Musician John Tesh

Radio host / sports announcer / musician John Tesh puts the finishing touches on what has been a “week of Johns” (see this week’s podcast descriptions for details :)).

Tesh tells a fun story at the outset about the creation of “Roundball Rock,” one of the most memorable sports theme songs ever. The former co-host of Entertainment Tonight in the 80’s & 90’s, Tesh is a six-time Emmy winner with 2 Grammy nominations, 4 gold albums and 8+ million albums sold worldwide. He also has covered the Olympics, Wimbledon, the US Open, and Tour de France. None of those things mattered upon receiving a cancer diagnosis in 2015. Tesh shares about both physical & spiritual healing he has found these past few years as well as his friendship with James Ingram (who passed away recently).
