We’ve all heard those crazy viral stories people post anonymously on reddit, but have you ever been left wondering if there was more to the story? Or if the story was even real? Have you ever wondered what happened after the post? Well on The Time Mom Podcast, I will be reading my formerly anonymous reddit posts I made about my mother in JustNoMil, a support group for people dealing with toxic moms and mothers in law. After over 30 years of narcissistic abuse from my mother, I am finally ready to tell my story in the hopes of helping others. After years of searching for a way to find answers to my mom’s perplexing behavior and heal my trauma, I am finally ready to share what I’ve learned with the world.
I’ll be sharing my story in the form of reddit posts, emails, personal diaries, blog posts, and text message exchanges, and more. I’ll also be interviewing people who knew my mother and give you their impressions and feelings about her.
