Former NFL Player Garry "G" Cobb talks with Tim about last night's Philadelphia Eagles victory over the New York Giants. He talks about the Eagles's potential to get into the playoffs and his ongoing work to mentor and counsel former professional football players as well as people who are incarcerated. Later on in the show, Stephen Arterburn of New Life Ministries and the popular syndicated show, "New Life Live!", talks with Tim about his new book Kirby McCook and the Jesus Chronicles: A 12-year-olds Take on the Totally Unboring, Slightly Weird Stuff in the Bible, Including Fish Guts, Wrestling Moves, and Stinky Feet. Steve discusses his own Christian upbringing, the importance of reading and children development, and shares some of the funny, gross, and entertaining stories within each chapter of his new book.
