Now, I'm not saying that you don't know this. What we do in the program is break this down in a way that we can help young people see this. People who are trapped in the informational silos see this because they're pretty slick in some ways at how they pull this off. And it's important for us to be able to help our friends who've been hypnotized by this and spiritually captured, or more importantly, guard our kids and grandkids against this.
Young people we know, because, like I say, sometimes are very good at it. I mean, this is just farcical. This is Joe Scarborough pretending the figurehead is the best version of himself. But compare that guy's mental state. I've said it for years now, he's cogent, but I undersold him when I said he was cojent. He's far beyond cogent. In fact, I think he's better than he's ever been. One can't believe that. Of course Joe Scarbought doesn't believe it, but that's easy to spot.
And it's not really racial hatred. Well I don't even know that any of it's really racial hatred. It's just pandering for powers they're told to do at MSNBC. OH side note, one of the things I was told in my radio job in Seattle was I was not allowed to criticize entire networks. Wow, not allowed just specific stories, just FYI. So here's some of the way that they sell white rage is the biggest threat to the country. They
brought on two authors who've written a book about white rural rage. As a picture of a truck on the front as an American flag in the back and a stinking truck a Trump sign on the side. It's about the hatred of white people in Midwest for this country, for all things that this country is based upon. Here's a bit of the interview. First of all, and we show thirty polls in national studies to demonstrate this. So we provide the
receipts in chapter six. They are the most racist, xenophobic, anti immigrant, and anti gay geodemographic group in the country. Second, they're the most conspiracist group QAnon support and subscribers election denialism, COVID denialism, and scientific skepticism Obama birtherism. Third, anti democratic sentiments. They don't believe in an independent
press, free speech. They're most likely to say the president should be able to act unilaterally without any checks from Congress or the courts or the bureaucracy. They're also the most strongly white nationalists and white Christian nationalists. And fourth, they are most likely to excuse or justify violence as an acceptable alternative to peaceful public distances. So you could hear that, and you can live in the Midwest and just ask yourself, have you ever met anyone like that? Ever,
there's all sorts of ways to lie with polling. The biggest way is how you phrase the questions and then choose to interpret the answers.
