundred percent of their funding from their government. And Richard wrote to me and said, look, number one, they're not churches. And he was civil. He wasn't particularly friendly, but he was civil. They're not churches, and they're bringing in people who are

refugees fleeing violence in their homelands. And I wrote back effectively and said, hey, Richard, that used to be true, but no, these people say the word refugee and they're allowed in. There's no due process, there's no investigation, there's no interviews. So to take the same people and do the situation in reverse a year later requires an individual interview with everybody. No, the Office of the Presidency can undo with a pen, but the Office of the Presidency

did with a pen. So that was the decision with the Robberts Court. And if you don't know, John Roberts is very close friends. This is from Revolver News with Norm Icin. Normisen was one of the guys who very very early on started the law firm movement against President Trump. He is, in my judgment, a corrupt attorney. He has a long, long, long track record of engineering color revolutions against other countries, and much of what's going on in the United States looks exactly like a norm icin color

revolution op and Roberts hangs out with this guy. That's disconcerting. Justice Alito wrote a quick response and his dissension in this is quick and easy to read. And there's a key point in it, and that's even quicker and easy to read. We grant. Oh, and we'll get to wait. No, that's not it. No, no, no, no, no, this is this is the court. Let me start with the Supreme Court. Sorry getting all confused, for I got how to do podcasting.

We grant the application and vacate the temporary restraining owners. The teens seek equitable relief against the implementation of the proclamation and against their removal under the AEA, that's the Enemies Act. They challenge the government's interpretation of the Act and assertain they do not fall within the category of removable alien enemies. But we do not reach those arguments. Now listen to this challenges to remove under the AEA

a statute which largely precludes judicial review. The quote here the case that made that true, Lutuk versus Watkins must be brought into habeas, holding that habas was the only cause of action available to challenge deportation under immigration statutes that precluded judicial intervention. Do you see what they're saying that this is not really open to judicial review? The President saying these are alien enemies later later in the same document, and Julie Kelly called this out. The matter is currently pending before the Fifth Circuit. Upon action by the Fifth Circuit, the Solicitor General is invited to file a response to the application before this Court as soon as possible. The government is directed not to remove any member of the putative class of the tenes from the

United States until further order of this Court. Justice Alito and Thomas dissent from the court order statement from Justice a leader to follow so to review this isn't really open to judicial review, but we're judicially reviewing it, and we're telling the president to stop even though it's not open to judicial review. Got it, one am. There was none of this when the people who ran Joe Biden were importing people half a million at a time. So

part of a color revolution is destabilization. Part of the color revolution against Western democracies, both the republican form of democracy and the parliamentarian form of democracy has been mass migration that has served to the stabilized. Just over this past weekend there were protests in England with Christians marching saying Christ is King Christ is going to return and they were lucky to not have been arrested because that

sort of stuff is illegal in Britain. But you had King Charles, who is the head of the Church of England, who I could rat hole on King Charles and the fact that he's far from a Christian, he stands pretty firmly on the other sides it were. He was the occasion of Easter to point out that's hey, look, all religions are the same. He took the occasion of Easter to praise Islam, which stands in opposition to Jesus. Dissent

by Alito. This is part of it. The District Court never certified a class, and this court never held that a class relief may be sought in a habeas proceeding. Do you remember what the Supreme Court said, a putative class of detainees. Wait, there is no class. There's been no class action. So the same John Roberts who rewrote to Obamacare to pretend the define for not doing something is attacks for having done something, who rewrote it again to pretend that Washington, DC is a state, now pretends

that there was a class action. Now keep in mind, this isn't final. This is going back to this Fifth Circuit Court, and then the Supreme Court has asked to see it very very quickly. But this this is a

delay tactic. The rest of Alito's statement is quick in terse and understandable in some Literally, in the middle of the night, the Court issued unprecedented and legally questionable relief without giving the lower courts a chance to rule, without hearing from the opposing party, within eight hours of receiving the application, with dubious factual support for its order, and

without providing any explanation for its order. I refused to join the Court's order because we had no good reason to think that under the circumstances issuing an order at midnight was necessary or appropriate. Both the executive and the judiciary have an obligation to follow the law. The executive must proceed under the terms of order in Trump versus JGG six oh four US Blank twenty twenty five, and this court should follow establish procedures such as letting the

opposing party speak. I heard something a while ago about the concern for a due process. Remember that, in fact, if I'm not mistaken, ABC's John carl is one of the many, many, many so called journalists in the mockingbird media who was deeply concerned about due process in relation

