Although I see this guy they call gay Patriot, that's what he calls himself, his account that's been suspended again. Please don't buy that Twitter's a free speech platform. It's better as that's happening. The tech well, I was gonna say titans. They
love that phrase because they really don't know what it means. But the tech titans, they're going to go upstream of social media. They're going to go upstream of the web. They're going to go to sources. So you can't put things on social media without a device, a device that has hardware and software. Microsoft has decided that if they don't like what you're writing, say a book or an email, they'll go ahead and steal it. So we'll
talk about that with the actual screenshots of the terms of service. We will also talk a little bit about how the Supreme Court seems to be reacting to two incredibly important free speech cases, including a very very good question from Neil gorstch it is the question of all questions. But it's good. And I asked him why, why is this happening? Why am I being
put through this? Why am I experiencing this? Why do I feel this way? And God revealed to me in prayer that I needed to go to the psalms, and so I did. I searched the psalms where people ask God why, And in that research a URL popped up to an article where this lady suggested in the articles you suggest, she stated, that's the wrong question. The question is what What are we to learn from what I'm feeling and what I'm going through? What are we to learn? What do you
expect from us? What do you expect from me? Then God neatly answered that prayer really cool way I think I told you about this. He changed my prayer words. My prayer words had been humility, obedience, joy, and at that moment during that prayer, when I asked him what shall I learn? He said, humility, patience, love. You don't know how to love yet out of the way I need you to. So you are chosen for this moment by God. What does he expect from you? What
are you supposed to learn? As we go through the news of the day. Since it's live, I'll get to this. An Illinois judge is the latest to pretend that he has the powers to remove President Trump from the ballot. And of course this is going to go to the Supreme Court because the President's lawyers will appeal. It will go to the Supreme Court. It'll be rolled up into this case. It's part virtue signaling, but it's part something else. What should we learn from this? For me, it means this,
we are in a post constitutional society. We live in a post law, post constitutional society. So what do we do. Well, we have a law, we should follow it. We have God's law. As the Constitution isn't followed at the top in any way, shape, matter, idea, faction, or form. We have God's Law which is supreme to the Constitution. It inspired the Constitution. The Constitution is neatly based around God's governing design, which is about distributed powers, both in the Old Testament era and
the New Testament era or what we call the Church era. So we need to lean into the laws of God. Is that Christian national Okay? I don't think it is. But okay, if that makes you happy to say, fine, it's biblicalism. It's being biblical. I think that's one of the things that were to learn in practice. Your laws are falling apart, your government is in tatters. You guys chose a king. Here's what your
king is doing. Here's what your next kings are going to do. Here's what your kings have done now for sixty years, seventy years, with some few brief exceptions. So how about if you follow my law? I could see God saying, because if you follow my law, guess what, You're not going to have kings. You're going to have leaders who seek to serve rather than be served. I don't think they're going to succeed in wiping Trump
from the ballot. I think that the Supreme Court knows too well that that would lead to civil war, actual civil war like as in shooting civil war, and it would eventually it would be the powder keg that lights that moment. We also need to get today to Laura Logan in her description, by the way, I was going to talk about Microsoft of your tax dollars being used to censor you. Did you know that it's not just with the social
media companies. The Illinois judge that has done this thing. I'm attempting in this virtue singing way to remove Trump from the ballot. He's one of a type. One of the other types are people who are doing everything they can to destroy freedom of speech in every possible corner of life because they're terrified. If you ever been at a party and your spouse is bringing up something you don't want to talk about, so maybe it's something oh hey, like it's
maybe make it something positive. So let's say you're giving a surprise party for Ralph. Are there still Ralph's I knew a Ralph one of my best Is that a real name? What would be the Is it Ralph? No? It was Ralph. I haven't seen a Ralph in thirty years. Someone should start naming babies Ralph again. What was it going to talk about? What
was? Oh, yes, you're having a party for Ralph, but it's gonna supposed to be a surprise party, and your wife starts to talk about it, and you know, while we're planning that party, ah xnay on the orte pey because you're terrified that it's going to come out and Ralph's gonna find out that I didn't know it was a surprise party. X snay on the part of May. And you get that you gotta jump. This is what the power brokers are going through as God is casting lights on what they've
been doing to us. You think that they can't feel it. You think their souls don't know that we are hip to what they've been doing. It terrifies them. What should terrify them is the fact that God knows. So there are two who Why would I terrify Because God knows about the Fringian species. God's pro free speech. He gave us a conscience, which is a bridgeway to Him and these things, these mouths, to be able to convey ideas to one another. It's one of the things that separates us from animals.
