"M*A*S*H" Star Loretta Swit and Author Darryl Dash

Loretta Swit (M*A*S*H) joins the show for a bit to chat about her new book Swithart, a collection of 65 full-color paintings & drawings (and 22 photographs) she has put together to help raise awareness/education in combating animal suffering & cruelty. The book combines Swit’s lifelong love of art and animals primarily with the use of the watercolor medium. (On a side note, Swit will be at the Hunt & Fish Club in Manhattan on Valentine’s Day & will sign a copy of her book for any listener in attendance). Also checking in, Darryl Dash, author of How To Grow: Applying the Gospel to All of Your Life. Dash is a pastor in Toronto who helps readers learn why habits are important, how to build them, and which ones to focus on first. He covers a variety of areas (including health) but also is sure to focus on building three basic gospel habits: reading (or listening to) the Bible, praying, and pursuing worship & fellowship within a church community.