to the guy who's been deported to El Salvador Albrego Garcia. Oh. Incidentally, I was doing some show prep and I see that the Mockingbird media says that the only reason that President Trump thinks that he was MS thirteen is because of

a hand tattoo. That's it. There's nothing to do with what two immigration judges have said, or the Apartment of Homeland Security has said, or the suspicious nature of him being pulled over in the state of Texas driving eight people around and no one had any luggage, and none of them were from the country, you know, like it's

probably not trafficking. Tom Holman the Borders are had a conversation with John Carl which we'll get to in a second, and it's an important conversation because it continues to be that the Trump administration is displaying a new way of dealing with these people, and it's a way I deeply, deeply admire. So when it was in Mexico, I was

eating alone a lot. I mean, I went to dinner with Steve and and some of the folks who were there for treatment, Diane and Chris and James, who's one of the partners that we knew, and I mean, it was a fantastic time that Chris's kids were there, and then I got to have a one on one dinner with Brian. But I ate alone one night and it was eating fantastic, unbelievably delicious Mexican food and was trying to figure out how to say extra chicken, and I

was saying double found that it's just estra estra. I thought it was being clever double chicken. And when I was eating there were some people who recognized me from the podcast, and that was cool. We went over and I talked, and the gentleman was there because his muscle is wasting away. That's why he was at Renew. And can you imagine how frushting it was. This guy had been a par zero golfer, which I understand is to be really, really good. And I said that to Fred

Funky said, yeah, that's that's a solid golfer. And now he can't get anywhere near that. He can't drive the ball. So what six ten years of review? And the Trump administration is doing a good job on this. They have taken some of the pictures and backgrounds to some of the people who are allowed in. They're clearly criminals,

they're clearly violent. They're in my judgment, clearly tied to the cartels. This also, of course, brought in some a mother whose daughter was murdered by an illegal immigrant, and the Left has been saying, oh, they're they're pretending that this is Garcia Albrigo, Garcia who did this. No, they're not pretending that, but they're saying, look, he's MS thirteen.

This guy was MS thirteen. John Carl had Tom Homan on and there is a new way of communicating with the mockingbird media, and this comes by inspiration of President Trump, this form of communication.

What concerns me is Van Hallen never went to the border the last four years on Joe Biden when he had six hundred percent increase in sex trafficking women and children. You have a record number of no inspected terrorists across that border. You had a quarterminion Americans diving, faunta and all overdose of the open border. You got over four thousand illego aliens died making that journey, which is a historic record. What shocks me is he remained silent on

the travesty that happened on our southern border. Many people died, thousands of people died. I met with hundreds of angel moms and dads who buried their children that were murdered. About illego alien How many angel moms and dads that has he met in the state of Maryland. That's what concerns me.

It's not the ultimate government boss. If we have an ultimate government boss, you don't have a tricameral system. Furthermore, it's went outside its own norms. One o'clock in the morning, everything has to stop because the ACLU, who loves itself some norm icin and norm loves it, and normal is a good good friend of

John Roberts said, So it's self loathing. They loathe their contained role, and so they're expanding beyond it. And here's the part they can't get. And it's just like people who commit self sabotage at moments of potential success. The potential success here would be that the Supreme Court could come and say, hey, we don't like it, we think it stinks, but we can't do anything. This is an open to judicial review. Roberts has said before in decisions,

this Court cannot rescue the electric from its decisions. You elected these people. The fix for this is the ballot box, not the court room. And they could have said that now again, this is temporary. It's going to go back to the Fifth Circuit. He'll take their sweet time. I'm sure maybe they'll bring in all five hundred and thirty two thousand people and let them testify. Maybe all of them deserve to be heard. I guarantee there's going to be a class action now, because then it needs to be

heard again. Mike Davis on Twitter, former Chief Council of Nominations with the Judiciary Committee, he had been a law clerk for Gorsch wrote on Twitter, Dear Chief Justice John Roberts, the Supreme Court has already ruled DC Obama. Judge Bosberg does not have a justification over these deportation cases of MS thirteen gang members. Jeb Bosberg has blatantly ignored the Court's order twice, first by moving forward with contempt proceedings after the Court vacated his orders. Now by exposing and

sabotaging another military operation endangering American Allied lives. And once again, I promise you, this will not end well for the federal judiciary. There will be tremendous political pressure to cut its ten billion dollar annual budget, an aggressive legislative oversight over the district court's jurisdiction, especially the DC courts. You should issue an immediate administrative stay. This is going to

end very, very badly for the courts, I hope. So, just another example, Roberts continues to allow this guy to run wild, Oosberg. How can you actually contain a judiciary when the body that is to contain the judiciary refuses to do it. You do it through Congress. You do it by limiting their roles by defining these jurisdictions or, as Mike Davis suggests, cutting their budgets because money speaks, doesn't it always does. Money talks so so loudly in