We are made in God's image. That doesn't just mean a picture. It means we're made as a tiny little mirror replica of him. Speech When God created the world. He didn't paint a picture. He spoke words light b other wise said, is let there be light. He gave us this, and the tech people don't want us to have it because they're protecting the state people, and the state people are protecting the tech people. At the Supreme Court, there's two cases, Moody versus net Choice and net Choice versus
Paxton. Net Choice is a roll up. It's a trade association representing big tech. And here's exactly what they want. They want the protection of being a platform so that they can't be held liable for what people say when they post content on their platforms. And they want the right of a publisher to be able to edit what people put up on their platform. You cannot have both. What they're seeking is the same exact thing. Oh, this is
exactly what they're seeking. They're seeking what big banking wants, what big finance wants. They want to privatize the profits and they want to socialize the losses.
So when the big banks got together with William Jefferson Blithe Clinton the Third and Jamie Gerrelic, the Master of Disaster who caused this and helped precipitate the Nine to eleven attacks with her arrogance when they screwed up the housing market the first time, and all these people were losing their houses and they were losing money. Remember they got bailed out. We stepped in, We were forced to step in and give them our tax moneys because they were too big to
fail on the profits. They never shared that with us. Same thing just happened in the COVID bailouts, which was of course simply a money laundering scheme and a redistribution scheme, same exact thing. And this is exactly what tech wants. We want no risk, so we can say, oh no, we're not responsible for that act of libel. We're platforms and they want to be able to edit you wait, no, no, we're publishers, because publishers get to edit. So these two cases right now are being heard in
the Supreme Court. They stem from laws in Florida and Texas, both of which are aims at preventing censorship on social media. There's a third aspect to this, and that is this, these companies aren't doing this just for themselves. They have become capital j joint capital s, state capital A actors, joint state actors. That mean something. It's a legal phrase. It means that they have been deputized by the state to do things on behalf of the
state, meaning they are government. That's exactly the way this would read. So this is this third aspect to this. So Neil Gorsich asked the question of questions to the lawyers representing the tech people. He asked, so, it's speech for purposes of the First Amendment, your client speech, your editorial control. But when we get to section two thirty, your submission is that
isn't your speech. So let's unpact this in terms of responsibility for protection people from libel The tech people are going, oh, no, wait, that's that's not our speech. That we're a platform. But when it comes to the First Amendments and editorial control, they're saying, oh, that's our speech. You can't tell us to stop editing. It's our First Amendment right to edit. Well, then edit that because it's libelous or it's a lie.
Well, no, we're just platforms. So the authority saying, hey, take down that kiddie porn, which is a terrible phrase, take down those images of children being raped. Oh well we can't because you know, we're very limited. We're a platform, okay, but you are not letting doctor Phil's content about the border be shared on Facebook. Well, that's within our right, that's our speech. This is Phil had said he was on, Oh, what's that guy who likes to call himself a god? The black
guy who calls himself a god? What's that the name of him? The something? The god? I don't know. He's on that show. And Rush one on that show once God, Rush Rush. And he went on and said that Facebook is now it's now shadow banning that content about the border. Of course it is because this anti narrative. So that's the setup in the Supreme Court, and this is the way this is being treated. In fact, you know what, Sonya Sotomayor is actually speaking the language of people
who've had their First Amendment rights stolen. She's actually speaking the language of people who have been censored. And that's good news. That might be good news. I think that John Roberts in this case, if I'm predicting what John Roberts is going to do, he'll give tech what they want because he wants to give government what it wants. Very rarely will he stand against the federal
government encroachment of rights. Okay, So yes, abortion that had to do with something just that absolutely perverted the court, invented by the court can be uninvented by the court. I predict that Roberts will try to find some needle threading way to give the government the ability to continue to censor. Why do I say that, because the fact that this even made it to the Supreme Courts and they actually are taking a hearing on this. This should have been
a one minute hearing. The case lands and can the government hire social media companies to censor Americans? No? Okay, case decided, And by the way, in the same godly society, it would have been nine to zero. Of course not. You don't get to center the speech of Americans and you don't get to hire tech companies to do it. But that's not what we're at in our country anymore. You see, this creates absolute disorder.
