This episode is about what JustNoMil is and why I needed it. Right around the time I began looking for a support group is when my mom's abuse of my sibling reached a peak, and she issued a threat that made me realize I needed to go no contact. In upcoming episodes I will read the goodbye letter to my mom and posts I made online about her. Below is a link to crisis lines for those in need of support.
