and this was her description she wrote on sixty minutes. Leslie's stall totally skewered Jim Jordan like a bug on a pin, making him a squirm as she asked if his goal is to chill misinformation researchers and stoke disinformation, there are people who make the accusation that going after these researchers misinformation researchers is tantamount to harassment. So pause, how did he go after them? Did he threaten them? We're gonna put you in jail if you continue to research which
you considered to be disinformation or misinformation. He's a former big time college wrestler. Maybe put him in a full gramby maybe something as gentle as a single egg takedown. No, he didn't do any of that. He said, when the government pays you or claws you into doing this to censor your fellow Americans, you have become criminals. You're violating your civil rights. That's coming
after researchers, and that your goal really is to chill the research. I find that it interests you use the word chill because in effect, what they're doing is chilling First Amendment free speech rights. When they're working in an effort to censor Americans, that's a chilling impact on speech. They say, what you're doing they do is a violation of their First Amendment right us pointing out us doing our cost social duty of oversight of the executive branch, and somehow
we're censoring. That makes no sense to me. We Americans, we're looking at the same thing and seeing a different truth. Well, you might see different things. I don't think you can see the different truth because truth is truth. Okay, the researchers say they're being true, Ill, that's their truth. Yeah, you're saying they're not. So let me jump in for Jim Jordans, who does a reasonably good job on this. He's not getting secured. He's not like a bug on a pan. Answer is this,
We've never told them to stop. But at one time, never, in a second did we ever say stop punishing publishing papers about missing disinformation and if you don't, we're going to censor them. We never said that. We simply said this, you don't get to do for government what governments cannot do on its own because of that First Amendment that one of our Supreme Court justices, the one who doesn't know what a woman is but says she's a woman,
says, but that could be an encumbrance to the government. What's the truth? They can do their research, could God bless them, do all the research you want, don't use don't don't say we think this particular tweet is not true, and are well, that's the first a member and right to say that. It is the first member right now, Well, they can't take it down, and they don't. They just send their information to the companies. But when they're oh, they just send their information to the
companies. It is their right to say it's not true. It's my right to say Leslie Stall is a programmed liar for the party. Do I know that, No, but I certainly suspect it. Jim Jordan's point is very very clear. The government cannot censor our speech. Even the fire at a crowded theater is dubious. It's dubious. But that's not what they're doing going after researchers. They're going after government, the same type of government as cannabis,
with the same sorts of fears as cannabis. The people are onto us, Like the Texas congressman told me, you know, we didn't tend to wrap up the show with the video of the day. So, with apologies to Nayana, that's not where God took this from me. It's the scripture of the day. And this is really a note to the people who are plotting biodigital convergence and installing it. This is really a note to you, and it comes from Galatians, chapter six, verses seven and eight. Do
not be deceived. God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh from the flesh will re destruction. Whoever sows to please the spirit. From the spirit will reap eternal life. Your flesh is telling you to control the people to become gods. Succeed with some people, and you will reap exactly what you sell, which is eternal separation from God. But at least then you'll be your own gods. Right. No, No, You'll be amongst sinners who didn't repent, and whose sins
will continue to multiply for eternity. You'll be surrounded by entities, as you put it, who hate your guts and will always hate your guts forever without end unless you repent.