And the fact is God is not a god of disorder. One of the very cool characteristics about God is if you look at everything he does, from our DNA to the genomes, to the fact that we have two eyes and five fingers, most of us on on both hands, that you can neatly categorize animals that you can look into the cosmos and see that it moves perfectly in this strange oblong pattern and somehow never breaks up. As it says in
First Corinthians, chapter fourteen, verse thirty three. For God is not a god of confusion, but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints. Well should be as in all the churches of the saints. That's what we're designed to be. God is a God of order. The social media companies on behalf of government are continuing to create disorder. God also says in chapter one of Corinthians, First Corinthians, rather First Corinthians, chapter fourteen,
verse forty. But all things should be done decently and in order. So the social media companies should be forced to decide do you want the protection of being a platform or do you want the pleasure of being able to censor people? Because they want it both ways and they can't get it. They shouldn't be able to get it. And we'll see what Roberts does here. There's all sorts of censoring going on with your money. We need to get
to that, because Lord Logan is talking about that. And if they're swimming upstream and this is what they're doing. Okay, so you have Substack, which is we invest in Substack, not financially, but in terms of partnership. We've made a big investment with them. Our video lives there because it's a free speech platform. Yes, we'll be putting the video on the other platforms, et cetera. That should already be happening. We should already be
flooding the zone with video clips, so we should be doing that. But we're going to bet on Substack because they're a free speech platform. The tech companies as they notice, substacks free speech and Elon Musk is better at providing free speech. And look, Rumble hasn't gone away. We've been able to shut down Rumble. Here's what Microsoft is doing going upstream. Microsoft for years has been obsessed with trying to get people to sign up for Microsoft accounts.
So they have four years made it harder and harder and harder to once you purchase a new Microsoft device to not have a Microsoft account. It's the same technique they used to destroy Firefox, Netscape. They're taking and they don't have a monopoly any longer. They kissed that off and they invested in Apple so that they could have this competitor. It was a very clever move. But when you buy these new PCs, the first thing it tells you is create
a Microsoft account before you can even use your device. This happened to Elon Musk. Now, you would think that Musk would know his way around computers, but that's a lot of times CEOs actually don't. I mean, I'm sure he's a brilliant coder, absolutely, but they don't always know their way around devices like this. So he opens it up. Notice is they're forcing
him to create a Microsoft account. He had back and forth conversations with people online who finally said no, no, no, there's a workaround, and it's like hit F ten, shift control, then type in this obscure phrase, and then whack this obscure phrase, and that actually acts allows you to bypass their roadblock and actually use the computer you bought without creating an account you don't want. Because most people don't want a Hotmail account, they don't want
a live account, they don't want Microsoft accounts. There's nothing of value to them. All that stuff is covered by online companies. So Microsoft knows this. So they're forcing people to do it effectively. And here's what happens when you agree to this account. So you can use your computer to write a book or an email, or engage in Bible study and note taking. Whatever it is here in this first image is something you're not allowed to do.
Microsoft seeks to create a safe and inclusive environment where you can engage with others and express yourself free from abuse. We do not allow contact or content or content conduct that targets a person or group with abusive behavior. This includes any action that harasses, intimidates, or threatens others, hurts people by insulting or belittling them, continues contact or interaction that is unwelcome us, especially when contact
causes others to fear injury. Okay, so let's pause there, all right, So you can't stock people, You can't you can't chase people down and harass them. But what's this content thing? You get to judge this. Now, that seems like all interaction based. Right, Let's go to the next image. And this is something that Elon Musk noticed promoting hate speech includes Oh, let's get to this first thing here. Microsoft, one's screwed.
