Steve and Pam Smith from Ergosophic spent the hour in-studio with Tim, discussing leadership coaching (as well as counseling and mentoring, and the differences amongst them). Part of their ministry is in conjunction with Cru (formerly Campus Crusade For Christ). They serve individuals and couples both locally and internationally. Steve has served at Lansdale Presbyterian Church (ironically in Hatfield, PA) and is a licensed counselor in PA; Pam is the author of 9 Ways Women Sabotage Their Careers and has been involved in coaching for 20+ years.
