of trustpassing. As Chris points out, the so called reporter here, April Ruben, trained at the New York Times, and this is how she writes about this piece. Arizona Republicans are advancing a bill that would allow people to legally kill someone accused of attempting to trustpass or actively truspassing on their property. The big picture, the legislature, which is expected to be vetoed if it reaches the state's democratic guy, would legalize the murder of undocumented immigrants who often
have to cross ranches that sit on the state's border with Mexico. They have to because they have to sneak in all of them. So if you look at the way she uses this language here, it's a remarkable lesson in lying through truth. The legislation, which is suspected to be vetoed if it reaches the state democratic governor. True that's going to be vetoed, would legalize the murder of undocumented immigrants who often have to cross ranches. They're not undocumented immigrants,
they're illegal immigrants. They broke the law. It's not the documentation that's an issue. And they didn't have to do it. They did not have to cross people's ranches. But what actually is happening in this bill see Chris draws this insane thing. He reads the legislation HB two eight three four. He actually read it link in the show notes. I should have grabbed. I should have stolen his work and put it on the video thing. My bad. You know what it actually does. It takes the castle doctrine that
exists today and it applies it to your property. That's it, That's all it does. The castle doctrine in Arizona works this way. If someone breaks into your house and produces a weapon, and you reasonably believe that person is going to try to kill you with that weapon, you have a right to defend yourself with a weapon up to an including deadly force. All this bill
does is expand that to people's ranches and yards. It doesn't mean you can walk up and cap a person because they're suspected of attempting to trespass, which is what April said. You can shoot a person because they're a they're accused of attempting to trespass. That's a lie. Remarkable, but this is what passes for journalism overall. It's also particularly what passes for journalism when it comes to issues related to immigration. Shut it down. It should not be this
hard to make a decision to shut it down. and crime. The data demonstrates that the two are not connected. Because the impact of federal immigration policy on localities has been under such consistent discussion in recent months, I do want to say a few words about this. It's my eighteenth year as a local government policymaker, and my work is overlapped with four US presidencies and numerous iterations of Congress, all of them have failed to reach
agreement on how to handle immigration. He starts by blaming Donald Trump for an illegal immigrant who was captured and then let go because the the immigration facilities are full, even though he had a criminal history. And you heard the response from the people in his city, including and imagine being the family members of this young woman. And I don't even want to get into the details of what they did to what that man apparently did to her, but it shows
a level of brutality that is demonic. It's not even animalistic. It's not to take apparent joy in doing this to a person because she's female and jogging. It's breathtaking. Shut it down. This guy's saying, there's no link to immigration and crime, except there is. One hundred percent of illegal immigrants are criminals. One hundred percent of people who enter our country illegally are criminals.
Now, how many of them are violent criminals? Increasingly more and more of them because they can see the gold mine that is the United States. You know what criminals like, free money? You know what they like, free rein to get twenty two hundred bucks a month, not to mention a five thousand dollars visa debit card, and cities like New York saying we'll give you ten thousand bucks. Why not sneak into America for a little while, get twenty grand and take it home. Stay here for a year. Your
total take is fifty grand. Maybe deal some drugs on the side, or traffic some children on the side. Shut it down. We have the Department of Homeland Security telling people like doctor phil and others it is a certainty. We know we are taking children and handing them over to sex traffickers. Shut it down. You shut this government down and forced the people who run Joe
Biden to starve financially to the degree that you can. They'll continue this until you use the one card that you have, which is the ability to control budgets. They'll continue this. we can't tarry where the war could be lost. And second, we wanted to do border and have a tough, secure border plan, as we showed we Democrats showed in the Senate. But he can't say it won't do Ukraine until we get border. He's tried to do border for six months and couldn't come up with a single Democratic vote. Oh my goodness. Take that in reverse. Mike Johnson has tried to secure what used to be our southern border, which is no longer a border. Borders mean there is an impediment from
going from one place to another. This is not a border any longer. He just bragged Schumer that they couldn't get that. Mike Johnson couldn't get one Democratic vote that's because Democrats are controlled by Chucky Schumer's access to money, and of course spiritually fallen, utterly fallen to that man and his dear dear friend Mitch McConnell. The United States former southern border, which doesn't exist, is simply not as important as the border of Ukraine, part of which was Russia
six minutes ago, six years ago, shut it down. Mike Johnson's response should be, our caucus is going home until such time as this so called president and Democrats are willing to once again secure what used to be a southern border. We're done. You think the American people would back that? How easy would it be to play that mayor from Athens, Georgia not caring about