We don't allow hateful content that attacks and insults to degrade someone because of a protected trait, such as their race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, age, disability status, or caste. Okay, so gender identity is a scam, it's a lie. There's no one ever been born in the wrong body, therefore I just attack them.
Right. So, if I'm writing a book and I'm stating the fact that no one has ever been wrong and born in the wrong body, and I typed it into a Microsoft's document and Microsoft notices that, then Microsoft can say that document's gone. They can lock it out of the cloud. And since they're trying to force everything into the cloud, you notice this, then they can seize it. Here's some other things that they've decided you don't get
to do. You don't get to promote harmful stereotypes about people because of a protected trait. So what's the stereotype? Would it be a stereotype to say that men who think they're women and what to force you to think so suffer from a mental disorder called auto godophilia. Is that something about their traits that it's a stereotype. No, it's a medical fact. Autogodophiliacs get off on
forcing people to pretend they're women. Dehumanizing statements such as comparing someone to an animal or another non human because of a protected trait, encouraging or supporting violence against someone because of her protected trait, calling for segregator a calling for segregation, exclusion, or intimid of people because of the protected trade. Microsoft admits
that they're firing older white people to hire younger black people. That's segregation in the city in which Microsoft was born, At Seattle, the government hosts meetings that are segregated. Do you think this is going to be enforced against them? Symbols, logos, or other images that are recognized as communicating hatred or racial superiority, like the Black Lives Matter Incorporated logo that you guys welcomed on
your campus, like that one. So they're swimming upstream to say, hey, if substack says it can write there, good luck do it without a computer. Now, they're not going to do this right away. They're warming the ecosystem up to it, and they'll pick a use case. Remember back in the day when it was just Alex Jones. I firmly remember being in
conservative radio at the time, and I had a thing against Jones. The because of the school shooting thing where he said it was a red it was a false flag, and I had this thing against him because I had a friend whose bomb was in that shooting Sandy Hook where she was there and it was not a false flag. It happened. So that really hurt me about Jones, and at that point I didn't have any interest in what Alex said.
And when he got banned from the platforms, I was beside myself with concern and worry and kind of outrage because there was a second time you actually think this is about Ox Jones. And I remember very very firmly conservative meeting people saying, look, we are not They picked the right target because people were saying, oh, I'm not going to get on the side of Alex Jones. You don't have to. You can get on the side of speech
and recognize the fact that God is pro free speech and pro accountability. That doesn't put you on the side of Alex Jones. That puts you on the side of God. So they'll pick some group that's going to lose access to their Microsoft computers, the pick a proud boy something that they've demonized, or
want a group that fed created like they do. They're fed napping thing, and Microsoft will come out and say, yes, we have disabled the cloud access for this group because they have suggested and demanded and they've they've intimidated, and there's your use case. And then the dare is this, We dare you to defend this group. And so what we need to be ready to do is say no, they're gross, they're disgusting, and it's not your right to censor them. Choose your a computer company, a software company,
or you're a publisher. Choose And this is where the Supreme Court should come down. But I'm not confident that they are. Censorship is big, big business, and Laura Logan makes a great point about this. Loaura Logan has been attacked and targeted and she got to go testify about this. It's huge
business. Business in America is no longer business. It is absolute corporatism on the Chinese model, up to and including the fact that right now as you sit here today and we'll talk about this with Zach Abraham tomorrow, Google took a seventy billion dollar hit to their value because of the AI launch, the insane, ridiculous, stupid tower of babble that that is the Google Geminis, so they could take a seventy billion dollar loss to their value. Has that
topped? Has that stopped the electronic trading foundations that if t's or I always get that phrase rungs ETFs. Has it stopped them from automatically giving your money to them to Google? No, so they take a seventy billion dollar hit on their value, and still about forty percent of your dollars that are traded automatically are going to go to them and Microsoft and others, the five tech
companies automatically period. That shouldn't happen, but that is what's happening. Then there's this, You know, Zach has been talking to us about this company, Navidia. I have friends who are still investing in Navidia, and we'll ask him about this tomorrow. This is a guy named Jess Felder, and