Mexico to me again, heart change again. And someone wrote to me and said, oh, okay, so now you're saying we're oppressing the people of Mexico. No, I'm not saying that. I'm saying that we've taken a fake economy built on puffering and conjuring moneies and Fiat currencies, an addiction to low wages from China and slave labor, and we've use that as leverage in Mexico to afford things the Mexican

people cannot. And I'm just wondering what would Mexico be like if they had the fiat currency and they don't. And it's not oppression, it's corruption, and that corruption is spreading. article someone shared, your friend shared with you overseas. So it's a great, big, huge way to monitor as many people as possible. And as you know, the Biden administration was itself a racially motivated extremist organization bent on convincing wide Americans that they're the problem, and bent on continuing racial grievances within the United States by way of seeking political power. So right off the front, we know that this is not about countering racism, because they themselves were

using racism. So we're going to combat disinformation, like when the dictator of Washington State or the separate country of Washington and a bunch of other blue state dictators brought out the National Guard to guard the state capitals because there were domestic terrorists crouched outside their many capitals ready to seize control of the capital. Remember that when Biden was being installed, none of that ever happened. There was never any threat of that happening. It was theater in other words, lies,

in other words, disinformation. Subset to this channel funding towards research on the effectiveness of digital literacy programming and improves sharing of such research across the interagency with local partners. Education Department, State usaid. Hey, look, so what would they be doing when they're sharing this research, Well, people's names,

social media handles, locations. It's just research. Facilitate development of evidence based digital literacy programming by relevant agencies and local partners through grants training and technical assistance opportunities which partners, Oh, non governmental organizations because they can censor and not be the government even though they've been deputized as government and

literally can't do that under the constitution. Provide an update. Oh, these are measures performance that they need to provide updates, so to review. We're going to cast a wide, wide net contending to look for international bad actors with racial motivations, messing with the minds of Americans. And oh golly, some Americans got caught in that web. And oh gosh and gaully. Now we've seen their tweets and their social media accounts

and their posts, and their emails and their text messages. Whoops, oh garnet, darn the luck. And then we're going to say ties to domestic terrorism at the same time as we've said that people who testify a school board meetings in non compliance with the government narrative, they're domestic terrorists. People who use and we remember these definitions, people who often say we the people, or have an unnatural tie to the constitution, speak often of the Bible. Remember that

that's what our military was taught. Were domestic extremists and just mestic terrorists. Remember that. So there's all the catch words. Now everybody's in loop. Then we're going to look at the financing of domestic terrorism. Oh look, Mark Mark Levin's group. Levin is now working for the Trump administration. I don't know when that officially begins, but that would mean you need to give up his radio show. But so Mark Levin's group provides convention of the state's funding. Marksholk raised

money for that, He's helped advise on that. He is a big, big, big proponent of that domestic terrorism. So who's funding Mark Well a bunch of domestic terrorists. So further in Action two three dot one A, the US governments will appropriately engage with multilateral fora such as relevant United Nations Global Terrorism Coordination Compact Entities, Quintent five, Country Ministerial Justice, Home Affairs, Ministerial Global counter Terrorism Form, and

other international bodies. This government will also make specific requests as appropriate of the Global Internet Form to counter Terrorism and similar multilateral FORA regarding domestic terrorism related online radicalization and recruitment to inform relevant technology companies as they consider greater voluntary information sharing with the US government regarding domestic terrorism voluntary well, it is and there's also that, hey, nice business, be a shame. If we shut it down,

be shame. If we charge you personally, be a shame. If we use the pictures and videos we have of you doing bad things to people to hurt you, be shamed. So if the joke's not evidence, the United Nations Global counter Terrorism Coordination Compact entities, the United Nations that is, pro Hamas, pro Taliban, pro al Qaeda, pro Chinese Communist Party is concerned about terrorism. We want them monitoring us.

Subset to that the US government implements evidence based, locally informed blah blah blah, evidence based blah blah blah blah blah.