a dead woman. And you can go through and look at this series of killings that have happened in the past month by illegal immigrants, including two cops murdered, and you could make a low light reel of that, and you could run it on loop. This is why we are not in session, and I think it would help people understand. Instead we get Mike Johnson. I so want Mike Johnson to succeed. He's already given into the budget,
he's already done the ridiculous continuing resolution thing. He's probably gonna do it again again, recording ahead of time here, But you get this statement from Mike Johnson, tell me, please, if you get from him any sense of urgency, any sense of proportion, as our electoral college is being decimated by the distribution of nine million illegal immigrants into key voting districts, which is an obvious, naked attempt to shift electoral college power. Tell me that there's a sense of urgency in any of this. Thank you all for staying. We had a couple of meetings. There was frank and honest I think we need more frank and honest conversations on Capitol Hill, so I was happy to participate in this. We did that as a group, and then I had a one on one for a period of time with the
President, just he and I in the Oval Office. Let me say this, when I showed up today, my purpose was to express what I believe is the obvious truth, and that is that we must take care of America's needs first. When you talk about america His needs, you have to talk
first about our open border. I've been I believe in maybe twenty something states over the last several weeks, going around the country, appearing at events with my colleagues, and we're hearing from the American people of all parties and all persuasions, in all cities and all states, who feel this acutely. They understand the catastrophe at the border is affecting everyone, and it is top of
mind for all the American people for that reason. So I brought that issue up repeatedly today in that room, and again I think that's our wrongs to bring that up. The other big priority for our country, of course, is the funding of our government. And we have been working in good faith around the clock every single day for months and weeks, and over the last several days quite literally around the class. Job done. We're very optimistic.
I hope that the other leaders came out kept believe that we can get to eating on these issues and prevent a government shutdown, and that's our first responsibility. You also heard, I'm sure that there was discussion about the supplemental spending package, and I was very clear as the President and all those in the room that the House is active, I drink and investigating all the various options on that and we will address that in a timely manner. But again,
the priority of the country is our border and making sure it's secure. I believe the President is connective authority right now today, and I told him that again today in person, as I've said to him many times publicly and privately over the last several weeks. The Constitution says the federal government shall protect the states against invasion. These guys refuse to do that. They don't care. I can't tell you how shocking this is to me that they don't care. And then you can begin to talk about the people who've been murdered by the illegal immigrants.
But this spirited discussion, and I was somewhat frank frank discussions, or I think we need more Frank no, no, no, because just like me, the American people, other American people look at this, going Okay, I've heard this one ten thousand times this minute. Sometimes there's senses of urgencies and things, and man if this is our guy in Washington, DC, and God love him. I know he loves the Lord Jesus. I know he does. I know he's trying to be respectful. That's our guy.
Because we're so on our own, maybe I could provide just one other example, perhaps of why we got to shut it down. This comes from Denver. It was a breaking news piece out of Denver. Listen and watch closely as the priorities in Denver are shifted away from you know, citizens of Denver to Can you guess to whom? Denver does not want headlines that it's laying off employees in order to pay for the migrant crisis. But the city
is telling hourly employees that they may have their hours reduced to zero. Just don't call them layoffs. Here's Mark Salinger. When we got a tip that employees at this rec center we're being told they no longer had jobs. We asked the city if there were new layoffs that hadn't been announced yet. Can you confirm if this is accurate? I asked the Mayor's office and part and w rec department. Their answer was meant to assure us that we were wrong.
No layoffs, they said, However, some employees may have their hours reduced to the point where they may not receive any outs. Not calling out layoffs, but it definitely sounds like some people may not have jobs off. These direct impacts today on DMV do not involve layoffs in nor do Parks and Rec revolve layoffs of our current employees. We will have folks that are hourly
workers that will have fewer hours. When Mayor Mike Johnson announced earlier this month that the city would have cut jobsons, he warned hourly employees would lose some work. Now we know they could lose all their work. I don't want to hide the fact that this matters a lot to those people that are on the front lines. The Parks and Rec Department tells us everyone from front desk workers to coaches to lifeguards are considered on call employees that could be impacted by
these cuts. The department has been told to cut four point three million dollars to help the city pay for the migrant crisis. Just so you know, if you're listening and not watching, I may need the nder to bring a puke bucket up here. It's not a crisis. It's not a crisis. This is not a crisis. They're paying to keep those people there so they can shift the Electric College vote more to Democrats and get more federal money. It is theft and it is an insurrection. They didn't need it violently.