he wrote this about Navidia. To get to a seven hundred and forty dollars share price simply requires Navidia to maintain a monopolistic like operating profit margin of fifty five percent for the next decade while also growing sales ten x to more than six hundred billion. For context, the entire industry sold five hundred and twenty seven billion dollars worth of chips last year and people are still pouring their money into Navidia and maybe you're one of the winners. But maybe someday Math makes
it comeback, because math always makes a comeback. That's risk. We've done it after that. Tucker has done it. Other people are doing it. I believe it. Well, Cheryl Atkinson did it. She did it far before Tucker. She's been super successful. I predict that Catherine herritage from CBS is going to do the same thing. They stole her reporters notebooks when they fired her. That's the background of Laura Logan, who's now seen as an extremist. Of course, because there's this funny thing that happens
when most people leave the Mockingbird media, they end up being conservative. Why because there's an awakening as you start to look at what the Mockingbird media does and who they protect. Stalin, Mao Hitler Biden. When I became a journalist more than thirty five years ago, we wand emergency restrictions in apart eight South Africa, and I was seventeen years old. Public safety and security were the weapons of state senses.
Ours was the truth. We had no Bill of Rights, no Constitution, no First Amendment, no Declaration of Independence, and journalists would have to hide their footage from the security police, sometimes sewing the tapes into their mattresses at home so they could not be seized and used to identify and target the protesters we had filmed. The rights that followed were in part created to protect the First Amendment. Without it, they knew that freedom itself would perish. I am reminded to day of the words spoken by the British Foreign Secretary, Sir Edward Gray in nineteen fourteen, at the beginning of the First World War. He
said, the lamps are going out all over Europe. We shall not see them lit again in our lifetime. We are once again watching the lights of freedom. They are going out here and all over the world, and it is up to us to determine if they will be lit again. Ever,
I guess we don't have the part where she describes the money flow. Okay, well, so what she described was your money being given to NGOs like Media Matters for America, your money through these omnibus spending bills that she mentioned, and she called these that you shoved down the throats of the American people against their will. She's speaking directly to Congress, that you shove down their throats. They contain monies for NGOs that then hire companies like or organizations like
media matters Brocket associates. In other words, as she said, as her a call, and they then use that to sense her doctor. She's sitting in that video clip. If you're watching, if you're listening, I'll tell you she was sitting next to Dell big Tree, and Laura Logan said,
if you're a doctor, have you been censored? Have you had these groups come after you to shut you down, to be taking off the platforms, to be called dangerous, as doctor Mary Boden was called dangerous because she was treating COVID patients, To be called racist, to be called domestic terrorists. This is our tax dollars being funneled to those groups to shut us up. And they're as mobbed up as you can possibly be. David brock My judgment's
become far, far, far too wealthy based upon censoring people. There's entire organizations like FactCheck dot org which are based upon censoring us. And if you look at the great big roll up of tech companies, these are the same firms they turn to. Laura Logan can't get visibility on mainstream platforms anymore, so she has to turn to Twitter and substack because all the other ones ban
her and the dollar flow sounds exactly like what they did with COVID. Fauci was told, you don't get to develop more dangerous diseases in concert with the Chinese Communist Party anymore. So fauch she said, well, okay, then I'll give it. I'll give it to these academics and then they'll give it to the Chinese Communist Party lab It sounds exactly like what Congress is doing and
the DOJ in order to censor us, they can't do it. So they pay Facebook and Twitter, and they pay reddits, and they pay every other platform YouTube, and they aren't going to call it payments, but that's what it is. It's the same thing that they did to censor hospitals with money. Here's COVID money. Now if you don't, if you ever tell the truth about the shots, that money's gone, we'll come back and we'll seize it from you. It's important to understand you live in a post constitutional society.
As we open the show with, we do live in a post constitutional society. So what does that mean. It means that we follow God's law, That's what it means. It means, since the Constitution is functionally dead, we refuse to go down with it because God is a god of order, so we follow his order. There's far more on this.
