First time I met Wade Lightheart, one of the co founders of Optimizers, who had a business meeting, and at the end of the business discussion, I said, dude, would
you ever come on my podcast. You're going to see why. I've developed what we evangelicals call a burden for speaking in to the lives of young people, probably because I get so much out of it. I get to work with young guys in the church ministry, and I'm fed by it, probably more than they are. But because I've stumbled through life in some ways and made some pretty significant mistakes and I'm still okay during thanks to God, I
feel this burden to help young men. Wade Lightheart grew up poor, desperately poor, but he always knew that with work, it didn't need to stay that way. I felt I got a raw deal. I felt that my life sucked. I felt that I was being pushed down and nobody understood my situation. I'm taken away from my friends, I'm taken away from my environment. I'm stuck in the middle of the woods. And all I had was this idea of what my life could be, and the pathway was self discipline,
a positive attitude, and hard work. And he has very specific advice for young men. This is one of the reasons I wanted to have him on is because he also likes to speak into the minds and hearts of young men, and this is about doing things with intentionality, planning your life, making goals that are huge and seemingly impossible, the feeling of setting a long term, difficult goal that is really hard to get and actually achieving it.
Because it was who I had become in those tenters. I became someone that could handle the obstacles of my life where I was overwhelmed with them when I was fifteen years old. Well, we didn't sock specifics, but I hope to one day as well. Wade is also guided by what he calls the Divine and of course what I call the Lord Jesus. He wrapped it up with some very specific advice for young people, very very specific about how to
have a life that matters. The first step is to become physically disciplined. Number two, find a mentor. The third element that you wanted to realize is that financial success is important. That's episode one thousand, five hundred and sixty four notes to younger men, do this, not that that's with Wade Lightheart, one of the co founders of by Optimizers. Episode one thousand, five hundred and sixty five is entitled what will the Biden generation remember about the
figureheads abuses? I do wonder about this. What young people who are being brought up under this figurehead or remember? Is it the banning of TikTok? I think they'll remember that. I'll remember it. I remember that they're Republicans who want the government to have the power to tell you where you get your news because they've been bought off by Facebook. I'll remember that. They might remember an era where they were hated, where kids were hated and not wanted.
For the first time in our nation's history, a thirty year old man or woman isn't doing as well as his or her parents were at thirty. That is the social compact breaking down. People aged thirty to thirty four. Sixty percent of them in nineteen ninety had one child. Now it's twenty seven percent. People are opting out of America. They're not optimistic about it.
They're not having kids. Young people aren't having sex. They're not meeting they're not meeting the pool of emotionally and economically viable men shrinks every day, which lessens household formation. So we have a real issue. Young people are enraged. So it turns every cut, every movement into an opportunistic infection because quite frankly, they are just pissed off. This author of a book, his name is Scott Gallowa, is called The Algebra of Wealth. The Algebra of
Wealth is partly about the growth of a society. We'll talk later about the fact that Politico ran an article accusing the far right of doing something dastardly, trying to get people to have more babies. Good gracious, not that I think that the people forced to be brought up under the corrupt figurehead, who is in fact satanic. He may not know what, but he is. Well. Remember the time that some young women took a stand, young girls, in fact, this was in West Virginia. Riley Gaines called us our
attention or our attention to this. It was at a shot put competition. We ran the video last week of girls refusing to participate because there was a boy there to steal their metal, which he in fact did. This got noticed and one of these girls got to go speak get a press conference. Luckily, I found four lovely young girls willing to take a stand with me. I think I can speak for all them when we say that we had no clue that this was going to be as big as a god, but
we knew that. We hope that it opens eyes to many more to see that this is not right and a situation is eventually going to kill women's sports. It's designed to kill women's sports. It's designed to divide because, of course it comes from the pit of hell, and Satan always masquerades as an angel of light, doesn't he. That is the five minute focus.