Why bother with the violence? Violence takes energy. Why don't just hop on a bus crisis, crisis, migrant crisis. Connell, that we had never heard before. This is what's so interesting when you actually go and visit a place, you speak to the people who actually know that person best, and certainly we learned a lot from the neighbors. First, let me just tell you this is the running trail. We're
twenty two year old Lake and Riley was brutally murdered. We know from police documents that they believe Jose Ibarra was the one who actually tracked her down, brutally beat her over the head, and then dished her body somewhere here. But really, what I want to show you is this apartment complex, because this is where Ebarra lived for the past few months. The neighbors tell me
he was kind of a loner, kept to himself, very wow. Often would just say outside of his studio apartment where he lived with four or five others all day long and just watch and they say that Lake and Riley actually cut through this apartment complex to get to this trail. Now, the reason that I'm actually standing right here in front of these dumpsters is because I learned
some really critical details. These neighbors tell me that they have security camera footage that shows he Jose Ebara, with bloody clothes, with evidence and actually taking them to this dumpster and ditching it. I spoke to a number of neighbors here, all of them very fearful because of what happened, wanting to remain anonymous, but they shared some of that information. Take a look, he took all of the evidence. He's on camera with his bloody play in the
bag. She fo stop right there in all bumpster dom there turning footage the day, and so these neighbors doing the right thing, turning over all of that footage to the police. Obviously that's going to be used to build the best case possible if jose Ybarra is prosecuted at some point for these times that he's accused of committing. As for jose himself, I shared a little bit about it. It sounds like he really just kept to himself really in a
very spooky way. These neighbors say he would just sit outside of his apartment and sit quietly and watch the world go by. Their thought is that he saw Linkel and Riley run by his apartment so many times that he actually was able to gather intel about her normal schedule, her running path, and that's
the reason why he was able to commit this crime. As police say he was in custody then let him go because the immigration facilities were full, because they decided to make them full so they can destroy the Electric College and shift elections for the next hundred years. So to them, what's the death of a girl being beaten to death? Or they could have sent him back to Venezuela. Right, it wouldn't have been Lincoln Riley he killed. He probably

Smartphones came on and kids started they stopped living their lives and started watching people live their lives, and so we saw the biggest spike and the highest levels of depression, anxiety, loneliness, and suicidality since records have ever been kept, and it's just continued on and on and on, and then COVID hits ten years later, and the same agencies that knew that are the agencies that shut down the schools for two years? Who does that?
Who takes away the support system for these children? Who takes them away shuts it down? And by the way, when they shut it down, they stopped the mandated reporters from being able to see children that were being abused and sexually molested and in fact sent them home and abandoned them to their abusers with no way to watch, and referrals drop fifty to sixty percent. So it was also, yeah, they were trying to save they were trying to
save kids' lives. Remember, we had a lot of folks who died during this, so it wasn't people weren't laying around each bond. But well, you know what, we're lucky. Maybe we're lucky they didn't. Oh my, at the amount of the the places that they could be sick, because no one wants to believe we had an issue. Are you saying no school
children died of COVID. I'm saying it was the safest group. They were the less vulnerable group, and they suffered and will suffer more from the mismanagement of COVID than they will from the exposure to COVID, and that's not an opinion, that's a fact. I'm so glad to see him with his influence, doing this. But one thing the answer is yes, Phil, are you saying that no child, no school child in America died from COVID. Yes, from COVID. Yes, no school child in America died from COVID.
There were kids who were sadly, very very sick and unhealthy and they died with COVID, but it was not the cause. Had it not been COVID, it would have been the flu. Sadly, that is the raality. Sometimes people get sick and they don't get well, which is why, again we remember that we are only sojourners here on this earth, and all of what we're going through, I know this it's for our own good. I hate to cokee Christian music because you know, it's Christian music, and
it can be very boring. Sadly, a lot of it's very good, that's true, unto some of it can be very boring. There are some of the good Christian songs. We're not allowed to play it on the podcast because of licensing. Thing is silliness. But there's that great song I don't know what the day will bring. But I know who made the day.
